Beast Daddy: Once Upon A Daddy Page 17

“Yes!” My eyes rolled back in my head, and I nearly screamed.

Adam slammed his cock into me as hard as he could, and the pressure began to release. My pussy spasmed on his length, and he kept his thrusts going without missing a beat. The orgasm was fairly intense because I was so turned on, and his throbbing cock hammered my g-spot in unison with my spasms. The orgasm seized control and started to make me squirm underneath him, but he pinned my arms to the couch and kept going. The peak felt like a tornado raging inside of me—pure pleasure surged through my veins. The instant it began to fade, another built up—then it collided with the first.

“I bet I can make you come a dozen times before I do…” He squeezed my wrists and slammed his cock deep.

“I won’t take that bet—because you’re definitely going to win!” I exhaled sharply as another orgasm ripped through my soul.

I’m not sure how many times Adam made me come, but I lost count somewhere around seven or eight. My thoughts were shattered, but my body still belonged to him. I felt ravaged and weak by the time he got close to another release, but I knew I had another in me—feeling him come inside my pussy always forced another orgasm to the surface. He hammered me until the cum was flooding my pussy, and my body reacted to him the way it always did. The peak on the last orgasm was so strong that my entire body lifted up except for my wrists, which stayed pinned beneath his grasp. I stayed trapped in that peak as he emptied his balls, then we both crashed into the couch.

“Give me a minute—then we can take this to your bedroom and start all over.” He exhaled sharply into my ear.

  “Oh god…” I sighed.

“You’re going to beg for it, aren’t you princess.” He lifted up and narrowed his eyes.

“Yes Daddy.” I forced my tired lips to smile and gasped.

“Good girl…” He pressed his lips to my forehead.

Adam was serious—less than five minutes after we collapsed in exhaustion, he leaned back and stood. I felt like jelly in his arms, but as soon as he got me to the bedroom, the desire began to churn again. It was a distraction we both needed and if the fire needed to burn all night long, then the embers were never going to go out. I was just happy to be there with him—even if our future had never been more uncertain. Our bodies were doing the work so that our thoughts didn’t have a chance to get out of control—it kept the worry from creeping into the moment we shared. Our passion erupted until our bodies were spent, and I finally collapsed in Adam’s arms. He was too tired to even pull me close, and I was too tired to move from the position I was in.

We might both sleep until noon after that…

  The next day

“Is it time?” I brought two cups of hot cocoa into the living room and handed one of them to Adam.

“Yes.” Adam tapped his finger on the tablet a couple of times. “This is probably going to be on a delay, but it’s the best thing I could find—luckily, the rest of the world is interested in hearing what my brother has to say.”

“I’m not surprised. Your interview went viral…” I slid close to him.

  “Viral?” Adam raised an eyebrow.

I had to explain what viral meant to Adam since he wasn’t familiar with the term. I showed him how many hits the video of his interview had on YouTube and was surprised to see that there were almost a million new views since I checked it the previous day. It seemed like the public was very supportive of his motives, but the only ones that really mattered were in the kingdom of Ruilan. My attention was drawn back to the tablet once Adam’s brother stepped into view—the family resemblance was obvious, but Daniel looked like his time as king had aged him a lot more than Adam’s years of solitude. If I didn’t know that Adam was the older brother, I would have assumed Daniel was based on his appearance.

“Here we go…” Adam turned up the volume and sighed.

The first part of Daniel’s speech focused on the economy of Ruilan. He addressed the concerns that people had over the decline it had taken after he closed the borders. It didn’t seem like the country was hurting nearly as bad I expected and there were several new trade deals that were very promising. He went through a few other matters related to the kingdom, and then he finally mentioned his brother’s name. I grabbed Adam’s hand and squeezed it as we waited to hear what Daniel had to say about his older brother’s sudden resurrection after ten years. If he called for Adam’s arrest, then we were going to be running for the rest of our lives. Staying in one place for too long would be extremely risky.

“Get on with it…” Adam tapped the screen.

I was too nervous to have eagerness over what Daniel was going to say. He started by clearing the air and swore that he had no idea Adam was still alive—he talked about mourning the loss of his brother, but I wasn’t sure that was true based on what Adam had told me about the family dynamics in Ruilan. He finally mentioned the interview and said that he was happy Adam’s views aligned with his own, and while he didn’t agree with his choice to give up the crown for the woman he loved, he respected him for having the conviction to do it.

“It doesn’t sound like he’s going to call for your arrest.” I squeezed Adam’s hand.

“No…” Adam shook his head back and forth.

We both let out a sigh of relief when Daniel confirmed what we suspected but were shocked when he said that Adam was always welcome in Ruilan and could return home at any time. Daniel considered the changes he made to the law in Ruilan to be retroactive, so Adam’s decision to marry without his father’s blessing was not a crime—nor was it treasonous. We were hoping for confirmation that we weren’t going to spend our lives on the run, but Adam still expected Daniel to end the speech by exiling him just to appease the people who were unhappy with Adam’s decision. That was what we considered to be the best case scenario, so an open invitation to return to Ruilan was rather unexpected.

