Lord of Estaria Page 14

“I forgive you.” I said in a magnanimous way, and then I had to kick her when she wanted to kiss my boots.

“Go on, tell me about her.” I said and pointed to the elf girl, who was looking at Akifa enviously.

“She was meant to be the Disgusting One’s sacrifice. He ordered specifically for her, Your Greatness. No other reason was provided.”

Sacrifice. There were always those kinds of cults in a lot of fantasy stories.

“How did you traveled from the capital to this place?” This should be interesting, because I didn’t saw a Dark Mage using his power during the zombie attack.

“They used a magic item, Lord.” Then she looked at one of the new zombies I created, and he approached her. To my surprise, the zombie took a ring from his finger and handed it to Akifa.

The ring was seemingly made of gold, with a black crystal on it. I watched as she put the ring on her finger, and then two metal cubes materialized in her hand.

“This is the item, they called it ‘Gate’.” The cubes had an intricate inscription on the surface, and there were several crystals there, but one of them was broken. “They shattered this crystal to activate the item. One of the cubes was with the believers in Tsarigrad, and the other one was with the rest of us here. When one item activates, it will make a Gate connected to the other one.”

So, it was similar to how I use my Darkness Zombies to travel. But man, that thing probably could hold three times the amount of mana that I had. And my mana was at S-rank!

Wait. Maybe I am misunderstanding something. S-rank doesn’t mean that there is a threshold. When Dr. Sam teared apart reality to make a gate for me, he used a ton of mana. And he was supposed to be somewhere in former Switzerland! That distance alone required an unimaginable amount of mana.

“What about the laser?” I’ll leave Dr. Sam for now and concentrate of the present situation.

“Forgive me, Lord, but I do not know what you are speaking of. If that is something you want me to do...”

“No, keep your hands to yourself. For now.” I stepped away when she wanted to touch me. “I don’t want to get sunburned right now. Uh, one of the cultists had a staff with jewels, and it could shoot a ray of Light Magic.”

“Oh, that.” She looked at another zombie, who then went to a corpse and took another ring from a dead body.

“How do you do that? Controlling the zombies?” Could she turn them against me? Not sure. I could feel the bond. And she didn’t temper with it. They were still mine.

“That is because I am their superior. But I only ask them nicely, I can’t ‘Control’ them, Lord.” She said, and then her expression turned into a troubled one. “But if you wish so, I will not talk to them anymore.”

“Nah, it’s fine.” I can use that. She could save me a lot of time and effort. “In fact, I name you Lady Akifa, Commander of the Dead! You will be doing whatever I ask of you, and you can be sure that I will work you like a slave for the rest of your… Second life.”

  “Thank You! God, thank You!”

Ah, well, I guess that this is a special occasion, so I will let her kiss my boots this time only.

“Bring me the priestess.” I told Akifa and took the ring from the zombie when he arrived. The design was different from the other one, but it was also made from gold, and it had a black crystal.

When I put it on my finger, it looked like a normal ring, but the moment I concentrated on it, there was a feeling similar to my Darkness Storage.

The strange staff was there, so I took it out. It looked empty, I could barely sense any mana coming from the jewels. Could it be that they used all the energy when they attacked me and my zombies?

I put it inside my Storage and then took a bag from the ring; it contained some gold and silver coins. Not bad, now this was…? It looked like another metal cube, but this one was split in two, and there were crystals of different colors. One in the upper and one in the lower half, but the crystals on each side were of the same color. Like a Rubik Cube that only had two halves with two colors to move around.

Akifa was coming back with the Priestess, who still had her hands tied. Maybe that was a good call. It was obvious that the girl was feeling sick, and the last thing I need right now, is for her to run away, or cause me some kind of trouble.

“Here she is, Lord,” Akifa said, then she put a hand on Saril’s chest, then ripped the front of her white robe, before she threw her on the ground. “I will make sure no one disturbs you.”

Sigh. “I am not doing that with her,”

“Why?” Saril asked while on the ground, with her hands tied behind her back. “Am I not to your liking, husband?”

“See?” I asked Akifa while pointing at the elf. “She’s drugged. That would be against my principles.”

“Huh? I can’t remember anyone giving drugs to her.” Akifa looked confused. “But I do remember that the others complained about her unusual behavior.”

“Husband, I am not under the influence of drugs. That means that you can use me, he-he… Here in the open, in front of other people… Ah! So embarrassing!”

“Tell me what is this.” I turned my back to the elf’s massive chests and asked Akifa about the strange cube.

  “Ah... Husband is so cold.”

“That is the Exploding Cube, once you twist it, and the crystals get paired with a different color, you will have five seconds before it explodes.” Akifa explained how the device worked.

A bomb. And I had three more.

