Galactic Bandits 1 Page 15

by Duke Campbell

He tossed her the ax. She caught it with her bionic hand, turning toward her former master right as his sword came down on her. She deflected it, and the two went at it. They moved so fast and with such fury that they seemed to dance with each other in the air.

It was mesmerizing to see these two battle each other. Regan, Bob, and Reverie just watched. This was a battle that had been brewing for a long time. All the hate and anger that Arkei had held in about her master over the years was being unleashed now. There was no pause, just consistent fighting.

Regan was nervous, but he could see the passion on Arkei’s face, the dedication she had toward killing Mephistopheles.

Right then, a blast came from a wall in the great hall. Calico and Straya came bursting through it. They were rolling around, still fighting. They were both bloody with their clothes torn. Straya’s chameleon skin changed dramatically as they moved from new material to new material, and it seemed that Calico was actually putting up a good fight.

This was no longer about sport and more about survival, so Regan made a move to assist Straya.

But just as he was about to step in, Bob clapped what was left of his hands and cheered, “Woo! Cat fight!”

Calico wasted a moment to sneer at him, which gave Straya the opportunity she needed to take her to the ground and put her in a headlock. Calico was fighting it, but Straya wouldn’t let go. Calico’s eyes fluttered as she started losing breath.

  Straya had her beat.

Regan turned back toward the fight with Arkei and Mephistopheles. They were still having a mostly even battle, trading blows and slowly wearing each other down.

  But who would crack first?

  I gotta help her.

Regan scanned the room and looked for an advantage—any advantage. Then it hit him.

  The frozen species!

Regan ran to the pods nearest the ongoing battle. Watching Arkei reverse Bob’s freeze gave him the knowledge he needed. He started pressing the appropriate buttons to thaw the prisoners.

It didn’t take long for Mephistopheles to see what was going on, and he turned toward Regan and shouted.

“No! Don’t you dare touch my specimens!”

As Mephistopheles was distracted, Arkei didn’t hesitate. She swung the ax. It landed right into the center of his chest. His ensuing roar rang throughout the great hall. It was felt by all.

And it was the last sound that Mephistopheles ever made. He put his hands around the handle of the ax, looked at it, then looked at Arkei, who didn’t say a word. Her action said it all.

His eyebrows twisted up into a deep sadness, then his head fell back.

The great master Mephistopheles was dead.

Calico finally woke up with her arms wrapped around one of the many opulent columns in Mephistopheles’s office, the inhibitor cuffs binding her wrists together.

Regan smiled at her as she blinked her eyes awake. Bob stood next to him, with his new flipper of a hand, while Arkei, Straya, and Reverie stood just behind them.

They were all worn out, bruised, and bloody from the battle. But they stood here victorious. And Calico, for the first time since they’d arrived, looked defeated. Regan could tell she was uncomfortable with the cuffs on her wrists, and he liked it that way.

He thought of shocking her for fun. Giving her a solid jolt that she would never forget. He owed her that much, at least. But he couldn’t do it. He’d won, and that was enough. He was not one to gloat or brag after his victory.

She started blubbering, “Mephistopheles made me do it. Just ask Arkei—he’s a manipulative bastard!”

  But Regan knew better.

“Oh yeah?” he said sarcastically. “But didn’t you say you were running the show?”

“I had to say those things,” she pleaded. “He told me to. I had to make your situation seem dire, or else he would have punished me.”

“I’m not quite buying it, honestly. I gave you a chance to leave with us. You turned me down. That’s where my compassion ends.”

He was about to stand before Calico erupted, claiming, “I’m a princess! My people will come for me when they realize that Mephistopheles is dead. I’ll tell them of your compassion and mercy. They’ll give you riches. They’ll give you status. Hell, they can even make you documented. My people have connections with the Intergalactic Council, and they’ll be eternally grateful to you. As will I.”

“After all the lies you’ve told, how am I to know you’re speaking the truth now?”

Calico shifted, looking desperately at Reverie. “She’s an empath. She can read minds. Have her read me.”

Regan looked over at Reverie. “Wait, really?”

Reverie shrugged mildly. “That’s a bit of an exaggeration, but yes, I can get a sense of a person’s true feelings.”

  “And?”

“She’s not lying that she’d be grateful. As for her being a princess or not, I don’t know. I can’t sense if specific details are true, only if her feelings are.”

Regan turned his attention back to Calico and shook his head. “Either way, I don’t care about your gratitude. I’ve got bigger concerns other than you.”

He stood and looked at his crew of victors. “Let’s enjoy the spoils of our victory, shall we? I’m sure Mephistopheles has lots of possessions that’ll come in handy for us.”

As they turned to raid the riches left behind by Mephistopheles, Regan gave Calico one last thought.

Maybe I could find a use for her later, but until then, I’ll let her stew on it.

  Chapter Twenty-Two

Regan walked back into the great hall, feeling a sense of relief. All of this was essentially his. This was his biggest victory yet.

Bob tapped his shoulder. “Hey, I’m going to go look for my textbooks.”

“Bob, your test…” Regan started, but he let it go this time. Bob had been through enough, and if it took a little more time for his brain to get back together properly, so be it. “Good idea,” he finished.

Once it was just Regan and the girls, he took a deep breath and looked at the scattered weapons on the ground. Then he turned his attention to the specimens in the cryopods.

He would bust them out. He would save them all and liberate this place.

That might cause additional problems though.

It was true that whoever was brought out of cryofreeze would certainly need tending to. Not only food and care, but they’d probably want to get back to their original planets all over the galaxy.