“He sent me a message—one that only a Rosemont would recognize…” Adam narrowed his eyes.

“What do you mean?” I raised an eyebrow.

“Hold on, let me rewind this.” Adam moved his finger across the screen. “Watch how he bends his thumb and taps the podium three times.”

“Yeah.” I nodded. “I see it.”

“It means Rosemont Honor.” Adam leaned forward and put the tablet down. “It’s a vow—he’s basically telling me that what he’s saying is true, and as sacred as our family name. An oath sworn on Rosemont Honor can’t be broken.”

  I’ve seen that before…

“Wait a second…” I tilted my head. “You did that—during your interview.”

“I did.” Adam nodded. “When I said that I had no intention of ever trying to reclaim the throne I gave up—and supported my brother as the king of Ruilan.”

“What do you think?” I moved closer to him. “Do you want to go home?”

“My home is where you are.” He put his arm around me. “It would be nice to see Ruilan again sometime, but not with all of the civil unrest going on. I did all I could when I gave that interview. My brother is the king. He has to find common ground with the people.”

“Maybe one day things will settle down some…” I sighed.

  One month later

After Daniel’s speech cleared the air regarding our future, we decided to return to Los Angeles. We could have lived anywhere, but we had a fond attachment to the old mansion in the woods. Adam hired some workers to clean up the property, repair the iron gate that had rusted open years before, and take care of a few other things that we couldn’t do ourselves. The only thing we didn’t want repaired was the fountain—those roses that had grown through the cracks were too beautiful to disturb.

A couple of weeks after we returned home, Adam got a call from his brother, Daniel. They talked on the phone for almost two hours. The family dynamics in Ruilan might not have been very strong, but they shared common philosophies that gave them a lot to discuss. That phone call turned into
one of many, and I could tell that Adam enjoyed those discussions. He might have given up his crown, but he still cared about the kingdom he was supposed to rule before he chose to follow his heart.

“My brother has decided to open the borders of Ruilan again.” Adam walked into the living room after their latest phone call.

“I’m sure the people will be happy to see all of those rich and powerful people that want to spend money.” I looked up at him and smiled.

“He’s doing it a little differently this time. They are going to build a few hotels along the southern beach, which has never been fully developed—the kingdom is going to be open to the public instead of just being a vacation spot for people who want to buy influence in the kingdom.” Adam sat down next to me.

“Was it your idea or his?” I raised an eyebrow.

“It just came up in discussion.” Adam smiled. “I think it’s a good compromise.”

“That should appease the people, right?” I moved closer to him. “They were concerned about the economy after the borders were closed.”

“It will definitely go a long way, but there are still some traditionalists who aren’t going to be happy with the changes.” He shrugged. “You can’t please everyone.”

“True.” I nodded in agreement. “I’m sure there were people who didn’t like the old ways too—but didn’t say anything because that was the way it always was.”

“Definitely. There were critics, but they usually bit their tongue. There was a time when civil unrest would have resulted in a flogging and imprisonment, so we’ve already come a long way.” He leaned closer. “By the way, my brother and I were discussing something special for the Ruilan Anniversary Festival.”

“Anniversary Festival? What’s that?” I tilted my head inquisitively.

“Nobody really knows when Ruilan was actually founded, so we use the day that the main castle was built as our anniversary date—kind of like the Fourth of July in America. There’s a big parade, fireworks—all that stuff.” He nodded.

  “Okay…” I narrowed my eyes.

“It’s also the day when we hold royal weddings.” His lips spread into a smile.

  “Royal…” I blinked in surprise.

I didn’t get a chance to finish my sentence. Adam leaned forward, dropped to one knee, and pulled a small box out of his pocket. My head started to spin, and my entire body got warm when I realized what he was doing. He opened the box and I saw a gorgeous ring—it was a gold band with an emerald in the middle that was surrounded by diamonds. It was similar to the one I stole when I first broke into his house, but the setting was a lot more modern.

“You might recognize this emerald. You stole it once.” He moved the box closer. “Will you marry me—and keep the ring this time?”

“Oh my god!” My eyes opened wide. “Yes!”

I practically leaped into Adam’s arms after he slid the ring on my finger and moved back to the couch. My heart was going crazy, and my head was still spinning. I peeked over his shoulder while he held me in a tight embrace and stared at my ring. It really was beautiful—and perfectly defined our relationship. I knew I wanted to spend the rest of my life with him, but I wasn’t expecting a ring. I didn’t need a commitment or a ceremony to know that we were meant for each other. After several minutes, the shock wore off, and my thoughts started coming together while I processed what he said.

“So, we’re getting married in Ruilan?” I leaned back from his embrace.

“That’s totally up to you. My brother offered—I told him I had to actually ask you to marry me first.” He nodded and smiled.

“A royal wedding…” I looked down at my ring. “That will get a lot of media attention, especially after your video went viral.”

“If you prefer something more private, I have no problem with that.” He took my hand. “This is your wedding too.”

“No.” I shook my head back and forth a smile slowly spread across my face. “It’s perfect.”

What girl could say no to a modern day fairy tale royal wedding?

