A Chance at Loving You Page 5

by Christine Gray

Suddenly, the decision is taken from me with a shove of her hand to my chest which forces me to sit back down. I’m frozen in time as I watch her free my throbbing cock from my pants. I don’t hide my need for this woman and all she’s offering. Hand in her hair, I grip my dick at the root to guide her open mouth downward. My entire body jerks from the contact.

  “Good God,” I groan.

The suction power of her mouth is alarming, but what she does next is mesmerizing. I have to keep the fact that she’s this good at sucking dick and knowing she’s had to learn her technique from somewhere out of my mind to enjoy it. She’s a messy sucker. Using the saliva from her hot mouth, she twists her hands and bob her head in a way that has me arching my back.

“Fuck, fuc, Dan, oh shit,” I grunt.

The feel of the back of her throat closing tightly, the sound of her gags filling the air, and the shaking of her shoulders as she tries to force me deeper is too much. With a roar, I snatch her to her wobbling feet. In one, quick maneuver, I stand, angle Dani just enough to reach her center before I impale her on my dick. The first thrust home is hard. The second is ass splitting. My hand around her neck, I fuck Dani hard with no pausing.

“I’ve waited a long time for this. Don’t disappoint me, old man,” she moans.

I laugh, knowing that she’s ready to go round for round. I marvel at her energy and creativity as she rides me hours later once, we finally make it into the bedroom. Reverse cowgirl, I watch her ass bounce as my dick appears then is engulfed time and time again in her pussy. My gaze narrows as she tightens and flexes her walls. Suddenly, I want more. Leaning up, I put her in a choke hold to force Dani in place as I pound her deep and hard.

“That’s it, take all of it…feel it in your guts…um, you’re like a waterfall. I love that shit,” I hiss in her ear.

I shock her with my ability to maneuver our bodies without withdrawing. Now, with Dani face down, my fingers bite into her hips as I get it from behind. The slapping sounds of our sweaty bodies colliding vibrate off the walls to mix with our pants and moans.

One more…I know she has one more.

I’m going to make this a night to remember. Not just for Dani, but for myself. Once this is all over, I don’t want the memory of any other to linger in either one of our minds. She’s giving to make sure that I know she’s able to fulfill all my needs. I’m breaking my ass, putting myself in every touch, every suck, every soul penetrating thrust to do the same. By the time I’m done, by balls are on fire when the few drops of cum erupts from my angry red mushroom tip dick due to so much fucking. There’s pain mixed with pleasure with my fourth and last orgasm which takes it all out of me. Like full, greedy babies, Dani and I fall back onto the messy bed to fall asleep.

  CHAPTER FOUR

  DANI

All I can do is stare. Is this really happening? I clutch the walls of my coochie to experience a delicious soreness that serves as proof that it wasn’t a dream that has me wet, but the man whose mouth is dangerously close to my nipple. I move slightly. My harden nipple pushes on his parted lips. I can’t help the chuckle that breezes through my teeth, as he smacks his lips, before latching on to suck.

  “Mumm,” Austin moans.

His hands snake around my waist to draw me closer.

  “Good morning.”

He cracks an eye to look up into my face while he pulls even harder on my nipple. This time, it’s me that releases a moan. His movements are slow, lazy, but purposeful when he rolls me onto my back. He takes a second to wet the tip of his dick, before he feeds me his inches a bit at a time. I want to feel it all. My legs widen, feet flat on the mattress, I press upward to cause him to sink deeper, quicker to press into my core. Applying pressure on his lower back, as he jerks forward and rotates his hips sends both pleasure and pain coursing through me.

As bare as I’m laid out under him, my feelings are just that clear to read. I’m holding nothing back from him. If he ever wondered if my love for him was a childhood fancy, there can be no guessing now. Nor can he wonder if what he’s doing to me is all a show. The curling of my toes, my cries of satisfaction, the way my pussy is jumping, and gushing from his thrust isn’t a show to stroke his ego. I. Am. In. Heaven.

