King's Inheritance Page 15

Coral grins before she answers, “He has a big dick and you don’t.”

Noryad is surprised at her response, but he knows that the answer is more than that, so he starts laughing and Coral does, too. Albert, not liking being humiliated, moves to attack Noryad. Noryad paralyzes Albert where he is and takes off his gloves. He puts his hand on Albert’s shoulder and sees that Albert is preparing to rage war on him, and on earth.

Noryad looks at Albert and says, “I will be waiting for you, coward.”

Noryad releases Albert and Albert looks at him with rage and says, “This doesn’t end here, asshole.” Then he disappears in a flash of light.

Noryad looks at Coral and she sees that his eyes have turned completely blue. When he starts to talk it is in a faraway voice, “War approaches, Mi Reina, and we must get ready. Albert Rose is the one leading this war to our Castle.”

“Let’s go to our Castle, my King. We must alert the others about what approaches. I will tell you how to teleport without having to open a portal to do it. All you have to do is imagine your body disappearing in a flash of light. I’ll be waiting for you, naked and in our bed,” she says and winks before she disappears in a flash of light.

Noryad laughs out loud and says, “Show off” before he imagines his body disappearing. The next thing he realizes he is disappearing in a flash of black light.

  Chapter 54

Noryad appears in their room in a flash of black light and sees Coral laying on the bed naked and touching herself, teasing him. He can’t help but be hypnotized while watching Coral touch her breasts and pinch her nipples with one hand, as her other hand is rubbing her clit. She slips two fingers inside of herself and is moving her hips to the rhythm of her fingers as she continues playing with her breast. Her moans becomes louder and louder until her body starts convulsing as she cums.

As her body starts to come down she takes her fingers out and is going to clean them when she feels Noryad’s hand grabbing her by the wrist and putting her fingers in his mouth, causing an electric current to run through her body, bring her over the edge again. Her body starts convulsing again, cumming hard from just the feel of his mouth around her fingers.

After she comes out of her trance she drops to her knees and takes Noryad’s pants off. She licks her lips, locks eyes with him and takes his long, hard cock into her mouth. He watches as she slowly takes him deeper and deeper into her mouth and starts moving her head. He looks at the ceiling and clenches his hands into fists, trying to control himself. When she moans loudly he looks down at her again and his control snaps. He wraps his hand around her hair and holds her head still as he starts to move his hips.

Coral puts a hand on the base of his cock and continues to meet his thrusts until he goes stiff in her mouth. She takes her hand from his base and takes him all the way in her mouth, letting the tip of his cock slip down her throat, gagging her a little as he shoots his seed down her throat.

Even after that intense orgasm his hunger for Coral hasn’t ebbed. He turns around and has her get on her hands and knees in front of him. When she does he rubs his cock between her butt cheeks and Coral wiggles her butt. He starts biting the back of her neck, which makes her shudder as his hand plays with her breast. He moves Coral to the bed and has her bend over it as he pushes himself deep inside in one hard thrust. He pulls her hair back and spanks her hard, which makes her moan louder and louder as he continues to pound into her from behind.

Coral clinches tightly around him as she screams out his name and shudders under him, dragging him over the edge with her. They climb into the bed and Coral curls against his chest as he starts stroking her hair. “I am sorry, Mi Reina, for taking you in such way.”

He can feel her smile against his chest as she answers, “Don’t worry, my King. I love it when you take me so roughly and I love you, Noryad.”

“Te Amo, Coral,” he whispers into her hair as they both drift off into asleep.

  Chapter 55

Noryad has woken up by Coral lovingly stroking the beard that is starting to grow on him. He reaches out his hand and gently cups her cheek, causing her to lean into his hand. “Good morning, Mi Reina. How was sleep, love?”

“Good morning, my King. Sleep was awesome with you beside me.”

