I moved one hand to her lower back and used the other to cup the back of her head and keep us both steady. My stomach had bottomed out, my legs were a little unsteady, and my cock was ecstatic at the realization I was holding an actual live woman in my arms.
Not that I’d ever held a woman that wasn’t alive … just that the only girl I’d ever been with was Cynthia, and it had been almost eighteen months since the last time we’d had sex … on prom night.
A low, throaty moan emitted from Trixie’s lips and I swear I almost came in my pants. Luckily, I didn’t embarrass myself that way, I held it together and kissed her with everything I had.
Tongues danced, teeth nibbled, and her lips felt deliciously plump beneath mine, and I felt like I could kiss her for the rest of my days and die a happy man.
Unfortunately, the throbbing of my cock was getting out of control and I knew I needed to take a breather and calm down a bit, so I broke the kiss and stepped back slightly.
Trixie looked up at me with dazed eyes, her cheeks flushed with desire.
“Come back,” she ordered, the hand she still had fisted in my shirt pulling me back.
“We should,” I began, but when she grasped my cock over my jeans, I lost the ability to speak.
“I want your mouth on me,” Trixie said, moving her hand in remarkable ways.
“Where?” I asked when I could manage to get my brain and mouth to work together again.
“Everywhere,” she whispered, and then … Lord in heaven … she whipped her shirt over her head and laid back on my bed.
I looked at her briefly, my entire body throbbing painfully, before jumping into action.
First I turned and hurried to my bedroom door, shutting and locking it swiftly before rushing back to the foot of the bed, where I pulled my shirt over my head before reaching for her.
I kept my jeans on, figuring it was probably safer that way, before grasping her ankles and pulling her down the bed.
Trixie slid down with a laugh, which died in her throat when I unbuttoned her shorts and slid them down her legs.
When I’d kissed Trixie, I’d obviously been playing with fire. A fire I’d never seen grow so quickly, so fast, and I’d definitely gotten burned. Cynthia and I had both been virgins when we’d gotten together, and had learned through experimentation with each other. But she’d never burned hot for me like Trixie had with just one kiss, and I wanted to do everything I could to stoke that fire and have her ignite for me.
This feeling of power coursed through me, and it felt wonderful. To know she wanted me, my mouth on her, to give her pleasure and know her intimately, made me feel like a king … I just hoped an inexperienced guy like me could make her feel like a queen.
Once I had her where I wanted her on the bed, I leaned over and started to kiss my way down her body, starting with her throat.
Trixie turned her head to the side, giving me better access, and clenched the comforter beneath her as I licked and sucked lightly, leaving a train of kisses and nibbles as I made my descent.
I paid homage to her breasts, kissing the soft mounds that spilled over the cups of her bra, before kissing a trail down her flat stomach.
Nerves started a riot low in my belly as I prepared to do something I’d researched a lot, but had never actually done in real life.
Trixie writhed and moaned beneath me, letting me know I was on the right path, so I bit back my nerves and peeled her black cotton panties down over her hips. She lifted up slightly, and shifted so I could get them all the way off.
Then, like she’d fallen right out of my deepest fantasies, Trixie palmed her breasts, eyes on me, and opened her legs.
Fuck me…
Ignoring my insecurities, I went with my instincts, and a reel of a few choice video clips I’d watched, and I settled in front of her to make my fantasy a reality.
Placing my hands on her thighs, I moved them up slowly, keeping my eyes on hers as I found my destination. Her eyes darkened and lids got heavy as I began to fondle her clit with one hand and tease her entrance with the other.
When she closed her eyes and arched her back, pushing down onto my hands, I replaced my thumb with my mouth and eased a finger inside.
It was fucking heaven.
The feel of her, taste of her, and way she was responding to my attention made my dick so hard it was painful, and I couldn’t help but thrust against the bed beneath me.
“Up a little,” Trixie said with a moan, and I quickly adjusted. “Yes, right there … God, Wes.”
My name on her lips was like a gift.
I increased the pressure and quickened the movement of my tongue as I added another finger to thrust inside of her.
“Yes,” she cried, her white skin blushing as she pushed harder into my face.
Feeling her come beneath me was better than winning any swim meet, sailing in the Riviera, or finally moving out of the house that had begun to feel more like a prison than a home. It was glorious, and I hoped I’d get the chance to see Trixie just like this … again and again.
I helped her with her clothes and was contemplating sneaking into the bathroom to jack off when there was a knock on the door.
“Dinner’s ready,” Karrie called out.
I looked over at Trixie to find her smiling at me and we both burst out laughing.
Eleven
Trixie
I had to avoid Wes’s face for the first couple minutes after sitting down for dinner. I didn’t want to look at him and laugh, catch his eye and see regret, or, even more likely, stare at his mouth and relive that amazing moment in his bed.
We’d left the room right after Karrie told us dinner was ready. I felt bad, because I’d been fully expecting to repay the favor to Wes, but I didn’t want to be late to dinner, especially since Karrie was the one who’d invited me.
Wes didn’t have time to recover, and I knew he was hard because he walked with a sort of limp from the bedroom to the kitchen.
