“Wait,” Tara breathed, and she put her hand on my chest.

“What?” I gasped, and I realized I was pounding her so hard I was sweating.

Tara flipped herself over on the couch and stuck her ass in the air for me.

“I want you to fuck me from behind,” she said, and then she turned her head so I could see her bite her plump bottom lip.

“Of course.” I shoved my cock deep inside her and pushed her shoulders into the couch so her ass was as far up as I could get it, then I put my fingers in my mouth to lubricate them, and I rubbed them in circles against her tight little asshole.

“Oh my god,” Tara moaned. “Fuck yes.”

“Do you like that?” I asked breathily.

“Yes,” she breathed. “You can put them in me.”

  “Are you sure?” I asked.

“Oohh,” she moaned as I rubbed harder and kept thrusting. “Please put a finger in my asshole.”

I gently pushed one finger inside her while I continued to thrust my cock into her pussy. As soon as I was deep in both of her holes, she started to tremble around me.

“Oh! Yessssss!” Tara screamed into the couch cushion as her pussy and ass spasmed around me.

“Oh fuck,” I moaned. “Did you just come again?”

“Don’t stop!” she cried. “Don’t stop fucking me it feels so good. I keep cuming.”

I pushed my fingers in deep and held them there as I thrust my cock into her tight pussy, then I reached my hand other hand around and felt her clit, it was soaked with her juices, and I rubbed it hard until she came on my cock again.

  And again. And again.

“Please come in me,” the platinum blonde begged after her sixth climax, and she spread her legs wider for me. “Fill me up. I want to feel your hot cum inside of me. Please, Tav. Come in me now.”

“Yesss.” I thrust once more and then my whole body vibrated as I unloaded into her. My climax was incredibly powerful, and Tara started to come a seventh time as soon as she felt me pour into her. I stayed on top of her for what felt like a whole minute while my cock twitched and emptied inside her, and then I was finally empty, and she was full, and we both sighed with satisfaction.

“Fuck,” Tara moaned as I pulled out of her.

“Yeah,” I nodded, and my breathing was heavy. “I needed that.”

“Me too,” she smiled, and she turned to face me.

“Fuck you’re gorgeous,” I said as I saw a stream of my cum dribble out of her cute little pussy and run down the inside curve of her tight ass.

“So are you,” she said, and she bit her lip and looked at my still erect dick. “You came a bunch in me. I can’t even hold it in.”

“How about some dinner after you clean up?” I smiled.

“I don’t know,” Tara grinned. “I think I’m ready for round two.”

“Can you even fit anymore in there,” I snickered as I ran my pointer finger across the gushing lips of her vagina.

“Ohh,” she sighed when I touched her, and then she pushed her ass back a bit so that I might slide my finger into her. “I just can’t get enough of you. I want you all the time. It feels so good when you cum in me.”

“And you’ll get more,” I laughed. “But let’s eat first, I’m starving.”

“If you insist,” she replied with a smile and then put back on her tank top, but didn’t bother with the bra.

“We can’t make a fire,” I told her while she finished getting dressed. “So, we’ll have to make do with a cold dinner.”

“That’s not so bad,” the blonde shrugged as she put back on her panties, but I noticed she didn’t even bother to clean up the cream dripping out of her.

“No?” I asked with a raised brow.

“I mean, I got you all to myself tonight,” she smiled. “I’m fine with a cold dinner.”

“Good to know,” I smiled, and I opened some canned goods for the two of us.

We ate our dinner, then Tara curled up next to me, and I looked down to see that her eyes were closed.

“Guess I’ll take a rain check on round two,” I chuckled softly.

“I’m awake,” the blonde said, but her eyes didn’t open.

I smiled and pulled her closer against me, then I adjusted myself and pulled her onto the couch to lay down with me. Her small head rested on my shoulder, and I kissed her forehead and closed my eyes while I took in the feel of her warm body against mine.

  Chapter 8

I woke the next morning to sunlight pouring in through the window of the country club.

“Shit,” I said as I shot up from the couch.

“What?” Tara said, and her eyes were wide open as she sat up.

“We overslept,” I said and I pushed my hair back.

“Oh my god,” Tara groaned. “I thought we were under attack.”

“No,” I shook my head. “The light woke me, and I startled myself. I’m sorry for panicking you.”

“It’s fine,” she chuckled. “I know you’re not used to the sun waking you like other normal people are.”

  “Hey,” I laughed. “I’m normal.”

“No.” Tara shook her head and smiled. “You’re not. But I love you for it.”

“We should head out,” I smiled. “The others will be expecting us today.”

“Yeah,” Tara nodded, and she put on her Kevlar vest.

I put on my own vest, grabbed my backpack, and waited for Tara, but it wasn’t long before she was ready as well, so we headed back to the mechanic shop where we had left our bike.

“Are we taking the same roads back?” the blonde asked after we had retrieved the bike.

“Yeah,” I nodded. “I didn’t see anyone on our way up here, so I think it’s our safest bet.”

“Right,” she nodded, and she hopped on the back of the bike.

“You seem particularly relaxed this morning,” I commented with a smile.

