Thomas released his hold on Carrie’s hand, prompting her to let go also. Gerard petted Carrie’s head caringly, nearly drawing tears to her eyes. Thomas laid his free hand on her back, keeping them connected.

This was all new to Carrie, but she wanted more. She wanted to be with these men who had shown her that she could be sexy and bring a man to climax. She needed to be a part of this lifestyle. She needed to love and be loved, finally.

  Chapter Six

Everything was moving fast for her. Five hours ago, she was walking into the Tiger’s Lair for the first time, wanting to try something new. Two men had found her attractive and had set their eyes on her which totally floored her. That she had gotten involved with giving Gerard a hand job had her still in shock as she sat between Thomas and Gerard in a booth at a diner.

She had fought them about going out after they left the club for her first client was at eight the next morning, and she couldn’t cancel. Little Emma had been making so much progress since she had begun seeing Carrie two months ago.

The girl had been in a car accident with her parents over the summer, their car plummeting over a cliff and landing next to a river. Her parents didn’t make it, and Emma couldn’t climb the sheer rocky face to get back up to the road. With a broken leg and a head injury, the ten-year old managed to make her way down the bank of the river for nearly five miles before she found a hiker camping. Her grandparents took her in once Emma was out of the hospital and the chance of aphasia had been ruled out, because Emma hadn’t talked since her parents had died. She had written her journey so the authorities could retrieve the car and her parents.

Carrie had been making strides with the girl, getting her to show emotions again which had been missing since the accident, but Emma had still not spoken a word. All Carrie could do was interact with her and hope that recovery was soon on the horizon.

That was why Carrie worried about being on time for the session the next morning. However, she was sitting in a diner between two men she had shared an intimate moment with, fully aware of both men watching her.

Despite mentally debating about leaving and staying, Carrie’s stomach growled, belying her need to leave. She hadn’t eaten before going to the club, her nerves overriding her baser needs. Now, with the various smells of the diner teasing her nose, she couldn’t refuse sustenance.

Both men had grins on their faces when she picked up the menu before her. Perusing the item, she chose chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes, gravy, and a salad. She had seen some of the women in the club tonight and knew they were the I’ll only have a salad type. Carrie had to hope the two gorgeous men beside her didn’t think she was a pig.

When the waitress arrived, they provided their orders, the men both choosing steak and fries since the woman told them they were out of baked potatoes. Carrie and Gerard both ordered soda while Thomas ordered iced tea.

Once their drinks were sitting before them and they had privacy, Thomas covered Carrie’s hand with his. “So, little one, tell us about yourself.”

Oh, God, no! She always hated taking about herself, especially when it came to her childhood. Perhaps she would skip that part.

“I’m a mental health counselor. For children,” she added. “I also drive for a ride-share company.”

Thomas looked impressed at the beginning of her state, but then concern settled on his face. “Why do you drive? It’s dangerous out there.”

He sounded like Mistress Eliza. “I have student loans to pay off. I should be able to stop in a couple of months.”

“But you have years to pay those off,” Gerard said, drawing her attention to him.

“I know. I just don’t like having that hanging over my head.”

“That’s always a smart way of think. However, doing something that puts you in danger isn’t,” Thomas pointed out.

Carrie shrugged. She knew it was. She just hated people pointing it out to her.

“I don’t mean to be a pain, but I won’t let the people I’m involved with put themselves in danger.” Thomas sounded serious.

Really? Was he telling her what she could and couldn’t do? She cocked an eyebrow at him. His own arched back at her challengingly.

As if he was defusing the situation, Gerard said, “We can discuss that later, sugar. So,” he asked with a smile, “what did you think of the club?”

She looked back at the guard, who was now wearing black jeans and a black T-shirt with ‘Owens’s Rocky Mountain Security Co.’ in white lettering across his chest. She had to admit the man looked scrumptious in the jeans when they were walking out to their cars from the club. Thomas looked just as good in his blue jeans.

“It was different. Interesting, but different.”

“Is that a good thing, or a bad thing?” he asked before taking a sip of his soda.

Carried turned her glass around repeatedly with her free hand. She needed a moment to think about her answer.

Thomas squeezed her hand, a reminder that he was there, not that she could forget. What the three of them had shared a couple of hours ago was seared in her brain. It was something she would never forget.

All in all, she found the club fascinating, and truthfully, stimulating. People walked around being themselves, in whatever form of kink they wished. She dealt with trying to draw people out of their shells, to be the real them, every day. The club was, in essence, a form of therapy. Its members had found a way to release their inhibitions and have fun while doing it.

As she explained her feelings to her men, she felt freer in a way. She’d had to have a tight hold on her thoughts, her actions, for so long, she had never been able to have fun. Everything she had done up until she had walked into the club had been a part of a goal she had set up for herself to accomplish, because that was how she had taught herself how to live since she was a small child.