Maybe that’s why he’s taking his time with me. Austin beats out a slow rhythm that vibrates up my spine. Every word he utters is like magic to add to this poetry in motion, as it takes me higher. If this is flying too close to the sun, burn me, baby. Last night, I went toe to toe. This morning, though, I’m determined to be greedy. It’s all about me. Three orgasms later, one hard ride to get him to the finish line, and I’m ready to call it quits.

  “Where are you going?”

“Well, breakfast will be arriving soon, and we do have meetings,” I remind him.

“Ugh,” he groans. Pausing, he leans up on an elbow. “If waking up with this feeling is how life is going to be, I’m looking forward to every morning with you.”

His large hand palms my breast before he drops a kiss on my shoulder. Austin gravitation pull is so strong, I sway in his direction.

“No,” he smiles. “I’m heading to the shower.”

“I need one of those, too, you know,” I tease.

Suddenly, Austin gets serious. “Are you happy? This, me…is it better than the dream?”

My beaming smile is the only answer I can muster. The knocking on the door gets our attention. He playfully shoves me off the bed. I glance over my shoulder. I’m blessed with the sight of his fit, tan body when he rolls out of bed to head for the bathroom. Out of my line of vision, am able to focus on tugging on a robe to jog through the suite to answer the door.

  “Right on t-“

I can’t get the rest of the word out due to the shock that stabs my brain.

  “Mama!”

“Good morning, darling,” she sings in her naturally husky voice.

My eyeballs bulge. She takes great pleasure in tossing her silky, straight hair over her shoulder to which shows off the sparkler on her finger.

  “Wanna tell me something?”

Acting confused, “Oh, this?” she asks with a wiggle of her finger.

  We both begin to laugh.

  “How did he do it?”

We are talking a mile a minute at this point. Mama was always an animated woman, full of energy, however, today she couldn’t contain herself. She’s a whirlwind of excitement. It just adds to my giddiness.

  “I’m so excited!” I exclaim.

“Me too. You would think I wouldn’t be this over the moon, but I am. I’m nervous, and-“

  “Baby, where are y-“

Another emotion enters the room. Shit, I forgot all about Austin.

  “Fuck, Rainbow…I, didn-“

“It’s obvious you didn’t expect me.”

I’ll pause for a moment. My mother has known Austin even longer than she’s known, Dad. Long before Dad’s mother, Granny Ester, took a teaching job on the Reservation, Mama and Austin were born there. They aren’t blood, but everyone in the Tribe might as well be. There was a time that I even thought Austin and her might have had a thing, but it’s just the closeness that gives off that vibe. When I finally told her and Dad about my feelings for him, she never squashed it. She listened, gave me advice. She might have been so supportive because she never dreamed it would become a reality. So, I understand her dumbfound, slack-jawed expression at seeing his strolling into the room still glistening from the shower, wearing nothing but a towel. What I didn’t expect was the heat that leaped into her brown, narrowed eyes.

Slowly, she sits her leather clutch on the coffee table. Her eyes never left his form.

  “So, this happened, huh?”

Austin tightens his hold on the towel around his waist.

  “Mama, don’t start-“

“Dani, she’s just shocked,” he interjects.

“Is that the reason for my reaction?” Mama hisses. “Someone’s at the door. Go get it.”

  I remai
n in place for a second, as my gaze darts from Austin to her. This is a standoff.

  “The door, Dani,” she orders.

“Fuck,” I grumble, as I take off.

I catch a glimpse of Mama stalking closer to Austin.

  “Room ser-“

“Yeah, yeah. Dad,” I acknowledge with a wave to come in.

I have no time to chat. I want to hear what the hell is going on. I pump my arms, widen my run to the point I’m sliding on the polished floor. My lungs ache with the amount the amount put I’m giving. A deep frown settles on my face when I find the room empty.

  “The balcony,” I whisper.

It takes everything with me to refuse the urge to run out. I creep closer to the cracked French Doors. I’m in range to finally catch their mumbles. Oh, this is more than a friendly sparring. My Mama is growling, as she cusses Austin out. He slides in a few words, but she’s owning the moment. Even still, I’m not close enough to understand.

“What’s all this?” I demand to know.

