My feeling is that not all four groups of singing crystal skulls survived the destruction of Atlantis. My sensing is that two complete groups did survive, one group is under water and the fourth group was partly destroyed. A total of thirty-one singing crystal skulls were spread over the world after Atlantis disappeared. One group went to Tibet and stayed together as a group for a long time (Sandra Bowen and Michael Kant refer to this group in their interviews in Mysteries of the Crystal Skulls Revealed).9 However, it feels that this group is no longer together and has spread to different locations to keep them out of the hands of the Chinese army. The second group went to Central America but did not stay together. Five more also survived Atlantis from the fourth group and are also somewhere in the Central and South America areas.

When the survivors of Atlantis were spread over the world, the legend of the crystal skulls persisted. The longing to create a new world also induced the longing to use the information that was given to humankind to help them move into a new area, a new world, a new way of living, a new age. They believed they could connect to this information by creating new crystal skulls. But due to the destruction of Atlantis and the continuation of the stepping down in frequency of human consciousness, the knowledge to create crystal skulls through morphocrystallic generation or morphocrystallic transformation was lost. The only way to create them was through carving — using whatever tools they had available and most likely with a lot of patience.

My feeling is that many crystal skulls were made and often — but surely not always — in groups of thirteen. At the moment, these crystal skulls form the group of the fully activated skulls. These crystal skulls are not as homogenous as the group of the singing crystal skulls, for they were made by different civilizations in different time frames. Most people call them the ancient or old crystal skulls. These crystal skulls are completely activated, often have a lot of information downloaded, have witnessed many events and may have protocols that need to be followed to be able to access the stored information. It is not difficult to see and experience the diversity when we connect with the known ancient and old crystal skulls as we did in chapter 3.

With the start of our New Age — or the end of the old times as indicated by the Mayan calendar — our collective memory about crystal skulls seems to have been awakened. The interest in crystal skulls has led to the carving of many contemporary skulls. The number of these carvings is still increasing due to a growing interest in crystal skulls. The contemporary crystal skulls are wonderful tools to experience the phenomenon of crystal skulls.

By mentioning the contemporary crystal skulls, the story about the crystal skulls has reached the here and now. It is up to those who are interested in the crystal skulls to continue the story and to experience what the ancients must have experienced when they fully connected with the phenomenon of crystal skulls.

Conclusion: The Future of the Crystal Skulls

When we describe the function of crystal skulls in general and that of the different groups of crystal skulls in particular, we can to some degree predict the future of the work with crystal skulls. In a sense, this work will develop in a way that seems to be opposite to the development of the past. As humankind, we started with the original skulls. We then had the singing skulls, then the crystal skulls carved in ancient and old times, and now we have the contemporary skulls. We might call this process involution, where our awareness and abilities to work with crystal skulls have decreased. In our time, an increasing number of people are buying contemporary skulls, which has started the process of evolution. We are now expanding our consciousness again as we become more and more aware of the potentials we have always had. Our abilities are awakening again.

Many of the caretakers of contemporary crystal skulls do amazing work with them. While working and interacting with our crystal skulls, we deepen our connection with the crystal skulls in general. We begin to learn how to fully activate them. By sharing with each other, our understanding of crystal skulls accelerates. We are growing into a phase in which we will be able to access the information of the fully activated crystal skulls, those we call the old and the ancient ones. We are learning that there is no need to go into discussion regarding which one is older, because from the point of view of understanding and working with these crystal skulls, that is completely irrelevant.

The next step in this evolutionary line will be to sense the protocols
that were used to program the information that is stored in many, if not all, of the ancient crystal skulls. Working with these fully programmed skulls prepares us for the next step: accessing the singing crystal skulls. The singing skulls work on a different level than the “talking” or fully activated skulls. This is the last step before we can access the original crystal skulls, which will allow us to access the information that will help us to truly shift our understanding and awareness of the universe we live in. It may be possible that the ability to fully access, understand and connect with the singing skulls will connect us straight with the original skulls. We will only know what happens when we are willing to participate in this evolutionary journey.

The journey I describe is the evolutionary journey of humankind. There may be individuals who will be ahead of the general evolution, and they will prepare the way. Several if not many of these people are magically attracted to the crystal skulls and feel that they resonate with these skulls in an intense way. It is a journey of the realization that we already have the knowledge and that the journey has already been completed — to realize that we already have made the connection. The only thing we need to do is to believe this is true. We are not separated from the knowledge of the original crystal skulls — we have chosen to forget that we already have that connection. The crystal skulls help us to realize this and offer the possibility to reconnect.

There is one more aspect of interacting with crystal skulls that I would like to mention. One of the reasons we have lost our connection with the Earth, with crystals and crystal skulls, and with many other subjects that are considered unscientific, is the choice to believe that our mind is more important than our feelings. Descartes once said, “Cogito, ergo sum” (“I think, therefore I am”), and this has had a tremendous impact on our modern society. We started to believe that what we think is truth. If it is not “logical,” it cannot be true. Our view of the world is determined by what we think about the world, which in turn is based on what we have been taught. We follow the scientific and religious paradigms, and in these paradigms, there is no place for magic. We have lost the magical aspect of the world, and with that we have lost an important part of what the world is, for besides information, it is also personal experience. We believed in facts and logic based on what we know. Experiences that cannot be explained by the mind have no value.

We are now beginning to realize that this approach through the mind is a one-sided way to look at the world. We are beginning to allow ourselves to feel and sense again. Experiences are regaining value. Crystal skulls are tools that invite us to feel, to sense and to listen to what the energies are conveying to us, what they do with us and how they make us feel. The crystal skulls invite us to move from a masculine approach to the world (the world of the mind, of thinking and of action) to a feminine approach (connecting, feeling, sensing), with the purpose of integrating those two approaches into a new way to experience and connect with the world. The outer world is a reflection of our inner world. When we more fully experience the world, we will also more fully experience ourselves. This is what we are on Earth for: to express who we truly are. Only through experience will we understand what that means.
