11. Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes. Don’t overcook! That’s important enough, I wrote it on my recipe card with a wide-tipped Sharpie.
12. You’re almost done! Let’s make the best part — the frosting!
13. Mix all the frosting ingredients together until you have a thick, creamy icing.
14. Let the cinnamon rolls cool for a few minutes (I’ve only been able to manage 15 because by this time, my house smells so cinnamony good, I’m ready to dig in!) then spread the frosting over the rolls.
15. Buen provecho! These are finger-lickin’ delicious!
About the Author
When Jennifer isn’t busy dreaming up new adventures for her favorite characters, she is learning Sign language, reading, baking (Cake is her one weakness!), or chasing her twins around the park (because … calories).
Her wish is to continue to write sweet romances and mysteries with happy endings for years to come.
While she claims Oregon as her home, she currently lives high in the Andes Mountains of Ecuador with her husband and two kids. All of them are fluent in Spanglish.
Right now, Jennifer is happy to write down the many adventures awaiting Jess as she goes from an insecure introvert to the proud pursuer of her dreams.
