  “I know I did.”

“You said that you aren’t going back to your parents. What are you going to do?” Carina asked.

“Why, I’m going to stay right here, of course.” I turned to face her. “Rafe is, too.”

“What?” Rafe said. “I can’t stay here.”

  “What not?”

“I have a job back in London.”

  “Is it your own practice?”

  “Well, no.”

“You used to always speak about how you wanted to open your own practice.”

  “True, but—”

“No buts. You’re staying in Rio with Carina and me.”

Carina shook her head. “We can’t stay here. With my source of income gone, I will be kicked out of my apartment soon. There will be nowhere to live.”

“Don’t worry, I have an idea.” I slid my arm around her and grinned at Rafe. “A fabulous idea that will benefit all of us.”

Rafe flashed me a skeptical look. “What is this idea, exactly?”

“Come, let’s go inside first. We have a lot to discuss and I need some tea.”

“Tea, what a wonderful idea,” Carina said.

“Just you wait, my dear. That’s just the first idea of many.” I winked at Rafe, who relaxed and opened the apartment door.

Once inside, I told them both of the idea I had been working on for the past several days. By the end of the conversation, they both not only agreed it was a solid plan, but were excited to see a future with so many possibilities.

We celebrated our new venture the best way we knew how—with mind-blowing sex.

  Chapter Ten

  Carina

  One Year Later

I looked up from my desk as a short man strode into the room. “Was he able to tell what was wrong with your wrist?” I asked.

The man nodded and held up his arm, which was wrapped in a brace. “Something called Carpel Tunnel Syndrome. He wants me to rest my wrist and even gave me a note for work.”

His relief and happiness was infectious. I smiled back at him. “That’s great.”

“You’re telling me. It’s such a relief to finally know what is wrong.”

“Well, next time you can come to the clinic sooner.”

“This place is such a blessing.” He glanced around the small, brightly lit waiting area. “Before you guys opened, I had to spend cab fare and go across town in order to see anyone. Even then, I had to schedule appointments months in advance.”

“I know,” I said. “I was in the same position.”

“That’s the other thing. Those doctors on the other side of the city, they don’t know what it’s like. They don’t know how hard we work or what we have to deal with. You know.” He nodded toward the back room. “He knows, too.”

The front office door opened. Miles strode in, carrying a large box from a nearby bakery. “Has he finished the last patient yet?”

“He has.” The man hurried to hold open the door for Miles. “I was just telling your assistant how great it is to have this clinic on this side of the city.” He glanced at me. “And you take walk-ins, too. It’s such a blessing.”

“Thank you,” I said as I stood. “I appreciate the compliment.”

“You have a good night now,” he said.

  “You too.”

“I didn’t think this day would ever end,” Miles said as I stood and switched the sign on the window from open to closed. “Come and see what I’ve got.”

I hurried over and looked through the thin plastic on the top of the box. It was a gorgeous cake with white frosting and a hand-drawn stethoscope. The words “Happy Six-Month Anniversary” were written in script underneath. “Oh, he’s going to love it.”

“I’m going to love what?” Rafe asked as he came out of the back room. He glanced at me. “Was that the last patient?”

I nodded. “We’re done for the day.”

“Finally.” He wrapped me in a huge bear hug. “We did it. Today seemed busier than normal.”

“It was,” I said. Word of mouth was getting out, thanks to Miles’s marketing plan, and we were steadily increasing the number of patients at the clinic each day. “We may have to hire another doctor soon.”

“You won’t have to.” Miles grinned at us. “I just got my acceptance letter.” He had applied to a local medical school several months ago, and we all had been waiting on pins and needles ever since. “I start in January.”

I clasped my hands. “Even more reason to celebrate.”

  “Celebrate?” Rafe said.

“You’ve been working so hard that you forgot.” Miles tilted the cake so he could read the top. “Today is the six-month anniversary of our clinic.”

“I can still remember you pitching the idea to us in Carina’s apartment.”

“In our apartment,” I corrected. “I knew from the start it would work.”

“It took a while to find a place and get the financing and equipment, but we managed,” Miles said.

“We more than managed,” Rafe said. “None of this would be a reality without you.”

“I couldn’t imagine what I’d do with myself if I didn’t have this,” I said.

Miles put the cake down on the desk. “Thank goodness you don’t have to.”

Rafe closed the shades and took off his doctor’s coat and stethoscope. “We make a great team,” he said as he slid his arm around me and kissed my temple.

“The best,” Miles agreed as he came up on my other side. “And now that the work day is done, I think it’s time to celebrate with a little cake.”

I frowned. “But we don’t have any plates or forks.”

Miles winked. “We don’t need any.”

I squeaked as he lifted me up in the air and set me down next to the cake on the table. Before I could react, he moved between my legs and kissed the breath from my lungs. Threading my fingers through his thick hair, I groaned into his mouth, fully losing myself into the moment.

When we finally came up for air, Miles moved back, allowing Rafe his turn.

