“I see. When I felt your pain earlier, I thought you’d died. But when I didn’t disappear, I knew there was a chance to save you. So I came.”
“Thank you. In any case, we need sacrifices. Fifteen of them. How will Sophia take it? She’ll probably want to kill me if I end up killing anyone she knows.”
“Hah,” Alpha snickered, mocking me, and started running. The faint scent of burnt wood and smoke still lingered in my nostrils as we exited the cave only seconds later. He shrugged us off his back and sat beside Sophia protectively. She, in turn, held a young boy in her arms.
Her brother must have survived, I thought.
“Kane!” she cried and let go of her brother. The way she rushed me, I didn’t know if she wanted to kill or fuck me. “You saved him!” she yelled joyously and put her arms around me. “Thank you,” she added with a whisper and kissed me full on the lips.
“Don’t mention it. I promised, after all,” I stuttered and pulled away from her under Lilith’s stern gaze. I would still have to see what kind of relationship we’d share, and how far I could go with either of them. After all, I didn’t want her to kill any of my women. “Can we talk for a moment, over there?” I asked, nodding for Sophia to follow me.
“Sure,” she nodded and flashed me a smile before she turned to her brother and waved. The little boy had climbed on Alpha and was scratching him behind his ears. From the link we shared, I could feel he enjoyed it as much as I had enjoyed sex with Katya. Or what had passed for sex between us.
“So… We’ve got a problem,” I said and looked away. I couldn’t bear looking her in the eye, killing the hope there, but I had to. “There’s something… evil within me. It took control of my body and… ordered me to sacrifice fifteen of the captives, so the rest could live,” I lied. It wasn’t a full-blown lie, but she didn’t need to know the exact version.
“Wait, that’s a little over a third! And what do you mean, sacrifice?” she hissed. “As in kill them or something?”
I nodded and met her horrified gaze.
“I’m sorry, but if we don’t, he could easily take over and kill off the rest without even batting an eye.”
Sophia lowered her gaze.
“I see. Is there any chance we can avoid this? Any chance at all?”
“Can we delay this, Astaroth?”
A low, rumbling laughter was followed by a monstrous bellow. I felt a chill in my very soul as he spoke.
“No! I need food now, not later.”
“Are there any women or kids here, except your little brother, that you know and want saved?” I whispered into her ear, drowning Astaroth’s laughter out as best I could.
Tears streamed down her cheeks as she pushed me away, her mouth open to speak, but she remained mute. Her eyes roamed the group as she bit down on her lip. I could see the guilt in the way she looked at the group, shifting from foot to foot.
“No. I don’t know any of them,” she whispered and moved toward Alpha before I could stop her. I sighed and shook my head. There was no easy way to do this, or a right way to be honest, but I wanted to have Lilith, even if it cost me my humanity. Something in her eyes and smile stirred all my primal urges. She was a goddess, no, a queen of death and destruction, but I loved it.
“Listen up,” I said and stepped toward the group that was huddled against each other, more for comfort than anything else, I guessed. “We need to… sacrifice... fifteen of you to satisfy the gods that helped us take out the bandits, the demon living there and then free you.”
Loud gasps and cries replaced the silence as some of the women scrambled to run. A reddish glow shot out into the darkness of the forest as Lilith held her hand up. Three strange looking chains had appeared from her palm and had caught the fleeing women.
“No! Please, don’t!”
“Have mercy!”
“Spare us!”
My heart ached, but I had my priorities, and with every passing moment, Lilith showed me I had made the right choice. My demon goddess was powerful. Not quite as strong as Astaroth, but more than enough to help me with whatever the demon within might throw at me.
“I would like to suggest something. If you agree, then agree on it between yourselves without us forcing you to do so. The old, wounded, sick and those without anyone waiting for them at home… should offer to be among those who get to be sacrificed.”
“Easy for you to say!” a young woman yelled, glaring at me. “I don’t want to leave my mother to die after she held out for three years under those bandits!”
I looked down, ashamed of what I asked of them, but they would have died sooner or later anyway, and now, at least more than half of them would have a chance at a normal life. Why couldn’t they understand that?
“Alpha, please! Do something about him! How can you just sit there and let him kill them?” Sophia pleaded. The wolf looked away, embarrassed as well by what I’d forced onto him.
“I hope you’ll be able to live with this, my other half. I know that they split us into a good wolf and… bad human, but this is going too far.”
“Shut it! I need to have her!
“I see. Then how about you just kill them all and make it simpler?”
“Alpha! You’re even worse than him!” Sophia cried as she clenched his fur with both hands. “How can you even say that?”
“Master, do you want me to do it? I don’t mind,” Lilith said in a soothing voice as she walked up to me and covered my hand with hers. “I could even cast a spell on them. They wouldn’t feel a thing,” she whispered.
“If you do this, you’re no better than those monsters that took them, raped and killed them, did what whatever they could and wanted!” Sophia kept yelling, and I knew she was right. But I had to please Astaroth. Why couldn’t they understand that all of this was for them.
“Are there any volunteers?” I asked and turned to face the group once more. They were a pitiful bunch, wearing tattered rags, with long disheveled hair and skin covered in filth.
