She snorted. "He said love conquers all and to have faith things would work themselves out. I didn't get how that related to me and Hunter at all."
I glanced at Micah and he shrugged.
"Maybe with the start of a new year things will be different," I said.
She threw her arms around me and hugged me tight. "I hope so."
