Breaker: Indignant Few MC Book 2

“I’ve never seen this side of you,” he said. “It’s beautiful.”
“Neither have I,” I said, my heart racing.
He pulled me onto his lap, our faces so close, I could feel his breath on my neck. “You know I’m not a good guy,” he whispered in my ear. I could feel the vibration of his words, and it made my toes curl.
“You keep telling yourself that. Whatever helps you sleep at night.”
He took my chin in his hand, brushing his fingertips over my lips as I kissed each one of them. “I’m gonna be good for you.”
I stared into his brown eyes, a lump forming in my throat. I felt nervous and excited at the same time. I felt so powerful and so beautiful, but so vulnerable, like he could see inside my soul.
“You gotta promise me, you’re gonna keep me in check. If I do something you don’t like, if I hurt your feelings, you gotta tell me. You don’t just stay quiet. You promise?”
I nodded, and he pulled me closer, my legs straddling his lap. “Whatever happens, babe, don’t you ever think it’s your fault.”
“What’s that supposed to mean?” I asked.
“Someday, when the time is right,” he said. He was smiling, but his eyes were sad. I was sure it probably had something to do with this place, his club, the things these men did. He’d already made it clear he knew how to hurt people. How to make people disappear. I knew they weren’t just a group of guys who liked riding bikes and hanging out together. It couldn’t be any worse than what Jacob and his goons were doing.
My lip trembled as he moved his face closer to mine, and my eyes rolled back the moment he kissed me. His tongue dipped into my mouth and I took it in hungrily. My hips bucked against his. All it took was a kiss, and I was melting in his lap. I’d never wanted something so much in my entire life. I’d never felt so sexy before, so wanted, so sensual.
“I saw you in the bathtub,” he said, pulling away. He had this devious grin on his face, and I felt my cheeks blush. “Hottest thing I’d ever seen in my life.”
“I… uhhh….” I stammered, completely caught off guard.
“There’s nothing sexier than a gorgeous woman going wild on herself when she thinks nobody is watching. Or did you know I was watching you? Did you leave the door open on purpose?”
I covered my face with my hands.
“At least I know what you like now,” he said. He rolled me over on my back, hovering over me on the bed. He reached for the towel, untucking it, and I laid in front of him completely naked, skin peppered with goosebumps, my breath deep as my breasts heaved up and down in anticipation. “Fuck, woman, it’s a sin for you to keep that body covered up in clothes.”
His lips on the flesh of my neck made me groan. He moved down, plastering my collarbone with soft kisses, all these sensations so foreign to me. He brought his tattooed hands to my breasts, squeezing them softly, his thumbs circling my already hardened nipples. I reached for his t-shirt, sliding it up over his head. I could feel his dick against my thigh, hard, heavy. I wanted all of him.
He kissed down my stomach, dragged his tongue to my hip bone, and all I could do was writhe beneath him. Everything he was doing felt so good. I didn’t recognize the sounds coming out of my mouth.
“I bet your pussy is delicious,” he growled. Nobody had ever kissed me there before. I suddenly felt more naked than I already was, suddenly felt so vulnerable, but he took my thighs in his strong hands, parting them, holding me spread eagled, his face just inches from my most intimate spot. I don’t know why I was uncomfortable, why I was ashamed. “God, you’re gorgeous. So fucking wet.”
The way he talked about my body made me feel so far away from who I thought I was. I liked being sexy, a sex object, an object of desire, especially in the hands of a man who cared about my pleasure. I nearly hit the ceiling as he pressed his lips to my wetness, his tongue dipping inside of me as he moaned into my sex.
My hips rose from the bed, and he firmed his hand into my stomach, keeping me pressed there as his tongue traveled up and down my slit.
“Does that feel good?” he asked. “You like when I eat your pussy?”
I grabbed for his hair, my moans escalating as he flicked his tongue over my slit. “You’re going to make me waterfall,” I panted. “I’m going to explode.”
