"Charlie's Cat Tails" By: Charlie Page 6

Trolls, all wearing different colored Mittens. They were cheering for me, holding up signs and posters with my name and face on them. "Welcome, Charlie The Comedy Cat. to Trollsville!" the one standing up in front of them all wearing a big purple top hat and vest shouted to me over the cheers. Trollsville, I'd never before heard of such a place (they love me there). "Tell us a joke!" Some troll yelled out! Others grew quiet to show that they also wanted to hear a joke. I stood up on my stump and thought for a moment on what joke I would tell, and to a group of trolls. AH-HA! I had it, and of course it didn't take long for my brilliant feline mind to come up with. "What do you call a cat that's been frozen solid?" I paused for a dramatic effect. "One Kool Kat!" The Trolls laughed their heads off. Not literally though, that'd be gross. For the remainder of the night I signed autographs by candle light. The mayor explained to me that all trolls wear mittens because their self conscious about their hand size. Odd.

I guess the rumors are true… Trolls really live under a bridge. In fact, there's one big bridge on Mount Peanut where all the multi-level Troll homes are and that's where I spent the night. I slept fairly well, except that Trolls snore louder than a herd of chainsaws.

The next morning, the flight crew of Trollsville gave the all-clear for flights. The storm had passed and the sky was beautiful. They heard I needed to get to Europe and they set up a flight plan for me. That was when I discovered Trolls use their big ears to fly.

  Harry D' Bunny

We were nearly to Downtown Hamburg. Which coincidentally made me crave hamburger. But the Troll I was riding there started to get tired from flying seventeen straight hours (we flew in circles for a bit). He had to land or he'd fall out of the sky from exhaustion. We landed in a rather empty park. I knew Downtown wasn't far from here, I told the troll he could head back home and I could get on a train to ride the rest of the way there. "I'll be fine on my own from here. Thanks for the ride." The park was rather big and well kept, it had brown brick pathways and green signs I followed. one sign said "5 miles to the nearest information booth." I followed the paths until I spotted a big red tent. I figured the people there could direct me to the nearest train station. I was dead wrong. I mean, they probably could've if they really wanted to… But there was only one guy there when I arrived. It was a big fat bunny wearing a top hat and a black vest with matching cape. He came running out of the tent when he spotted me. He must've been watching for people coming down the pathway (weirdo). By the looks of the place, he was in a traveling circus and they were low on business. It was deserted other than the bunny and myself. He ran up to me on the grass and shook my hand fast saying "Hello, good day Sir. You're just in time! The Show is about to begin, come inside." Before I could say anything he hauled me inside by my arm, I held on to my trusty briefcase carefully. Then he sat me down in the front row of folding chairs. "Introducing, the one and only--" He hopped up on the tiny stage like only a bunny could, then spun around and held out his arms like he was important. "Harry D' Bunny! Magician and expert Harmonica Player!" He announced.