“Rainbow is just voicing her concerns and warnings,” answers Austin.

I take my place at his side. “Mama, we’re not going to do this.”

That was a warning of my own. I can tell she wants to press things, yet she just smiles.

  “Of course, not,” she smirks.

The way she backs down sends a shiver up my spine. I can barely keep up with the conversation going on around me after Dad joins us. Unlike Mama, he’s not up in his feelings. In fact, he’s all grins and appears to be happy for me and Austin. Wish that could be said about the other woman in the room. Whenever Mama looks at Austin, there’s a threat in the debts of her eyes.

“Well, while you men are off getting your asses kissed, us ladies are going to be shopping.”

“Oh,” I chime, as I lace my arm with hers.

“Actually, Dani was just telling me we have business to see to.”

“Shit, man, let them go,” Dad agrees.

“Nah,” Austin pushes back, smoothly. “She gave me some good insight that I think we need to consider.”

Once again, the mood shifts into a weird territory.

  “Okay,” shrugs Dad, slowly.

“I’ll occupy myself until then. I mean, you can’t work all day. I’ll have my time then,” smiles Mama.

“What’s going on?” I ask, under my breath.

  “Nothing?”

“Then what’s with all the staring and shit? Don’t lie to me.”

Austin draws me into his arms. He lowers his head to whisper in my ear everything but what I wanted to know while Mama and Dad laugh among themselves. With a grin, Mama angels her cell phone. Cuddling with Dad, they pose to take a picture. In the line of view, I do the same. In Austin’s arm, dressed in a robe, he in nothing but a towel in the Vegas morning, I cheese for the camera.

  AUSTIN

Can I blame Rainbow? Hell no. Shit, all of this wasn’t on the agenda when I hopped on the plane. There was always the possibility with Zahn’s words kicking around in my head, but I never thought it would have snowballed so fast. Now, I’m leaning over the sink, glaring at my reflection, trying to figure how the hell I’m going to fix the impending storm. I’ll admit, I was kinda on the fence. Even while I was licking, sucking, and fucking, I was still up in the air, but after seeing the look of pure devotion on Dani’s face, all my doubts seemed to evaporate. I walk out of the bathroom with a new agenda; Making Dani Mine.

As the day went by, keeping one eye open and one ear to the ground is wearing me thin. I’ve lost count of the times Dani has asked me to tell her what’s going on. All I do is smile, and do my best to tease her onto another, safer topic. Fucking Rainbow. She’s like a dark shadow here to still my joy. No matter. I’m a pro at this shit. I know how to keep everyone looking at my right hand so they can’t see the skirt my left is playing under. I need to keep the plates spinning for a little longer.

Determined, I straighten my tie, practice my smile, and head out of the bathroom.

“Ready?” I call out while I fix my diamond cufflinks.

Breathtaking. I usually don’t use that word. Even in this case, I don’t think it’s good enough to fully describe the image before me. One thing I can say about Dani is she knows her body, what looks good draped on it, and what colors enhance her beauty. The shade of cream and blush-pink of the curve-hugging dress was perfect. Not needing a lot of bells or sparkle, the satin gown breathed and sighed with her every step.

The way my heart flexes at her touch is beyond anything I’ve ever experienced. Suddenly, I feel a twinge of anger. No, it’s not due to the heads that turn to sneak a glimpse or to gawk at her Dani at my side, as we stroll to meet the people waiting for us. It’s the fact that I’ve wasted precious time that could have been spent with her. Others may call me crazy or label me wrong for taking up with Dani, I don’t care. This; she is what I want. At times, I still find it strange that the glimmer in her eye is because of me, but it’s there. It’s a sparkle of love that can’t be ignored, nor can I deflate my chest of my pride.

If you’ve seen one show, you’ve seen them all. Under the dim lights, Dani and I talk more than watch the talent sweating on stage. The drinks flow. The top-notch food on our plates barely eaten. We touch, giggle, and shoot the shit until the curtain falls.

“Mama wants to have drinks to celebrate,” she whispers.

I open my mouth to respond only to fall into a coughing fit. My eyes budge, as I call on the Lord to please show a chief of sinners like me a bit of mercy. My hand tightens around Dani, as an act of defiance.