“What are you doing?” I asked Saril, who was crawling like a worm, and then started licking my boot.

“I am better than her.” She glanced at Akifa. “I may still be alive, but I can be a better tool than she is.”

“Poor thing, what have they done to you?” I hope that Empress Nalisia won’t be mad at me for this failure. If I only kept an eye on her earlier… Crap. A lot of times this fantasy world that I liked so much, would show me his shitty side.

“Akifa, bring the rest of the corpses here,” I said as I put my foot on the back of Saril’s head, to keep her in place. Pathetic, the young elf was moving her hips in an erotic way, like she enjoyed the abuse… Hmm?

When I was back in the palace with Lillian, we definitely heard her talking about some abuser.

  Bloody hell!

My mind went blank for a moment as a revelation hit me.

  Chapter 17.

I slowly pushed her head deeper into the sand, and I could hear her moaning. This girl was definitely enjoying my abusive treatment.

According to few Mangas and light novels, Holy Girls could turn out to be one of the biggest perverts out there. And this girl was one that belonged to a special type.

  A masochist.

A rare, legendary jewel that only few could find. The diamond in the rough.

“God, we await your command,” Akifa bowed respectfully, and I expanded my shadow so everyone could get inside the Storage. Amazingly, Akifa also went with the others.

I didn’t dismiss the Darkness immediately, as I had to summon my ride. The Wyvern lowered himself and waited for me to mount it.

“We have to go,” I grabbed Saril's hair and pulled her up. Uh, she had her face covered in sand. “You’re such a mess.”

I had to slap her face lightly to get rid of the sand. There’s nothing I could do about it since her hands were tied. And yeah, she liked that.

“Oh, you also have some on your chest.” I can’t bring her to Tsarigrad with all that dirt.

  Slap, slap, slap.

Firm, nicely shaped, smooth skin, and an addicting level of bounciness.

  “Ah! Husband! Uh!”

Stop! Keep your hands to yourself, man. Take it easy. Don’t let the Demon out.

I pulled away from the alluring elf and climbed the undead Wyvern. When I was in place, I send my Dark Tentacles down to pick the girl and dropped her on the monster’s back, right in front of me.

  “I can sit...”

  “No,” th
is looked almost like in a western movie, when the cowboy dumps the girl on his horse, like she was a sack. And that was a good thing. This way, I could only see her back so I can keep concentrated. If she were in a sitting position, I would have to hold her. And then I could accidentally grab her chest, and…

“And stop complaining,” I reproached her, and she yelped when I smacked her round butt. “We need to get back, who knows if there are more enemies around. Just endure it for now.”

  “Endure?! Uh! You meany!”

Oh, God. She was having a good time, even in this situation.

I tried to distract myself, looking at the beautiful scenery as we flew through the sky. The light of the morning sun reflected off something on the west, so I turned my head in that direction and saw a strip of dark blue, that didn’t match with the sky’s lighter tone.

The sea? It was my first time seeing one in this world. Estaria had aces to the sea, but that was way north, so I doubt that it will be as nice. Even though it was this early, the temperature here was high. If I didn’t have Air Magic to circulate around my body, I would be sweating like crazy right now.

Of course, protecting Saril from the heat was hard, since I desperately wanted to pull her robe off with my magic, and see her naked body.

Look at the clouds! Yes! Don’t think about the elf, just look at the occasional cloud and try to guess the shape.

Useless. All I can see are butts, breasts, and curves.

OK, uh… There is a desert below. Nice desert, nice butt.

No! Don’t look that way. The left! Look to the left!

Better. That’s better. Just ignore the aroused elf’s face, and everything should be fine.

  ***

It was a long, long flight. The Wyvern landed on the road and I got down, carrying the priestess over my shoulder like the dead weight she was.

There was still a considerable distance to Tsarigrad, but I couldn’t spend more time with the girl, because I may do something to her.

Once the zombie went into my Storage, I opened a Portal and walked through it.

“The Marquess is here!” A soldier yelled when I arrived at my room in the Palace. It seems that he was waiting there, along with a couple of others who were standing in the doorway.

“The Warden Empress requests for your presence, my lord!” He saluted and then averted his eyes. Did I had a scary look again? Oh! He probably looked at Saril’s butt since I was still carrying her in ‘rescue style’ over my shoulder. Yup, I came back like a hero. No need to thank me.

“Lead the way.” I told them and we walked to Nalisia’s office.

“They’re looking at me. Uuuu… It is so embarrassing. Ahhh… Ahhh… Filthy...”

Empress Nalisia and Felisy were there as usual, along with a few maids. And some priests: an elderly man with a long beard, and two middle-aged women.

