Adam asked Brooks, “How did they launder all of this gold? I understand that they just kept massive amounts off the books, but some must have been put into circulation?”
Brooks nodded. “You bet. There was so much, Santy had moved billions into 176 bank accounts in forty-two countries. Two thousand dummy corporations were set up in Delaware to funnel money for nearly a decade.’’87
Brooks paused, looked at the president and said, “The Senator at that time was Joe Biden. Does knowing all of this now give you a better understanding of how he became vice president?”
“You’re not going to find all of this money,” Brooks said. “That’s beyond our scope at this point. What we need to do is focus in on which funds the deep state has control over, and which ones are large enough so we can at least pay off the entire national debt and go get that gold.”
George wanted to know about the past presidents, since the past few had all been globalists. “What about the Bush and Clinton families? Do you have any insight on their knowledge of or involvement in all this?”
“Absolutely, Mr. President,” Brooks answered. The rest of the room could see the sourness in his expression. “First, let me state that the reason they’ve kept as much of this from you as possible, is because you’re the first president to not be put into office and controlled by the globalist banking empire.”
George and Adam nodded and exchanged a look.
Brooks followed up with some information on recent past presidents. “Remember, President George H. W. Bush was the 11th Director of the CIA, so it’s no coincidence that, in March 2001, only weeks into the new Bush Administration, two US Navy ships arrived in the Philippines carrying teams of SEAL commandos. According to a source at the US Embassy, they were sent to the Philippines to recover gold as part of a plan to enlarge America’s reserves.”88
The President saw something in Brooks’ eyes. “And?”
Brooks responded, “Well, let’s just say that some of that gold was rumored to have fallen into the Bush’s private holdings. It may have been the standard kickback of five percent, or it may have been more.”
George nodded. “What about Clinton?”
Brooks continued. “It’s known in some circles that Clinton somehow lent thousands of tons of gold bullion to speculators and bullion banks, notably Citibank and J.P Morgan Chase.”
George snarled, “The Globalists.”
Brooks nodded. “Of course.”
Madison, who had been quiet for most of the meeting, suddenly said, “Oh my goodness, could there be a connection…?”
They all looked at her, including Brooks as she said, “I remember an amendment to an appropriations bill that made it illegal for the State and Justice departments to spend any of their 2002 budget to file a motion in any court opposing a civil action against any Japanese person or corporation for compensation or reparations in which the plaintiff alleges that, as an American prisoner of war during World War II, he or she was used as slave or forced labor. This amendment was passed with overwhelming bi-partisan support one day before the World Trade Center Attack.”89
Brooks nodded, turned and helped explain to the others. “Slave labor was used to dig tunnels for the gold and some of them had started bringing law suits.”
“What I don’t understand,” Madison said, “is why Japan was about to collapse economically if they have that much gold.”
Brooks filled in the gap. “The royal families kept most of it for themselves, and have it in their personal wealth possessions. They own the largest Japanese companies, which are so sizeable, they could buy ten fortune 100 companies and not even flinch… It’s the same here in the US; the people never benefitted from the gold.”
Madison understood now. “The globalist families will stop at nothing to keep their gold. I’ve heard people say they won’t even redeem any sizeable certificates for gold. A Senator once told me, “It has now reached a point where you can go into one of the big banks in New York, London, or Zurich, give them half a metric ton in return for a certificate of ownership, walk around the block for ten minutes, re-enter the same bank, and they’ll deny ever seeing you before and have you arrested for presenting them with a counterfeit certificate.”90
Krieger forcefully asked, “Could we go into the Federal Reserve banks and find that gold that’s rightfully ours and confiscate it?”
Brooks shook his head. “Good thought, Colonel. But, in 1986, the Federal Reserve decided to recast all the gold bars in its vaults, changing bars from traditional rectangular ingots into trapezoidal-shape. It allowed the Fed to change the hallmarks, serial numbers, and all other identification, which included re-papering and earmarking, effectively erasing all record of ownership of many thousands of tons of gold in its different vaults.91 The Fed then declared massive amounts of gold notes and bonds as counterfeit.”
“How convenient,” Adam quipped angrily.
“In September 2001,” Brooks explained, “a case came to trial at the US District Court for the Northern District of Chicago. An expert witness, economist Dr. Martin A. Larson, stated 18,000 metric tons of gold were placed into the Federal Reserve vaults of Ft. Knox.”
Adam offered, “Let me guess. Now there’s no proof of who rightfully owns it.”
“None at all,” Brooks said.
“So, what happened, did the Federal Reserve get to keep the gold?”
“Pretty much,” Brooks confirmed.
“Thieves.” Adam shook his head.
“Of the highest order,” Brooks emphasized. “It’s an octopus. Anyone who worked against them ended up dead, including Frank Nugen, journalist Danny Casolaro, and former CIA Director William Colby legal counsel to the black banks, whose body was found floating in the Potomac River estuary in 1996.”92
“Imagine if that happened today,” Madison said.