Seven women got up and walked toward me on unsteady feet.
“We’re ready. All of us have been here for years and have no one on the outside. And if you must, we feel it is best you if you take our lives first.”
I nodded at Lilith. She nodded back and turned to the women and whispered something. A fine red mist enveloped the seven, putting them to sleep within seconds. She walked up to them, her hips ever swaying and enticing me to do things to them no one before had. She knelt next to each of the women and pressed her thumb against their foreheads. One after the other died, without a single scream.
“Do you feel it? The helplessness? The pain and suffering? Don’t even think about betraying me, or I’ll make you watch as I skin Katya and then rip her apart, piece by piece.”
I closed my eyes and felt like I was about to throw up. He had me, and as long as I played by his rules, I’d get to live. It was as easy as that. My whisper was quiet, defeated.
“Yes, master.”

Sophia, along with Alpha and her little brother, had gone south, to where she and I had met and would wait for us there. At least the two wouldn’t be even more traumatized by what would happen now. I sighed and turned to Lilith.
“Can you sense sickness? Or bad health in general?” I asked, trying not to sound too hopeful.
She shrugged and traced her long finger down the length of her hair.
“To an extent. Depends on what you want me to do,” she replied.
I felt that the ones with the highest chance of survival should be spared, not the sick.
“Life threatening stuff. Can you check for signs of that?”
She nodded and approached the mortified group of women. Not a single one of them had any fight left in her. In their eyes, I was even worse than the bandits had been, as I wanted some of them dead, not only to use their bodies.
“Three. Two have some disease that might turn life threatening, though given the lack of food and medicine, they would join
the three within a few days most likely. That’s five.”
“Choose the three oldest and add them to those five. Only the ones without family. Then, get it over with, please. I don’t want it to kill the rest just because we were too slow with the sacrifice.“
I sighed and turned away from the group, shame filling me down to my core.
“No, please don’t! I’ll be your slave, I’ll do anything for you!” one of the women cried.
“Do it,” I whispered. Lilith had more than good enough hearing, so I didn’t need to repeat myself. If I had, they might’ve heard the weakness in my voice.
“It’s over,” Lilith whispered as she put her arms around me. “How does it feel to be Astaroth’s slave?” The question stung, more than I thought possible.
“You should know better than me,” I replied and turned to her. “What’s the deal with you two, anyway?”
The corners of her mouth rose slightly, revealing the now familiar sharp fangs. They were much larger than they had any right to be. I realized this wasn’t the time nor place for such discussions.
“Shouldn’t you let the rest go first?” she asked and nodded at them.
“Right,” I sighed and looked past her. “You can all leave. You won’t be harmed in any way by me, my wolf or this fine lady here. Please, go. If any of you make it to Homitage, you can ask for Kane, and I’ll set you up with… something.”
“Come on.”
“Let’s go before he kills us too!”
The women were frightened beyond measure, but I couldn’t do anything about it. Not against the demon I had inside me.
“I’m sorry, if that’s worth a damn to you. Anything you find in the cave is yours. Maybe you will find it in yourself to forgive me, one day.”
“Please, shut up,” Lilith interrupted me, taking my head and forcing me to look into her eyes. “They don’t want or need your pity. You murdered their friends and family. There’s nothing you can say that will make them feel better,” Lilith whispered.
“Whatever. We should make our way to the clearing. It’s somewhere south of here. We can talk along the way.” What she said next startled me.
“Maybe you would prefer to see everything? As I see it, through my eyes?” she asked as two dark red, demonic wings appeared out of thin air and enveloped us in a ball. Lilith pulled me close to her, pressing her breasts against my chest. She whispered something I couldn’t understand and leaned in. A sharp pain shot through my neck as I felt her teeth puncture my skin. I was overcome with a dull numbness, as if I’d been out drinking all day and night.
“What are you doing?” I whispered, trying to pull myself away from her, but she was much too strong for me to escape her embrace. Images of a desolate land rushed through my mind. Lilith fighting, and then being captured by a man twice my size. He looked like a monstrous human, all red, grey and black. He raped and beat her, then disappeared for long periods of time. All kinds of creatures fought against him, yet he was always victorious, killing scores of opponents with ease.
An enormous stone castle came next, a procession going to it. Lilith and the monster of a man walked hand in hand to an altar. But it wasn’t anything like the altars we had and more resembled a hideous nightmare’s head. Religious zealots were torturing and burning men, women and children alike. Everything stopped as the image shifted to Lilith, lying in a bed. Bruised, beaten and barely alive. The demon appeared in front of her and forced a vial of liquid down her throat. She writhed in pain, cried and clawed at her skin.
Three days and two nights passed, with the monster standing over her, waiting, watching her. She twitched and screamed, cursing the world, the creator and the man by name. Astaroth.
My blood ran cold as I finally saw all of him. Sharp spikes ran along his arms and legs, a chest resembling living, writhing armor. Bright red eyes and a long, sharp tongue. A demonic knight from the worst of nightmares.