  Twenty-Two

  Adam

  One month later

“Are you nervous?” Anabelle reached over and took my hand as the plane approached the kingdom of Ruilan.

  “A little,” I admitted with a sigh.

“Me too.” She gave me a half-hearted smile.

I was returning to my kingdom for the first time since I left on my excursion at eighteen. Everything was sorted out with my brother, but I still didn’t know how the rest of the people in the kingdom would deal with my arrival. I might not have been officially branded a traitor for choosing love over my crown, but I was fairly sure that some people would still consider me one. The civil unrest had started to fade after my brother agreed to open the borders and laid out his vision for the future of tourism in Ruilan. The traditionalists that clung to the old values still had their hesitations, but those that wanted progressive change believed it would lead to a brighter future once everything was sorted out.

“My brother is waiting for us…” I looked out the window as the plane touched down. “And my parents are with him.”

“I guess I get to meet the whole family at once.” Anabelle squeezed my hand.

“Just remember—this won’t be a normal family dynamic. Don’t expect any hugs…” I raised an eyebrow.

“I had seriously screwed up family dynamics my whole life—I’m sure this will be the closest thing to normal I’ve ever seen.” Anabelle unfastened her seatbelt once the plane came to a stop.

I was prepared for anger from my parents—not because they actually missed me, but because I blew off the responsibility that came with my birthright. Instead, when I stepped off the plane, my mother came running with her arms open wide. She nearly tackled me. My father had tears in his eyes when he walked over. I didn’t even know how to react. I literally started to shake with confusion, and all of the blood in my body felt like it rushed straight to my head—or maybe it was just my mother’s arms trying to squeeze the life out of me.

“I can’t believe you’re alive!” Tears streamed down my mother’s face. “I watched the interview, but I was scared to let myself believe it until I saw you with my own two eyes.”

“Son…” My father extended his arms and hugged me. “Welcome home.”

“Mom—Dad.” I was still reeling with confusion when my father let go of me but put my arm around Anabelle. “This is Anabelle. Anabelle—these are my parents.”

“Mr. And Mrs. Rosemont.” She smiled, but it immediately faded. “Is that the right way to address you? Is it your majesty? I’m sorry—I should have asked!”

“Anything is fine.” My father chuckled under his breath. “My son is the king now. I’m retired.”

“Speaking of…” I turned as Daniel approached with several members of his royal guard following closely behind. “This my brother—the king of Ruilan.”

“I know I’m supposed to call you your majesty.” Anabelle gave him a slight bow.

“Customs are overrated.” Daniel waved her off. “You can call me Daniel when we’re not holding court.”

“It’s nice to meet you—all of you.” Anabelle turned back towards my parents.

“Come, I have transportation arranged.” David motioned for us to follow him.

The reaction I got at the airport left me feeling confused, but I wasn’t going to get any answers immediately, so I held Anabelle’s hand and walked to the cars that were waiting for us. We had our own car, so I got to point out a few landmarks to Anabelle on the way to Rosemont Castle. She looked like a kid that had just stepped into their favorite fairy tale as she took in the sights, and I was a little emotional as I saw things I never thought I would see again. Once we got to the castle, we were escorted to our room—my old room—which hadn’t changed much since I left. Anabelle had fun looking at some of my old photographs while we unpacked for our visit. We were only going to get to stay for a week, but I wanted her to visit before we re
turned for our wedding.

“What was up with your parents?” Anabelle turned towards me. “If you hadn’t told me that your family dynamic was weird, I would have thought those were two people who were very happy to find out that their son was still alive.”

“Yeah, I don’t know.” I scratched my head and shrugged. “They never showed any emotion when I was younger—I was always told it wasn’t the Rosemont way.”

We unpacked our things and got word that we were going to be having dinner later that evening—a welcome home party for me combined with a celebration of my engagement to Anabelle. I was a little nervous about that, because I was going to have to see a lot of people that I had let down when I decided to give up my crown, but it didn’t seem like I had much choice. My brother arranged it, and he was king—while we were staying in Ruilan, we did have to do what he asked. I gave Anabelle a tour of the castle, introduced her to my grandparents when we found out they were visiting, and then we went back to our room to get dressed for the evening.

“I can’t believe your grandmother has a whole harem of men who take care of her—she seems like such a sweet old lady.” Anabelle lifted her hand to her mouth and laughed.

“What about my grandfather? Does he seem like the type to surround himself with beautiful young women?” I raised an eyebrow.

“Yes.” Anabelle nodded and kept laughing. “He definitely gave off a dirty old man vibe.”

We finished getting ready and then made our way to the main dining hall. It was a fairly stressful night for me. I didn’t apologize to anyone for choosing love over my crown, and a few had choice words for me, but there were a lot of them that respected my choice. That surprised me. I got to meet my brother’s second wife—who seemed to have a decent relationship with the woman I almost married. It was clear that they had found common ground, despite the fact that they were both married to the same man. I also got to meet my nephew for the first time—he was the spitting image of my brother, and there was no denying that he was a Rosemont. Those piercing eyes were unmistakable, and he was already huge for a child that had just turned five.