Noryad smiles at her comment and kisses her forehead. “Come and join me in the shower?” Noryad asks as he gets out of bed and walks into the bathroom, the Phoenix on his back shimmering slightly. At the door he looks over his shoulder and winks at Coral before stepping out of view and into the shower.

Coral giggles a little before she hops out of bed and walks to the bathroom. Noryad is waiting for her under the water and she joins him, letting the water caress her body and she puts her hand on his chest and looks deep into his eyes. Before she knows it he has her pinned against the shower wall and has captured her mouth in a deep, all-consuming kiss.

Noryad grabs her by her thighs and lifts her, never breaking their kiss. He positions her over him and slowly lowers her until he is completely inside her. He starts moving her slowly at first and then faster until she’s moaning loudly. She breaks the kiss and bites him where his collar bone is, making him groan loudly. He starts increasing the pace, pounding into her harder and faster, which makes her dig her nails into his back. He groans again at the small pain caused by her nails and continues moving his hips harder and faster inside of her.

Coral is losing control, she’s never been one to inflict pain when receiving pleasure. She clenches tight around him as she comes apart in his arms and screams his name, ripping a scream from him as he finds his own release.

They lean against the wall and catch their breath before they wash each other and get out of the shower. They get dressed and prepare to tell the others what is approaching. Before they walk out of the room Noryad kisses Coral and says, “Te Amo, Coral, you ready my love?”

Coral smiles and answers, “When I’m with you I’m always ready, Noryad.”

He smiles as he opens the door to their room and they head to the Throne Room holding hands.

  Chapter 56

On the way to the Throne Room Noryad calls all the warriors, living and dead, to meet him and Coral there. When they arrive Behemoth, their mates, including Christina, Bryan and Nohar are already in the room. The Throne Room has space for around a thousand living people and it is filled to capacity with more people outside. Noryad looks at Nohar and says, “Leave the doors open, there are more people coming, and those who are outside are part of this, too.”

Coral looks around the room and whispers in Noryad’s ear, “Why don’t we do this in the courtyard?”

Noryad whispers back, “Because I would have to use my powers to raise my voice and what we are talking about would most likely reach ears that shouldn’t hear it and will spread the bad news the wrong way.”

  “That’s true,” Coral whispers back.

Noryad looks around the room, takes a deep breath and starts speaking, “I will address the matter accordingly, as the necromancer I will ask the souls to remain invisible, but here, to give us space for every living warrior.”

Nohar looks at all the souls then back to Noryad, “It shall be done, my lord.”

“Nohar, as Commander I would rather you stay visible and by my side.”

Nohar nods and watches as every soul disappears, contacting Noryad as they go; we are here Milord, you can proceed. The room is now full of every living warrior Noryad was able to reach.

One of the warriors steps forward, irritation in his eyes, and asks, “Who are you to summon us?”

Noryad sighs and answers, “For those who don’t know my name, or who I am, I am Noryad King; fourth son of Trez King, King of the Caribbean and King of Death. I have come to reclaim my inheritance and look for something left for me long ago. I have summoned you all, living and dead, to warn you that war has threatened my Kingdom. This is a war that could be long, but if we prepare it will be a swift victory. So I ask, are you willing to stan
d by your King, or just walk away?”

The same guy who questioned Noryad before asks again, “How can we be sure that you aren’t just using us for your own gain?”

Noryad is becoming irritated with this man, he knows he doesn’t have time for this. In a clipped tone he responds, “Why don’t you test me yourself and then everyone will know if I’m capable of defending myself on the battlefield.”

At Noryad’s words everyone moves to make space for the guy and Noryad to face each other. He takes Nightfall from the sheath at his waist and, holding the sword in one hand he points it toward the ceiling. Everyone in the room can feel the menacing power radiating from his body and the guy who was confident doesn’t realize the mistake he has made.

