Cyrus Masterson - miner that threatens Carla. Will made him a zombie, and ordered him to suicide by policeman.

Chronology of Ghost Story, the Accidental Necromancer, Book 1:
William “Will” James moves into an apartment at the Doric Apartments
Rebecca manifests as a ghost in Will’s mirror in the apartment
Will has drunken phone sex with
his girlfriend in Phoenix, Audrey
Rebecca eats Will’s essence to discover that it makes her stronger
Rebecca asks Will to feed her, and he does. Rebecca becomes more solid with each feeding
Marissa comes to visit. Reveals that she has a girlfriend, and that breast tumor disappeared after sex. Not a fluke; it happened seven times.
Will introduces Marissa and Rebecca. He tells Marissa about Audrey, too
Rebecca gets enough life force from Will to create a living body.
Rebecca blows Will’s mind by explaining about the magical world. She tells him he used magical power to raise her from the dead.
Will is attacked by a zombie in Walgreens. Will kills him by sucking the life out of him.
Will, Marissa, and Rebecca meet Gwen, Rebecca’s guardian angel, chained in the excavated basement of Will’s house.
Will picks up the bolts holding the ghosts of Josie, Sidney, Charlene, and Mason. Will releases
Will raises Josie from the dead