She learned early on to cook her ramen noodles, and sometimes she had them several times a day when her mother hadn’t been grocery shopping for a while. Carrie had to get herself up each morning for school, so Child Protective Services didn’t show up for her being continually late or absent too much, which had happened several times. Covering for her mother had started at a young age. Wasn’t it time to find herself, and have fun doing it?

“Will you come back to the club?” Thomas asked.

Tonight, she had wanted to go to the club to check out why Eliza had been so happy with her lifestyle choice, and to see if it was something Carrie would be interested in. She had the answer to both questions, but was it something she could fit into her schedule?

At least for now, Wednesday nights were open for the classes, but the late-night thing wouldn’t be feasible since she worked late two other nights a week. “I will attend the classes.”

Disappointment settled on Thomas’s face. A glance at Gerard revealed the same thing.

“We still want to see you, and our lives are at the club five nights a week for work,” Gerard said.

Yeah, this wasn’t going to work out.

“You’ll be working, so what fun would it be for me to just hang around the club?” she asked nervously.

The two had insinuated themselves into her feelings, and it would be disappointing not to give this a chance. But how was that supposed to happen when they only had Sunday and Monday nights off?

“We’ll make it work, little one.” Thomas sounded like he believed his words. “As with any relationship, we’ll have to find the time for each other. However, we would like to see you at the club also. We want to show you our world. Please be open to us.”

Panic was building within Gerard. The entire night had been surreal from the moment he had laid eyes on Carrie. The attraction had been instantaneous. Him walking off the job had been a mistake that he had learned from.

Thomas had let Gerard know that in no uncertain terms that he was interested in him and wanted a relationship. Then, Shane had told him that he was to be publicly disciplined for his
error. When Carrie had joined him and Thomas in the aftercare area, and then both of them jacked him off, Gerard thought for sure he was dreaming. But here he was, sitting there with said two people, and Carrie was going to give her answer to him and Thomas. Was it going to be what they wanted to know?

It felt as if the three of them were in a bubble. The sounds of the restaurant faded away as did the smells. Hours seemed to go by as he watched emotions shifted across Carrie’s features, her body moving slightly with her thoughts. And, they waited.

  * * * *

The wait for Carrie’s answer was agonizing for Thomas. It had been hard enough trying to convince Gerard of his intentions earlier, and now, it was the woman that he had fallen for only a few hours ago.

Had it only been a few hours? Well, maybe about five or six.

He had wanted to provide wondrous care for Gerard after his punishment, to swallow his dick down and drink him dry. However, once Carrie had joined them on the couch, he knew he had to take it easy since she was new to the lifestyle. He hadn’t had the opportunity to talk to her or Eliza about how much Carrie knew or what her experience was. He and Gerard were probably looking at teaching her everything from the beginning, which wasn’t a bad thing. They could teach her what they wanted from the get-go.

A glance at Gerard showed Thomas that the man was as anxious and worried as he was. Thomas didn’t know what to do if Carrie said no. They didn’t have much invested in the woman, but his heart had already recognized her, and Gerard had observed the same thing.

“I have my life, my work, which takes a lot of time. I’m not sure how much I can give you.” Carrie’s voice quivered as she spoke.

“Is that a yes, sugar?” Gerard asked, his voice as hopeful as Thomas felt.

Lowering her head, Carrie nodded. “I don’t want to be pressured, and I need it to go slowly.”

“Of course, little one. We’ll go as slow as you want, but just know, our hearts are already involved here.” Thomas was elated but didn’t want to show it.

She looked at him, her teeth nibbling on her lower lip. “I’m confused right now. I went there to end my curiosity, but now I want to know more, yet I’m scared.”

Thomas sighed. “I know what they teach in the class, Carrie. The first night is going over the main rules. Sane, safe, and consensual. We’ll go as slow as you want, but we won’t do anything you don’t want to do. When we do begin with the personal lessons, you’ll have safe words.”

Gerard took over from there. “While in a scene, and you feel distressed or in too much pain, you say ‘red,’ and Thomas will stop. You’ll discuss what you are feeling, to see if you really want to stop. If you say ‘yellow,’ it’s because you aren’t sure about something, or need a minute to gather your thoughts and process your pain level or feelings until you are ready to continue. That’s the way your Dom, our Dom, Thomas, will know when to take care of what you need.”

“It’s a power exchange,” Thomas went on. “You are offering yourself to me, your submission, in exchange for my dominance. I will find out what you desire, what you need. You have to trust me enough that I won’t hurt you beyond what you want to try, that I will push your limits, but not take advantage of you.

“You can either choose to submit only in a scene or the bedroom, which is what I would prefer, or be a slave. I really don’t want to deal with someone who needs to service me all the time. I don’t have the time or the patience for that. I would much rather have a true relationship than have to deal with bossing people around all the time, but if that’s what you need, then we can work on that.”

Carrie’s head shook quickly. “No. I don’t want the last part. But since I don’t know much about all this, or sex, I wouldn’t mind trying the first part.”

Before they could discuss any more, the waitress arrived with their food. Talk would have to wait until another day, but he wasn’t giving up on her.

