Planet of the Valkyries Page 8

“Touch yourself.” You growl. Isla’s eyes flick up to meet yours before her free hand slips down between her thighs. You stifle a gasp as you feel a jolt of pleasure through your psychic connection as her fingertips find her clit. Your pulse races with excitement as you feel your own physical pleasure coupled with the vicarious pleasure of Isla touching herself. She pulls your cock from her lips and grins up at you.

“Feels like you’re enjoying that nearly as much as me.” She breathes before guiding you back into her mouth as her fingers continue to work at her clit. Her stroking hand works furiously on your shaft and her lips slide up and down it as she brings you swiftly and relentlessly towards your climax.

“Yes, yes, don’t stop.” You groan thickly as her head bobs back and forth. Isla is close too and you can feel her own excitement rapidly building, but you get there first. Your balls tighten and you roar with release as the first powerful surge explodes from your cock into her waiting mouth. Perhaps triggered by the shared ecstasy of your own orgasm, Isla pulls your erupting cock from her lips as her own climax consumes her. Her mouth drops open and she cries out in ecstasy, her purple eyes glowing even brighter as her body quakes with each wave of pleasure. Your cock jerks in her hand, the remaining spurts splattering across the soft curves of her breasts. You feel delirious as you experience the unique thrill of two simultaneous orgasms. As her cries of ecstasy echo around the grotto, Isla clearly shares your elation.

“Fuck, that felt incredible.” Isla finally gasps, the purple glow of her eyes shining in the dim light as she glances up at you.

“It was incredible.” You pant, your heart still thumping in your chest. “Damn, that was intense!” You reach down and help her back to her feet. She glances down at her come splattered breasts.

“Glad to see I haven’t lost my touch.” Isla chuckles before stepping back into the waterfall and washing your seed from her body. You watch the water cascading over her curves before she steps out and smiles at you. “So, do you believe me now?” She asks as you both stoop to collect your clothes and pull your uniforms back on. “The symbiotes are benevolent, desiring only to co-exist with myself and the other xeno-archaeologists here on Xerxes VI.” She studies your face. “I hope this experience has reassured you as to their pure intentions?”

  Yes

  You are still unconvinced

“I’m sorry, Isla, but I’m still dubious.” You reply gently. “For all I know, you are simply under that thing’s thrall and it’s putting words in your mouth.”

“But when we were joined, you could feel the emotions!” Isla objects. “Surely you sensed no malicious intent?”

“Perhaps it was shielding its true intentions from me and just allowing me to feel what it wanted me to feel.”

“Oh Kyle, how have you become so narrow minded?” Isla replies, slowly shaking her head.

“I’ve made an objective assessment and I’ll be making my report accordingly.” You tell her coldly, turning to leave.

“No, wait.” She calls out, grasping your arm. You shrug it off.

“I’m leaving right now.” You growl. “I trust I will not be obstructed?” You rest your hand on the butt of your blaster.

“Of course not.” Isla glowers at you.

“Good.” You reply, striding back up the narrow path and out of the grotto.

Back aboard the Ranger, Captain Madison leans back in her chair and frowns.

“I don’t like it.” She replies. “You’re right to be cautious. I’m going to recommend that the planet is quarantined and specialists in hazmat suits assess the threat. We don’t need the paranoia of the Metamorph crisis back in the early days of the expansion.” She grimaces at the thought of the shape-shifters that had infiltrated the Earth Alliance decades earlier.

“I think that would be prudent, Captain.” You nod. “If the symbiotes really are peaceful, they will have to earn our trust.”

“I will make my report and transmit it priority one to High Command.” She tells you. “Excellent work today, Commander. Now get some rest, you’ve earned it.”

  “Thank you, Captain.” You nod.

The next morning, you awake in your quarters to the irritating chiming of your communicator.

  “Chase.” You answer gruffly.

“You are needed on the bridge immediately, Commander.” Comes the terse response from the communications officer.

Captain Madison glances up at you from her chair as you step onto the bridge.

“We have a large heavily armed unidentified vessel inbound and she’s not responding to our hails.” She tells you. On the forward view screen, you can see a small green coloured vessel slowly growing as it closes in.

“Could be pirates or a privateer.” You murmur.

“That’s my working hypothesis.” She nods. “Any suggestions, Commander?” While she is an excellent and experienced captain, she also recognises that one of your strengths is that you are an astute tactician and tends to defer to your better judgement in combat situations. “Fight or flight?”

Raise shields and prepare to fight

  Escape into hyperspace

“It has.” You nod. “I sensed no malicious intent at all the entire time we were… ah… joined.”

“I’m so relieved to hear you say that!” Isla smiles.