That memory alone was enough to make me want to giggle at the table.
But I didn’t want Wes to think I was laughing at him, make his brothers wonder what exactly had gone on in the time we were away, or look like a crazy person.
So, I focused on my plate, played with my mashed potatoes, and did my best to find composure.
“Is your chicken okay?”
I glanced up to see Ridge watching me thoughtfully as he took a long pull of his beer.
“Yes, it’s great,” I lied. Not that I wasn’t sure it would be great, but I hadn’t tried it yet. Since I was sure he noticed, I rectified that by cutting a piece and popping it in my mouth. “Everything is amazing, thanks again for inviting me.”
“My family always sat down for Sunday dinners and I realized how much I missed it after spending some time with them. I thought it would be nice if we started having them. Not all the time, of course, I know we have class, work, and other life things that get in the way, but even if we do it, say, once a month, I’d be happy,” Karrie said, looking around the table hopefully.
“If the food’s always as good as this and I have to do minimal work, I’m down,” Brody said with a grin.
Wes slapped him on the arm good-naturedly and said, “We’re happy to help you in any way you want, Karrie. You know that.”
“Thanks, guys,” Karrie replied brightly. “And, it doesn’t always have to be here, we can take turns at our place, too, that way Ridge doesn’t have to lug the grill over.”
“Or, you guys could buy your own grill, so I don’t have.”
“We could do that,” Wes said, at the same time Brody answered, “Or, you could just buy it for us. That way you get the kind you want and don’t give us shit when we come home with the wrong one.”
“True,” Ridge replied with a nod. “I’ll do that.”
The meal was fun with lots of talking and laughter, mostly at Brody, who always seemed to have something to say.
When we were done everyone cleared the table, rinsed
their dishes, and loaded the dishwasher. It was all very adult and unlike my apartment, where more often than not dishes stayed in the sink until they were hauled off by a small rodent. It seemed like this was the normal state of business for Karrie and the brothers.
We all moved to the living room and brought plates with my cake with us. The boys with their beer to play video games, and Karrie and I to a separate little sitting area with the Peach Moscato she said she kept here to help her get through game nights.
“This is a cute space,” I said as I took one of the seats and set my glass on the small bistro table.
“Thanks. Ridge kind of strong armed them into giving me a space to hang out and do homework or read when they’re together playing games. At first I’d offered to stay home when he came here to hang out, but I really like Wes and Brody, and Ridge wants me to be here with him, so this is our happy medium.”
“It’s really nice. The perfect little nook to relax in.”
“I have to admit, these guys really do spoil me,” Karrie said, looking fondly at the brothers, who were talking smack to each to each other, rapt on the game they were playing. “I never would have imagined when I met Ridge we’d end up here. Life’s funny that way, ya know?”
“Mmmm,” I muttered, taking a gulp of my wine and thinking of Wes going down on me an hour ago. “It sure is.”
“This cake is terrific,” Wes called over.
I looked up and smiled at him, while Brody agreed, “It really is,” his mouth full.
Ridge reached over and punched his arm, while Karrie and I laughed.
They went back to their game, while we chatted about classes, what we’d been up to the last year, and about a new shampoo Karrie had discovered and loved. Before I knew it, a couple hours had passed and Ridge was standing up and saying they needed to get going.
I looked at my watch and realized I probably should head home myself, since I had an early morning class, and stood to say my goodbyes.
Karrie and Ridge were out the door first, with a promise to see me again soon and talk to Wes and Brody tomorrow. Brody gave me a quick hug and said, “It was nice to meet you, Trix,” before going off to his room.
Which left Wes and me alone by the front door, an awkward tension surrounding us.
“About earlier,” Wes began, rubbing the back of his neck nervously. “I didn’t mean for things to go that far…”
“Don’t worry about it. I’m the one who pushed, and I’m not sorry I did … It felt wonderful,” I assured him, conscious of my cheeks heating.
I wasn’t someone who was shy about sex, but his obvious uncertainty made me nervous.
Wes grinned, dropping his hand, and asked, “Yeah?”
“Oh yeah, couldn’t you tell?” I teased.
This time it was Wes who blushed, which I thought was utterly adorable.
“Wes,” I said, my tone more serious. “I wanted to tell you that I’m really sorry … about last year, for lying to you and writing the expose behind your back. I know you trusted me, and I broke that trust, and although I can’t regret the article, I do regret losing you because of it. The way I was with you was never a lie … I swear it. I meant to say this earlier, but things escalated kind of quickly.”
His lips quirked at that, and he took my hand in his.
“I appreciate you saying all that, and I accept your apology. I was surprised, and I can’t deny I was hurt, but I do understand why you wrote it.”
“So, we’re good?” I asked.
Wes squeezed my hand gently and replied, “Yeah, we’re good.”
“Great, thanks … I was worried.”
“Do you want to stay?” Wes asked, his tone conveying his nerves.
“I shouldn’t, I have to get up early…”
Wes nodded and walked me out.
When he saw the scooter by the curb, he asked, “That yours?”
