He was in no hurry to answer it’s call, taking his time rolling my nipples between his finger and thumb, his tongue massaging mine. Good as it felt, it wasn’t enough. I ground my ass into his groin, enjoying the feel of his erection rubbing against me as he groaned into my mouth.
He pulled back and shook his head. “Things like that are making me want to go get MinMin’s lube.”
“Go get it.”
CX’s eyes went wide. “Are you-”
“Go get it,” I repeated, firmly.
CX’s hand was out of my top and he was bounding over the back of the couch towards MinMin’s room. I had stripped down to my underwear by the time CX was back. He wasted no time in mimicking me, his erection tenting his boxers.
CX pushed me down so that I was sitting on the couch. He dropped to his knees, pushed me backwards, and slowly tugged my panties off. “You’re already wet for me.”
“Always,” I said, surprised at how my response sounded so breathless.
There was no buildup. CX’s mouth assaulted my clit, sucking, as his tongue swirled around the sensitive nub of nerves. As my back arched, I heard the click of the lid of the lube. My body tensed, expecting something in my ass, but instead, CX slipped his fingers inside me. My body clenched around him, and then as they relaxed, a lubed finger entered me.
“Holy mother of god,” I cursed. I could feel him chuckling as his tongue played with my clit. And then he started working the fingers in and out of me, at alternating speeds. “That feels good.”
As my body relaxed and I fed on the pleasure and pressure, a second finger joined the first in my ass. CX kept the movement slow and steady, but sped up his other hand.
With no warning, I orgasmed.
Every part of CX left me as I collapsed back onto the couch, and then I felt something at the entrance of my asshole. With a firm thrust, he entered me. My cry this time was in surprise. My body had relaxed enough that it wasn’t completely painful but CX’s cock was thicker than his fingers.
CX froze.
“I’m fine,” I told him. “I’m more than fine.” My body was still tingling.
“MinMin’s home.”
“MinMin can watch, or MinMin can join in,” I told them both. “But you can’t start something and not finish.” To make a point, I moved my hips. It was enough to make us both groan.
MinMin appeared beside CX. He looked down at us and grinned. “Oh.”
I reached out and caught the bottom of MinMin’s shirt, tugging him to me. He didn’t fight me as my hand dove into his pants, pulling his cock free. CX and I watched as it grew hard in my hand.
MinMin kneeled down beside me on the couch, guiding his cock to my mouth. As I took it, taking his length greedily, CX started moving, He was thick, and I felt every inch as it moved in and out of me.
I moaned, the noise swallowed up by MinMin’s cock, and gently moved my hips. All of a sudden, there was an ear-piercing shriek, and almost simultaneously, CX jerked his cock out of my ass. I pulled my head back before I bit down, crying out as I watched CX fall backwards.

Sorry Mama
Honest to god, I thought I had broken CX, and then I realized the shrieking was coming from behind me and it was distinctly female.
“MOM?!” CX yelled in horror as MinMin dove onto me, using his body to shield me. “What are you doing here?”
The shrieking stopped and then I heard movement. In front of me, CX scrambled around, pulling his pants on. There was a flurry of movement and he ran off, just as I heard the front door slam shut.
I winced at the sound of it slamming a second time.
“Are you OK?” MinMin asked me, pushing himself off me as his eyes scanned over me.
My ass was sore, and my heart was pounding against my ribcage, but I nodded. “Was that… was that really CX’s mom?”
MinMin groaned, dropping his head to my chest. “Yes.”
“He was just talking about her. He was saying he was putting her off coming to visit. How did she even get in here?”
MinMin lifted his head looking guilty. “Sungmin dropped me off and when I walked in, I heard you, so I didn’t let the door shut properly so I…” he trailed off sheepishly.
“I need to get in the shower before CX brings her back in here,” I said, as I wriggled off the couch. I grabbed my things and hurried to my bathroom. It was only when I was safely under the water that I burst out laughing.