Also, how many of these life forms were dangerous? Would they fight each other? This could be a disaster.

But certainly he couldn’t just leave them here either. He thought of himself and Bob, how close they were to suffering the same fate. Regan knew he’d want someone to bust him out. He knew he had to do it, but he had no idea how it would play out.

Regan turned to his crew, the beautiful, but wounded, ladies behind him. They looked victorious, their muscles toned from the fight, their clothes torn in places, the blood now dry on their faces and bodies.

They had all survived the ordeal, and Regan was grateful for that. But he needed their help again.

“I want to free them,” he began. “I know it’s the right thing to do. But I’m also under no illusions about how big of a responsibility it’d be, and I’m not sure how to handle it.”

Arkei stepped toward him and touched his cheek with her bionic arm. Regan was turned on instantly. Perhaps it was the battle. Perhaps it was seeing her this way. But it reminded him of the first time he touched that arm. The first time he felt the life move through it.

“I can see the hesitation in you, but I’ve seen it before,” Arkei continued. “You’ll rise to the occasion and save them all, because you’re a hero, and that’s what heroes do.”

“Arkei is right,” Straya said. “I’m sure many of them could even be assets for you. You can build a new crew out of those who are willing to help. We have enough riches to explore space and enjoy ourselves,
but we’ll need a crew, right?”

They were both right. These life forms needed to be saved, and Regan needed a crew. Regan took another deep breath and looked out over the cryopods.

Straya wrapped her arm around his as he did so. She leaned in close to his ear.

“But this is going to take a lot of work, and resting first would be wise,” she said.

Arkei wrapped her arm through his other arm.

“Straya is right. We’re victorious, and from what I understand about warriors—the victors enjoy the spoils after battle.”

Then Reverie placed her hands on Regan’s shoulders from behind and moved them down over his chest where she brought them together.

“Besides,” Reverie said, speaking softly into the back of Regan’s neck. His hairs stood up. “We’re all in need of healing. Rescuing all of these individuals will require us to be at our strongest.”

The three ladies all began moving their hands over Regan’s body as he stood there looking at what they had conquered.

Arkei then grabbed him under his pants. She put her lips against his neck.

“Perhaps first you can rise to that occasion…” Arkei suggested, then licked his neck.

Regan’s heart started pumping. He was getting hard.

“Arkei,” Regan said. “You know this place better than any of us. Perhaps the late Mephistopheles has a master bedroom we can tear up with our passion?”

Arkei didn’t remove her hand from Regan’s cock. Instead she tightened her grip and led him with it.

“Follow me,” she said. They all did.

The master bedroom of Mephistopheles was a large circular room with windows on all sides, allowing a panoramic view which went on in all directions. It was breathtaking. In the center was a large bed that could hold not only Regan and his three ladies, but many more.

Arkei continued to pull Regan and took him to the bed where she set him down. Then she stood between Straya and Reverie. The three of them shared looks and began to undress each other. They kissed each other’s bodies as they did so.

Regan watched as Straya dropped to her knees and started tasting Reverie. Arkei stood behind her and felt her breasts. Reverie straightened up and enjoyed the pleasure, looking at Regan all the while.

This continued for a time, then Arkei dropped to the ground, made out with Straya, then took over tasting Reverie. Reverie’s pleasure was building, Regan could tell.

Straya finally climbed onto the bed and bent over Regan, starting to take his clothes off.

It wasn’t long before Regan was naked on the bed, as Straya put her mouth over his cock slowly, passionately. Reverie stood behind her and felt her breasts, while Arkei continued to eat and lick.

And once they were all touching, Reverie released. The feeling carried throughout all of them, causing all the women to climax with her. Regan could feel their pleasure through Straya’s mouth, through his cock.

And just as Reverie finished her climax, she began to heal all of them. It was incredible. The immense pleasure was followed by full healing. All their wounds closed up. All their bruises faded. All their pain and tiredness subsided.

And, as Regan could instantly tell, all their stamina was then fully restored.

Arkei stood from her knees and kissed Reverie hard on the mouth. She then lifted Straya’s face and kissed her hard. Finally, she climbed over Regan, straddling him on the bed, and kissed him hardest of all.

She sat on him, Straya’s hand guiding his cock inside her. She then stood behind Arkei and felt her body as Arkei fucked Regan. Reverie laid next to Regan and touched herself, before sitting on his face for him to taste her.

Reverie made out with Arkei as she did. Once Arkei had her fill of Regan’s cock, she stepped aside and let Straya sit on him next. One by one they moved over him, had him, and gave themselves to him.

And after he came, Reverie held his cock and through her re-energizing power, she made it strengthen and rise again.

The three ladies held each other as they all bent over the bed, lifting their asses to him in a row. And Regan had them all. One by one he stood behind each of them and let them have it. He listened to them moan, and they all shared the pleasure.

Regan felt like a king, fucking his ladies on the bed of his fallen enemy. And this thought made him fuck them harder. They turned over, each of them, and watched him fuck them. They all reached out and touched him as he did so.

And as his explosion was building, they all dropped to their knees and licked and sucked it out of him. It was a release that seemed to never end, and he felt them all touching themselves as he did so. He had never felt such pleasure.

Regan fell over on the bed. The three ladies fell with him and surrounded him, their naked bodies sweaty and panting. They all smiled.

Regan thought of life. He thought of what he had accomplished. For the first time he felt like he truly knew himself and was proud of the things he’d managed to do.
