Sheldon, Danr and Brian nodded their heads in understanding. A being that was once the weapon of an Asura would but naturally not be easy to control, even if it had formed a Demon contract.

“How many Martial Spirits do you possess?” Brian suddenly asked, as this was a question of utmost importance. Danr and Sheldon also had a similar question in their mind.

“Grandpa, I have three Martial Spirits, but one of my Martial Spirits allows me to form more than one Equal contract or its equivalent,” Ryan said with a sly smile as he could understand the reason Brian had asked this question. Earlier, everyone had assumed that he possessed a Sword-shaped Martial Spirit after seeing Death Sword, so they were able to digest the fact that Ryan had formed an Equal contract with Tondenth, but if Death Sword wasn’t his Martial Spirit, it was but natural that Sheldon and company would ask such a question. The fact that he’d also formed a Demon contract with Death Sword would naturally also cause this question to arise in their minds. That would take the tally of Soul beings known to Sheldon and company to four which wasn’t generally possible with two Martial Spirits.

“What is your third Martial Spirit?” Brian asked in a somewhat tantalized manner. Sheldon and Danr were no different. They’d never heard of a Martial Spirit that allowed a Martial Artist to have more Soul beings than the number of Martial Spirits he or she possessed, so it natural that they’d be interested.

“I have checked all the Martial Spirit records but there is no mention of it and even my Martial Spirit doesn’t wish to tell me,” Ryan lied with a straight face.

“Show it to us,” Sheldon said in a somewhat upbeat manner. Brian and Danr were also brimming with similar joy. They had a feeling that Ryan’s third Martial Spirit wasn’t normal.

“I am unable to conjure it with my current Cultivation Level. I will need a Cultivation Level of Early Celestial Elite Realm at least to conjure it, but I can describe it to you,” Ryan once again lied with a straight face in an awkward tone.

Sheldon, Danr and Brian couldn’t help but be stunned once again by Ryan’s words, as they’d never heard of a Martial Spirit with such a high requirement for conjuring it.

“Quickly describe it,” Danr said as after he and his companions regained their composure.

“It is a Taboo Death Fire Dual Attribute Martial Spirit. It looks like a Fiery serpent. Initially, it had only one head, but after I allowed it to devour an extremely strong Evil flame that I’d absorbed it grew another head. This allowed me to form another Equal contract or its equivalent with a Death Attribute being. My Martial Spirit told me that, as long as I am able to let it devour Evil flames and Heavenly flames as strong as Hell’s Fire flame, each time it grows a new head I will be able to form one more Equal contract or its equivalent with a Death Attribute being,” Ryan said with a mixture of half-true and half-false things. This made it impossible for Sheldon and company to tell if what Ryan told them was true or false.

Sheldon, Danr and Brian were shocked once again, but they quickly regained their composures again and immediately fell into deep thought before they started to discuss amongst themselves mentally.

“I have also gained a new Evil Fire spirit. Its Cultivation Level is Late Immortal Saint Realm, so I will be quite safe once inside the Ancient Legacy Land,” Ryan said as he pulled the right sleeve of his robe up to show the Vector tattoo of the Underworld Fenrir. The Vector tattoo of the Underworld Fenrir Fire-fiend Tyrant immediately became visible. He wanted to give them no chance to say no to him, so he’d decided to tell them about Amarok. Ryan could make the Vector tattoos of his Evil Fire Spirits invisible as well as make them lose their presence.

“What??” Sheldon, Danr and Brian said in unison as they looked at Ryan’s right forearm. They couldn’t help but be stunned once again, but euphoric expressions soon appeared on their faces, as they could see from the Vector tattoo that Ryan had used a Fenrir to create his third Evil Fire Spirit, so it was natural that they’d be overjoyed. They clearly understood what kind of existence a Fenrir was.

“Can I see him?” Sheldon asked somewhat impatiently.

“He wanted to stay with his pack, so I let him do that,” Ryan said as he scratched his head with a dry laugh. He was finding it strange, as well as bad, to decline all their requests.