“Come, my love. Be reborn and spend all eternity with your maker!” he growled and lifted Lilith in the air by her shoulders. Her body was perfect one moment, and the next, her skin burst open. Two bony protrusions came out of her back, and long spikes from her elbows. Sharp nails sprouted from her fingers as her teeth grew and becamemore predatory.
“What have you done to me?!” she screamed, blood streaming down her body as the bony protrusions turned into a webbed mass. Before long, two dark red wings lay flat against her body as she hissed and clawed at Astaroth.
“Drink from me,” he ordered and placed her face to his neck. She did, voraciously, before he threw her against the wall and disappeared. Time passed. Lilith’s lovely and somewhat happy features turned cold. Day after day the two fought until she ran and hid in the world of the living, becoming the leader of a bandit group, dozens of years ago.
The images disappeared as Lilith pushed me away. Still groggy, I dropped to my knees and vomited as Lilith stood over me, her wings shrouding me in darkness. The pain from our recent battle disappeared, as if it had never been there.
“Two birds with one stone,” she chuckled. “You got to see… all of me, and I healed you in the process, master. Is there anything else I could do for you?”
I spat out the remaining residue and got up, wiping my mouth with the back of my hand.
“I want to go find Alpha and Sophia first, then we go home. I’ve had enough violence for a while.”
“Very well,” she replied and curtsied. Lilith unfurled her wings and embraced me like a lover, placing her arms around my back and intertwining her legs with mine. “Please, hold on tight.”
We shot off into the air, and danced in between the trees as Lilith maneuvered through them expertly. Birds greeted us in the upper layer, accompanied by a cold wind. I pressed myself into Lilith, trying to escape the frost. Her large breasts kept me from pressing in any closer as I tried to meld with her. She breathed on my neck, sending a warm sensation coursing through me.
The bulge between my legs said all she needed and wanted to know. I could feel her squirming and moving against my body. Her hand traced a line down my back and then moved between my legs. It stopped at my shaft. Lilith pressed her hand around my cock and moved it up and down, rubbing the cloth pants against my skin.
“Hold on,” she whispered in my ear and bit down gently. Lilith’s hand moved up and slid into my pants, startling me for some reason. Her hand wrapped around my shaft and moved up and down slowly. A cold sensation went through my body from her cold touch, intermingled with my heat.
“Why are you so--”
“Shhh. Don’t ask a question you don’t want to hear the answer to.”
I smiled at her and relaxed in her tight embrace. She leaned in again and licked my neck. A sharp pain shot through it again as her fangs protruded through my skin once more. There were no images this time, just heightened sensation and pure lust as her hand moved faster up and down the length of my cock.
I could feel her sucking my blood, just enough to send me into a state of ecstasy. My right hand shot down and grabbed her firm ass, while my left slid under her dress and grabbed her right tit. She was colder than I thought she’d be, but it didn’t matter. Her erect nipple was in my mouth before I even realized it.
“W-What are you doing? I’m flying!” she moaned, missing a beat with her wings. We dropped a couple feet, but I didn’t care even if we dropped. Her skin was silky smooth through all that cold. Even if it was radiating from her, it didn’t bother me. If only I could slide into her in this position, to taste her honey.
Her hand started moving even faster, sending a surge of pleasure through my aroused length. Thick, creamy cum shot into her hand and onto my stomach. But she didn’t stop. She kept going, milking me for every drop I had to give. I squirmed at how good it felt. She only stopped as we landed at our destination.
“That was--”
“Shh. Let’s bathe to clean all your seed up. I want to show off my body to that mortal cunt you saved. She needs to see what a real woman looks
like.”
“Shit. What the hell have I gotten myself into?”
“A lot of shit, most likely. Just you wait until Katya sees the two of them. Then you’re really fucked,” Alpha replied to my inner turmoil.
“Thanks a lot for the heads up, smartass. Next time don’t leave me alone with her, and no funny things will happen. I think.”
“Hah! Yeah, right! You’d fuck any living creature you could get your hands on from what I know. And maybe even the dead ones!”
“Don’t go there. Anyway, where’s Sophia and the kid?”
Alpha shrugged.
“Don’t know. She said something along the lines of not trusting you, not caring about you, and wishing you were dead? Oh, and she said to thank you for saving her brother.”
I sighed and shook my head.
“Whatever. Women will always be women. Not even women understand each other properly, what chance do I have?”
“Well said, master. Now, will you join me?” Lilith asked as she stepped into the cold water.

The fresh scent of the water and the clearing itself filled my nostrils as I joined Lilith. Her cold touch had nothing on the icy water, but I didn’t mind. I needed the cold, icy caress of death. The caked blood needed to go before I could present myself to Katya. And Sophia as well.
“Come,” Lilith whispered and spread her arms. I slid through the water and stopped just shy of her. Lilith moved past and embraced me from behind, pressing her breasts against my back and placing her hands against my chest.
“I’m glad that I… chose to keep you,” I whispered. Her hands stopped moving and I felt her breath against my neck.
“I could see that earlier. And I can see it now as well,” she replied as her hand slid down to my cock. “Very happy, in fact.”
I didn’t force her away, nor did I ask her to keep going. No, I needed something else from her now. Had I made the right choice? Or had the sacrificed women died for nothing?
