Finally Us

  “Gigi.”

  I met his gaze.

He opened his mouth to say something when the phone rang. “Fucking hell.” He pulled away from me.

“No.” I latched on to him.

He chuckled. “Baby, it could be important.”

“I don’t care. This is more important.” I lifted my hips, trying to get him to do what both of us wanted but when the phone continued ringing, he pulled away instead.

I could have cried over the phone interrupting our little moment. It had been so long since I felt Vince against me, I got carried away and didn’t think about anything else but having him back inside me.

He muttered a curse, pulled away from me, and grabbed my phone that was sitting on my nightstand. “It’s your dad.”

“Oh, crap.” I grabbed the phone, sitting up. “Hey, Daddy.”

“Hey, kiddo. You forgot. Didn’t you?”

“Uh...” I tried wracking my brain for what I was supposed to be doing this morning.

“We have a breakfast date with your sister and brother,” he reminded me.

“Oh right. Yes, I forgot. I’m sorry. She didn’t remind me last night.”

“Not surprised. I’m just pulling onto your street.”

“Okay. I’ll quickly get ready. See you in a few.” We said our goodbyes and I disconnected the call.

“Everything okay?” Vince asked, moving to the spot beside me.

“Yeah.” I looked at him then, getting lost in his dark eyes. He had righted his pants, but his shirt was wrinkly from where I had grabbed onto him. “I have a breakfast date with my brother, sister, and father that I forgot about.”

“Oh.” His gaze dropped to my mouth. “Would we have had sex if we weren’t interrupted, Gigi?”

I quickly looked away, my cheeks burning at what we almost did. At what I was desperate for from him.

“No.” He pinched my chin, forcing me to look up at him. “Tell me.”

“Yes,” I whispered. “I think we would have.”

Vince smirked, placing a soft peck on my mouth. “I know we would have, Gigi. We were interrupted now but it’ll happen again. Over and over and over. No inch of you will go untouched by me, Queenie.” He kissed my shoulder. “Go take a shower. I’ll greet your father.”

My heart jumped. “Really? Are you sure that’s a good idea?”

  “Why wouldn’t it be?”

“Uh...” I stood. “Cause I remember how your father acted with your sister seeing a guy.” And how it almost destroyed Luna and Zach’s relationship.

“I can take your dad.” Vince rose from the bed and closed the distance between us. “Besides.” He kissed the side of my neck. “I haven’t fucked half the city which bodes well for me.” Before I could respond, Vince left my bedroom, taking all the air in my lungs along with him.

  Vince

I never had to deal with a raging father before. I remembered what my sister and her fiancé went through in the beginning. My father had his reasons for acting the way he had. But there was a big difference between Zach and me. I was not going to give up.

I respected Zach now. In the beginning, he was lucky I didn’t kick his ass for the shit he put my sister through. But now I loved him like the brother I never had. And I was even more thankful for my nephew and the future children Zach was helping add to our family. When it came to my feelings for Gigi though, nothing and no one was going to stand in my way of getting what I wanted. That included her father.

When the doorbell rang, I stood up taller and made my way to the front door.

Angel Rodriguez lifted a dark eyebrow when he saw that it was me and not his daughter greeting him.

“Should I ask why you’re here, kid?”

I stepped to the side, letting him in. “You can.”

He came into the house, stopping directly in front of me. Even though I was now older, he was still a few inches taller than I was and he was definitely wider. But he didn’t scare me. And he sure as hell wasn’t going to stop me from making his daughter happy.

“Tell me why you’re in my daughter’s home this early.” Before he broke every bone in my body, went unsaid. Or maybe it would have been a different threat. I wasn’t sure but I was highly amused just the same.

“She went to my sister’s place last night and had a little too much wine, so I picked her up and drove her home. I made sure she was safe and came back this morning to see how she was feeling.” I was shocked at myself at how quickly the lie rolled off my tongue.