“Well... I did get laid last night,” she said with a wink.

“I’m guessing that has something to do with it,” I chuckled. I hopped on the bike, fired it up, and headed back down toward the campus.

Tara and I rode in silence, and I enjoyed the warmth of the sunshine paired with the cool wind on my face.

We were about halfway home when I saw figures on the road ahead of us, so I pulled to the side of the road, shut off the bike, and pulled Tara down behind it with me.

“Are those people up there?” the blonde asked.

“Yeah,” I nodded. “And we’re right between fields, so we don’t have any tree cover.”

“Do you think they saw us?” she asked, and I saw her put her hand on her pistol.

“I don’t know,” I shook my head. “But even if they didn’t see us, there’s a chance that they heard us.”

“Right,” the blonde nodded, and she gestured to the bike. “This thing is pretty loud.”

“Let me take a look,” I said and then poked my head around the bike’s front tire and saw the men still standing where they had been.

  “Are they moving?” Tara asked.

  “No,” I shook my head.

“The wheat is pretty tall,” the blonde said. “Do you think we could sneak over there and get a better look?”

“We might be able to,” I nodded. “Let’s push the bike into the field first.”

“Okay,” she said, and we pushed the motorcycle into the wheat and laid it down so it couldn’t be seen easily, then we crouched and made our way toward where the men stood.

We took a wide half circle to get there and wound up behind a barn that was close enough for us to see what was happening.

Three men stood above some dead bodies on the ground, and they picked through each article of clothing and backpack. The people they killed didn’t seem to have much, because one of the men turned a bag upside down and threw it angrily when nothing came out.

“These guys killed those people for their stuff,” Tara whispered.

  “That’s what i
t looks like,” I nodded.

“Let’s take ‘em out,” Tara said.

“Hold on a minute,” I told her. “Let’s watch them for a bit longer.”

Tara nodded, and we watched the men for a moment longer before they began to walk in our direction.

“Tav,” Tara whispered. “They’re coming this way.”

“I know,” I said. “I want to hear what they say.”

“Fine,” Tara rolled her eyes. “But if I get shot, I’m totally blaming you.”

We watched the men walk closer to us, but they stopped outside the barn and sat on the ground.

“What the fuck, man,” one of them said, and he wore a black T-shirt and cargo pants.

“Yeah,” another one with blonde hair responded. “Nobody around here has shit.”

“That’s because they’re all from the same place we are, dipshit,” the last man responded, and he had a blue bandana around his head.

“We don’t know that,” the man in the black T-shirt said.

“Well that’s what it fuckin seems like,” blue bandana replied.

“Arguing won’t help us,” blonde hair said, and I thought I heard a Canadian accent.

“Should we just leave those people in the road?” black T-shirt asked.

“Well where are we gonna put them?” blue bandana asked back.

“I don’t know, man,” black T-shirt spat. “But if we leave them there, they’re gonna scare away anyone else who tries to come through.”

“We just need one group to come through who has some shit we can take,” blonde guy said. “Then we can head south.”

“We’re gonna have to keep robbing and fuckin killing people all the way down there, man!” black T-shirt yelled.

“Well then that’s what we have to fuckin do,” blonde hair said, and he grabbed black T-shirt by his shoulders.

I had heard enough, I raised my pistol, and took aim. Out of the corner of my eye I saw Tara do the same, and I let off a round into blue bandana’s skull.

Tara took down black T-shirt, and before blondie could say anything, I took him out with a headshot.

“That was kind of sad,” Tara said after the men were dead.

“Yeah,” I nodded. “But we can’t have people who are willing to kill so easily come through our area.”

“True,” the blonde nodded. “Should we see if they have any supplies?”

“Might as well,” I said, and I walked toward the men and picked up one of the backpacks they had nearby. It was light in my hands, and I opened it to find it completely empty except or a half-eaten granola bar.

“Anything in yours?” Tara asked as she peered in another bag.

“Half eaten granola bar,” I smirked.

“Mine just has the wrapper,” she said, and she looked completely unimpressed.

“Let’s check the last one,” I said, and I opened the bag to find a single white bic lighter in the bottom. “Just a lighter.”

“I used to be superstitious of those,” Tara told me as I put the lighter in my pocket.

“Lighters?” I asked with a raised brow.

“White lighters,” she informed me, and we started back toward where we had left the bike.

“What’s there to be superstitious about with a white lighter?” I asked, and I was truly puzzled. “Why does the color make a difference?”

“The twenty-seven club!” Tara said excitedly.

  “What’s that?” I asked.

“You haven’t heard of the twenty-seven club?” she asked with wide eyes. “Oh my god, it’s this thing where people die at twenty-seven, and like all of them had white lighters on them.”

“Well, thank God I’m past twenty-seven,” I chuckled.

“A bunch of celebrities were part of the twenty-seven club,” Tara said.

“Next you’ll tell me you believe in the illuminati, too,” I laughed and rolled my eyes at the blonde.

“No,” she laughed and hit me on the arm. “But Tom Cruise is into some weird stuff though.”

“Yeah,” I chuckled. “I heard about that.”