“Mmm, good,” he said, pulling my hips tighter. As he flattened his tongue over my clit, I felt waves rip through my thighs, vibrating through my limbs, my body jerking and twisting as the orgasm roared through me. He pulled away, pressing his lips to mine. It was so dirty, tasting myself on his lips, but I didn’t care. I loved whatever he offered. I wanted it all.
He kissed my forehead, smiling at me like he’d just gotten away with something as I laid there completely spent. He walked towards the bathroom. “Where are you going?” I called after him.
“That was just a little preview,” he said, looking over his shoulder at me. I couldn’t help but stare at his perfect bump of an ass, thick and muscular. He’d woken up a beast inside of me I didn’t know existed, and now I needed more. “You wanna see the goods, you gotta at least spend the day with me. I don’t want you doing anything you’re gonna regret.”
“I’m not a virgin,” I said. “I swear.”
He laughed as he splashed water over his face. “I hope you don’t think I’m one.”
I fell back into the mattress and covered myself up with the towel, giggling to myself. I had no idea what I was getting into with this man, but I liked it. It was fun. It was easy. This clean slate stuff was exactly what I wanted. For a moment, I could forget who I was, how I got here.
He stepped into his jeans as I laid on the bed and watched him, just fascinated by everything he did. He looked at his phone and pressed some buttons. He kissed me on the face repeatedly. He never stopped smiling. I liked to think I had something to do with that, but he was right, I’d never even spent a day with him before.
“I’m gonna go take care of some shit,” he said. “I promise I’ll be quick. I’ll send somebody back with some breakfast for you here soon. How do you like your coffee? Wait, are you allowed to drink coffee?”
“I’m allowed to do whatever I want, remember?” I asked.
“Atta girl,” he said with a wink.
“I can go make my own breakfast. Just show me where the kitchen is. I know how. I don’t mind.”
“Soon,” he said. “Right now, we still don’t know what’s going on with you. We don’t know who’s looking for you. You gotta lay low and let me take care of things, okay?”
I didn’t like the sound of that. He knew as much as I did that Jacob had something to do with this. I didn’t want him getting hurt, especially not on account of me.
“You gotta put some clothes on, though. Nobody gets to see that but me, alright?” he asked, brushing his fingers over my mound, teasing me once again. I got up and kissed him on the lips, sad to see him go. “I promise, I’ll be back before you know it.”
“Please be careful,” I begged.
“You don’t gotta worry about me. Ever. I won’t lie to you.” He kissed me once again, hugging me close. “Now I gotta get out of here before I change my mind.”
He locked the door from the inside and shut it behind him, and I couldn’t help for one second feeling a little strange. I’d just left a captive situation, and now I was on lockdown again, only this time, it was to keep me safe.
Lay low and let me take care of things, he said, and I believed him.
Chapter Twenty-One
Hannah:
I now realized why blue jeans were a thing. Something about these tight denim pants did magical things to my butt. I stared at myself in the mirror on the dresser for a long time, in awe that this body was mine. Maybe it was vain, but that was an emotion I never got to indulge in before. The striped tank top tied in a loop at the bottom, showing just barely an inch of my flesh, but it felt kind of scandalous.
There was a knock on the bedroom door, and I looked out the peephole.
I was surprised to see Rosey standing there, a tray in his hand. I was kind of hoping it would be Tressica. I wanted her to teach me how she made her hair so curly.
I opened the door, and he just stood there in the hallway like he was confused.
“You can come in,” I said.
“Yeah,” he muttered. He walked in and set the tray down on the table. He stood there with his hands in his pockets like he was trying to blend in with the wall.
“Are you alright?” I asked. Usually he was an outgoing guy, at least when it came to hitting on my sister.
My sister, I thought. Holy crap, my sister was supposed to meet up with him last night.
“Guess I’m just not used to seeing you dressed up all normal like.”
I smiled, flattered that he noticed the difference. “What did you bring me?”
