Only You is a standalone, but Ivy was first introduced in my 2017 Christmas novella, Mistletoe Kiss. If you haven’t read it yet, keep flipping pages to learn more. And be sure to keep an eye out in February 2019 for Meredith’s story, Maybe You!

ACKNOWLEDGMENTS
Thank you, Mum. Alpha reader, best friend, biggest fan. I love you so much.
Thank you to my beta readers and editor for your invaluable feedback: Jessica Tate, Brenda St John Brown, Kaley Stewart, and JaimeKristal Lott. I’m so grateful for your help and friendship.
Thank you to Krista van Staalduinen, my lifelong friend, soul sister, adventure buddy, and fellow awkward penguin. I’m sure you’ll recognize countless familiar situations and inside jokes in Ivy and Bridget’s friendship. I couldn’t help it—the laughter, tears, late nights, and conversations we’ve had, ranging from philosophical to silly to inappropriate are too good not to use as writing fuel! I’m so blessed to have called you a friend for almost thirty years, and I’m excited to see what the next thirty years hold for us. Pulling from Meredith’s enthusiasm and belief in the Universe, I’m putting it out there: we’re going to Scotland, and I’m sure many of those (mis)adventures will end up in a future book or two. Oh, and thank you for answering my weird, random questions about cats. You are forever my favorite Crazy Cat Lady. I love you more than cake, macarons, and fish and chips put together.
Thank you to Jessica Tate—critique partner, cheerleader, partner in snark, beloved friend. Thank you for your friendship, support, and assistance. All the falafel for you.
A special thank-you to Jaimie Admans and Brenda St John Brown, who not only helped me write the synopsis for Only You when I was ready to set the thing on fire, but who have also been incredible friends and supporters. I love our chats, and I appreciate your support more than you know. I adore you both so much. Can we start planning an epic UK meet-up/writer’s retreat now?
And finally, thank you, dear reader, for inviting Ivy and Hugh into your lives for a few hours. I had so much fun writing this story, and I’m thrilled it’s finally out in the world. An extra special shout-out to all the bookstagrammers, bloggers, and other book-loving people online who share their love and passion for books with the world. I’ve said it before, but it bears repeating: you guys are the unsung heroes of the publishing industry. Thank you!
Have you read Mistletoe Kiss? Want to see where it all started with Bridget and David?
Bridget used to believe in things like fairytales and the magic of Christmas. Since her dad’s death and the string of bad luck that followed, it’s been a struggle to stay positive, let alone get in the holiday spirit.
The bright spots in her life are her mom, her best friend Ivy, and her job. Oh, and David. He doesn’t count, though, because he’s Bridget’s boss, and despite having a secret crush on him for the last three years, he’s off limits.
But then a few weeks before Christmas, David calls Bridget into his office and asks her for a favor: he needs a plus one to the company’s fancy festive ball and wants her to accompany him. Maybe it’s time for Bridget to start believing in fairytales and Christmas magic again...
Mistletoe Kiss is a 20,000-word contemporary romance.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Marie Landry’s life revolves around books; when she’s not writing them, she’s reading them, taking pictures of them for bookstagram, or blogging about them. An avid reader from a young age, she loves getting lost in characters’ worlds, whether they’re of her own making or someone else’s. She particularly loves coming-of-age stories with as much of an emphasis on self-discovery as on romance...but don’t leave out the romance!
When not doing bookish things, Marie can be found daydreaming (in general, but often about traveling through Europe), binge-watching shows on Netflix, and taking photographs. She lives in a cozy apartment in Ontario, Canada with the best roommate ever, and only sometimes imagines it’s actually a flat in London.
