Riley leaned forward and gave the destination. It wasn’t far, not the airfield they were headed for. A few moments later, they heard sirens on their tail.

  “Hell,” Theo said.

“Don’t worry. We’ll go over the traffic. The police cruisers can’t do that.”

Once again, Riley put the car into hoverdrive, and they lifted into the air, fifteen feet or so, so they were travelling over the traffic below. At one intersection they heard a siren, but aside from that it was smooth travelling.

When they reached the boom gate at the airport, Riley stopped and gave his credentials. He’d travelled in his father’s plane before, so he figured his thumbprint would do. It worked, and they were ushered through. They drove up to the plane, a Learjet, and parked by the wing.

Standing by the plane was the last person Riley expected to see — David, the store clerk and neighbor.

  He did a double take.

“I work for someone,” David said. “For an outfit. And I’ve got to tell you, keep your curtains closed.

Riley nodded. “Come on, it’s now or never,” he said.

They jumped out and boarded the plane. The door closed after them and Riley went ahead to see the captain.

  “Canada? Is that right?”

“That’s it boy, and we’re ready to go.”

The plane began taxiing, just as three FBI vehicles entered the airfield. The plane turned, and it was unclear for a moment whether the pilot was going to be able to take off or not. Then he taxied onto a second runway and they were home free.

Riley reached for Theo’s hand, but Theo snatched it away again. “We’re not in Canada yet,” he said.

But it was only an hour or so before the pilot announced that they were over Canadian airspace. Riley reached for Theo’s hand again, and they kissed. They kissed deeply, passionately, and for a long time.

  Jumbo

Mitchell has a problem. He’s a little too small where it counts. The guys on the swim team have started calling him Jumbo — a cruel joke — and meanwhile he’s in love with his best friend, Luke.

But when Mitchell starts receiving love letters in his locker, can they really be from Luke? Or are they from someone big enough to love him just the way he is?

  Dressing Up

Skipper isn’t terribly bright. He’s made his way to college on a football scholarship, but no sooner has the year started than Skipper’s in a jam. He’s stuck at a party dressed as Tarzan, in a loincloth meant for a boy.

Fortunately for Skipper, blond-haired Lake is on hand to help him out, and once the party’s over, Skipper’s admiration for Lake blossoms immeasurably. Soon they’re sharing a room, but as he watches Lake sleep, Skipper’s unable to keep his eyes or his hands to himself.

Will Lake wake with Skipper beside him? And will these two ever be able to work it out?

  Naked

Leigh is young and blond and beautiful and living a quiet life on the farm with his family. Only his dad left at Easter, and considering how things are with Blake, his closest, most attractive and too affectionate brother, Leigh isn’t at all happy, though he perhaps doesn’t know it.

It takes a ride into the hills, a skinny-dip in a stream and a meeting with a stranger before Leigh understands exactly where his life is going wrong. But by that time he’s locked in the attic of an old, twisted house, miles from anywhere, naked.

Paul, his captor, has a story to tell Leigh, a story that will challenge what Leigh thought he knew about himself and his capacity for love.

A dark romance novella by Todd Young.

  Fracture

At 33, Colin is still a virgin. He’s never questioned his sexuality, but when Alek arrives on Colin’s doorstep, he’s unexpectedly heartstruck by the young man’s beauty.

Colin has done a crazy thing. He’s burned down his house and built a duplex, a house divided into two apartments. His reason for doing this is simple. He wants to spy on his tenant, the young girl he imagines renting the place to, but the arrival of Alek puts an unexpected twist on this plan.

Is Colin gay? As he watches Alek through the two-way mirrors he’s installed in the bedroom and bathroom, he begins to wonder. In fact, he thinks he might just be falling in love with Alek Antonov, but with this tangled love comes a spiral toward madness, toward murder.
