“I get the first swing,” Dez said, slapping a fist into his open palm.
“Aw, c’mon now, guys,” Larry said. I heard his claws scrambling to gain purchase on the roof of a nearby car. “Let’s talk this out, rational-like and all—like pals.”
“Nope,” Dez said.
“Uh-uh,” Vinny agreed.
“I could really go for some bean and cheese nachos and a cold Modelo right now,” Moe opined.
“No!” everyone shouted in unison.
