  Mark Training

  Training Method

  1) Sit with your back straight. Place the book (Training Diagram) on the front of the face. The distance between the book and the face is about 30 ~ 40 cm.   2) During training, move the eye as if it were flowing, without stopping the eye movement. During the first practice, take one minute as a unit, and try to see the marks quickly and accurately. At first, you can only see the marks almost line by line, and the field of view is only about 1 / 2 of the line. After repeated training, one can catch a line of marks at a glance.

  3) After three or four days of training, you will be able to read two or three lines at a time. Then, depending on the individual's optic nerve, some can see 1 / 3 of a page at a glance, and some can see 1 / 2 of a page at a glance. After about a week, you can see a whole page at a glance (the number of words on a page is 150).

  4) After training in one minute, try out how long it takes to see 1,500 words (30 pages) and keep a record. As the training progresses, the time is shortened. This is by the time the training is complete; you'll be able to read 1,500 words (30 pages) in 15 seconds. In order to get through 30 pages in 15 seconds, you need to be able to flip the page quickly, in addition to eye movements. So, get into the habit of turning the pages as quickly as possible.

  Word and Number Training

  After completion of the Mark Training, the mark will be changed into words and numbers. In sign training, we use objects that are impossible to pronounce (marks). By this method, pronunciation can be possible. However, since the simple position of words and numbers makes no sense at all, there is a chance that even if read silently in mind it can be thought of as the same thing as sign training.

  Since they are the same as the notations, they are not remembered when they are repeated in mind. Therefore, we have only to try to see them as clearly as signs do. This training is to change the way we read from thinking about each word and number one by one (silently reading in our heads) to reading from the right-hand side of the brain that makes a lot of text visible at first. When you train, you don't have to think about anything. To be able to see a whole page of words and numbers at a single glance requires constant practice.   Training Method

  Brain exercises are based on the human experience. The reason why people can master a high degree of civilization mainly depends on the brain, especially the power of the Neocortex. Mental activities such as memory, judgment, and thinking, which distinguish human beings from other animals, can be said to be carried out by the Neocortex. The study of the human brain is now being done from a variety of angles, but most of its great power cannot yet be scientifically explained.

  On the contrary, in the human mind, there are also hidden even if we cannot imagine the power. The scientific explanation often follows the realization. So, in most cases, people get results before there is a scientific explanation. The most typical example is the herb. Herbs have been used since before their ingredients were analyzed.   (1) Memory training

  Training Method