  “Guys!”

My world shifts from real-time to slow motion. Dani and the others turn to acknowledge the form moving our way. I can feel it. Dani is instantly going from hot to cold. I don’t have to glance at her to know she’s looking at me for an explanation.

“Oh, Lord, Amy? What the hell? Austin, it’s Amy.”

Rainbow can play the dumb card. I ain’t buying it. Neither is Phil.

  “Motherfucker,” growls Dani.

She gives me a sharp elbow to the ribs. I jerk her back to my side.

  “Let me explain,” I beg.

“Austin, honey… oh, where is he? Nathan, over here.”

My gaze darts in the direction Amy is waving. Where I was willing to give Amy a stiff finger in the wind, I hesitate a little when Nathan appears. His eyes fasten on my arm around Dani’s waist. He reads the guilt on my face.

  “Dad.”

That one word holds accusations, hurt, and anger. In the midst of hundreds, no thousands of people milling around, the tension is thick as fuck. Amy, the calculating bitch, plays the stage.

“Oh, Rainbow, I’m so happy for you. I just had to come. Whatever you need, I’m here to help.”

“I didn’t know you two were like that,” grunts Phil.

“We aren’t,” Rainbow interjects quickly. “I didn’t call her,” promises Rainbow.

“No, but…I saw your post on Instagram,” explains Amy in a rush.

In spite of her seeing Dani, she rushes to my side in mock excitement.

  “Oh, Austin!” she chuckles.

A stiff Dani steps out of my arm.

  “It’s perfect timing, actually-“

I brace myself. I know this is going to hurt. Not me, but the woman I’m falling for.

  “Seeing how-“

I close my eyes, hold my breath. To

“I’m next,” Amy ends in a squeal to flash the diamond on her finger.

I open my eyes to lock horns with Rainbow. The look on her face is smug. All day, I’ve danced around the threat she made this morning to tell Dani if I didn’t come clean. Of course, she wouldn’t risk Dani finding out that she called Amy. No, she let social media be the barer of bad news and exposed me with a push of a button. Fucking clever.

While I was cussing Rainbow out with my cold eyes, everyone else was glancing at Dani.

“Oh, Dani, you’re here, too. Jesus, girl, you need to live your
own life,” sneers Amy.

“My daughter doesn’t need advice from a woman that majored in swallowing,” smirks Rainbow. “And my wedding, when it does happen, will be with close friends and family,” she adds, stressing her point.

I told you there was never a friendship. I’m hoping Amy will press her luck and get her ass knocked out.

  “Are you fuckin’ him?”

Nathan’s question comes out of nowhere. He had been standing like a statue.

“What?!” laughs Amy. “Are you joking?!” Amy cranes back to glance at Dani and back to me. “Nathan, your father would never lead this poor girl along by feeding into a childish fantasy.”

Suddenly, I snap. I don’t care to control myself. My touch is harsh and rough when I capture her by the upper arm.

Nose to nose, I lean into her face.

  “Shut your fuckin’ pie hole.”

I read the challenge in her gaze. She read the fight in mine. I swear our exchange only lasted a few seconds. However, by the time I’m ready to give the others my attention, the group has thinned. Dani is gone.

  CHAPTER FIVE

  DANI

I won’t cry. I refuse to shed another tear over Austin. I repeat my promise while I blink back the tears. I hold my hand out to stop my Mama from talking. Instead, she stands close to lend me her strength. I’m sure this bombshell was what all the whispering was about, and the cause for her showing Austin her ass. She knew. How I don’t know. I believe her that she and Amy weren’t friends. Mama never was with women that had low morals out of fear that those same whores would fuck a little too close to home if given a chance.

Out of the corner of my eye, I catch a hand pressing the elevator button. Upward I move to come face to face with Nathan. Inward, my stomach flips. He’s the last person I want to see. Shifting my weight, I mentally yell for the elevator to hurry the hell up.

  “New keys.”

I thankfully take the gold plastic from my Dad when he joins us. The door opens. Our group of four boards.
