Chapter 4- Scott’s friend
The craziest thing happened on Monday. I went to talk to Scott about him asking a friend for Lindy, and it turned out that Scott Parker is friends with Tom Bronson. He hooked Tom up with a paper route so he said Tom owes him a favor and he would hook Tom up with Lindy. And just like that we both had dates to the Snow Ball!
“We’ve got to go shopping this weekend!” Lindy gushed, “Isn’t Tom just a dream?”
A dream? Before he was just ok. Now he was a dream? Whatever. As long as Lindy was happy I was happy. I looked over at Scott. He was looking at me. I blushed and went back to my fabulous school lunch of spaghetti, garlic bread and deformed peas.
