Arena Dungeon – Controlled by the dungeon core Maximus this dungeon becomes the first cardinal dungeon of the Territory, Algonquin Valley.
Azoth – Rockland’s pet Chimera. Is able to speak and communicate first with Selaphelia and later with Rockland. Through them both is gaining Sapience. Dread-Chimera
Bart – A member of the A-Team. Bart looks like a hell’s angel with tattoos long hair and a biker jacket. From everything he has done, to help people survive and organize the territory there is a deep well of kindness in the man.
Bullet – Mutated peregrine falcon that had strong, wind-based skills that nearly killed Rocky and the group.
Cathodiem Guild – Guild that was situated on Gaia over a billion years ago. Guild was very powerful and had great influence with a seat on the Atlantian Council.
Chalk River – Is a town in Ontario that is near a nuclear research laboratory. A few days after the Ether crash, the converted golem from the plant melts down which prompts a red quest.
Corsair (Jack Jameson) – Sociopathic leader of the Ottawa Militia. Created an inner group of psychopaths who followed his orders to kill survivors instead of allowing monsters to gain more Etherience. Died during the Ottawa Exodus Struggle.
Dahrix – Leader of the Mechano-Lords guild. All black metal with Damascus steel filigri. Despite his mechanical body he is a hot head.
Dario – The current Guild Prime, who runs the guild collective. It is an elected position and he seems to be a bit wild to be behind a desk.
Delta – A sapient golem who is a member of the Ottawa Knights. He was created from a historical building known as the parliament buildings in Ottawa. An intellectual who prefers logic and his deductive reasoning to solve problems. Master-Knight of Gaia
Derik – Derik is a devious human who was a member of the initial group that is saved from the Onikuma by Rocky.
Draksus – Leader of the Ottawa territory. Albino in colour and devastatingly large and strong.
Epsilon – A sapient golem who appears to be the leader of the Ottawa Knights. He was created from a historical building known as the parliament buildings in Ottawa. Extremely devoted to his group of golems and wishes to unite all sapient golems creating a community for them. Master-Knight of Gaia
Essence – Essence is the primary resource of a planetary god. It is filtered from Ether through living being but can also be recovered from dead organisms. Gaia wakes to find almost all of her vast stores pillaged (oil).
Ether – Cosmic energy of the universe. It is the primary unfiltered raw power that allows life and planetary gods to form.
Flunge – A term used in fencing for a flying lunge.
Frankie Cocozza – Psychologist to the Militiamen on the trip to Algonquin Valley and continues his duties in the Grotto. Turns out he was also the Psychologist for Corsair and his cronies… Apprentice-Psychologist
Gaia – Gaia is a planetary god, specifically the Earth. Each planet is alive and in constant battle with other planets to acquire Essence. What they win if they have the most is still a mystery.
Gamma – A sapient golem who is a member of the Ottawa Knights. He was created from a historical building known as the parliament buildings in Ottawa. Hot headed and rash, but also surprisingly good at building. Works hard to help the survivors in the Grotto despite his early complaints to the contrary. Master-Knight of Gaia
Geb – Leader of Bio-Cult and one of the youngest members to a leadership role of a guild on Helion Prime. Likes to call people young man despite her younger age.
Golems – A clever way Gaia has orchestrated to recover a higher percentage of her pillage Essence. Golems are created from any structure that has no ownership claimed upon it twenty-four hours after the first Ether wave.
Grotto – Referring to Algonquin Grotto
Guild of Mechano-Lords – Patron of Corsair. Headquarters on Guild Collaborative controlled world of Helion Prime. The leader of the guild is Dahrix.
Hectar – Lieutenant Captain – ‘Alchemy is the Basis of All’. Has been running tests on gasoline and his discoveries lead to him being forced to report an emergency finding to the Guild Collaborative prime.