“Really?” Angel turned toward me. “Her car’s in the driveway.”

“It is. I took a cab over to my sister’s place, picked it up, and drove it back here. Did you want a coffee?” I went to the kitchen, not waiting for him to respond. A part of me wondered if he had met Matt like this. The fucker Gigi apparently dated for who knew how long. I wasn’t sure if they ever did anything sexually but when she told me that no man had ever gone down on her before, I wondered if she only dated him to piss me off. Either way, the reason didn’t matter, because it worked.

“What do you want with my daughter?”

  And there it was.

I poured two cups of coffee before turning around to face Angel.

I want to fuck her. Break her. Make her give me every single inch of her until she’s begging and screaming for more.

  “We’re friends,” I said instead.

He grunted, coming toward me and taking the cup of coffee I offered him. “Right. You must think I’m stupid. I’ve seen the way you look at her. I’ve heard the rumors.”

“Your daughter’s walls are hard to crack, so whatever’s going on between us, stays right where it is.” She had walls up and I needed to figure out why. It probably had something to do with her career and the accident she had but at the same time, it wasn’t like I had ever given her any reason to doubt my feelings for her.

“Her mother was the same way.” Angel shook his head. “Even after I made her fall in love with me, it still took years for her not to worry every damn day that I’d leave her.”

“What did you do?” I had never actually carried on a full conversation with him. But I found that I wanted it. No, I needed it. I needed to prove to Gigi and her father, that I was it for her. That we were it.

“It was the small things. I bought her flowers at random. Even though she joked and said she hated them because they always died too quickly, I still bought them anyway because her eyes lit up every time I came home with them.” He went to the dining room table and sat, waiting for me to do the same.

I joined him and soaked up the information he was giving me.

“I also made sure to never forget the important dates. Her birthday. Our wedding anniversary. Even the anniversary of when we first kissed.” Angel sat forward. “It’s the small things, Vince. If you want to prove to my daughter that there is something between you two, first, you need to have patience. Second, don’t give up.”

“I don’t plan on it.” I took a sip of my coffee. “But there’s no reason for her to be guarded with me.”

“Does she know that you’re in love with her?”

I choked, coughing when the coffee went down wrong.

Angel stared at me. “She doesn’t.”

  “Uh...we haven’t gotten there yet.”

He nodded. “Listen, I’m not your dad. I won’t give you a hard time like he gave your sister and Zach. But Gigi is my baby girl. She’s my first. If I find out that you hurt her, I’ll make you disappear.”

Somehow, I didn’t put it past him. I went to comment when the scent of lavender wafted into my nose. I turned, finding Gigi coming toward us.

All breath left me as I stared at her.

Her hair fell down around her shoulders in waves, a fresh coat of cherry red gloss sat on her lips. She was wearing a white knee length dress that made the caramel in her eyes, pop. Her gaze caught mine. She gave me a small smile before joining us at the table.

“Did I miss something?” she as
ked softly.

An answer was on the tip of my tongue but all I could do was stare at her. Fuck me, she was beautiful.

  Her cheeks reddened.

I sat back, mentally patting my own back at putting that flush on her cheeks.

Angel chuckled, rising from his chair. “No. I’ll be in the car.” He turned to me. “Thank you for the coffee.”

As soon as he left the house, I stood and went up to Gigi.

“Did he say anything?” she asked, staring up at me.

“What would he have to say, Queenie?” I asked, my voice low. I reached out, brushing my thumb along the length of her jaw.

A notable shiver trembled through her. “I don’t know. I’ve never had a guy here before. The twins don’t count.”

I leaned toward her, running my mouth along the shell of her ear. “He threatened me. Said some things. Gave me some tips.” I kissed her cheek. “Same old.”

She leaned back. “He threatened you?”

I winked, pulling away from her. “Have a good date with your family, Queenie. I’ll see you later.”

Before she could respond, I left the house and jogged to my car. I gave Angel a wave and slid into my beater of a vehicle, driving away with a smug smile on my face.

