“Thanks.”
She laid them next to hers. As she spread out the sleeves of his t-shirt, she looked down the hill in the direction of the shop. There was still no sign of Harry, or anyone, heading their way.
“Anybody there?” Mason asked, running his hand over his super-short hair, which already appeared to be dry.
“No. There’s just us on this hill.”
“Harry’s bringing your clothes, right?”
“Yeah, I can’t go down there in a towel and these are wet.” She pointed at her leathers.
“He’ll be here soon.” He leaned against the shed again. “Until then we wait.”
She allowed her gaze to drift over his toned chest and the ridges of his six-pack. It appealed to her that his body hair was light and feathery, so different to Harry’s, and her fingertips itched to touch it. “So what will we do?” she asked. “While we wait.”
His eyes narrowed, and he twisted his lips into a small grin. “Well,” he said, hooking his thumbs into his towel. “You could always suck my cock.”
He flicked the towel and it fell to the ground, bunching around his feet. His cock arrowed upward. It was long and thick and a shade darker than the rest of his skin.
Suck his cock? Here?
“There’s no one around for miles,” he said, “and it’s not actual fucking if anyone other than Harry turns up.” He paused and set his gaze on her. “Though we could fuck. Up against this shed. I could take you fast, make you gasp, cry out, come so damn hard.”
She glanced around, wondering if anyone was lurking in the blueberry bushes—a picker they hadn’t noticed.
“What do you think?” He gripped his cock in his fist and rubbed it head to root. “You want that? With me?”
“No.” The thought of them both being lost to the moment and Anya or one of the other workers turning up was a step too far.
He pulled in a deep breath and glanced away.
She hated the disappointment in his eyes. She hadn’t meant to reject his suggestion. It was the situation, not him. She couldn’t fuck him, not here, where there was no guarantee of privacy. She wouldn’t enjoy it as much as she wanted to.
But she could do something.
“However” she said, “sucking your cock, that’s a different matter.” She stepped up to him and rested her hand on his chest, over his heart. “And I guess it would give us something to do, to pass the time.”
A smile escaped and the defeat went from his eyes. “Aye, it would.”
“And your cock does look painfully hard.”
He released it and let his hands rest at his sides. “Much like it was this morning. When I was dreaming about you naked, in a field, covered in mud.”
“The first part of the fantasy is here.” She ran her hand upward, over his neck to his cheek. “We have the field.”
“Reality is better than fantasy.” He tipped his head closer to hers.
“I agree.” She stared at his sensual mouth, then went up on tiptoes and kissed him.
He opened up, let her slide her tongue over his, but kept his hands at his sides, not touching her.
“Mason,” she murmured, gliding her hand down his neck to his chest again. Her body was buzzing for his, saliva pooling in her mouth. If she’d been braver she would have let him take her hard, as he’d suggested, against the shed. She hoped he didn’t hate her for refusing. “You okay?”
“I’m naked and kissing you. Aye, I’m okay.” His pupils were wide, and his nostrils flared as he breathed.
“It’s just—I’m sorry if…”
“Just keep that towel around yourself.” He closed his eyes and swallowed. “I only have so much control. I’m a mere mortal after all. And if that towel you’re wearing comes off, you’re going to find yourself being fucked in a way, as you said, that really should be done in private.”
She smiled, loving the fact he was having to battle with his self-control. That he wanted her so much. “But I can suck your cock?”
He groaned. “Just hearing you say those words…”
She traced the muscles of his belly, then dipped lower and took hold of his shaft. The flesh was hot and hard.
“Olivia,” he gasped. “I want you so bad…”
She rubbed him from the base to the tip, twisting a little at the top.
He suddenly placed his hands on her shoulders and looked downward, at where she was touching him. “Fucking hell.”
She tipped forward and kissed his collarbone, tracing his contours with her lips.
“Oh, God… please,” he moaned, pressing on her shoulders.
