by Mac Flynn
Chuck broke from her and she softly cried out in alarm. He stood and grabbed his ragged clothes, and tore away the remains. She lay there on the ground admiring his hot, sweat-covered body, but she didn't just want to look. She wanted to feel it against her, stretched out atop her own with their skin sliding against one another. Her eyes glanced beyond him up at the last rays of the sun as they set behind the mountains and trees. The full moon shined above them and she felt something rise within herself. It was feral and demanding, and it wanted just one thing. Him.
"Please," she whispered to her partner. She arched her back and ran her hand over her smooth skin. He needed to want her as much as she wanted him, even if it drove them both to a lustful madness.
Chuck didn't wait for her to continue. He lay down atop her and pressed her body against the cool, smooth grass. His lips singed her skin as he left a trail of nips and bites along her neck. His legs pushed open her own and he settled himself into place. She was more than ready for him, and he eagerly pushed himself inside her tight, soaked body. He was large, much larger than she anticipated, and she gripped his back as he began the slow, rhythmic movements of love-making.
Through the feeling of his manhood pushing in and out against her sensitive nub, Stephanie hardly noticed when her fingers lengthened and the muscles on her legs tightened and stretched out. Her eyes cast a yellow glow in the darkness and her teeth grew and sharpened. Her clawed hands gripped his back and she felt soft, thick fur erupt from Chuck's skin. His grunts and groans in her ear grew louder and he pumped harder into her. She felt her own fur break through her flesh.
Her eyes were latched on the bright moon above them. All senses but sight and touch vanished. It was only the two of them pushing against each other, inching toward their goal of ecstasy. Her clawed hands drew blood, neither noticed. Their slick bodies pumped together, hip to hip, faster and faster. Stephanie felt her change body twitching. Her stomach tightened. The wet walls around Chuck's member tightened, pulsed, pushed him on. He panted in her ear, craving the end they promised one another.
Stephanie whimpered and pushed harder against him. She wanted faster, stronger thrusts, and he delivered. She panted and squirmed beneath him. They were so close, almost there. Their joined orgasm teased them, tortured them with small waves of pleasure rippling through their bodies. Her eyes shot open when her body suddenly tightened. She arched her back, allowing him to penetrate deeper. He pushed against and again, and she cried out her glee as her orgasm erupted through her body. A few more grunts and thrusts, and he, too, felt his climax. He pushed into her, freeing himself into her depths.
Then Chuck's full weight collapsed upon her, fur and all. They gasped for breath in the quiet night air. The full moon cast its light out upon the two furry forms, one atop the other. Stephanie's transformation was complete. She was a werewolf.
THREATENING (IN THE LOUP: BOOK #14)
Stephanie looked up to the night sky with her new eyes. The stars were so bright that she thought they were in reach, and she raised up her clawed hand to try to catch them. Chuck sat down at her side and smiled at her childishness.
They were both still in their werewolf forms, and were resting after their love-making. They were still in the meadow, seated beside the metal stake and chain. The moon lay above them, softly glowing down upon its lunar children. Stephanie was finding out the joys of her new form, and Chuck was amused by her curiosity. They could communicate through body gestures and sounds, and it allowed them to speak as though they were using words.
"Are you enjoying yourself?" Chuck asked her. His sparkling eyes told her he was teasing her. She defensively frowned.
"What? I can't have fun with this stuff?" she countered in a huff. It was a strange sight to see her wrap her furry arms across her chest and her large lower jaw stick out in a pout. Chuck couldn't help but laugh.
"Next time we should bring a mirror with us," he commented. Then an idea hit him, and he stood up on his hind legs. His fidgeting told her he was excited over some thought. "Come with me, there's something I want to show you."
Stephanie got up on her hind legs, and then swayed for a moment before she fell forward. She still hadn't quite got the hang of having such a large upper body, so she felt as though she was off-balance.
"Please tell me it's not far," she pleaded. No nodded to the woods opposite the path they'd come up on their way to the meadow.