Noryad decides to leave a clear message to anyone who thinks he is just another King who hides behind the lines of his warriors. The guy moves swiftly attacking Noryad, but Noryad is prepared and uses footwork and evades him. The guy continues to attack so Noryad stops and decides to defend as well as evade. The guy slashes at Noryad with frontal, horizontal and diagonal cuts, but Noryad evades again without breaking a sweat. Everyone in the room knows that Noryad has the upper hand, but they are all watching the fight with interest, hoping to see a glimpse of the power of the King of Death.

Noryad, tired of the game, pushes the guy back and cuts him on the arm. He screams in agony. “WHAT DID YOU DO TO ME?”

“Oh pardon me, I forgot to tell you that this sword will cut your soul, too. If I kill you with it I will destroy your soul in the process, but I won’t use it against you,” Noryad says and throws Nightfall to Xandar, who catches it and holds it tightly. Noryad takes out his staff-sword and lets out a surge of power, making the castle shake a little. Everyone stares in shock as Noryad runs toward the guy and kicks him in the chest. Moving with grace he cuts the guy’s knee, his thigh and his back.

Letting out a scream of rage, the man runs toward Noryad and Noryad runs toward him, punching him in the face with enough force that he is thrown back toward the throne. Noryad uses his powers to stop the guy from hitting the throne, “I can’t let you destroy that.”

Noryad drops him to the floor just a foot from the throne, but doesn’t approach him. Noryad laughs humorlessly and says, “So you have a smart mouth, but can’t back it up with actions. Since you won’t come for me, I will come for you. Are you ready?”

The guy’s eyes grow wide, but he doesn’t say anything as Noryad runs toward him, stops just inches from him and stabs him. Before anyone can register what happened the image of Noryad slowly fades and they see Noryad is behind him. He touches the guy’s shoulder and he turns around quickly. Noryad grabs him by the throat and raises him from the floor. The guy is fighting to get his breath as Noryad looks at him with eyes that have turned completely blue with wisps of white smoke escaping from the corners.

“Are you sure you are wanting to test me?” He asks the guy in a soft, yet deadly, voice.

The guy pisses his pants as fear overtakes him and he shakes his no. Noryad releases him and he falls to the ground coughing as Noryad turns around and walks toward the throne. The guy, obviously over his fear, gets up quickly and moves to attack Noryad. Noryad turns around and paralyzes him with his eyes. Shock and fear are evident in the guy’s eyes as Noryad says, “You have lost. It’s already been decided,” and Noryad releases him from the paralysis.

The guy turns around to leave, but looks over his shoulder and he says, “This isn’t over yet.”

Then he walks out as Noryad walks to the throne, sits and smirks as everyone starts chanting, “Long live the King!”

  Chapter 57

After a moment Noryad raises his hand to quiet the crowd. “I know this is asking a lot of all of you, but I promise you that once this war is over I will be taking each one of you to the Lost City and I will do everything in my power to make sure you have a place for yourselves there. I will not be hiding behind anyone, I will be leading this war with all of you.”

Before he can say anything else a voice is heard from the far end of the room. “The time has come, Noryad King.”

Everyone steps aside to look at the person who is talking. Noryad sees Merlin and instantly realizes to what he is referring. A cold chill runs down his spine and he whispers to himself, “This can’t be happening now.” Then with a grim expression he speaks up and addresses the people, “It saddens me to say this, but I won’t be able to lead this war. It will have to be led by my wife, your Queen, Coral.”

Everyone is shocked by the sudden change in Noryad’s attitude, but Xandar is the only one who speaks up, “Why? Why must you disappear when we need you most?”

Noryad looks at him sadly and answers, “Because I have been summoned by the one who holds the Sword of Kings and that is something I cannot postpone. I came here looking for that sword so I could return to my Guild, but instead I have gone through the process of training my body, mind and soul and now I must get the sword so I can claim my inheritance. Despite the fact that I must leave, I must ask you to help Coral. She will be leading you all and I must know that she is well protected.”

