Mum and Dad have always been there for me, and although I may not have said it as often as I should, that has given me the opportunity to reach this point, hopefully publishing the first of many. And another shout goes out to both my brothers and their families. They may not always be close by, or even in the same country, but they have always found many ways to keep me amused over the years.