George knew firsthand what would happen. “Nothing would change, because the major media outlets are owned by these same people. If anyone in the media reported it, they’d be fired. That’s how they control the narrative.”
Brooks looked at the president. “It’s no use going on with this. Now you understand where the deep state is getting a lot of its money, and where the globalist bankers got a lot of theirs and what their agendas are. But the main point is, there’s a hundred trillion dollars in black gold that belongs to the American people at this point. What are we going to do about it?”
The room fell silent and eyes widened; everyone sat up a little straighter.
“What if we could align with these other countries so the globalists had to fight a financial war on multiple fronts,” George said. “What if we could bring back the gold backed dollar as the currency of the United States? What if we could do that, eliminate the Federal Reserve, kick them the hell out of the country and pay off the national debt all at the same time before they could complete their stock crash?”
All eyes were on George. “There’s well over ten trillion dollars missing from the Federal Reserve, could be twenty. We can’t audit them as it stands right now. What if we went in, forced them to transfer the missing money to every country we owe and then shut them down and took over all of the Federal Reserve locations? That would mean we have control of our remaining gold and the locations. Then, we take back some of the gold they transferred to their vaults overseas and put it back in our vaults, controlled by our military.”
Adam said, “We could give the middle class a permanent tax cut of ten percent just by eliminating the interest charges on the national debt. The rest of the economic impact would double that. It’d ensure your re-election, sir.”
General Abrams said, “Mr. President, you’re talking about attacking on two fronts. It’d have to be done simultaneously to pull it off.”
Krieger looked up, “Three!”
The General abruptly turned and looked at him.
Krieger
said, “General, during this meeting, I’ve received texts from a team that I have monitoring pending civil unrest. We’ve uncovered a multifaceted assault of civil disruption being orchestrated by the deep state.”
The General nodded and scowled. He was aware of their years of preparation, and could see this was the time for the deep state to make its move. He turned to George and said, “Mr. President, this means a complicated orchestrated counter coup on three major fronts.”
George offered up one of the sayings he was known for. “The questions we ask ourselves lead us to the answers to those questions. So, the only question I’m going to ask is, how can it be done?”
Chapter 38
The bodies were too heavy for The Shadow to lift. Luckily, he had plenty of help.
After the meeting in Georgia two days ago, plans were underway to save the country. Brooks had left the base to take care of a few things to prepare. This gave him the time he needed to contact Ferraro and take care of those several treasonous politicians and deep state officials he hadn’t gotten to yet. And for this, Brooks needed help, so he reached back out to Ferraro.
Ferraro had spoken with the one man from whom he took advice: a high-ranking person within a branch of the government. They had chosen two men to assist Brooks. Two men who hadn’t known each other and would never have a chance to run into each other in the future.
The one was the middle-aged CIA man who had been in hiding for over a year now. Going against the deep state wasn’t good for a CIA man. He had testified in front of a committee about the Uranium sample he’d seen delivered in a brief case. He testified that the man who delivered it had taken an active role in trying to get the president removed. He had also exposed other payoffs from Ukrainian oil companies. The payoffs of tens of millions of dollars went to a few of the most established politicians in Washington – and their families. Because of him, evidence of these payoffs was now being circulated on social media. These politicians knew it was him who had leaked it. Luckily for him, they didn’t know where he was. The new administration had hidden him
The money he was being paid for these hits would set him up with a good living for the rest of his life. He may need it. If these people weren’t prosecuted, he’d have to remain under cover for the rest of his life anyway, so having enough money from this job allowed him the ability to disappear forever. He’d have to get his face changed, but with this money he could do that now.
Brooks pointed to the corpse the man had just laid on the grass and said, “Don’t leave her arms crossed.”
He didn’t want this congresswoman’s or anyone’s arms crossed. In Brooks’s mind, he wanted these seven traitors to look less like they were put to rest and more like what a body looks like when it’s hung. Arms limp by their sides.
The other help Brooks had was a hit man Ferraro had chosen. Ferraro had used this man before, and knew he really wanted to retire. Ferraro made him a good deal. The job paid over a million dollars. After this, the man could retire in peace.
These men placed the bodies as Brooks directed. Brooks wanted the bodies laid out in a semicircle fashion, facing the eternal flame that lit Kennedy’s grave. The hill overlooking Kennedy’s grave provided the perfect backdrop. When photos of these traitors were taken, Kennedy’s grave would be in front of them and the Arlington House monument would be in the background.
Arlington was guarded at night, but it was nothing compared to many other places in the area. Brooks had simply put the guards to sleep. They’d awake around dawn, then they’d discover the bodies.
Brooks chose this location because of the symbolic nature for the president who was trying to take down the Federal Reserve.