"It's just over there a few dozen yards. There's even an animal trail leading to it." His words gave her enough reassurance that she crept her way toward the trees. It felt very strange for her to be on all fours, but her animal self had no problems with being hunched over the ground. Stephanie slowly followed after Chuck, who was swift and graceful as he practically leaped over the meadow grass. She imagined herself as a clunky tank inching its way through the remains of her pride.
Eventually she, too, reached the edge of the meadow and the opening to a narrow, well-used path made by the forest animals. Then her nose was assaulted with scents of all kinds along the packed trail, and before she could stop herself her snout was moving frantically along the dirt. Her sense of smell picked up deer and rabbit with the occasional predator following after them. The young werewolf's small tail started swishing back and forth in excitement and glee. She inched forward along the trail of a doe, and then bumped her nose into something solid. Sheepishly Stephanie glanced up into the long, smirking face of Chuck. He'd watched her antics with amusement and not a little pride. She was, after all, learning to use her new senses.
"Are you done?" he wondered.
"I don't know, are there any more interesting smells around here?" she countered.
"Plenty, but by the time you've satisfied your senses it will be next month. For now let's teach you how to control your abilities and focus on moving forward."
"Hardy-har-har," Stephanie quipped, but she raised her head off the ground. It was disappointing not to find where those scents wandered to, but Chuck was really interested in showing her his surprise. "How far is this thing again, and how many smells does it have?"
"Not far, and it's the sight you're supposed to enjoy," her partner informed her. He nodded up the path. "Now come on, before you see a squirrel and decide it's dinner time."
Stephanie grumbled at his accusation, but she couldn't really deny she wouldn't race after a small, defenseless woodland creature. Especially if they looked tasty and acted scared. She followed Chuck up the path, admiring his furry posterior as some consolation and watched the other, not as admirable, scenery go by. Their clip was slow, she couldn't have handled any more than a brisk jog without stumbling over one of her four legs, but that gave her time to study the trees, rocks and bushes. Like her sense of smell, her vision was heightened and she could see most everything clearer now than during the day. The rough texture of the tree bark stood out against the jagged lines on the boulders and stones at the base of their trunks. The thorns on brier bushes poked out from beneath the green, vein-covered leaves.
Chuck led them on the path for about a hundred yards, and at points the path was steep. The trees were thick on both sides for the first half, but then the left-hand side opened up to reveal a mountain creek. The cool water flowed smoothly down through rocks and occasionally a sprinkle of liquid splashed up. Stephanie wrinkled her long nose when water hit her face, but her thick fur kept her skin from feeling the moisture. Then they reached the top of the path, and their destination. The path opened up on both sides, as the trees receded on the right and the creek swung away from them. The trail also flattened, and Chuck stopped to let her walk up to his side. Stephanie's eyes widened at the beautiful scenery spread out before her.
The area was a small plateau, about twenty yards deep by forty yards wide. At the back the creek dropped from a tall pile of rocks and filled a small depression in the earth on the flat area. It created a wondrous waterfall and shimmering, calm pond. Moss grew on the rocks which dotted the edges of the water and small ferns sprouted
up from the mud piled up along the shore. The pool perfectly reflected the sky overhead, including the bright moon, and the small area glistened with the light.
"I come here to rest when I feel a little too wild," Chuck explained to his companion.
Chuck led her over to a large patch of moss mixed with ferns, and laid down on his side. He patted the ground beside him and Stephanie glanced at his face to see if he was feeling frisky. His expression and manner were easy and not at all horny. Stephanie was both disappointed and relieved. She had fun with him, but right then she was more interested in trying out her new form.
Stephanie laid down and sidled up to his chest. He was soft and warm from the fur coat, and she could feel the fragments of his torn shirt brush against her own bare skin. Her shirt had been removed but she had shredded his with her claws. She was going to be completely nude when she transformed back, and he naked from the waist down.
