Cowboy Baby Daddy Page 8

by Hamel, B. B.

“Delicious,” he growls, cupping my breasts in his hands. “Tight and delicious. I think I’d give up a lot just to keep tasting this body, girl.”

“You don’t have to give anything up,” I gasp. “You just have to keep going.”

He groans and I ride him faster. I work my body, moving my back and ass, sliding up and down his hard shaft. I take him all the way and pull back as he teases my breasts, sucking my nipples and palming them rough. I groan and roll my hips and ride him faster and faster, fucking him deep, taking every single inch of his enormous cock between my legs.

I don’t know how he fits but it feels like heaven. I can’t stop myself, bucking and riding, panting faster and faster. Pleasure’s mounting and I know I can’t hold back much longer. He grabs my ass with both hands, spreads it wide and thrusts into me, fucking me rougher, deeper. I throw my hair back and gasp.

It hits me like lightning, like a bolt of electricity up my spine. The orgasm’s there, right between my legs, juicy and wet. I come all over his fat cock, unable to help myself as he spreads my ass wider and fucks me harder. I take him and come, letting it spread all over his cock and he growls his pleasure, biting my lip, spanking my ass, spreading me wide.

“Oh, god,” I gasp, pushing down his length and holding there. My legs quiver and I feel so weak, like I just ran a marathon. “Oh my god.”

“That’s right,” he whispers. “You can come all over my big cock whenever you like, you dirty girl.”

I groan and pull back. I’m so naked and so incredibly wet for him, wet from cum and juice and I need more. He stands and takes my chin before I drop down to my knees and take his cock into my mouth.

I suck him without a word between us. I suck him fast and deep, letting him slip into my throat. I gag and suck him more, tasting my cum and pussy, loving the taste of it on my lips. It’s filthy and right and god, I can’t help myself.

I suck him faster as he cups my breasts. I want every inch of him. I’m sloppy and wild and I want him to feel the way I just felt right now. I need him to feel it, need him to come so badly it almost hurts, like an ache between my legs.

He growls and pushes me down, thrusting into my mouth. I can tell he loves it, can tell he feels it. “Suck that cock, girl,” he whispers. “Come on. Suck my cock. I want to come in that pretty mouth. I want you to swallow every single drop and thank me for it.”

“Yes,” I gasp. “Come for me, Connor.”

I suck his tip and jerk his shaft faster, bobbing up and down, breasts shaking with each stroke. He groans and growls, grabs my hair, and comes.

I taste him on my tongue and I don’t slow down. I swallow his seed, swallow every single drop of him. I take it all in my mouth and throat as he groans with pleasure, the intensity of it almost overwhelming.

When he’s finished, we’re both on the ground with our back against the hay just breathing deep. We’re panting for breath and sweating and god, we’re both grinning like idiots.

I lean against his chest and he hugs me tight. We’re alone in the back of the barn, the horses quiet, the whole world quiet. There’s only the two of us here and it feels right.

“I meant what I said,” he whispers in my ear. “Since the day I first saw you, I knew I had to have you.”

I blush and pull closer against his chest. “I bet you say that to all the girls after a romp in the hay.”

He chuckles softly. “We literally did just have a romp in the hay, didn’t we?”

  “Yep.”

“That’s about as country as it gets.”

“I know. I’m actually kind of glad we did it.”

  “Yeah?”

“Figured I should experience everything country living has to offer.”

“And what did you think of your first time?”

I look up into his eyes and smile. “It was okay.”

He laughs and kisses me slow and deep.

Eventually we get dressed and have to go inside. I almost don’t want to let her go but I know I gotta. She goes to bed and I retreat into my own room, my mind still on that body, my cock already half hard again.

Fucking hell, I don’t know how she does it. I feel dizzy, under a spell or something. I haven’t felt like this in a very long time. I haven’t let myself feel like this or anything even remotely like it.

