words are still floating through my mind, Do not drink or eat anything. What? Are they going to poison me?
As we leave the dungeon I watch as he carries me up and out into a brightly lit hallway, “I am not going to poison you, Lovely.” His evil grin sends my mind into instant panic. “I am just going to,” he pauses as it seems he is trying to find the right word, “improve your abilities.” His final words come out in an evil chuckle. “It will only hurt for a short time.” I jump slightly, “the little one should survive, honestly I do not know for sure if she will or not. We have never done the experiments on a human female carrying a half blooded child. This will be wonderful to see the outcome of this experiment.” He laughs softly as I suddenly freeze and grip myself tighter. “I won't let you die, Beautiful, that would be a waste.”
My eyes widen as a large wooden door comes into sight, four guards are posted at it. Two of them open it as we approach. Once inside, torches light up around the oval shaped room. Stone walls with no windows in sight. In the center of the room five leaders are standing around a man who is kneeling on the ground. His cries of pain tear at my heart as I am finally able to see who it is. My oldest brother, he falls forward and lays now on the ground groaning in agony. Tears slide from my eyes as I hear my captor’s voice, “So this is your brother? Interesting, he does not seem to be dying from the experiment.”
One of the other leaders turns his face to look at us, “No, he seems to be still fighting on nicely.” He pauses as his eyes take in what he is seeing. “You are carrying a female,” he grins slightly. “I am very surprised to see you carrying her since she is not your Tellianar.”
My captor chuckles then states, “No, she is not my Tellianar.” He starts to walk towards them as he continues, “She will be.” Hearing this I start to struggle within his grasp, which in turn draws his attention back to me. “Stop struggling, Beautiful, I told you before you are my Lovely Female.”
My brother groans, turning slightly I catch a glimpse of his eyes staring back at me, they are now changing color. Their now a golden blue color, his hand starts to glide across the floor as anger builds in his eyes. “You will not do this to my sister.” He catches his breathe as another surge of pain is visible over his handsome face. “I will kill you if you do.”
They all laugh as he starts to stand, but is soon thrown back on the ground by one movement of my captor's hand. His spell has him pinned to the ground now. My brother's cries of pain tear into my very soul as I watch him wither on the ground. Tears continue to drench my cheeks. “Do you wish for him to die, Setiana.” His words shock me so much I look towards him evil grinning face. “Do you?” The tears won't stop, they are now flowing so fast as I try to catch my breath, I finally nod no in answer to him. “Fine, then you will obey my every word.” I start to shake my head no, but he continues, “If you do not,” he surges another wave of magic at my brother. Drawing more cries of pain from him. “I will kill him.” My heart is torn into pieces. What am I going to do? I don't want him to die. I don't want my daughter to die. Someone, anyone, please help me. Please, do not kill them. I will give up my life for both of theirs.