He pauses and glances towards Coral, who is standing at his side, her face void of all emotion, before he turns back to Xandar and continues, “Now I must prepare and I ask that you train everyone, get them ready for what approaches. I will do everything I can to make it back in time, but I cannot guarantee that I will.”

Noryad turns around to face Coral and he sees fear in her eyes, but it’s gone as soon as it appears and she smiles at him, making him smile in return. He turns and faces the people again and says, “You are all dismissed.”

Everyone leaves except Merlin, who is walking towards Noryad. The moment the last person goes through the door Noryad seals it so no one can enter or overhear their conversation. Then he turns to Merlin and asks, “Why now? Why not before? Why must I leave when my people need me the most?”

“It is now because the time is right and you are ready. This is when their faith in you will be tested. You must leave, but before you do I need to know, is there anything that you must do before you leave?”

Noryad turns around to look at Coral. “Will you marry me tonight, Coral, before I leave tomorrow morning?”

Coral looks at Noryad with tears in her eyes and answers, “Yes I will, my love.”

Merlin nods his approval and says, “I will get everything ready. Is there a place you had in mind for it?”

Noryad nods and answers, “Yes. We will do it here in the Throne Room.” Coral nods her head in agreement and Noryad continues, “We will have Behemoth and their mates here, but it will be a private ceremony until we can have the official one.”

Merlin smiles and says, “Then let’s get started.”

  Chapter 58

  Night

Noryad is dressed in his royalty clothes and Coral in the aqua-colored chiton dress that Noryad got for her when they enter the Throne Room holding hands. Every member of Behemoth is there with their mates and Christina is with them, hanging around Bryan. Before he can speak, Noryad is assaulted by a vision. While he sees the images before him words fill his ears; Raphael will come. Are you ready to defeat the enemy who destroyed your family and your Kingdom? Will you succumb to vengeance or lead everyone to victory?

As the vision ends Noryad decides it is time to see how the Lost City is doing. He searches for Drake and what he sees is what he was expecting to see. Drake is on his knees as he watches Selene in the hands of Gabriel. Raphael is asking Drake, to tell him where Noryad is or they will kill Selene. He sees Drake fight for a moment before he tells them where he is and then Drake is stabbed in the back and is laying on the ground motionless.

Before anything else happens Noryad is transported into another room and a man dressed in black with black wings is approaching him. When he reaches him he stops and kneels before Noryad. Noryad is shocked at this and asks him, “Who are you and why are you kneeling before me?”

  The man rises to
his feet and answers, “I am the Grim Reaper and I have come to serve you.”

“Why must you serve me? You are death itself.”

“Because, Noryad King, you are my King. I may be Death itself, but I always serve the King of the Dead, and that is you. You can summon me anytime you wish and I will be there to serve you, I will never upset the balance between life and death, but I will deliver a warning.”

“Everything must run its course and I know that, so I ask you, is it time for Drake to leave?”

“You must know that his purpose wasn’t him alone. You are the destroyer, Noryad. You hold the power to kill every soul. We all know that part of the prophecy is about Drake, but it is not completely his, you are linked to it as well. To answer your question, no it is not his time, but if he doesn’t return soon he will lose Selene and that’s something that isn’t supposed to happen. Now I must speak with Drake, there are two souls who wish to speak to him before they part and they must come to you to grant them rest.”

“Then I grant you that right, Grim Reaper. When the time is right I will summon Maria and Simon and grant them their rest.” The Grim Reaper bows and disappears, and Noryad returns to the room with everyone.

Everyone is looking at him like they are expecting him to say something and he looks at them in confusion. “What?” he asks.

“You have to say something. Weren’t you paying attention to what’s happening?”

“I am sorry, everyone. I have a lot on my mind.”

Coral looks at him with worry and says, “We can postpone it, love. This can wait.”

Noryad takes her hand and looks into her eyes as he responds, “No this must happen now. I can’t postpone it and I don’t want to.”