“You like pancakes?”
I sat on the bed, eating the warm fluffy pancakes, as Rosey stood in the corner and watched. The coffee he brought me was out of this world. It tasted like caramel and heavy cream. I would be on a sugar high for the rest of the day.
“What are you watching?” he asked, nodding at the television.
“It’s The Animal Planet. This mother lion is going to have her cubs soon.”
“Is that so?” he sat down on the bed next to me.
“I think I would love to work at a zoo,” I said. I was envious of these people who got to spend their days taking care of animals. I wondered where the nearest zoo to here was.
“Well, as of right now you live in a zoo,” he teased. “That donkey kind of looks like Breaker.”
Soon Tressica popped in with another bag, this one full of makeup and hair supplies. I dumped it out on the bed excitedly, sorting through the pencils and compacts and shiny palettes. “I wasn’t sure what you wanted. I brought you a little of everything. If there’s anything missing we can always order it online.” She plopped down in the middle of the bed and helped me organize it.
I picked up an eyeliner pencil and got a weird feeling in my stomach.
Brown eyeliner will really make your baby blues pop, my sister had said before jamming me in the eye with one of these things.
“My sister,” I blurted out. “Racheal.”
“What about her?” Rosey asked.
“She was supposed to meet up with you last night. I was coming with her. She did my make-up.”
“She never showed,” Rosey said with a shrug. “Texted me and said your old man was sick and she couldn’t sneak out.”
Something about that didn’t sound right. Last I saw my father, he was perfectly fine.
“She was going to rob you,” I murmured, my eyes growing wide. I slapped my hand over my mouth.
“What now?” He looked more amused than offended. “Sneaky bitch. I kinda like that.”
“You would, you weirdo,” Tressica said, tossing a pillow at him.
“Have you talked to her since?” I asked.
“You want me to call her?” he asked.
“I don’t think that’s a good idea,” Tressica scolded. “They’re probably looking for Hannah by now. It’s probably in our best interest to wait it out a little. What do you think, Hannah?”
“I don’t know what I think, guys. I am really confused. Am I going to have to live the rest of my life in hiding?”
“Absolutely not,” Tressica assured me. “Your boy is smart. These men, they’re tough. Hell, you’re tough. They already tried to kill you once, and you lived. Sometimes you just gotta be patient.”
“I’m good at that,” I said with a shrug. Lord knows I patiently waited my life away for a long time now. Months locked up in the basement made me strong like that. “You guys don’t have to hang out and babysit me. I’m fine. I have my programs.”
“We know,” Tressica said. “but if you’re going to be hiding out, it’s a lot better with company. Not that Rosey is exactly the best company. If you’re gonna be one of us, you’re stuck with us. Sorry.”
She giggled and my heart felt warm and tingly inside. I knew the church preached love and togetherness, but most of my life I’d felt nothing but lonely. This felt good. It made me a little sad, knowing I wasted years of my life missing out on this feeling because I was too brainwashed to leave. Everything seemed so easy. Everything seemed to be falling into place. Even though I had to ‘die’ for my sins, it was worth it.
“Oh my God!” Rosey shouted at the television. “That’s the fucking cutest thing I ever seen.” The little hyena babies were peeking their head out of a hole, making these sweet little chirping sounds.
The three of us spent the next few hours watching zoo shows, oohing and awe-ing over all the cute baby animals.
An older woman with white gray hair came by with another tray. “This is the last fucking thing I ever expected to see going on in this room,” she said, shaking her head at us. “And I’ve seen a lot.”
“Get in here, Reena,” Rosey said. “This fucking elephant is learning how to walk. Three hours old and it’s gonna walk!”
“Hi, Hannah,” she said, eyeing me up from my head to my toes. “Nice.” I think she was nodding in approval.
“Have you been making me all this delicious food?” I asked.