She allowed the force of his hands to sink her downward until her legs were bent beneath her and her face level with his cock. The gritty floor was sore on her knees so she grabbed his abandoned towel and used it as a cushion.
“I’ve dreamed of your mouth on me,” he said, resting his palms on her head and his fingers slotting into her hair.
“You don’t need to dream anymore.” She licked her lips and looked up at him. “It’s here.” She flicked out her tongue and swept it over his slit.
He tensed and his cock bobbed.
“Keep a listen out,” she said.
“Aye, I will.”
“And a watch. I’m not in the habit of putting myself on show when doing this.”
“No one is here. We’re alone.”
She opened her mouth and slowly sank onto his shaft, working him with firm movements with her hand as she did so.
His glans slid over her tongue, deeper and deeper. Her cheeks bulged and she absorbed his freshly showered flavor.
A low groan rattled up from his chest.
She kept on going, until he was almost touching the back of her throat.
“Ah, yeah,” he gasped. A full body tremble attacked him and vibrated into her.
It was thrilling to have such a big strong guy shaking and at her mercy.
As she withdrew, she followed her lips with the circle of her fingers, making sure his saliva-wet shaft was overloaded with sensation.
He bucked his hips and held her head as if trying to sink deep again. But she shifted away—this was her moment, she was in control. It wouldn’t do Mason any harm to let go of his for a few minutes.
“Olivia. More. I need it.”
For a moment she teased him, holding his cock an inch from her mouth and just stroking the tip with the point of her tongue. Then she slipped onto him again. With her free hand, she cupped his testicles and rolled them like two balls in a soft, loose bag.
His knees seemed to give way a fraction, but he quickly braced them. His fingers tightened in her hair.
She pulled back, bobbed forward again, and was soon lost to the rhythm.
His shaft thickened and he was breathing hard. “Oh, God,” he moaned. “Yeah, like that.”
She continued to work him, the towel around her torso shifting lower and exposing her right breast. The sun heated her shoulders, and she was vaguely aware of the birds in the sky calling to one another.
“Please… Olivia, oh, I’m going to…”
As he’d spoken she’d tasted pre-cum. The salty flavor spread on her tongue and palate. It encouraged her on. She wanted him to come.
“If you don’t… want…”
He didn’t need to finish his sentence. Olivia knew what he was saying. She withdrew his cock from her mouth and worked his shaft with her hand, her movements fast but steady.
A long, low groan rumbled up from his chest as he stared down at her.
“Come,” she said, excitement making her voice breathy. “Come, Mason, now.” She massaged his balls a little firmer as they retracted up into his body.
He gritted his teeth. “It’s here…” His brow creased, his chest puffed up and his belly tensed. “Fuck.”
His slit widened and a rope of pearly cum shot from it.
Olivia worked him harder and quicker, her hand becoming a blur.
He cried out, a blissful sound that swirled up to t
he sky to join the calls of the birds. Another shot of release burst from him, landing on the grassy ground next to the first.
“Mason,” she said, releasing his balls and clasping his taut right buttock. “More.”
He wrapped his hand over hers and masturbated furiously, dragging her palm with his. A final spurt left him and he groaned deep and rumbling.
“That’s it,” she said as he slowed. “That’s it.”
Suddenly he released his cock, bent and scooped her to standing. Her towel slipped to the floor as he dragged her close, his cock pressing into her belly.
She gasped and looked into his face. He was breathing hard and his cheeks were flushed. A sheen of sweat covered his brow. “Holy crap,” he murmured. “Good job I’m fit, my heart nearly gave out.”
She grinned. “That was hot.”
“You’re hot.” He dragged her naked body close then slid his hands down her back to her buttocks. He cupped them and squeezed. “And it’s a good job I’ve just come, otherwise having you like this, next to me, I wouldn’t be able to control myself. You’d be on your hands and knees with me sinking deep.” He bent his head and kissed her, delving his tongue in and melding his lips with hers.