“It’s OK. We can understand. Bring him to me whenever he arrives at the family clan. I would like to check him out,” Sheldon said in an enthused manner. He could already tell that Ryan hadn’t erased the memories of his new Evil Fire Spirit and turned it into his puppet.

“OK,” Ryan readily agreed. He found no problem in that.

“Let’s consult the Founders about this matter. Until then we want you to cultivate peacefully at your home,” Danr said with a smile.

Ryan nodded his head, but deep down he was slightly worried that the Founders might not allow him to enter the Ancient Legacy Land. He talked with Sheldon, Danr and Brian for some time before he left for home.

“I never expected to get shocked that many times on the one day!” Sheldon said with a silly smile on his face. Danr and Brian couldn’t help but agree with him.

Sheldon then took out his Galactic Mental-message transmission orb and immediately sent a Mental-message transmission to Herman and Heron informing them of everything that Ryan had told them about the presence of the Silver Oak Sect disciples on Grandura, the Asura Bone sword and Ryan’s intentions as well as his third Martial Spirit. They also asked for a few powerful charms and protective artifacts for Ryan, if they were to allow him to enter the Ancient Legacy Land. They were certain that Heron and Herman would allow Ryan to enter the Ancient Legacy Land given how beneficial it would be for him.

Danr, on the other hand, called Nero to their residence to inform him that both the Heaven Sundering Family Clan and the Eternity Family Clan wouldn’t be sending any youngsters to venture into the Ancient Legacy Land.

Nero arrived at the residence of Sheldon and company at the earliest.

“Ancestor, what’s happened?” Nero asked in a concerned manner. He could tell that Sheldon and company wouldn’t have called him so urgently for no small reason.

“We won’t be sending any youngsters from our family clans to venture into the Ancient Legacy Land, but don’t make this news public until we tell you,” Sheldon said heavily. Nero immediately nodded his head. He didn’t ask why Sheldon and company were giving such a dictate, as he could tell that there must be a big reason behind it.

A similar scene was taking place in the Eternity Family Clan. Rudolf was given similar instructions by Hague and Cenric after his arrival at their residence.

Ryan returned home and was welcomed by his entire maternal family. Their chests swelled with pride due to Ryan comprehending the First Realm of Sword-intent and having a Cultivation Level of Late Mortal Lord Realm at the young age of fifteen – he was still a few months away from turning sixteen years old. Shawn and Ryan’s other uncles were extremely elated on meeting Ryan in person.

Some of Ryan’s direct ancestors from his maternal side had come for the feast too. They were all smiles just like Ryan’s family members. He was overjoyed with the amount of love being showered on him at that moment. He couldn’t help but once again thank the Heavens for giving him a family this time.

The feast continued until late into the night. Ryan returned to his Cultivation chamber and started refining his muscles to advance both his Death Fire Dual Attribute Soul Cores.

  --------------------------x--------------------------

Ryan had no idea that Thorn was about to make a big breakthrough and enter the Celestial Realm. Thorn was currently living at the bottom of a lava lake in God Forsaken Forest, which he’d completely taken over right after his arrival. The Forest had been completely ruled by dragons and dragon-hybrids before Thorn’s arrival, but they along with their own followers, had all become Thorn’s followers. This had further increased the strength of his
horde multiple times.

His entire body was currently in the final stages of fusing with countless red and black Celestial runes and he would step into the Celestial Realm the moment all of them had completely fused with his body.

  Ch.26

It had already been a week since Sheldon had sent a Mental-message transmission and it had already reached Endless Divine World. Its contents had shocked Solomon, Heron and Herman in myriad ways.

“Father, we will have to make sure that Ryan gets that Asura Bone sword,” Heron said frantically. He was unable to keep calm anymore. A Sword Demon that was born from the flesh of an Asura wasn’t a normal being!