I’ve had women since I came out here. One-night stands, brief little flings, never anything more than that. I never got close, never let myself get into a position where I could get hurt or do some hurting. I did enough hurting for everyone back in the day.

I can remember the sort of shit I pulled when I was in the NFL, high on life, thinking I’m better than the fucking world. I’d fuck a girl one night, tell her that I love her, and never call her again. I’d call that a normal Tuesday night.

I’d sleep with a girl and her sister in one day. I fucked a pair of twins one time and promised to send them season tickets, but never did. Shit, that was fucked up. I did worse, so much worse, and after a while it all started to blend together until all I could do was hate myself.

It was toxic, the whole place. I was my worst self, doing the most heinous shit imaginable just because I could. And when I hit rock bottom that second season, I knew I had to get out.

After that, I didn’t trust myself anymore. I knew what I was capable. I could do fucked-up things to people, to women, to real human beings, just because I could.

So I shut myself off. I didn’t let myself become that guy again. If I found myself wanting a woman beyond a completely mutually agreed upon one-night thing, I’d cut her off completely. I couldn’t do that again. I just couldn’t.

Now though, I feel like all those dammed-up emotions are flooding out. All that pent-up desire is suddenly breaking free and there’s nothing I can do to stop it.

It’s just because it’s been so long. It’s because what I feel for Holly is different somehow, more intense. It’s more real.

  It’s something I can’t just ignore.

I go to sleep thinking about her and wake up early thinking about her. Since it’s a Sunday, everyone’s awake and cooking our usual Sunday morning breakfast. I come out into the kitchen, grab some coffee, and pitch in wordlessly.

I’m so distracted by my thoughts of Holly that I don’t notice the comments and looks from the others until it’s too late.

“You know, I heard the horses got spooked last night,” Faye says to me softly.

Tina snickers and tries not to laugh.

I frown at her. “What happened?”

“Oh, I don’t know. I think some kind of animal got into that barn.”

“That’s not good. If there’s a break in the wall, we gotta patch it up.”

“Used the door,” Tina says, trying not to laugh. “Two of ‘em. Really just rolling around in there.”

I groan and glare at them. “Oh, you motherfuckers.”

The girls crack up together. Faye beams at me. “Couldn’t help yourself, huh?”

“I thought you’d be above this, being a mother and all,” I chide her.

She giggles and shakes her head. “Ain’t ever above ribbing you, Connor. It’s too easy.”

I glare at the girls. “You all know, huh?”

“Of course we do,” Violet says. “She was practically screaming.”

“Good work, son,” Bryant says, nodding appreciatively.

“Christ, you assholes,” I growl. “My private life isn’t some joke for breakfast.”

Faye finishes setting the table and we all bring the food over. “I gotta disagree with that, boss,” Michael says.

“Yeah, seems like the exact thing we’d joke about at breakfast,” Dale adds.

The three young cowboys laugh and sit at their customary spots at the far end of the table, grinning at each other and no doubt imagining what it would be like in my shoes last night… or, I guess, in my nothing, on account of being naked and all.

  Violet and
Tina join them and I glare at Bryant. “Shouldn’t you be above all this?” I ask the older man.

He just shrugs with a grin. “Anything that’ll knock you down a peg or two is A-OK in my book.”

I roll my eyes and sit down in front of my plate. I pile it with eggs and bacon as Carter slips into the chair next to me. “Don’t look so wounded there, Connor,” he says. “You know they can’t help themselves.”

  “Should try,” I grumble.

“Come on. Nothing fun happens out here. They’re just teasing.”

I sigh. “I know that. I just don’t want them doing it to Holly.”

  “They’re not animals, you know.”

I give him a look. “You sure?”

He grins and reaches for some coffee. “Okay, well, maybe they are. I guess you should probably worry.”

I groan and accept the mug of coffee he offers me. I sip it and glare at the table before standing up. Everyone stares at me as I clear my throat.

