“Do you know the only human that went to heaven body and soul in a chariot? Some purported it was some sort of a space vessel?” Ranishé asked.
“Mary?” I frowned.
“No,” He giggled
“A biblical prophet named Elijah. Now, you are the second.” He giggled.
“Oh, so you have the earthly Bible?” I pouted.
“We have documents. We study what we need to know about your world.” He explained.
“I see, but I’m no prophet.” I shrugged.
“But you are a hero. You saved your world and you will never get any recognition for it because no one will ever know happened. That’s a true heroism.” A golden breeze washed over me as I leaned into his chest. The feeling was priceless. My eyelids began to drift together as gainful sleep, begged to take possession.
“Do not fall asleep just yet. We are almost here.” Ranishé nudged me.
“What? It’s only been a few minutes; oh, I get it.” I sluggishly left his embrace.
“I give you to Andraniva,” Ranishé announced, gesturing outside just as the craft door swung open. It was paradise.
The purple picturesque setting sun, commingled with buoyant blue clouds reflecting upon a mirror of serene water, bridged with titanium metal. Trees in their assorted, species, colour, shape and sizes grazed roadsides and rooftops as vehicles sped above a crystal city, with an electrical Hyperloop transportation system. A perfect coordination of nature and technology. He held my hand and we stepped onto glassed floors. He drew me closer, held my waist and laid his lips on mine.
“Welcome to my home, Eden.”
Epilogue
There are battles fought behind veils, cloaked from the human eye. And there are heroes, those that fight in obscurity to keep the world as we know, safe from prowlers. The secrets of the universes are not meant to be known but are to be kept hidden and safe from the bittering truth that might result in irreversible chaos.