“I know, but can you guys keep quiet for some time,” Solomon said in an angry manner, while he thought about everything that Sheldon had told them. He found the information Ryan had shared with Sheldon and company had lots of faults. He was certain that Ryan’s Life Weapon was definitely an Asura weapon, but he was unable to understand why it was still alive. He knew that a Demon sword or any Demon weapon that was birthed from the blood and flesh of an Asura died right after its Master’s death, but the one that had formed a Demon contract with Ryan was still alive. This fact was completely unfathomable to him.

“Father, what’s happened?” Herman asked as he could tell that something wasn’t right from Solomon’s expression.

“Nothing really. I was just wondering how that Sword Demon was able to live long enough to form a Demon contract with Ryan in order to avoid its death,” Solomon replied as shook his head. He’d decided to stop thinking about it as he was unable to think of any particular reason, that would have caused such an oddity to happen though he had already come up with a few probable reasons.

“Why?” Heron couldn’t help but ask.

“A Sword Demon or any Weapon Demon made from the flesh and blood an Asura would die instantly after its Master’s death, but that didn’t happen to the one that formed a Demon contract with Ryan – which intrigues me,” Solomon said.

Heron and Herman couldn’t help but be stunned on hearing Solomon’s words.

“Father, what are your thoughts about that?” Herman asked in intrigued manner.

“That Sword Demon must have used some kind of heaven-defying Heavenly Treasure to prolong his life, or the Asura that he used to serve must have done something to make sure he didn’t die, though he would have had to find someone capable of forming a Demon contract with in order to continue living,” Solomon said as a smile appeared on his face. He was least bothered about the reason, but the fact that Ryan got such an opportunity was more than enough for him to be extremely happy. Heron and Herman were no different.

“What about his third Martial Spirit?” Heron asked in an intrigued manner. He was expecting it to be not normal, as he and his brother had no idea what kind of Martial Spirit it was even after having lived for countless years.

“It could be a Flaming Hell Hydra if I am not wrong from the characteristics that Ryan described to Sheldon and the other kids,” Solomon said as a smile appeared on his face.

“What is a Flaming Hell Hydra?” Heron and Herman couldn’t help but ask.

“It is actually a very dangerous species of serpent. They are Divine Elemental Beasts of Death and Fire and can be found in inner regions of Hell. They enjoy devouring different kinds of fire and a new head appears each time they devour a flame as strong as Hell’s Fire flame. I once encountered one that had around one thousand heads and would have died that day had I not escaped in time,” Solomon said somewhat irritably.

Heron and Herman were stunned by Solomon’s words. They were finally able to fathom the power of Flaming Hell Hydra to some extent.

“Send this bracelet to Grandura. This should keep that brat safe as long as Divine Artifacts are allowed inside the Legacy Land,” Solomon said as he took out a bracelet from his Spatial pouch and gave it to Herman.

“Yes, Father,” Heron and Herman said in unison, as jubilant expressions appeared on their faces.

“I will quickly send it to Grandura,” Herman said as he left Solomon’s house and headed back home.

Solomon and Heron continued talking between themselves about various matters pertaining to both the family clans.

  --------------------------x--------------------------

It had already been ten days since Ryan had entered a Closed-door Cultivation session in his Cultivation chamber. His family members didn’t disturb him even once during that time. The refining of his muscles was going full-swing so he could at any moment attain Pseudo Muscles.

  Boom!!!

  Boom!!!

Two small explosions occurred inside Ryan’s body as they did every time – and he achieved Pseudo Immortal Muscles. Both his Death Fire Dual Attribute Soul Cores advanced to the Late Mortal Sage Realm. The purity of the Liquid Spirit in both his Soul Cores increased dramatically. A delighted expression appeared on Ryan’s face, as he sensed the changes occurring in his body. The newly formed high-purity Liquid Spirit Power coursed through his body and in turn strengthened it.

Ryan could feel explosive power in every part of his body, as he did every time his Soul Cores advanced. He was certain that now he could easily deal with Late Mortal Saint Realm Martial Artists with extreme ease by just using his bodily strength and even contend with Early Immortal Elite Realm beings if he used his Spirit Power. His bodily toughness had increased to a whole new level. Even Late Immortal Elite Realm Martial Artists would be unable to injure him at all and Early Immortal Lord Realm Martial Artists would have a hard time harming him. The strength of his soul had also increased too, equivalent to that of Late Immortal Elite Realm Martial Artists. His Soul attacks might even threaten the lives of Late Immortal Elite Realm Martial Artists. The range of his Soul-sense had once again increased – to a range of seven hundred eighty meters which was once again almost double the range of any Late Mortal Sage Realm Martial Artist.

