In addition to using the information in this book whenever you need a fitness or diet challenge, here are two important tips to keep you on track.
Ditch your scale—really. At this point, your scale should be in the back of a closet or donated to Goodwill! The scale is not a measurement of your overall fitness or shape. Seriously, give your scale away! Don’t get stuck in the old habit of stepping on the scale or watching those numbers. Use the clothes you chose for your Jeans Check instead—you may even have a whole new outfit now as your guide. Wear these clothes once a week to keep you accountable.
No more “fat” clothes. Remember the box of clothes you were supposed to toss at the beginning of this plan? If you haven’t already, get rid of them! Those “fat pants” have no place in your closet. Scale your wardrobe down to one size—the size you now proudly wear.
Life is too short not to look and feel your absolute best. I hope you have achieved that and more!