“Here, tell me what you think.” Rafe held up some icing on his finger and pressed it onto my tongue.

I hummed my approval. “It’s delicious.”

“Let me try.” He took more icing and pressed it into my mouth. Then, leaning forward, he slid his tongue over mine, collecting the icing he found there.

“You’re right,” he said when he finally broke the kiss. “It’s very good.”

“It’s perfect.” During our kiss, Miles had stripped off his shirt and placed more cake on his hand. “Or it will be, once I eat it off your breasts.” He leaned over and kissed me as Rafe started taking off my clothes. Giggling against their mouths, I let them strip me and lean me back on the reception desk.

“Ah, that’s more like it.” Miles spread cool icing and cake all over my breasts, taking his time to massage and tug on my nipples. As he worked, Rafe pulled me to the edge of the desk and positioned himself between my thighs.

“Let me have some of that cake,” he told Miles.

I gasped as he spread the creamy dessert in between my legs, rubbing it on my thighs and pussy as if he were painting a beautiful picture. As he touched me, Miles bent over my chest and slid his tongue over my hard, erect nipple.

“Oh God, this cake is amazing,” he said.

  “It’s the best.”

The men worked together, licking the icing off my breasts and pussy, stimulating my sensitive tissues. I turned my head to the side and moaned as their rough tongues brushed against my skin, driving my desire higher and higher.

“I will never get tired of tasting you, Carina,” Rafe said. “You are sweeter than any dessert.”

Miles agreed, and by the time they both finished, I was wiggling my hips with a familiar sense of urgency.

“Please,” I begged. “I want to taste you, too.”

“And you shall,” Miles said as he slid away from the table. I watched as he removed his clothes and lathere
d thick, creamy icing over his cock. “Is this what you want?” he asked when he finished.

  “Yes, please.”

He moved around Rafe, who groaned and slid his tongue over my pussy.

“Move her to the edge, Rafe. Please.”

Rafe pulled away just long enough to push me up onto the desk so that my head hung off the end. Then he resumed he work, this time pushing his tongue deep into my core.

I gasped as pleasure burst through my system, and then moistened my lips as my gaze focused on Miles’s cock. I reached for him, but the foul man eluded my grasp.

“Easy now,” he said. “Just relax and let us take care of you.”

I gripped the desk as Miles stepped closer and positioned the tip of his cock against my lips. Instead of pushing inside, he rubbed his erection from side to side, coating my lips with the sweet icing.

  “Yes,” he said. “That’s it.”

I groaned and tongued the tip of his cock, causing him to moan and close his eyes.

“This woman is going to be the death of me, Rafe.”

  His friend moaned in reply.

Tightening the grip on his base, Miles eased his erection into my mouth, pushing it as far as it would go. Once inside, he grasped the edges of the desk, and began thrusting with slow, steady movements.

“Fuck, she’s amazing, Rafe. You have to be inside of her.”

Rafe immediately stood and rested my feet on his shoulders. After quickly positioning himself at my opening, he pressed inside my channel, filling me with his large cock.

Pleasure rushed through my veins, driving my desire higher. I groaned against Miles’s erection as Rafe began thrusting into my pussy. Soon the men were moving as one, taking what pleasure they could from my body, all the while filling me with as much joy as I could stand.

The world around us faded away until I was entirely focused on this moment, these men, and the wonderful sensations they were creating in my body.

My sense of urgency grew. Soon, I was murmuring and moving against them, desperate for more. They began to thrust faster, push harder, and the room heated with electricity.

Then Rafe reached down and rubbed my clit, pressing it in the way he knew I liked. The added sensation sent a hard blast of pleasure to my body, pushing me over the edge. Arching my back, I groaned as ecstasy rushed through my system, numbing both my mind and limbs. I hung there, suspended in the moment, never wanting the pleasure to end.

Rafe was the next to come, and his orgasm hit hard, rumbling through his body like a locomotive. He roared as he pumped into my channel, filling me with all of his passion. His orgasm triggered Miles to have his own, and as he filled my mouth with his seed, a sense of completeness surrounded me. In an instant, I knew this was right where I belonged, in between these two wonderful men, surrounded in love.

After a long moment, the men retreated. Rafe helped me into a sitting position as Miles left to get some clean cloths. We kissed each other as we waited, never wanting to be fully separated. When Miles returned, he kissed me as well, and then the men kissed each other. Never before had I witnessed anything so hot, or so loving, in my entire life.

After, we cleaned the last remains of cake off each other, kissing and washing our way over every inch of skin. We ended up having sex twice more that night, then returning home to greet my daughter and Rafe’s grandfather for dinner at our apartment.

Such had been my life for the past several months, and I knew I couldn’t possibly be happier. My days were filled with helping others in the community, and my nights were filled with love and laughter. So much had changed in my life in the past year, and for the first time, I did not fear the future, but looked forward to it. I knew I could take whatever troubles life dealt me. As long as I had these two wonderful men and my daughter at my side, anything was possible. I was truly blessed.