“I have,” she said. “But I hear you’re a pretty good cook yourself. You’re more than welcome to join me in the kitchen anytime you want. I’m Reena. I’m Colt’s mom. At least, that’s what everyone tells me.” She sat down on the bed, too and started playing with the make-up Tressica brought me, testing the foundation on the back of her hand. I didn’t know these people from Adam, but I felt more comfortable around them than I’d ever felt before. They treated me so… normal.
My face lit up when Breaker came back. I jumped up from the bed and ran to him, and he pulled me in for a passionate kiss that made my heart race. Right in front of all these people. It felt good, though.
“What in the hell is going on in here?” he asked.
“We’re just watching The Animal Planet,” I said.
“Well, how about we go out and get you some fresh air before you turn into a couch potato?”
“Really?” I asked, excited by the idea of leaving this room. As much fun as I was having, I wanted to get out and see the world.
“We gotta run some errands,” he said. “Everybody out.”
“Oh, come on, Breaker. This egg has been hatching for the last forty-five minutes. I wanna see the baby bird,” Rosey whined.
“What the fuck did you do to them, love?” he asked, shaking his head and laughing. “Get outta here.” Rosey got up begrudgingly and left. Tressica hugged me and wandered down the hallway.
“I like this one, Breaker,” Reena said. “Don’t make me have to hurt you.” I could’ve sworn he was blushing, and I was flattered. I couldn’t believe this band of bikers liked me. It felt a win. He shut the door behind them and ran his hand down my side.
“I like that outfit,” he said. “A lot.”
I covered my face and giggled. I definitely wasn’t used to people commenting on my looks, especially not men as sexy as he was. “Where are you taking me?”
“Wanna go for a bike ride?” he asked.
I bit my lip and nodded nervously. It’s not that I didn’t trust him with my life, but I didn’t trust myself to not fall off. I had no idea what to do. “I don’t know how,” I said.
“Sure ya do. All you gotta do is hang on and let me take care of the rest.”
“Kinda like my life as a whole right now?” I asked.
“Oh babe,” he said, cupping my ass in his hands as he pulled me in for a kiss. “It’s my pleasure.”
Chapter Twenty-Two
Breaker:
“It’s fucking Jacob,” I said. Colt was pacing around the big oak table, swearing under his breath, spit flying from his lips. “It has to be. He’s the one that beat her up.”
Since last night, four more baggies turned up around town that we knew of, and some random bitch climbed over the gate of
the clubhouse trying to score more.
“You talk to Kid yet or are you too busy playing house?” he asked.
“Listen, Hannah had a rough night. She needed me. Nothing I could’ve done right there.”
“I don’t understand why you couldn’t just mind your own fucking business to begin with,” Delaney growled. “None of this shit started happening til you started meddling. You could’ve got that bitch killed.”
“Fuck you,” I said, grabbing him by the collar of his t-shirt. “Don’t question me.”
“Chill out,” Colt said.
“It’s never ending with you, Breaker. It’s like you gotta get your hand up every skirt in the tri-state area. Then you fucking walk away and let everybody else clean up your messes.”
“Dude, you literally whore your wife out,” I said.
“Enough!” Colt bellowed, smashing his fist off the table. “How is any of this helping us figure out how to get this shit off the street before the law starts poking around?”
“I’m telling you, it’s one hundred percent Jacob. Just let me take care of it. I’ll fucking end him, end this, we can all go about our happy little lives.”
“No,” Law said, looking up from his phone.
“No?” I asked.
“Just take my word, brother. Somebody way bigger than us is working that case. You go in there guns blazing, and your ass is gonna cop a federal charge.”
“You know, this vague shit pisses me off,” I said. “How do I know you’re not setting us up? How do any of us know?” I regretted it as soon as it came out of my mouth. Questioning somebody’s loyalty was worse than fucking their old lady. I was pissed off though. Frustrated. All I wanted to do was go handle Jacob the best way I knew how, so I could be sure Hannah was safe. So she’d never have to worry about that abusive fucker again.