I was absolutely mortified, sore, and not entirely sure I would ever be able to look CX’s mother in the face, ever. But holy fuckballs, if I didn’t laugh, I was going to cry.
It didn’t take long for me to sober up. CX’s mother had appeared, albeit unannounced, and caught her son, his girlfriend and his male groupmate having sex. I could have been completely wrong, but the little time I had spent with his mom, Yoosun, I’d realized there was a reason CX had chosen not to tell her everything about our relationship.
I dried, finding a comfortable pair of leggings and oversized t-shirt, and, after taking a deep breath, returned to the living room.
I instantly regretted making that decision when I found Yoosun on one couch, and CX and MinMin on the one we’d been having sex on, both looking suitably sheepish. Yoosun looked at me as I walked into the room, her usually stern features less forgiving.
“Kate, it’s good to see you again,” she said, her tone clipped.
“Hello,” I greeted her politely, sitting down on the same couch as the other two, but keeping a suitable distance between us. “We weren’t expecting visitors so late.”
“I guessed.”
I sent a surreptitious glance at the back of the couch, trying to work out what exactly she would have seen. Almost certainly me sucking MinMin’s cock, but probably just the action of CX thrusting into me.
Yay.
“How did you get in, mom?” CX asked her.
“I was at the gate, ready to ring the bell, and a car drove out. I walked in and the door was open,” she explained. “Next time, I’ll ring the bell.”
“I told you we were busy,” CX muttered, not meeting her eyes.
Yoosun calmly set her hands in her lap and fixed her attention on her son. “You have already been kicked out of one group. You will not survive being kicked out of another.”
“Mom, Atlantis are fine with this.”
“Yongsik, if we were talking just about you getting a girl pregnant, I suspect that eventually, some of your fans will be too. If we are talking about you engaging in sexual activities with a fellow male member of your group, then no, I don’t think they will be.”
“Mom!” CX objected.
“I’m not going to say any more on the matter, son,” she stood. “But you know I am right. I am not sure I completely understand it, and I won’t mention it to your father because I know he won’t, but if this is where your heart leads you, so be it. But you either need to prepare yourself for the consequences of this, or you learn to lock your doors and keep your private life private.”
She didn’t stay. Despite us offering to let her spend the night because of the late hour, she insisted on getting the bus home. Thankfully, CX convinced her to take a taxi he paid for, but she left.
“Are you OK?” I asked CX when he returned, collapsing onto the couch.
“I feel like I’ve aged so much I should have completed my military service by now,” he groaned. “Why would she just turn up like that?”
“Because that’s what mothers do,” MinMin shrugged.
Some mothers. Mine wouldn’t turn up unannounced. “She’s not wrong, you know?”
CX rolled onto his side and stared over at me. “She’s also not said anything that we didn’t already know. At least she knows now. I feel better.”
“Does she know everything?” MinMin asked.
I glanced at him before looking at CX. CX nodded. “And?”
“Us three, she got. When I told her the rest… well, she didn’t freak out, but she didn’t unders
tand. She kept asking me if I was sleeping with everyone and muttering that the worst thing that had happened to me was leaving Korea and being exposed to things I shouldn’t be.” He sat up with a groan, his long curls sticking up at every angle. “I’m not sure I managed to convince her that I wasn’t hooking up with anyone and everyone, including staff and fans.”
I closed my eyes, biting my lip. I loved these guys with all my heart, but I’d always had a nagging voice in the back of my mind asking me if this was worth it. This country had advanced in so many ways, but its values were so conservative and traditional. Combine in the fact idols were literally sat on top of thrones so high that the fall would hit maximum velocity before they hit the ground… they’d all assured me countless times that they didn’t care, and they loved me. I didn’t doubt that, but they still had everything. What would happen if they lost part of it?
