The Tinseltown Murderer Page 24

by Maureen Driscoll

I took a ton of liberties with my portrayal of Joseph Kennedy. Everything relating to this story is fictional and I remain a fan of the Kennedy family and their service to America.

I’m a huge fan of libraries and a special thanks goes to the Los Angeles Public Library (LAPL.org) whose amazing librarians got me answers even beyond what their extensive archives could provide.

If you’ve never had the K&M Alchemy Reserve pinot noir, you’re really missing out on a terrific wine. Stop by their tasting room the next time you’re in Carlton, Oregon and ask for Ken Morrison or Mauro Hernandez.

As always, this book wouldn’t be what it is without my long-time editor Melanie Friedman, whose terrific blog is Bookworm2Bookworm, and my awesome friend Janice Minsberg who is a great Beta reader and knows her way around a comma (among other things). Bob Guzzi and Joe Moore were also invaluable in this process.

Thank you for all of your support. It has been so much fun getting to know so many of you through the years.

  Happy Reading!

  Best,

  Maureen