Chuck wrapped his arm around her waist and pressed her up as close as they could get. Her face heated up when he leaned down and nuzzled her neck. His clawed hand around her waist reached down and idly brushed against her inner thigh. She growled in warning, but he only growled back, louder and bolder than she had done. Stephanie rolled her eyes and tried to get up, but he pinned her down with his arm.
"Are you really going to try this when we're all fuzzy?" she asked him.
"Why not? Sounds kinky," Chuck countered.
"I'd rather go sniff out a rabbit, that's why not." Stephanie again tried to free herself from his grip, but he held firm. "What did you tell me about controlling your instincts?"
"The instinct to procreate is more important than sniffing out a rabbit. Besides, the fur has never stopped me before," her partner pointed out. Stephanie stiffened and then glanced back at him.
"Before?" She had a lot of questions if he answered her inquiry wrong.
"Yes, well, you're not the first to be my partner in this form," Chuck replied. He flinched when Stephanie suddenly elbowed him in the gut. His grip on her waist loosened and she squirmed out of his grasp. She loped off a few yards toward the path and then turned around to face him. She was not a happy doggy. He couldn't believe what he was seeing, and it was amusing to him. "You can't seriously be jealous over a fling I had years ago."
"Let me guess, you and that woman, Miss Seville, were an item?" Stephanie accused him. They knew each other well enough to possibly have that kind of relationship.
"I told you, it was years ago before I left. You're the only she-wolf for me now," her partner defended himself. He stood up on all fours and crept over to her. He bared his teeth in a sharp, mischievous grin. "But if you want to play hard to get, I'm up for a chase."
"A what?" Stephanie didn't like the way this conversation was going, or how close he was getting. She started to back up. "I'm not playing here, I'm really angry with you. You never told me you and that woman had something together."
"I'll give you to the count of three," Chuck offered. He lifted his butt into the air and wiggled his tail. His face was a few inches off the ground and his golden eyes were on his target. "One, two-"
"I don't want to play your game!"
"Three!"
Stephanie yipped and shifted into full reverse. With Chuck being playful, he hit the ground where she'd stood and jumped at her. She turned and hightailed it down the path with her partner at her heels. Every now and then she swore he literally nipped at her legs.
"You have to go a little faster than that," he huffed behind her.
The scenery was flashing by and Stephanie was trying desperately not to stumble over her legs. She felt Chuck pull on her tail and instinctively she aimed for the nearest large rock. Her paws hit the hard surface and she performed a half turn to face her pursuer. Chuck wasn't fully prepared for her expert stunt, and she barreled right into him. They rolled back against the hill and with his greater weight he managed to make it out on top. He put his paws on her shoulders and grinned into her frustrated face.
"You're a pretty quick learner with this. Maybe I should teach you some tricks tonight," he complimented her. For her part, she was struggling to get out from his grips again.
"And you're pretty annoying at this," Stephanie shot back. "Now could you let me up so I can beat you to a pulp?"
"Not so fast, I think your possessive nature is a little too strong tonight. You're overreacting to a past relationship," Chuck insisted
"Yeah, well, you trying to make out with me and then telling me about another girl sure wasn't helping." The young woman stopped resisting him, though, and she took a few deep breaths. "How about we call this a truce? I want to learn some stuff about being a werewolf, and you need to teach me the stuff."
"That doesn't sound like an agreement, it sounds more like an order," Chuck pointed out. He was disappointed at her refusal not to have more fun with him.
"Well, I'm still your boss, so what I say goes, and I say get off me." She glared at him, daring him to argue with her and feel the wrath of her cutting his paycheck. Not exactly intimidating, but it was still an advantage. Chuck rolled his eyes at her insistence on their work hierarchy, but he did let her up. She climbed to her feet, all four of them, and looked herself over. She was filthy from the muddy path beside the creek. "Um, I don't have to worry about cleaning this fur, do I?"