I was in the middle of making Xiao’s bed when everyone returned home. All alone, I’d decided it was laundry day and had spent hours stripping the beds, alternating between washing one lot of bed sheets, drying the next set, making a bed…
It was the first day in three weeks that I was completely alone in the house. The others had been called into Atlantis for a meeting. When I’d started to worry, Sungmin had told me it was probably to discuss their next comeback. “If it involved you, you know the Vice Chairwoman would have you in.”
He was right.
I was nineteen weeks pregnant and in between weird cravings of salty foods, I was restless. It wasn’t too bad normally, because there was someone around to keep me occupied.
I heard the beep of the door being unlocked, followed by Youngbin calling out into the house. I stuck my head through Xiao’s open door. “I’m in Xiao’s room.”
There was a loud whoop which had me chuckling, and then Xiao was running to his room, enveloping me with his muscular arms. I relaxed into him. Very quickly, the others followed him into the room. When Xiao refused to let me go, I turned in his arms, settling into his warm back hug and faced the others. “You all have serious faces on. Is it comeback time?”
“Yes,” Youngbin replied, although his answer felt weighted.
“Is this where you tell me the video is being filmed in Egypt and you’re all going to be gone a week?”
“A lot happened today,” MinMin told me, sending a surreptitious glance at Sungmin.
“We should talk,” Youngbin agreed.
I pulled a face. “What are we doing now? Baking a cake?”
Even JongB didn’t make a comment about that.
With no warning, Xiao scooped me up and moved over to his half-made bed, sitting on it with me in his arms.
Which was when I felt it. “Ow.”
“What did I do?” Xiao asked me, instantly.
I shook my head. “Nothing,” I said, wincing at the second jab in my stomach. “It’s…” As I placed a hand on my belly, Baby Gem kicked again. “Fuck!” I exclaimed, my eyes wide. I looked at the others. “Baby Gem just kicked me!” It hadn’t hurt. Well, the first one had a little, but it was mostly the surprise of it.
There had been some movement over the last few days which I had attributed to Baby Gem getting comfortable, but that was the first kick. Or maybe it was a punch.
I pulled my t-shirt up and tugged the waistband of my yoga pants down and pointed to a spot as everyone crowded around.
“I don’t see anything,” MinMin muttered.
“Just wait,” I told him.
It took a couple of minutes, but sure enough, there was a little bump appearing from under my skin and quickly disappearing.
“Wow,” Sungmin mumbled.
JongB was wrinkling his nose up. “I saw that film once.”
Jiwon’s head slowly turned. “Are you comparing our baby to an alien?”
“Can I touch it?” CX asked.
“Have at it,” I shrugged. I nestled into Xiao’s arms, waiting patiently for them to get bored. “What did you want to talk about?”
“It has been confirmed that I’ll need to enlist,” Youngbin told me.
“When?”
“September 27,” he told me.
“OK,” I said, not sure what else to say. I knew it was coming. Every Korean male had to enlist before their twenty-eighth birthday, and for Youngbin, that was at the end of September. Most were happy to serve, and I knew that applied to Youngbin too. I’d just been in denial about him going away so soon. At least we had… “Wait.” I sat upright, batting CX’s hand away. “That’s like five weeks. What kind of notice is that?”
Youngbin shifted uncomfortably, and I realized everyone seemed to look apprehensive. “This is going to be the last opportunity for about five or six years where we’re going to be able to be together and we’d like to put one final album out.”
“Did Holly suggest this?” I demanded, ready to march my ass to the other side of the room where my phone lay on Xiao’s desk so that I could call my best friend up and tell her she monumentally sucked balls, and then I sighed when Youngbin shook his head. “You want to do this.” It wasn’t a question.
“I do, but if you don’t, I won’t.”
I wanted to be selfish. I wanted to be selfish so much and tell Youngbin that the answer was no and to try to spend as much time with him as possible before he left me for twenty months.
But I couldn’t.
It was no different from asking them to give up being Onyx for me.
“You need to have your final group comeback,” I told him, meaning it.
