Love me if you dare Page 19

“This won’t take long at all! Two ticks! I swear!” Her eyes followed them filtering out the door and turned smilingly towards Nicolas, frowning at her sternly.

“You can’t just walk in and take over my meeting, woman!”

She tsk’ed at him. “Don’t exaggerate Nico … I only delayed it for a few minutes. I have something extremely important to tell you.”

“And it couldn’t wait until tonight?” Her sexy giggle effectively rushed blood south and his erection rose against her hip. She wiggled tighter against him and he groaned.

“Stop that! I have to finish the meeting.”

“Hmph! Not even married two months and you are already tired of me!”

He kissed her hard and ground his hard shaft against her. “Does that feel as if I am tired of you? I am afraid, my love, you are stuck with me. I will never get enough of you. Not even when we are old and grey!”

“That’s better. Honey, you know I love you more than life itself, right?” At his nod, she smiled and kissed him softly. “Please remember that when I pay a little less attention to you in the near future.”

He frowned and fear gripped his heart.

“You’re not going to New York now. You can forget it.”

She giggled and he frowned at her. “I am not going anywhere … but I am going to have to share some of the love I have in my heart … honey … We are pregnant.”

He forgot to breathe … again.
