“I love you, Bellatrix,” he said. “And I will protect you. With my life.”
Bellatrix leaned over and kissed him. The moment their lips touched, she became acutely aware of the tingly sensation that spread through out her body. She felt Eric stiffen and then relax a moment later. He wrapped his arms around her, pulling her into his lap. He kissed her passionately, instantly taking charge.
Bellatrix was aware of her wolf that was howling with arousal. He picked her up and carried her over to his bed. He laid her down gently, and stood over her, gazing intently at her. Bellatrix remembered thinking how sexy Eric was when she had first met him. She remembered one of the first things she had noticed about him was his scent, his strong masculine scent. Something she had gotten used to, but now it hit her once again.
He pinned her arms above her, before leaning over to kiss her once more. His hands traced her body as he pressed himself against her. Bellatrix moaned into his lips, feeling the rush through her body. His fingers found the button of her shirt, which he started to open.
Bellatrix had never realised what a strong alpha personality Eric had. He had such nice manners, that she had never noticed it. But seeing him protect her and his refusal to give her up, made her realise it. Now, she acutely felt him dominating her. Dominating her in a way she liked.
He started to trail kisses down her neck and trail down to her chest. His fingers found the hook of her bra, which he unraveled, before sliding it off. His lips found her nipples, and he took them in his mouth, gently sucking on them. Bellatrix moaned, her back arching, as waves of pleasure ran through her body.
He got up and slowly started to unbutton his shirt. As it slid off, his bulging muscles came into view. They ripped as he moved, leaning over to kiss her once more. He started to trail kisses down her body once again, trailing down her neck to her cleavage. Bellatrix moaned softly as he trailed further down onto her stomach.
He laid small butterfly kisses before passing on lower. His fingers unbutton her shorts and slowly slid them off. He placed his fingers on her vagina, slowly teasing her from above her underwear. His kisses trailed further down, and Bellatrix felt him remove her panties to the side. Then, without warning, he plunged his tongue into her, eating her out.
Bellatrix thrashed as shocks of pleasure ran through her body. She was dripping, and Eric was lapping it all up. He licked her clit, taking it into his mouth and sucking on it. Bellatrix moaned wantonly; she felt like she was seeing stars. Eric stopped, and Bellatrix almost groaned in response.
She saw him unbutton his pants, and he slowly let them fall along with his underwear. She moaned as she saw his thick, hard member. She reached over to grab it, taking it into her hand. She felt the thickness and the hardness, and slowly stroked it.
“Bella?” Eric chocked out. “Are you sure you want this?”
“Yes,” she whispered. She wanted it. She wanted him. Eric looked intensely into her eyes for a minute, before lifting her legs. Bellatrix wrapped them around his waist and gasped in pleasure as she felt him enter her. He stretched and filled her in ways she couldn’t even imagine. She withered as he thrust in her hard and fast, making her see explosions.
“I want you Eric,” she moaned. “Take me. Take me.”
Eric thrust into her harder and faster, repeatedly hitting her G-spot. Bellatrix moaned louder and louder, as she felt the waves of pleasure wash over her body. She groaned as she felt herself getting closer and closer to her orgasm.
Her hand slipped to her clit, and she started to rub it as fast as she could. Eric was thrusting in her; she could hear the sounds of their bodies clapping against each other. She felt herself explode as her orgasm washed over her body. Her muscles clenched around Eric’s member, and he groaned before pulling out.
A second later he exploded on her, and she felt him coating her skin. As her orgasm died down, Bellatrix feel back, breathing hard. Eric fell next to her, wrapping his arms around her. He held her to his chest, and Bellatrix closed her eyes. For the moment, she felt at peace.
Chapter 13
Bellatrix
Bellatrix walked around nervously, even the view of the lake couldn’t calm her. She had asked Antoine to meet her today. She was going to finally break up with him. Eric had tried to convince her not to go. He maintained that Antoine was dangerous. Even though she had forgiven Eric, she still didn’t believe that Antoine was anything but what he said.