“I’ll return to the Ranger and make my report, but rest assured that I will not be suggesting that the symbiotes are a threat.” You continue. “No doubt your team may be quarantined when you do eventually leave Xerxes VI, but in the meantime I’m confident you’ll be left alone.”

“Thank you Kyle.” She leans forward and kisses you softly. As your lips touch, you can sense her relief.

“So long Isla.” You smile, breaking the kiss and making your way back through the alien city before returning to the surface.

“In conclusion, it’s my belief that the organisms are peaceful.” You tell Captain Madison once you are back aboard the Ranger. She reclines back in her chair behind her desk and regards you coolly for a moment.

“I don’t like the sound of these parasites.” She replies with an involuntary shudder.

“Symbiotes, Captain.” You politely correct her. “I had my own misgivings initially, but I do not believe they are a threat, either to the xeno-archaeologists on the surface or to the wider galaxy.”

“And you’re sure your judgement hadn’t been clouded by your prior relationship with Doctor Phoenix?” She replies carefully.

“Absolutely not.” You tell her, bristling slightly. “My assessment is professional and objective.” She holds your gaze, studying you coolly for a moment.

“Very well.” She finally sighs. “I have known you long enough to trust your judgement. I just hope you’ve got this one right. Good work today, Commander. Now get some rest, you’ve earned it.”

  “Thank you, Captain.” You nod.

  Escape into hyperspace

“Very well.” You sigh. “Though I will ensure that Captain Madison reports your lack of cooperat
ion in her log.”

“You do that.” Henson snarls. “Now leave!” You glare back at him for a moment before turning your back on him and returning to your shuttle.

An hour later and you are standing in the Captain’s office back aboard the Ranger.

“They’re hiding something from us, Captain, I’m sure of it.” You tell her. “Henson couldn’t get rid of me fast enough.”

“But we have no idea what it might be.” She sighs, leaning back in her chair, her grey eyes narrowing as she holds your gaze. “Disappointing.” She adds coldly.

“I’m sorry, Captain.” You shift your weight from one foot to the other. “I made some bad calls down there.”

“Evidently.” She growls before her shoulders relax a little. “We all have bad days, Commander. Just try to be a little smarter next time, eh?”

“Yes Captain.” You reply. She turns to her attention to the monitor screen and your jaw tightens at the abrupt dismissal before turning on your heel and leaving.

The next morning, you awake in your quarters to the irritating chiming of your communicator.

  Escape into hyperspace

“I think the mission has to take precedence.” You reply. “As you say, the additional hyperspace fuel may be useful. I’m sure the xeno-archaeologists can look after themselves for another year.”

“You’re probably right.” Captain Madison sighs. “Helm, lay in a course for the Olympus refuelling facility.”

A day later, you step out of the shuttle and stride across the landing pad of the Olympus refinery. The floating facility is nicknamed ‘The Gas Station’ on account of its gas refinery and the refined gas’s use as fuel for hyperdrives. The facility hovers just above the clouds of the planet, giving the station an ethereal, fantastical feel. With the refinery hidden from sight on the far side of the facility, the administration section of the station is quite pleasant, all pristine white walkways and glass panelling with large open air sections including a small park and a luxurious restaurant. An infinity pool at the edge of the floating platform is vertigo inducing with transparent walls and floor giving a breath-taking view to the surface of the planet far below on a clear day.

“Kyle Chase! Always a pleasure.” A slender redhead grins as she approaches you.

“Amy Newton!” You return her smile. “Good to see you again.” She is dressed in the smart grey uniform of the Conglomerate, the galactic super corporation which owns most of the galaxy’s major businesses. Her long red hair is tied back in a ponytail and subtly applied eye shadow accentuates her pretty green eyes.

“What can I do for you today, Commander?” She asks.

“Fill ‘er up.” You gesture vaguely up at the sky. Amy chuckles politely and you raise an eyebrow. “You must be in a good mood. You usually roll your eyes every time I say that.”

“I guess I must be.” She replies. “Everything is already underway. As soon as the Ranger entered orbit, I despatched a tanker vessel to refuel her. Come on, I’ll buy you a drink while we wait.”

“Sounds good.” You murmur, following her along a walkway from the landing pad past a lush green park and down some broad steps to the open air restaurant next to the swimming pool. “Seems kinda quiet today.” You comment, noticing just a handful of personnel.

“We’re overhauling part of the refinery.” Amy replies, gesturing for you to sit down at a table by the pool. “We’ve just got a skeleton crew on duty at the moment.” You both sit down and a waiter glides over and places a wine glass before each of you.

“I really shouldn’t. I’m on duty.” You tell her, looking at the crystal glass as the waiter pours from a carafe.

“It’ll take the tanker several hours to refuel the Ranger.” She tells you. “I won’t tell if you won’t.” She adds, leaning forward conspiratorially.