His Hell’s Fire flame, Devil’s flame, Sky-devouring flame and Undead flame had also strengthened dramatically. Now, Ryan could use Hell’s Fire flame and Devil’s flame to burn beings with a Cultivation Level of Late Mortal Saint Realm into nothingness without them being able to resist at all. The Undead flame could now be used by him to burn the souls of beings with a similar Cultivation Level without them being able to save themselves. The Sky-devouring flame could be used to burn beings with a Cultivation Level of Late Immortal Elite Realm without them being able to resist.

Ryan didn’t stop but continued to refine his muscles, as his target was to advance his Cultivation Level to Early Mortal Saint Realm before the opening of the Ancient Legacy Land.

Ryan had no idea about a big uproar that had occurred in both the Heaven Sundering Family Clan and the Eternity Family Clan. The reason was the announcement by Nero and Rudolf in their respective family clans that they wouldn’t be sending anyone except for Ryan to venture into the Ancient Legacy Land. Many of the youngsters that had passed the test and qualified to venture into the Ancient Legacy Land felt that Nero and Rudolf were being biased – and not just them: many people felt like that.

Ryan’s family members were also stunned by that declaration. They were unable to understand what exactly was going on, but they could tell why Ryan was being allowed to venture into it – it was most likely due to Thorn becoming an Early Immortal Elite Realm being, but that news was kept under wraps and was only known to the higher-ups of both family clans as well as them.

The ones that had no idea about Thorn’s fake Cultivation Level that Ryan had recently shared wanted to oppose the decision, but kept their mouths shut when Nero and Rudolf said that the decision was made by Sheldon and company for certain reasons.

Sheldon, Danr and Brian had also received the bracelet from Herman that was meant for Ryan as well as quite a few instructions. They were waiting for Ryan to come out of his Closed-door Cultivation session, so they could give it all to him.

  --------------------------x--------------------------

Thorn was still in a deep Cultivation state though he was no longer shining with red and black lights. No Celestial runes were visible on his body, as all of them had completely fused with it. He’d already stepped into the Early Celestial Realm a few days previously and at this moment his body was undergoing some transformations. His bodily toughness and strength were increasing with each passing day.

  --------------------------x--------------------------

Time quickly passed and only one day was left before the opening of the Ancient Legacy Land. Ryan was still in his deep cultivation state refining his muscles – he could attain Immortal Muscles any moment.

  Boom!!!

  Boom!!!

Two small explosions occurred inside Ryan’s body as he achieved Immortal Muscles. Both his Death Fire Dual Attribute Soul Cores advanced to Early Mortal Saint Realm. The purity of the Liquid Spirit in both his Soul Cores increased dramatically, which made a happy expression appear on his face as he sensed the changes occurring in his body. The newly formed high-purity Liquid Spirit Power coursed through his body and in turn strengthened it.

Ryan could feel explosive power in every part of his body as he did every time his Soul Cores advanced. He was certain that now he could easily deal with Early Immortal Elite Realm Martial Artists with extreme ease by just using his bodily strength and even contend with Mid Immortal Elite Realm beings if he used his Spirit Power. His bodily toughness had increased to a whole new level, where even Early Immortal Lord Realm Martial Artists would be unable to injure him and Mid Immortal Lord Realm Martial Artists would have a hard time harming him. The strength of his soul had also increased, so now it was equivalent to that of Early Immortal Lord Realm Martial Artists. His Soul attacks might even threaten the lives of Late Immortal Elite Realm Martial Artists. The range of his Soul-sense had once again increased, so it now had a range of eight hundred eighty meters, which was once again almost double the range of any Early Mortal Saint Realm Martial Artist.