Jack Wareham – A member of the A-Team. A rotund man who is constantly jolly and supportive. He unfortunately dies at the hands of Rockland, when no other options are left to him. Apprentice-Trapper
Jason Jackson – 15-year-old young man that Rocky discovered while entering Ottawa. Family was massacred by Corsair’s goons. Has become a member of the party and is fixated on getting stronger. Changes his name to Zippo to distance himself from the tragedy. Red-Fire Mage
Joe Flacca – Member of the Ottawa Militia. Becomes its General after the fall of Corsair. Quickly becomes the best friend of Zippo but dies sacrificing himself for Rocky. Special-Trooper. Died during the Place of Power Contestation.
Joaquim Smith – Joaquim Smith is an initial survivor that was in Algonquin Park during the crash. His group of fifteen is lucky enough to be saved by Rocky from a giant Onikuma. Apprentice-Medicine Man
Long Forgotten Dungeon (LFD) – Dungeon Rocky and the gang hides in on the way to Ottawa. Rocky makes a deal with LFD, which he terms Little Friendly Dungeon. LFD will help keep at bay the devastation caused by a nuclear meltdown and, in time, help Rocky’s settlement level.
Mages Guild – Guild located on Helion Prime. A guild that is entirely comprised of Mage classes.
Mr. Pips – A member of the A-Team. Tall wiry man with very blonde hair, and needs food immediately… according to Rocky.
Oliver Grees – 13-year-old young man that Rocky discovered while entering Ottawa. Family was massacred by Corsair’s goons. Died during the Ottawa Exodus Struggle.
Other planetary gods (spoken of) – Mars, Gelth, Krond, Sinfath, Helion Prime (Planet)
Omega – A sapient golem who is a member of the Ottawa Knights. He was created from a historical building known as the parliament buildings in Ottawa. A California beach bum personality that wants to try all the comforts of the old world. Master-Knight of Gaia
Ottawa Knights – See Tao, Epsilon, Gamma, Delta and Omega.
Parliament Knight Golems – The parliament golems are five knight brothers that are sapient. They wish to make a place for golems in this new world.
Quests – Can be issued by Gaia directly (Red) or can be issued by Atlantian Net which is the system that was put in place by ancient Gaians to improve leveling and compatibility with Gaia and Ether.
Ragnar – Another soul who has been devoured by Apep, and is continually spun out to do his bidding. This individual is far less willing than Apothis and Rattlegore and resists the power of the Void god however. His corpse is currently stored in Rocky’s bag of holding. Journeyman-Vanir
Rattleshirt - Slightly manic soul that has been devoured by Apep. Rattlegore can create a type of skeletal creature that is extremely powerful but territorial. The bones of the creatures he creates are extremely strong and don’t burn. Journeyman–Master of Bones
Rattlegore – Rattlegore is a transformation of Rattleshirt using a special Skill and consuming all of Rattleshirt’s summoned creatures, however, Rocky and company mostly prevented this. Journeyman – Obsidian Bone Apostle &
Rockland Barkclay – Distant relative of Azrael, General of the Darkest Night, General of Cathodiem Guild. The main character of the story. If you don’t know that, you haven’t been paying attention. Dark-Revenant
Selaphia Ardensai – Granddaughter of Selaphiel. Captain of Cathodiem Guild. Captain of a Century during the War on Mars. Ancestral Guide to Rockland Barkclay but not blood related. Dark-Druid
Skandranon – Summoned Chimera to serve as Leader of Chimera Roost, which has now become Algonquin Valley. Progenitor of Azoth.
Steel – Leader of the Steel Wolfpack. Extremely large boss monster who evolved beside an iron mine, which led to him having fur with the tensile strength of steel.
Tao – A sapient golem who is a member of the Ottawa Knights. He was create
d from a historical building known as the parliament buildings in Ottawa. Extremely wise and well versed in some of the mysteries of the Etherverse. Where he gets his knowledge is a mystery but he is soft spoken and takes over morning training for combat and meditation. Master-Knight of Gaia
Territory – A Territory is a piece of land that will level along with the leader who owns it. The Territory will convey many bonuses to the inhabitants and stabilize Ether flow, making the immediate area more structured for monster growth.
Yin-Yang Golem – First sapient golem Rocky runs into. This golem is a little bit insane due to its nature.
Zippo – Nickname for Jason Jackson.
