He pulls me up from my seat and sits down, pulling me into his lap. I laugh at his antics and tell him, “There’s enough room for us both to sit here.” But I know I’m wasting my breath. Anytime Baker is with me, his hand is on me, I’m in his arms or I’m on his lap. He says that’s the way he likes it, and I won’t argue with that.
With his arms around me, I lean back into him and watch our little boy play. Baker whispers into my ear, “Is this how you pictured it? Is this how you imagined our life would be?”
I smile, covering his hand with mine. “Yes, I’d hoped so.”
His hand teases across my belly, which was never flat before but definitely bigger since I had AJ. His hot breath against my neck causes a pull in my lower belly. I’m already wet, a cream between my thighs just being near him. He kisses my neck. “How come I feel like it’s about to get even better?”
I try to figure out what he’s talking about, but his hand curves around my belly, holding me. I gasp then. “You know?”
I feel his head nod against me. “Yep. When were you going to tell me?”
“How do you know? I just found out this morning,” I ask him, surprised.
He kisses my neck. “I know everything about you.” And he’s right. He does. He pays better attention to me than I do myself. “So when were you going to tell me?”
“Tonight. I had it all planned out, even had an outfit picked out for when we were alone,” I confess to him. I found out I was pregnant this morning. I had thought I was for a few days now, but just took the test this morning.
He chuckles. “You know I don’t need the outfit, right? I like you naked.”
Smiling at him, I turn in his lap to look at him. I ignore his groan, knowing what it is, because I can feel his hard cock pressing into my ass. “So you’re okay with this? Another baby?”
He kisses my lips softly and then pulls away. “I’m in this for the long haul. Seeing you as a mom only makes me fall more in love with you. I’ll take as many as you want to give me, love.”
I lean in to kiss him and only when I feel it’s getting too heated for being in a park do I pull back from him. I lean my forehead against his. “You always have the right words.”
He licks his lips and kisses me again. “I love you, Heather.”
I smile against his lips. “I love you too, Baker.”