The President heard the pounding of a fist on his door. “Mr. President, wake up. There’s been a development!” It was Krieger’s voice. There were a few more thumps of his palm on the bedroom door.
George lifted his head. He was used to being woken up now from time to time, but the tone of Krieger’s voice was different. It was more urgent.
The president took a deep breath. He sat up and took another one to project his voice. “I’ll be right there.”
George pulled on his Orvis khakis and slipped his bare feet into his shearling lined slippers. He pulled a T shirt on and then a blue shirt that he buttoned up.
“Seven people were found dead at the Arlington National Cemetery,” Adam stated when the president walked out of his room.
“Murdered?” George asked.
“Apparently so,” Adam said. “They had hoods over their faces. But they are a few representatives, at least two senators and a few other appointed officials. The identifications are coming in now. But they won’t be released to the media until family members have been notified.”
Krieger had just taken a phone call. When he hung up, Adam looked at him and asked, “Any new developments?”
“The security were put to sleep by gas or something. When they woke up, they discovered the bodies lined up on the hill overlooking the eternal flame at Kennedy’s grave. The grave wasn’t disturbed. But the big news is, it’s either a copycat or the same group as before.” Krieger hesitated and then said, “There were notes on them and they found a flash drive… It has a video on it.”
“Notes like before?” the president questioned.
“Yes, sir,” Krieger said. “Notes on the corpses. They were personalized like before, alleging that they had been engaged in selling out their country for their own benefit. Each note accused that person of treason, and gave specific allegations. The notes had one thing in common. They each ended with the phrase, ‘Corrupt politicians will no longer be tolerated!’”
Adam asked, “Is that the same phrase that was used last time?”
Krieger’s forehead rose. “I can’t be sure, but it sure sounds like it. We’ll check.”
“What do you make of it, Colonel?” the president asked.
“Sir,” Krieger said, “I can only speculate at this point. But if I had to guess, I’d say whoever did this believe the AG and the rest of them aren’t going to prosecute these people. They don’t believe anything will happen, so they’re taking justice into their own hands. If I had to guess, I’d say whoever did this is a patriot. The reason I say that is because every one of these people either is trying hard to get you out of office, they and their families have taken bribes and huge payoffs and they’re working with the globalists. Every damn one of them is a traitor. Whether you agree with their tactics or not, I’d say they’re trying to help the country, sir.”
“Well,” the president said, turning to Adam, “have Gabby stay on top of it and get out some sort of condolences, nothing more… We’ve all got places to go, so let’s not let this get in the way of our purpose for today.”
Chapter 39
George knew getting the gold would only do good if they could keep it away from the politicians and the deep state.
Wicked behavior by ruthless rulers and cunning bankers was why America’s Founding Fathers had tried to do things differently. From the moment the United States became independent of Britain, it was liberated from British currency and taxation. Money was to be backed by gold and silver and kept under the control of the central government, on behalf of its citizens. But the federalist clique of Alexander Hamilton, which had strong financial and emotional ties to Old Europe, began lobbying to put US currency in private hands. US presidents Jefferson, Madison, Adams and others had fought this, and the early attempts to set up a pseudo ‘United States Bank’, that was actually in private hands, were reversed. That was why in 1816, President Jefferson had warned that, “Private banking establishments are more dangerous than standing armies; and the principle of spending money to be paid by posterity, under the name of funding is but swindling posterity.”93
George understood that he was a once in a lifetime president. He was a real estate billiona
ire, so he couldn’t be bought off. But that wouldn’t be the case with others. His predecessor was now worth over one hundred and fifty million dollars after only two years out of office, and he didn’t own a business. That meant before taxes he made a quarter of a billion dollars in two years without a business.
George knew he needed to put money into the country, but still do something to stop the globalists from paying off politicians in the future. He also knew there was a high likelihood that the gold in the Philippines could one day be used to start a gold backed currency.
The only option to save the United States and the power of its currency in the long term was to kick out the Federal Reserve and exile them from the country, while at the same time rolling out a United States dollar that was backed and redeemable in gold. He had to replace the Federal Reserve note. The only way to do that was to get back some of the missing money and gold that rightfully belonged to the people of the United States.
Brooks verbalized the same thing the president was thinking when he said, “Mr. President, the way I see it is, if we get enough gold and money to pay off the entire national debt, can you pass a constitutional amendment stating any politician who even brings up privatizing the monetary system again as a possibility, immediately advocates their position in office along with their entire pension and all ongoing benefits?”
The president shook his head. “That’s a nice thought, but we’d never get it through.”
The Shadow looked at the president. “NSA electronic surveillance records which you have access to will give them no choice.”
The look he gave Krieger made Krieger wonder how much Brooks knew.
Brooks added, “We can take evidence of their nefarious and illegal activities, and have a team visit some of these people personally. I can help choose a team. We’ll make them an offer they can’t refuse… It’ll go through.”