He had been nothing but kind to her, and the least he deserved was that she trusted him. She saw him walking along the pathway, heading towards her. He had a warm smile on his face, and Bellatrix felt a twinge of guilt at what she was about to do.
She felt glad that the area was empty. She didn’t know how Antoine was going to react, and she was glad that there would be no on-lookers.
“Bella, my love,” Antoine said, walking over. “My day brightens the minute I see you.”
“Antoine,” Bellatrix said, trying to smile. “Hi, listen, I wanted to talk to you about something.”
Antoine’s smile suddenly became forced and he said, “Of course, my love. We can talk about anything.”
“Antoine. I don’t think this is working out. I don’t love you. I don’t feel for you the way you feel for me. It’s unfair of me to hold you hanging like this, when you could be with someone who loves you just as much as you love her,” Bellatrix said. “I think we should end this.”
Antoine’s expression was hard to read. His face was frozen, that forced smile still on his face.
“Why?” he whispered. “Why? We are so close.”
“Antoine, I am sorry,” Bellatrix whispered. “I really, truly am. I wish I could change things. I wish I could love you. I really do.”
“But, my dear,” Antoine said, a cruel smile spreading on his face. “You must understand. We are far too close to the blue moon for me to let you go.”
“What?” Bellatrix asked. She suddenly had an acute sense of danger. Her wolf snarled inside her, as if trying to warn her.
“I thought my master’s spell was powerful enough to mislead your inner wolf for a few more days,” Antoine said, his voice changing as it became deeper and guttural. “But it seems I was mistaken. Your wolf has found its way out from my spells. No matter. I will have you yet.”
Bellatrix tried to run, but she couldn’t. She was suddenly paralysed; some force was holding her in place. “I was hoping that I would lead you to your slaughter without having to force you,” Antoine said. “But now, I have you.”
She felt a strong force starting to choke her. She tried to scream, but she couldn’t move a muscle. She coughed and choked, as the powerful force surrounded her even more. Antoine’s face was the last thing she saw before she blacked out.

Eric was walking in a dark swamp, with murky water coming up to his knees. He didn’t know how he got here or what he was doing here. The murky, smelly water splashed as he tried to make way through the dense fog. He could hear the howling of a distant wolf and the hoot of an owl. Other than that, all he could hear was silence.
Then, he saw a distant light. A white, bright light, shining from above. A woman stood there, dressed in a beautiful long white dress.
“Bellatrix?” Eric whispered, recognizing her. She looked at him with a deep mournful look in her eyes.
“Eric,” she whispered, and then she started bleeding. Eric watched in shock as her white dress became saturated with blood, her skin turned ashen, and her eyes went vacant. Blood flowed from her eyes and from her mouth, as she hung in the air, as if a puppet.
Eric tried to run towards her, but the faster he ran, the further she seemed to get. He eventually fell to his knees, exhausted. She hung in front of him, not moving; not speaking. She hung like a puppet, as if invisible strings were holding her up.
Then, Eric screamed. He fell to the ground, covering his ears and withering in pain. He could hear some words being whispered, some words he didn’t understand. All he knew was that t
he words were horrible. They were cruel, horrendous, and torturous. They were words that should never be spoken. They carried an evil that was darker than the darkest demon of hell.
He felt blood pouring from his ears, as he screamed and screamed. Such pain. Such misery. Such agony. He wanted to die. He wished he would just die.
Chapter 14
Eric
Eric woke up gasping, a strange, painful ringing in his ears. He sat there, panting. He couldn’t remember the dream he was having, but he knew that it had been something truly horrifying. He looked at the time; it was almost evening. He frowned, wondering why Bella hadn’t come home yet.
Even though he had been strictly against her going to meet Antoine, he had caved on her insistence. It was something she wanted to do. She wanted to give Antoine closure, and Eric had relented. Even if he continued to disapprove, it wouldn’t have stopped Bellatrix anyway.
