Focusing back on the wish shop, he changed his wish to ‘travel back in time to when the towers appeared’. The answer surprised him.
Wish declined. The wish you desire negatively affects too many people.
Jason felt relieved upon reading that. Upon further testing, Jason discovered things like changing your appearance or gaining powers were all within the scope of what was allowed. In conclusion, the wish shop didn’t allow wishes to impact other people negatively.
“Hey.” Aros suddenly slapped Jason across the back. “Show me your home world. The food, the women, the music, I need to learn everything. Only after that can I put a training plan together.”
Jason stood up and glanced questioningly at his teacher. “Why the women?”
“Heh.” Aros gave Jason a knowing look. “Kid, I haven’t left this tower for who knows how many years. You understand, right?”
Jason smacked his forehead before warning. “Just… follow the law, all right?”
“Of course, who do you think I am?!” Aros abruptly grabbed Jason’s shoulder and teleported away. From the highest mountain to the finest restaurant, the two took in everything Earth had to offer. While Aros learned everything about Jason’s culture, Jason took this time to relax.
He felt like a giant chapter in his life had come to a close. From a construction worker in his youth to the last human alive, Jason had experienced and overcome many hardships.
He awakened his soul, fought alongside his companions, acquired a Greater Path, and conquered the tower.
Now, the possibilities were endless.