He enjoyed watching Carrie eat for she wasn’t like other women he had dated. She wasn’t worried about being skinny enough. She had curves in all the right places, and he loved that about her. He couldn’t wait until he could see her naked and hold her in his arms. He wanted to kiss her lips, suck on her bountiful breasts, and eat her pussy. He couldn’t wait.

  * * * *

He wrapped one arm around her waist. and his other hand came up to cradle the back of her head. His lips hovered over hers for seconds before his mouth covered hers. When he demanded access to her mouth by running her tongue across her lips, she opened and gave him access. She let Thomas ravage her mouth willingly as a naked body pressed against hers.

Gerard was behind her, his hard, long cock pressing into her lower back. His hot moist mouth opened on the side of her neck and then trailed down to her shoulder. Suddenly, she realized she was naked as both men were kissing her. Her body heated while her libido soared. She needed more, needed to touch their bodies, to have them fuck her, hard.

A touch to her arm and her name being called brought Carrie back to reality. She was sitting at her desk, taking a quick break in between patients. Looking up, she found the office assistant, Gina, standing next to her, gazing at her as if Carrie might jump up.

“Are you all right?” Gina asked. “You were kinda in…a haze.”

Mentally shaking her head, Carrie smiled up at the woman. “Yes. I’m fine. Just thinking about a class I took last night.”

“It must have been some class,” Gina teased.

Carrie had promised herself she would never mention to any of her friends or coworkers what she was doing. No one would need to know about her possible kinks, and after this little faux pas of daydreaming, she needed to be careful in the future.

“I think it will be beneficial for my career,” she quickly said as she looked down at her planner. “I take it Mr. Schmidt has arrived?”

“Actually, he called to reschedule. He said he had an accident on the way here.” Gina moved to the other side of the desk. “I’ve already put in a call to his court-appointed liaison. They’ll be in touch with you this afternoon at five fifteen.”

“Yeah, I suppose we won’t be seeing Mr. Schmidt again since this is his third time missing an appointment.”

“Some people just don’t care enough about their kids to follow the rules,” Gina said with disappointment in her voice.

Carrie stood, her mother flashing through her mind’s eye briefly. “How true. He’s going to miss watching his kids grow up, and all the milestones they have coming. Maybe one day he’ll come to realize how important that is to a child.”

“How long has it been since you’ve talked to your mother?”

“Too long, but no long enough.”

Her mother would ask for money, and Carrie would have to tell her she didn’t have any to spare. Carrie knew she couldn’t enable her mother’s drinking habit. Otherwise the woman would never understand how bad she had sunk into a bottle. She could only hope one day her mother would pull herself out of said bottle and live a clean life. Unfortunately, Carrie knew that was a pipe dream.

Gina provided medical front office assistance to Carrie and two other therapists. She was much more than an assistant as she handled the billing, insurance, correspondence, and so many other roles. She was a godsend to all three of them.

Carrie was friendly at work, but she didn’t overshare her life like the others did. Nathan was married, and he was always talking about his kids, their sports, and vacations. Gillian, who was five years older than Carrie, was single, and she would go on and on about the men she dated. Of course, none of the men lasted very long, but Carrie knew all about them even though she tried not to listen to Gillian and Gina talking in the breakroom or the lobby when there weren’t any patients.

Gina did know about Carrie’s mother because she had called several times once she knew where Carrie worked, trying to get money out of Carrie. Even if Carrie was in the office, Gina would tell her mother she wasn’t there.

Gina gave Carrie a sad smile
before she set a file on Carrie’s desk. “I’ve already notated Mr. Schmidt’s absence in here. I’ll put in the full notes this afternoon.”

“Thank you.” A cat-drank-the-cream look appeared on Gina’s face, causing Carrie to wonder what was going on. As much as she wanted to ignore it, Gina looked as if she was going to burst. “What’s up, Gina?”

“There was a delivery for you. Since you’ve never had anything like this before, I wanted to wait to verify you didn’t have any allergies.” The excitement in Gina’s voice was contagious, but Carrie had to wonder what had been sent to her, and by whom.

Perhaps it’s from one of your men.

Standing, Carrie followed Gina into the lobby and was surprised at the bouquet of red roses sitting in a vase on the front counter. There had to be at least two dozen, and then she realized they were from Thomas and Gerard, one dozen for each man. Gina handed her the card.

Carrie’s hands shook as she took the small piece of paper from the envelope. Thank you for a lovely evening. Can’t wait to do it again. Thomas and Gerard.

The smile that turned her lips upwards couldn’t be contained. She didn’t want to have to explain to Gina who sent the flowers, but Carrie believed Gina already knew they were from a man.

“So, thinking about a class, huh?” Gina teased. “Was whoever sent them the teacher?”

Shaking her head, Carrie admitted, “No. I met him afterwards.”

“Dish!” Gina practically demanded as she sat in her chair.

She knew she shouldn’t. There were too many variables. What if it didn’t work out? How was she to explain about both men? She didn’t want everyone in on her business.