“Super weird,” Tara nodded at me with wide eyes.

“Did you keep up with all celebrity gossip before this?” I asked her.

“Kinda,” she smiled at me. “I read Cosmo and People, and I followed a lot of them on Instagram.”

“I don’t even know what that is,” I laughed.

  “It was great,” she sighed.

“I’m sure it was,” I smiled at the blonde, and moved to lift the bike.

“Should we move those bodies?” Tara asked as she looked down the road.

“Nah,” I shook my head. “At this point, I think maybe it will deter some people from coming closer to the school.”

“Okay,” Tara shrugged, and she hopped on the bike behind me.

We made the rest of the drive home without running into any more trouble, and it was about midday when we arrived.

“Hey,” I called out after I hopped off the bike, and I saw the girls make their way around the dorm building to greet us, except for Bailey who waved hello from the roof then disappeared and came out of the dorm building.

“Hey!” Anna called out, and she jogged over to us with Winchester following close behind.

“How are things here?” I asked the redhead as I knelt down to pet Winchester.

“They’re fine,” she replied, then her eyes narrowed in on me. “What’s wrong?”

“We had a run-in today,” I told her.

  “Canadians again?” she asked.

“What’s going on?” Paige asked as she, Bailey, and Rolly approached the group.

“Tav and Tara ran into more Canadians,” Anna explained.

“We’ve been running into them left and right,” Bailey frowned.

“Yes,” I nodded. “But it’s getting worse.”

“How so?” Rolly asked, and his gray brows pulled together.

“These guys were ambushing and killing people for supplies,” Tara spoke up.

“Right,” I confirmed. “They were out of food and desperate as hell.”

“They also said that other groups have been coming through,” Tara nodded.

“And it seems like none of those have had many supplies either,” I said.

“So, what does that mean exactly?” Paige asked, and she pushed her glasses further up her nose.

“It means the first trickle of the swarm has begun,” I told her, and I felt the weight of my words as they came out of my mouth.

“But the guard hasn’t left yet, right?” Anna asked.

“No,” I shook my head. “But it looks like any day now.”

“How much time do we have?” Rolly asked.

“I’m not sure,” I said. “But we’ll make the most of it. The important thing is that we all need to be extra careful, these people are dangerous, and they’re ready to kill for supplies.”

  “Okay,” Anna nodded.

“We should call a group meeting,” Paige suggested.

“Yeah,” Anna said. “The others should know too.”

“You’re right,” I told the brunette. “Can you and Bailey go tell everyone to meet us here tonight?”

“We got it,” Bailey smiled at me.

  “Thank you,” I smiled back.

My team had handled the news well, but it was still haunting me knowing that people were that desperate to get food and water. It pained me because I wanted to help them, but I knew that I couldn’t. I had to take care of my family and my community first, and that meant that I couldn’t provide for these people.

I hoped that they would make their way south and not cross our path, but if they did, there was no way around it, they would have to die. I couldn’t risk them coming back to try to steal from us, or worse, telling others and rallying a group to come try to take what we had made for ourselves.

I would have to turn my back to people in need, and that meant I would have to be the bad guy to prevent the bad guys from coming
for us, and that was a role I was more than willing to take on for the women I loved and our friends.

The rest of the day was spent working on our filtration system and chicken coop, then we ate a dinner of venison, beans, corn, and some chocolate to boost our spirits. I could tell my team was on edge, but as soon as the others began to arrive they took charge of the situation and did not let their nerves show.

Justin and Marla were the first to arrive, and they had Betty, Jenny, Dan, Briar, and their boys with them. Winchester ran over to greet them as soon as they got out of the truck, and my team made our way over to them as well.

“Hey,” Betty called out. “We’re having a lot of meetings lately, should I be concerned?”

“We just want you all to be involved in everything,” Anna told her, then she gave her a hug.

“How are things on the farm?” Tara asked.

  “Oh they’re alright,” Marla smiled.

“Yeah,” Justin nodded. “Just harvesting and looking after the animals.”

“Do we have chicks yet?” Paige asked with a big smile.

“Not yet,” Jenny laughed. “We got the rooster over at our place right now, though.”

“Oh, okay,” Paige nodded. “Baby chickens are so cute.”

“Have you ever seen a freshly hatched chick?” Dan asked with a raised eyebrow.

“No,” Paige shook her head. “I’ve seen them when they’re yellow and cute.”

“Yeah,” Jenny smiled. “It takes a few days before they’re cute.”

  “Oh,” Paige frowned.

“They come out looking kinda bald,” Bailey laughed.

“How do you know?” Anna asked the blonde.

“My mom had cockatiels when I was a kid,” Bailey smiled. “They had babies, and I’m guessing all baby birds look pretty similar.”

“Right you are,” Marla chuckled, and then she turned to me. “Tav, how did the trip up north go?”

“It went alright,” I nodded. “But that is the reason we called you here.”

“I figured as much,” she said with a frown.

Just then the civilians arrived, along with those who lived at the farm.

“Hey,” I called out as they parked their trucks.

“Hey,” Jeff called back. “I’m guessing we have bad news.”