“Well, maybe just the one glass.” You grin, reaching for it and sipping at the contents. “Albireon Wine?” You ask.

“It’s a favourite of mine.” Amy nods. “The binary stars give the grapes on that planet a distinct taste not found anywhere else.” You give her a nod of approval and drink a little more.

Your glasses are refilled another two or three times and you both relax a little. When the waiter returns, Amy tells him to finish for the day. You glance at her questioningly.

“I think we should go for a swim.” She tells you, getting to her feet, untying her hair and kicking off her shoes as she steps towards the edge of the pool.

“I don’t have my swimming costume.” You reply.

“Neither have I.” Amy chuckles over her shoulder before pulling her tunic up over her head and tugging down her trousers. As your eyes drift to her firm buttocks, you stifle a gasp of surprise. She has no underwear on beneath and stands completely naked before you. She pauses for a moment before springing forward and diving headfirst into the pool. As a spray of water dapples the side of the pool, you get to your feet. You watch from the edge as she swims beneath the surface, her body lithe and graceful, like some kind of water-nymph. Her head emerges a moment later, her long red hair plastered to the sides of her head as she smiles broadly up at you.

“Come on in.” She purrs. “The water’s perfect.” To say Amy has never been this forward before would be something of an understatement, but who are you to look a gift horse in the mouth?

  Join her

Demand to know what’s going on

“I guess it would be rude to decline a host’s invitation.” You grin, kicking off your boots before tugging down the zip of your jacket and shrugging it off. The t-shirt beneath swiftly follows and you unbuckle your gun belt, your blaster clattering to the floor. You pull down your trousers and Amy’s eyes gleam as you grasp the waistband of your underpants and tug them down too.

“Very nice.” She murmurs, admiring your toned, naked body before her gaze drifts towards your groin. “Yes, very nice.” She adds, her lips curling into a broad smile. You spring forward and Amy squeals with surprise and delight as you dive into the water next to her, plunging deep into the cool depths before surfacing before her. As you both tread water, you glance about you.

“Are you sure this is okay?” You ask. “I’m feeling a little exposed here.”

“It’s fine.” Amy smiles, swimming towards you and looping her arms around your neck. She tilts her head to one side and leans in, pressing her lips against yours. A moment later, she pulls away and gazes quizzically into your eyes. “What’s wrong? Don’t you find me attractive?”

“Of course I do.” You reply. “You know that. It’s just… unexpected, that’s all.”

“Loosen up.” Amy grins, her green eyes glinting in the sunlight reflecting off the rippling water. “Just relax.” She leans in again and this time you respond, kissing her tentatively at first as you struggle with the notion of this unexpected intimacy with a long-time friend. As you relax, your tongue slips between her parted lips. She moans with delight, her tongue flicking against yours.

“You’re a good kisser.” You murmur before immediately wincing at the awkward remark.

“So are you.” She chuckles as one of her hands dips be
neath the surface. You gasp as you feel it slide down past your stomach before her fingers curl around your flaccid cock.

“This water’s pretty cold.” You grin sheepishly. “Don’t judge me too harshly.”

“I’ll let you know afterwards.” She replies huskily, licking her lips as she begins to slowly work your shaft. You groan with pleasure as you feel your cock begin to harden in her hand. As Amy grins with delight, you wonder what has gotten into her. She’d always made it clear that while she liked you as a friend, you were far from her type.

  “That feels good.” You groan.

“You like that, huh?” Amy purrs, her lips curling into a lascivious grin. “Want me to suck it?”

  Definitely

  Maybe later

“Is that a trick question?” You reply with a sly grin. Amy chuckles and kisses you again, gently guiding you back towards the edge of the pool. You haul yourself up onto the side, your legs dangling into the water while she grasps your thighs and pulls herself between them.

“Nice.” Amy murmurs appreciatively, her green eyes fixed on your hardened cock which juts proudly upwards. She drops her head into your lap and you gasp as she takes you into her mouth, the contrasting warmth after the cool of the water making the sensation even more intense.

“I can’t believe you’re doing this.” You groan as her head begins to bob back and forth. She pulls you from her lips, her tongue slithering down your length as her eyes gleam up at you.

“Worried you weren’t man enough for me?” Amy grins before her tongue slides back up to the engorged tip. “You’ve certainly no concerns there.” She playfully kisses the taut, straining crown.

“No, it’s not that, it’s… uhhh.” The words catch in your throat as she takes you back into her mouth, taking you even more deeply this time. Surrendering yourself to her talented attentions, you run your fingers through her damp red hair, gently guiding her bobbing head as the water laps around you. Again, you glance behind you, fearful of being discovered.