“We can work it so that Youngbin isn’t producing on it,” Sungmin told me.
I shook my head. “No, you need to do what you all need to do for this album. If it’s going to be the last one you do as a six-piece, then it should be the best album it can be. You need Youngbin’s producing on it. Don’t do it half-hearted. You either do it properly or not at all.”
“Are you OK?” MinMin asked me.
“That depends on whether or not that’s it, or if there’s more bad news,” I muttered. I worked it out myself. “This is the last night we’re all going to be together before you disappear to work on your comeback, isn’t it?”
Once again, it was Youngbin who nodded, like he had deemed himself responsible for giving me all the bad news.
“We thought we could order chicken and spend the night together,” Jiwon said.
It must be bad if Jiwon was trying to appease me with him agreeing to be in a bed with seven other people. “Are you trying to bribe me with food?” I grumbled.
“If it will work, I’ll go get ice cream too,” JongB offered.
“Strawberry.” I wiggled around on Xiao’s lap, trying to get free. “You need to let me go, because all the kicking Baby Gem was doing was on my bladder and momma needs to go pee. Someone order the chicken.”
Xiao let me go and I left the room. While I could easily have used his bathroom, I needed the privacy of my own. Not because of any weird pregnancy reason, but because I didn’t want them to hear me cry.
I shut my bedroom door, making sure I had locked it, before going into my bathroom and locking that too. And then I sank to the floor, tears running down my face.
My reaction was selfish, and I knew it was, which was why I was hiding it. It wasn’t so much that Youngbin was going to enlist, although it was certainly a factor. It was that he was going to leave and it would be just at the start of their promotions. I’d be able to see them sporadically as they prepared for their comeback, but as the last comeback had told me, I would be on my own a lot of the time.
Finally, I wiped the tears away. “Get yourself together, Kate,” I muttered to myself. “I’m just pregnant. It’s not like the baby is due when Youngbin goes and I have to raise a baby by myself, and even if I did, millions of women have managed to do it, and you could too.”
I pulled myself to my feet, running some water to wash my face. It was red, blotchy, and my eyes were puffy. “It’s a few weeks. If you can’t cope now, how are you go
ing to be able to cope when they have comebacks when you have a baby and half of them are enlisted?” I asked my reflection.
I dried my face off and left the bathroom, feeling, if nothing else, more determined. It was obvious that I had been crying, but other than a few hesitant glances between each other, no one commented.
The chicken arrived a short while later and someone had cleverly ordered a lot. We sat around the outside table, helping ourselves to the various flavors. Despite the black cloud that seemed to be lingering around, the mood was light.
Eventually, the night got dark enough that lights were needed. “I’ll go turn them on,” Youngbin announced. “JongB, why don’t you and MinMin clear the boxes into the trash,” he said pointing at the table.
With no objection, JongB and MinMin did as requested. They really were going to some length to keep the night peaceful, because normally, there were grumbles about whose turn it was to clean.
When they returned, there was no doubt the three of them had been up to… something. Youngbin walked up to me, dropping down on his knee. Before I could tell him to get up, he produced a ring, holding it in front of him. “It’s not an engagement ring,” he assured me.
I stared at it. “It kinda looks like it.” It wasn’t quite dainty enough for a traditional engagement ring, and it didn’t have a giant diamond in the center of it, but it was thin enough to be feminine, and it was covered in jewels. If Youngbin hadn’t gone down on one knee, he might have convinced me it was just a ring.
It was white gold – two thin bands holding different jewels between them, alternating with something black and shiny. I gave Youngbin a suspicious look, and then pulled the ring out. There were only two jewels which were the same – two diamonds, and at first, the fact that they weren’t opposite each other made my eye twitch.
Then, as I spun it around in my fingers, it made sense. There were seven jewels. I wasn’t entirely sure of all of them, but I was willing to bet if I went and looked it up, they would match the birthstone of each of the guys in front of me. Which also meant the black gem was likely onyx.