"It mostly disappears when you change back, except for the hair on your head and, um, elsewhere," he explained, and his eyes glanced down to the space between her thighs. She growled and clapped shut her legs. He couldn't help the whimper that came out of his throat.
"Stick to the facts, not your horny instincts," she ordered with narrowed eyes. "So if I shave before I change, I don't have to worry about having to re-shave?"
"Is this really important?" Chuck countered. He wasn't sure whether to roll his eyes or laugh at her.
"It's important to a girl, and if you want me to have smooth legs you'll be answering the question."
"No, you don't have to worry about any of your hygiene. You essentially revert back to your human form at the point where you changed, minus any sort of damage you might take as a werewolf such as a lost tooth or eye."
"So if I get my arm ripped off by another werewolf or something, it won't grow back?" she asked him, and he nodded. She was disappointed the werewolf body didn't regenerate on an extreme level. "Is there any benefit after changing into a werewolf?"
"The senses and strength are heightened even greater than they were during your transitional phase." Chuck seat down on his haunches and sighed. He imagined she had a lot of questions on her mind and this was going to take a while. He'd much rather they both be enjoying each others' company in a much more productive fashion. "This means you have speed, hearing and smell as a human that's almost on par with when you're a werewolf."
"Well, I suppose that's something," Stephanie commented. She was a little giddy at the prospect of being able to out-sprint a robber. Hell, she could even beat the living hell out of him if she wanted and take his money. "Now should we get started on some training or something? I don't want to get my butt kicked by any other werewolves." From what she'd seen of the world, there were a lot more of them than she ever imagined.
"You seem to have mastered the art of turning quite well," Chuck commented. He rubbed his chin where her head had collided with him on her sudden turn around. "And you seem capable of using your nose."
"What about teaching me not to trip over myself?"
"I suppose that would be useful, but I'm not sure it's necessary. You'll get used to walking on all four feet in no time." Stephanie scowled, and to prove her point she tried walking toward him. Chuck winced as he watched her, and he had to admit she did wobble a lot. She had been a little shaky on their run down the path, too, and he wondered if maybe her instinct to flee hadn't been in control. A werewolf always relied on their instincts, but depending on them to merely run was a little extreme. "Or maybe we'll see what you can do, but on flat ground. Let's get back to the meadow."<

The pair marched down the trail and ended up back in the clearing. Chuck nudged Stephanie over close to the center, and he moved to the opposite end of the meadow.
"All right, try running toward me," he directed her. She nodded and backed up to get a good start.
Then Stephanie pushed off from the ground. Her padded feet stamped loudly on the earth, which made her partner flinched. She's need to work on being less noisy, too. Her speed wasn't too bad, but when she ran over an uneven patch of ground her legs tripped over one another. She let out a yip and tumbled head over heels. Stephanie rolled to a stop at Chuck's feet, and she sheepishly grinned up at him from her tangle of legs and tail. He sighed and shook his head, and his next words were not comforting to either of them.
"This might take a little while."
It did indeed take quite some time. The only advantage he could see with her clumsiness was her chaotic walking would confuse other werewolves. Maybe they'd laugh to death at watching her, too. After a few hours of trying time and again to get the sprinting down, Stephanie had improved. She could even jump in mid-dash and land safely on her feet. The first few times she had crash-landed, and she knew she'd definitely feel those bruises in the morning. Now, though, she was exhausted physically and Chuck found the strain on his patience making him tired, as well.
"I say we rest until sunrise. We can train you harder next full moon," Chuck suggested. Stephanie whimpered. "What is it now?" He was looking forward to a few hours of napping.
"I have to wait that long?" While she wasn't the most talented werewolf in the world, she was certainly having fun with her new abilities. "I can't change like you can? You know, into a wolf whenever I want?" she pouted. "I mean, I know that one guy, Ivanovich, couldn't do it, but couldn't I?"
"It's not likely. It took me about a decade to master it and the training process is more than a little painful." He shook his head and glanced around for a comfortable spot to lay. "So believe me, you don't want to start out trying that."