  Gigi

After almost having sex with Vince that morning, I couldn’t get him out of my head. Not that I could ever get him out of my head anyway, but now it was worse. There was just something about him that I craved. I often wondered at first if after he went away to school, there had ever been other women. But since talking to Luna and Meadow, a sense of satisfaction slid over me that there hadn’t. Even though the rumors said that he had some psycho exes. Now that it wasn’t true, it made me realize that I needed to break down my walls and tell him how I felt.

With his party coming up the following weekend, I knew Ashton would be getting him a stripper. It was tradition. But I wasn’t sure how I felt about someone else dancing for him. Maybe I could be that stripper. Although, I wasn’t sure how Vince would react to me dancing in front of our friends.

He had given me a necklace so many years ago as a birthday present. It had been my favorite gift I had ever received. I wanted to return the favor. Fingering the necklace around my neck, I smiled to myself at the memory of Vince giving it to me.

I was leaving the bathroom and about to rejoin everyone out in the backyard to continue my birthday celebrations when I was stopped by Vince. He was coming down the hall, holding a small box in his hand.

  “Hi.” He smiled.

  My heart fluttered. “Hi.”

Even though he was so young, he was now the same height as me. I also knew that give him a year and he would be much taller and probably wider. He had that boyish charm to him and even though that were true, he still did something funny to my belly.

“I just wanted to give this to you before everyone stole your attention again.” He stopped in front of me and handed me a velvet box.

“This is from you?” I asked in awe, taking the box from him.

He nodded, standing up straighter. “I saved for it.”

I opened the box, my eyes widening at the gold necklace with a ballet slippers pendant hanging from the chain. “Oh, Vince. It’s beautiful.”

“I saw it and instantly thought of you.” He took the necklace out of the box and moved behind me.

I lifted my hair off my neck. “Thank you.”

When the chain was clasped securely around my neck, the pendant fell between my breasts. Vince’s fingers lingered, brushing along the base of my throat.

It had been years since he gave me the necklace and I could still feel his touch on my skin.

I didn’t think he even knew what it meant to me. To be that thoughtful at such a young age. His parents raised him well. And whether he ended up with me or not, he would make someone happy.

  Me.

  He made me happy.

  I sighed.

Suddenly, I felt eyes on me.

I looked up, finding my dad, sister, and brother all staring back at me.

My cheeks burned, not realizing I had sighed loud enough for them to hear.

“What’s going on?” Ryder, my younger brother asked, raising a dark eyebrow. Even though he was a couple of years younger than I was, he was definitely bigger. Almost as tall as our dad with the same scowl on his face that most of our fathers had, he could have been our dad’s twin. If Dad were younger anyway.

“Nothing,” I murmured, glancing at Dad.

“How are you feeling, Meadow?” Dad asked, thankfully changing the subject. Not that I was ashamed of whatever was going on between Vince and I. The problem was, I didn’t know what that was, but I knew that I wanted to take it one day at a time.

“I’m feeling fine.” Meadow sat back in the chair.

“Are you sure?” I asked, remembering her telling me she had post-partum depression.

“Yeah. We’re dealing with it.” She sighed. “Shade has been amazing. Losing Sunny...” She shook her head. “It was rough at first but we’re slowly doing better.”

I couldn’t imagine what she had been through, losing someone I loved like she had.

When I had found out that my sister was dating two guys, I wasn’t surprised in the least. Sunny and Shade were older, much older than her, but they were good to her. I loved Shade like a brother and was thankful that he was part of our family. Even our dad liked him. I just wished I could have known Sunny.

While my dad and siblings talked, I discreetly pulled out my phone and sent Vince a text.

Me: Thank you for taking care of me last night.

Vince: You haven’t seen anything yet, Queenie.

My cheeks burned when he responded right away.

  Me: You’re making me blush.

Vince: Good. Shouldn’t you be visiting with your family?