“Your Grace,” I dumped the elf on one of the sofas, and bowed respectfully. “I brought back your pervert. Now, if you’ll excuse me, I have som…”

“Aaa!” One of the women fainted when she saw Saril, and the other one rushed to cover her exposed bosom.

“What have you done to the High Priestess?” The woman asked as she tried to mend the ends of the ripped robe.

“Pervert? Hmmm...” Saril averted her eyes, but she had a crazed smile on her face. “How insulting. Please, tell me more…”

“As you can see, there is something wrong with the… High Priestess.” I said and threw a blanket at her, and another one at the fainted woman, who was being helped by a maid. Yes, even I can extend a blanket in times of need. “There may be a slight possibility that she was drugged, though.”

“What about the kidnappers?” Nalisia ignored the drama unfolding on the sofa, and was more interested in the reason of this incident.

“I killed them,” both sofas were occupied, so I took a chair from my Storage and sat on it. It was the extravagant piece of art that Baron Leon had in his hideout.

And Felisy didn’t seem to like it. Was it because it had too much gold and jewels on it? Oh, perhaps I was supposed to ask for permission before sitting down?

“Did you at least manged to interrogate some of them?” Nalisia sounded like she didn’t expect much. Does she think that I’m only interested in killing?

“Of course I did.” I said defensively, while remembering that I did killed them all before asking questions. But luckily, I had Akifa. “They wanted to use the High Priestess as sacrifice for their God, N’Uruq. They also said that He requested for her specifically.”

“A God wants her as sacrifice? Such a disgusting thing!” The old priest looked furious.

“What will we do?” The priest woman asked worriedly, looking at the Empress. “The Southern sects are persistent once they set their minds on something. They will try to take her again.”

“Husband can protect me.” Saril said with confidence, but the priest woman rolled her eyes.

“Your Holiness,” the woman tried to be patient. “We already told you that you do not have a husband.”

“ But I do. Look, he is right there,” she pointed at me and blushed. “And… He already had his way with my body...”

“What!” The woman screamed, and the other one who just recovered, fainted again.

“Kriss!” The old man fell to his knees and started praying.

“No! Wait!” I raised my hands and looked at Nalisia, who seemed like she couldn’t believe what she just heard. “I didn’t do that! I swear! I only slapped her a bit, nothing else.”

“That’s right… His hands touched my naked skin as he hit me with his love. Uh! That lack of mercy… Hmm! Don’t look at me!”

  Holy shit. Was she climaxing?

“Marquess Miller, please leave. I will request for you later.” The Empress seemed tired when she dismissed me. She did have a stressful job, after all. I should get her some nice gift. Maybe some wine could cheer her up.

“Yes, Your Grace,” I bowed, took my chair, and run out of that place.

I opened a Portal to my mansion’s parlor and fell on a big sofa. Man, I was so tired.

“Darling, I almost dropped my cookie.” Lina complained when I put my head in her lap, and then she moved her tail on my chest.

  Beast-kin girls were great. Soothing.

“So, did you brought Saril back?” Lillian and the other girls were also there, eating sweets and drinking tea. “I was summoned to the palace last night, because a few soldiers saw you in the High Priestess’ personal chambers.”

“Aliona didn’t tell you where I went to?”

“My lord, you didn’t tell me a thing.” Aliona said and adjusted her tight coat. “You just run off.”

“Ah, yeah. I remember.” I recalled the previous night. “Man, I was so pissed at those pieces of trash.”

“You did get her back, my lord?” Milia repeated Lillian’s question.

“Yes, I did.” I said and then an idea come to my mind. “Lillian, since she is your friend, why don’t all of you go to visit her? She had a hard time, so maybe having some girls that are close to her age could be good for her mental health.”

“You… Sound compassionate, my lord.” Lillian was giving me a curious look.

“Darling, are you sick?” Lina put a hand on my forehead and then addressed the girls. “He doesn’t seem to have a fever. But I can smell mana potion from his mouth.”

“Can people get drunk from those?” Nistry sounded curious. “Should we call for a healer?”

In the end they decided that I wasn’t in imminent danger, so they really did go to see Saril.

Hmm… At least some time alone, I was getting tired of their chattering that I regretted sending all of my little spies into the city.

Right now, I only had one mouse in the parlor and another one in my office, so I couldn’t open a portal directly to my bedroom.

I was so tired to walk up the stairs. And it would’ve been too rude if I‘d told them to go away, just because
I wanted to take a nap in the parlor.

It was a shame that my lap pillow was also gone, but at least I should get some sleep.

  ***

The smell of hot food woke me up. Wow, someone covered me with a blanket and brought me something delicious.

“Thanks, Aliona.” I said while rubbing my eyes. Man, it appears that I slept for almost an entire day. “Are my wives still sleeping?”