“Look, folks, before you all freak out and act like children, let’s just be adults and address this, okay?”

Faye looks at me wide-eyed and Jessie is barely containing her laughter. The others look somewhere between amused and horrified.

“Okay, so yes, I had sexual relations with a woman yesterday,” I say. “You can all joke and laugh as much as you want, but I swear, you’d better not give Holly any shit. You hear me? Just because I slept with Holly, doesn’t mean—”

I cut myself off. Just as I say that last bit, Holly steps into the room.

Everyone looks at her. She’s blushing like mad and staring at me, completely mortified.

“Aw, shit,” I say. “Holly. This isn’t what it—”

She just shakes her head and barges through the room. She can’t even look at the table as she shoves through the front door and disappears outside.

  “Ah, fuck,” I say. “Holly!”

“I’ll go,” Faye says softly. “Just stay here, okay?”

I glare at her. “This is your fault.”

She rolls her eyes. “I didn’t tell you to give some speech about your sex life. Now sit down, moron, and let me fix this.”

I hesitate but finally sit. She disappears out the front door and the table goes back to eating though conversation is subdued to say the least.

God damn it. I was trying to protect her from these morons and instead just opened my fucking mouth and shoved my entire foot right up there. I’m such a stupid fucking moron.

Holly probably thinks we were just discussing our sex life at the table in detail or something. And I guess we sort of were, I mean, they all knew already, I was just trying to get them not to tease the poor girl.

Clearly, I did a real shit job.

I eat in silence, getting more and more pissed as the meal goes by. Nobody bothers me as I shove a plate full of eggs and bacon in my mouth then chug two mugs of piping hot coffee, heedless of how it burns my damn tongue. When I’m through, I’m just about ready to storm out there after Holly when Faye slips back inside.

She nods at me. “Go ahead, she’s with Dodger.”

I give her a relieved look then jump to my feet. Nobody speaks as I head to the door.

  I stop and turn back.

“Nobody ever speaks of this again,” I say, glaring at the bunch.

Jessie bursts out laughing. The whole crew joins in, cracking up. Violet falls out of her chair, causing everyone else to laugh even harder. I swear, I think Michael has milk spurting out his nose.

“Animals,” I grumble as I leave and head outside.

It’s a crisp morning as I walk to the barn. The grass crunches over my boots and I’m in a foul mood. I stalk into the barn and over to Dodger’s stall. The horse is standing, which is a good sign, although he looks a little tired and pale. Holly’s there checking him over.

“How is he?” I ask her.

She glances back. “Alive,” she says. “So far.”

I nod once. “Thank you. Again.”

She turns and faces me. “Faye explained what you were doing.”

  “I know, I wasn’t trying to—”

“I’m not some child you have to protect, you know.”

I’m surprised by her anger. I didn’t expect her to be pissed about this, not at all. “They’re a bunch of assholes in there,” I say to her. “I was just trying to get them to be nice.”

“Well, don’t. I don’t need you protecting me, Connor. I’m not some little lamb, or one of your damn cattle.”

I blink, not sure what to say. “Of course you’re not,” I finally manage. “I never thought you were, damn it.”

“Then don’t treat me like that. If they want to give me some shit, I can take it and dish it back if I need to.”

I let out a breath and hang my head. “Okay then. I really fucked this one up then.”

“Yeah,” she says, her expression softening just a bit. “You really did.”

I spread my hands out. “You know I meant well, right?”

  “I get it. Faye explained.”

I narrow my eyes. “What, exactly, did Faye say?”

“Oh, you know.” She smiles and casually runs her hands over Dodger’s flanks, grooming the horse softly. He lets out a breath and seems to lean closer to her. “That you’re a moron of epic proportions with an outdated sense of how to treat a woman.”

I sigh and lean up against the gate post. “Sounds about right.”

  “So you’re not denying it?”

“Of course I am. Just saying, sounds about what Faye would say.”