He tried calling her, but her phone was turned off once more. He frowned, deciding to wait a while longer before taking some action.
“Eric,” a voice suddenly called out from nowhere. He frowned, looking around. “Eric? Can you hear me? Please, please tell me that you can hear me.”
“Bellatrix?” Eric asked, perplexed. “Where the fuck are you?”
“Oh, thank God,” she said. “I am in your head. Listen to me, there isn’t much time. Antoine’s got me, and he is planning something truly evil. I need your help.”
“Wait,” Eric said. This was a bit too much for him. “How the fuck are you talking to me?”
“Telepathically. I am the only werewolf to be born with this gift in centuries,” she said. “Now, listen. I am telling you some co-ordinates. Write them down. Follow them, and find my brother. Tell him about Antoine and tell him I am in trouble.”
She started to rant off the co-ordinates, and Eric quickly jotted them down.
“Hurry, Eric. We only have a few days. Hurry,” she shouted.
Bellatrix’s voice suddenly disappeared. “Bella?” Eric shouted. “Bella, are you there?”
Not receiving any reply, Eric quickly opened up his phone and typed in the co-ordinates. He froze as he saw the location appear. They pointed to the middle of a forest, located in some remote part of Europe.
“Fuck,” Eric cursed, wondering why she couldn’t have lived anywhere closer. He searched up possible flights, and it took him over an hour’s search to find a possible plan. The place was so remote that there were no planes flying there. He would have to take a flight to the nearest city, from where he had to travel to one of the larger towns. Then, he would have to take a local transport to a small town that was across the forest. After which, he needed to cross a river.
Eric cursed as he quickly collected his stuff and booked his flight. Literally all the money he had saved up would end up getting used, but it didn’t matter. What mattered was that Bellatrix was in danger. He felt a new wave of anxiety and panic as he remembered how she had asked him to hurry. He shuddered at the thought of what that man might be doing to her.
He had to get to her brother. He had to save her, no matter what. She was his, and he was going to protect her till his dying breath.

Bellatrix tried to loosen the chains holding her, but they seemed to be imbibed with some sort of magical spell. Normally, she had the strength to break them apart, but this time, no matter how hard she struggled, they refused to bend. She looked up and saw Antoine watching her with a smirk on his face.
He had changed completely. His face had become ghoulish, his eyes sinking into his skull. She guessed that he had been taking some sort of potion to alter his appearance and that it was now wearing off.
"What do you want?" She snarled. “Let me go!”
“Not yet, my love,” Antoine said, smiling cruelly. “The blue moon is a few days away. Then I will free you. I will free you from this life.”
“Why are you doing this?” she shouted. “What can you possibly want?”
“I?” Antoine asked. “I want nothing. I did want power, a long time ago. Then, my master made me realise that my only purpose in life is to serve him and him alone. Now, I want nothing. I do as my master orders.”
“You said you have been misleading my wolf,” Bellatrix asked. “What the fuck does that even mean?”
“We needed a wolf,” Antoine said, grinning viciously. “It was difficult, because wolves travel in packs. They trust no one but each other. But then, my master told me about you. A lone wolf, traveling the world. Trusting humans. It was easy. My master told me a dark spell to mislead your inner wolf. The spell confused it, making it think that I am who you want to be with. All I had to do was get you to trust me. Then, I could take you easily.”
Bellatrix remembered how her wolf had felt around him. The way it had woken up and howled in her. She had taken it as a sign that he was the one for her, but it had all been a spell. “What do you want from me?” She snarled.
“You will find out, my love,” Antoine said. “You will find out, and you will know soon enough. And soon enough, my knife will set you free.”
“What are you?” Bellatrix asked, as more and more of the potion wore off and Antoine’s appearance changed.
Antoine grinned, and then threw off the long robe he was wearing. Bellatrix gasped, as he saw his long-elongated body covered in fur. He stood on two legs, just like a Teil wolf. Yet, he wasn’t a Teil wolf.
