Add a slice of provolone cheese to each slice of bread, then steak, veggies, and the second slice of provolone cheese and top with bread butter-side up.
Press down with a spatula to compress sandwich. When golden dark brown, flip over and press again. Cook until cheese is melted and sandwich is golden brown.
A quick note: I like to spread mayonnaise inside my bread before layering the ingredients, but this is just a personal preference! But honestly, it’s yummy!