She grins at me. “Come on. You don’t think you’re a little antiquated? Riding around on a horse, acting like a cowboy?”

“I was a damn NFL quarterback. Nothing antiquated about me.”

“But you left all that behind. Can’t have it both ways, Connor.”

I glare at her. “Sure I can.”

“Why did you leave it behind?”

I look away, down at the floor of the barn. “Just didn’t like what I was becoming,” I say after a short beat. “That’s all.”

She lets out a little breath, a lot like Dodger did. “Okay. You don’t have to tell me yet.”

“That’s the truth there. I just didn’t like it.”

“Want to know something about me?”

I meet her gaze. “You don’t have to tell me.”

She’s quiet for a second, stroking the horse’s flank, just watching his hair part around her fingers. I watch her move, her easy grace, her beauty. She drives me wild, just doing the simplest thing.

“I knew I had to quit one day when I was working the ER,” she says softly. “It was early in the morning. A couple came in, young, with a little boy. He was maybe four months old, just a little baby.” She’s quiet for a second. “He was having an allergic reaction. Bright red, all blown up. They wanted to give him an IV but those little baby veins are so tiny. Anyway, they tried and tried but the baby was screaming, nearly passed out. I had to step in and do it, just barely found a fucking vein. In the end, they didn’t need the IV at all, just gave him steroids and he improved.”

She clears her throat and lets out a sigh. “That’s not the part that got me really. I mean, that stuff happens. We caused pain at that hospital all the time because we meant well but people are imperfect. What got me was what one of the nurses said afterward.”

“What did she say?” I ask her softly.

“She said to me, ‘Doctor, wow, that baby really did scream. Think he was being dramatic or what?’ I honestly couldn’t believe she said it. I mean, a baby being dramatic? With a needle in its arm, screaming in pain? I realized just how jaded you get, just how far down that path you can go to the point where people are barely people anymore, just patients that need fixing.”

I watch her carefully and part of her story rings true to me. I know what it’s like to wake up one day and realize you’re not the person you want to be and if you keep going down the road you’re on, it’ll only get worse.

“I didn’t leave right away,” she continues, speaking softly. “Other stuff happened. Other bad stuff I don’t want to talk about. But that was the first time I realized what was happening all around me.”

I step into the stall. She’s blinking a tear away so I pull her against me and hug her tight. I hold her like that for a little while, standing in Dodger’s stall, the horse breathing slowly and ragged next to us.

“Anyway,” she says, breaking away. “It’s not easy to change your whole life.”

“No,” I agree, “it’s really not. Although it helps when you have a lot of money.”

She laughs at that. “I bet it does.”

I linger there next to her, feeling the heat of her body close to mine. I feel so strangely comfortable and happy in this little space, this dirty little stall with my old horse and my new girl.

“Listen, you should take a break today,” I say softly. “I can monitor Dodger if you need someone here. Go out with the cowgirls, Violet and Tina.”

“Yeah?” she asks, raising an eyebrow.

“Sure. I bet they’d love it.”

“I don’t know. You’re just trying to get me to work your damn ranch.”

I laugh at that. “Nah, they won’t make you do any work. But they’ll show you a thing or two about living out here, if you want.”

She nods a little at that. “Okay. I think I’d like it.”

“Good. I’ll tell them to swing past later today.”

  “What are you busy with?”

“Oh, you know me.” I step out of the stall, almost wrenching myself away. I could stay here all fucking morning and talk to this girl about our lives, but I know I’ve gotta work. I’ve been spending too much time away. “Just maintaining this enormous damn ranch, is all.”

  “Sounds like a blast.”

“I’ll come find you later, too.”

  “Okay.”

“And listen. I’m sorry about all that. I really was trying to help.”

“I know you were. Just, don’t next time, okay?”

“Hell, girl, if you think I’m gonna get involved again then you must think I’m a very dumb man.”