His face was pale, and as he laughed, his fangs shone in the light. Bellatrix gasped. She had never seen fangs like those on a wolf before.
“Don’t you realise, my dear?” Antoine asked, his voice demonic. “I am a werewolf.”
“What kind of a sick, twisted, fucked up thing are you?” Bellatrix asked, her body filling with a sea of fear.
“I told you, I am a werewolf,” Antoine said, laughing. “And… I am a vampire.”
Chapter 15
Eric
It had taken him almost three days to make it to the small town across the forest. He was thoroughly exhausted; he had been traveling non-stop. He was trying to convince the town people to sell him a boat so he could cross a river, when he was suddenly summoned by the town’s mayor.
“I heard that you wish to cross the river and head towards the forest,” Mayor Bradford said to him.
“Yes. I have some work there,” Eric said. He hadn’t expected that his request would receive so much attention.
“Leave,” the mayor said. “It is far too dangerous for you. Believe me, you do not want to go there.”
“You don’t understand. This is urgent,” Eric said. “Trust me when I say it’s a matter of life and death.”
“Very well,” the mayor said. “We will sell you a boat, but beware, you might not come back alive.”
It was another hour before he could finally make his way towards the forest. He had some experience rowing with his father, but it was still rather difficult for him. He finally managed to reach the other side of the bank and stepped out of the boat.
He stood outside the dark, earie-looking forest. He swallowed nervously, as he realised that he was about to come face to face with Bellatrix’s brother. He entered the forest, walking slowly. The forest was so dense, that sunlight barely penetrated through the leaves. He walked in deeper and deeper into the forest; he could hear the sounds of the birds chirping. He could see occasional animals that would appear before running away.
He had no idea where he was going or what he was going to do. There were no mobile towers around, which meant that he couldn’t use his phone. The forest was vast and seemed never ending. How was he going to find her pack here? He had brought along a few food supplies, but he knew his chances of survival were low. He could spend days here, without ever finding her pack.
“What do you want?” a voice said behind him, and he quickly turned around. A man stood there, with his arms crossed across his chest. “The town told me that you have urgent work here. What work can you have?”
“I am looki
ng for Dominque,” Eric said, realising that he was no match for the strong man standing in front of him. If the man chose to kill him, there was little he could do to stop it.
“Speak,” said the man.
“Bellatrix sent me. She gave me the co-ordinates. She asked me to find her brother and tell her that she is in danger. That-.” Even as Eric spoke, he could see the expression on the man’s face changing. Where he was calm one minute ago, his face now bore an expression of pure fury.
“What?” He snarled. He moved so quickly that Eric could barely see it. One minute the man was standing in front of him, the next minute he had his hands wrapped around Eric’s throat. Eric gasped, choking as the man’s hand tightened around his neck.
“What did you do to my sister?” the man asked, growling at him.
“Not me,” Eric said, choking. “Another man.”
“Speak,” Dominique ordered, slightly loosening his grip.
“I am her friend.” Eric choked. “I was helping her in our travels. She met another man. He kidnapped her. She contacted me with telepathy.”
Eric fell down as the man let go of his neck. He sat there gasping, trying to recover.
“Follow me,” Dominque said. Eric was reluctant to follow him, especially after what had happened. Then, he remembered the horrible dream he had and Bellatrix’s voice as she asked for help. He couldn’t leave her alone. He couldn’t.
∞∞∞
Eric stood in the middle of the clearing, surrounded by a group of men. He assumed that this was Bellatrix’s pack, and that all of these were werewolves.
“Tell us everything, clearly,” Dominque said.
Eric narrated everything that had happened, starting from his first meeting with her and how they had become best friends. He explained the sudden appearance of Antoine, and how suspicious he was. He skipped the part where he had confessed his feelings to Bella and they had made love; he didn’t think they would appreciate it.