Me: I can’t concentrate on what they’re talking about.

Vince: Oh? And what’s making it hard for you to concentrate, baby?

  I chewed my bottom lip.

  Me: You.

  Vince: I know.

I laughed lightly to myself, imagining the smug smile on his face after reading my text.

  Me: What are you doing?

Vince: I went home to have a cold shower.

  Suddenly a picture came through.

My eyes widened at what I was looking at.

  “What’s wrong?”

I jumped, finding my sister staring at me. “Nothing. Excuse me. I have to go to the bathroom.” I rushed out of the booth, making my way to the bathroom at the back of the restaurant. Once I was in a stall, I leaned against the wall and checked my phone. The image was of Vince’s abs but what I noticed most was his hand wrapped around his thick cock. He was standing in the shower with drops of water sliding down his lower body.

Me: God, Vince. You can’t send me pictures like that.

Vince: Did you not like it?

Me: Of course I liked it!

Vince: Good. Now send me something.

He wanted me to do what? There was no way.

  Vince: I’m waiting, Gigi.

  Oh God.

Making sure the stall door was locked, I got an idea. Pressing the video on my phone, I placed it on the back of the toilet and pressed record. Stepping back a couple feet, I turned around. Glancing at the small screen over my shoulder, I made sure you could actually see all of me. Reaching under my dress, I pulled my thong over my hips and down my legs before slipping out of it and stuffing it into my purse.

Vince wanted to play dirty? Well I could do it better.

Facing my phone, I leaned against the door and pulled the hem of my dress to my waist. The camera would get a full shot of my naked waist. Knowing I would be sending this video to Vince gave me the courage to keep going.

Placing my hand against my stomach, I slowly slid it down until it reached the apex of my thighs.

My breath caught in my throat when my fingers came into contact with my clit. Knowing I
wouldn’t have enough time before Meadow would come looking for me, I started rubbing the swollen bundle.

My thighs trembled, my other hand cupping my breast.

Locking eyes with the camera, I licked my lips and started undulating my hips against my hand. Needing to give myself better access, I lifted my left foot and placed it on the toilet paper dispenser. It opened my body, giving Vince a full view of my core whenever he watched the video.

Reaching around behind me, I slipped two fingers deep into my body and started finger fucking myself.

A hot tingle started in my toes, racing up the length of my body.

With the hand between my legs, I rubbed my clit in hard rough moves. I knew there would be no way that I would last long. Not with how worked up I had been. The orgasm Vince had given me earlier that morning wasn’t enough.

As soon as the door to the bathroom sounded, a fast release left me. I gasped, my eyes rolling into the back of my head.

I knew right then that Vince would want to explore this more.

Once I calmed down, I lowered my foot to the floor, pulled my fingers from my body, and grabbed the phone. Before I got caught doing something I shouldn’t be doing in a public bathroom, I lifted the phone to my face, blew Vince a kiss and stopped recording. I quickly sent it to him, fixed my dress and made myself look presentable again before joining my family.

As I sat beside Meadow, my phone buzzed.

Vince: You play fucking dirty, baby girl.

  Me: Did you like that?

Vince: I had to take another cold shower.

Another image came through of his stomach.

My eyes widened when I realized that drops of his cum coated his abs.

Me: I’m glad I gave you something to jerk off to.

Vince: Next time, I’m going to make you watch.

I only grinned and put my phone away, a hot shiver racing down my spine at thoughts of what he would do to get back at me. And I couldn’t wait.

I was not expecting Gigi to send me a damn video. A picture sure, my girl had a freaky side to her. But a video? Seeing her make herself come made me hard as fuck but when she gasped, I was done. It took everything I was made of not to turn around and join her in that bathroom stall. I imagined what her reaction would be. She would probably gasp with her eyes wide, maybe her cheeks would turn pink. She would chew her bottom lip and then I would suck on that same lip and give it a gentle bite.