“Yeah, it’s a Vespa. It belonged to my older sister and she passed it down to me when she got a car. It’s actually pretty cool. I don’t have to worry about finding parking spots, or dealing with a heavy gas bill.”
“What about when it rains, or in the winter?”
“I have a poncho, and winter clothes,” I replied with a laugh.
“It’s funny, this is the last thing I ever expected to see you drive.”
I shrugged and asked, “Have you ever ridden one?”
“Yeah, in Italy.”
“Wow, fancy,” I joked. “You go there often?”
“We used to take big trips every summer. It was my favorite part of growing up actually … the whole family would travel together every year. Of course, once we arrived, our parents usually left us to our own devices, but Ridge loves to travel and always found all the cool local spots.”
“That sounds amazing. I’ve always wanted to travel.”
I found myself wanting to hear more, to learn all about Wes’s childhood. He must have read my mind, because he asked, “Are you sure you don’t want to stay? No expectations, just to hang out and talk … What do you say?”
I looked at my scooter, before looking back at him and shrugging. “I wouldn’t have gotten far without my backpack anyway, since my keys are in it … but, yeah, I would like to spend more time with you.”
“Great, come on. I’ll go tell Brody to stay in his room. Do you want a beer?”
“That sounds perfect.”
Twelve
Wes
“Oh my gosh, that’s hilarious,” Trixie managed even though she was laughing so hard she was leaning over.
The low, throaty sound wrapped around me like a blanket, and I wanted to do whatever I could to keep her laughing.
“Brody’s a lot of things, but subtle is not one of them,” I said wryly.
“You out here talking shit?”
I looked over to see Brody standing in the hall, his fingers absently scratching his bare chest as he blinked sleepily at us.
Trixie let out a yelp of surprise, then collapsed on the couch, her laughter bordering on hysterical.
It was about four in the morning, and although we only had a couple of beers each, we were punch drunk from lack of sleep and each other’s company.
“Did we wake you?” I asked my brother, resting my arm on the back of the couch.
Brody stifled a yawn and shook his head.
“Bad dream,” he muttered. “Need water.”
My younger brother had been plagued with nightmares for as long as I could remember. It was rare for him to make it through the night without one.
I watched him slip into the kitchen before turning back to Trixie.
“You good?” I asked with a chuckle.
“Yeah, oh man … I haven’t laughed like that in a long time,” she said, wiping tears from her cheeks. “The memories you have with your brothers are really special. And all of the opportunities to see the world, it’s really amazing.”
“The neighborhood we lived in, the schools we went to, well, a lot of people had the keeping up with the Jones’s mentality. Always worried about having the newest and most expensive cars, boats, electronics … basically toys. And one upping their friends was one of my parents’ favorite pastimes. I was able to ignore most of it, but I know how fortunate I was to grow up not wanting for money and getting those luxuries. I tried not to let it go to my head, to stay grounded and not end up like most of the assholes we went to school with.”
“I can see that. You certainly don’t act like you were born with a silver spoon in your mouth. Your brothers on the other hand…”
Trixie grinned and slapped me on the leg.
“I’m joking. They’re great.”
“Thanks.”
“So, out of all the places you’ve been in the world, where is your favorite and why?”
I leaned my head back, closed my eyes, and let the memories of pristine white structures overlooking the brilliant blue sea flash through my mind. Flashes of Ridge and I fishing from a boat, Brody and I laughing with pretty
dark-haired girls from the village, and the three of us laying back on loungers as we listened to the water lap against the pebbles on the beach, came to me as clearly as if I were looking at photos from one of the albums at home.
“Santorini, Greece. It’s the most beautiful place I’ve ever seen, and the food was amazing. I’d love to go back there someday.” I rolled my head and opened my eyes so I could look at her and ask, “What about you?”
“Well, we didn’t travel a lot … at least, not like that. My sister, Grace, is five years older than me, and I was kind of a surprise. I’m pretty sure my parents were only planning to have one kid, but they never made me feel unwanted or anything. They’re both teachers, so we weren’t rolling in it, but they did have summers off, unless one of them picked up an assistant coaching position, or summer school classes. Mostly, we’d go visit my grandparents, although one year we did make it down to Universal Studios in Orlando.”
“And was that your favorite trip?” I pressed.
Trixie shook her head.
“Not really. I’d had my heart on Disney, but it was too expensive. Grace was seventeen then, and she opted to stay back with one of her friends instead of going with us, so it was kind of a bummer. She had her first real boyfriend, so she didn’t want to leave town.”
I laughed as Trixie gave an exaggerated eyeroll.
“My father’s parents lived in Texas and my mother’s parents lived in Michigan. In Michigan they lived in this cottage with a root cellar out back. My grandma would plant a garden and harvest it, then she’d make jams, pickle vegetables, and can some stuff for winter. Their yard butted up against a farm, and I loved to sit outside and watch the horses. That’s my favorite place.”
“Sounds nice,” I replied, enjoying the way her lips turned up and she gazed off into nothing as if she could see the horses right then. “Do you still go there?”
Trixie sighed sadly, turning to me, and I knew what she was going to say.