“Looks like someone’s having fun.”
Harry’s voice filled her ears.
Mason broke their kiss, but didn’t release her. He grinned at Harry. “We had to do something to entertain ourselves while we waited for you.”
“Should have guessed it would be naked entertainment.” He winked at Olivia. “Here you go, fresh clothes from your box.”
“Thanks, Harry.” She untangled herself from Mason and took her sweats, t-shirt and underwear.
“No problem.” His attention drifted down her body then up again, lingering on her breasts.
Olivia enjoyed his appreciative gaze. She liked all the guys giving her attention. It made her feel feminine, powerful, and wanted.
She dressed as Harry handed Mason his fresh clothes.
“There’s showers down there too,” Harry said. “We all jumped through, those leathers were a mistake today.”
“I agree.” Olivia grabbed her damp clothing from the fence. “Did you wash your gear?”
“Yeah, it’s hanging up down there. Should be set for the morning.” He took her clothes from her. “I’ll carry them for you.”
“Thanks.” She slipped her hand into his free one. “Let’s go and eat, I’m starving.”
“Me too.” Mason held her other hand and together they wandered through the blueberry bushes and down the hill.
It had been an afternoon Olivia would never forget.
Chapter Twelve
The corn roast was a simple affair but it seemed as if it were also a frequent event.
Set to the right of the shop was a squared off area surrounded by straw bales. A large red sign stated the buffet was ten dollars a head for passersbys but the farm staff ate for free. About thirty people or so milled about and Regina was manning a buffet table lined with all things corn.
Olivia eyed it, her stomach rumbling. Where to start? There was corn chowder, corn chilli dip, whole corn barbequed and wrapped in crispy bacon, corn kebabs, wraps, dogs and frittatas.
“This is awesome.” Raul plucked up a kebab and munched into it. A drip of sweet juice ran to his chin.
Olivia laughed and caught the drip on her finger. “It’s amazing.”
“Try this,” Evan said, holding up a half-eaten wrap. “It’s full of guacamole.”
“Mmm, I will.” She grabbed one from the plate next to her and bit into it.
As Olivia was finishing off, Anya walked over with two girls. They were similar looking to her but not as tall, and somehow not as regal. They all wore bright red lipstick and gold hoop earrings.
“Hello, Olivia,” Anya said, “this is Misha and Nari, two of my village sisters.”
“Nice to meet you.” Olivia smiled. “Anya has been telling me about life in Kaskum.”
“It is a poor village,” Nari said. She pointed at the spread of food. “This is more food than anyone in our village has ever seen at one time.”
“I’m sorry,” Olivia said. “Though to be honest, I’ve never seen so much corn in one go.” She reached for another wrap.
“Si, this is true,” Raul said. “So much corn.”
Anya smiled at him. “You like it?”
“Perfecto.” He kissed the tips of his fingers flamboyantly. “Because I did not cook it.”
“Hey, you like cooking,” Olivia said.
“Si, especially for you. But it is nice to have a night off.” He leaned close and pressed a kiss on her mouth.
It was sweet and buttery, and as he pulled away Olivia licked her lips.
Anya tilted her chin a little. “Are you picking with us tomorrow?”
“No,” Harry said, stepping up and holding a kebab. “We hit the road. Gotta keep going.”
“Where are you going?” Nari asked.
“We’re raising money, for cancer research.” Harry paused.
Olivia knew why. The reason for The Challenge was close to his heart and the grief he had for his friend Candy still bubbled just beneath the surface of his smile.
“So we need to keep heading west,” he went on. “Get through Kansas, The Rockies and—”
“And Vegas,” Raul said. “Lucas and I want to go to Vegas.”
“Do you?” Olivia directed at Lucas, who was standing just behind Raul.
He nodded then sipped on a bottle of beer.
“Big city, bright lights, money, money, money.” Raul rubbed his fingers together. “And with Lucky Ladies at my side.” He slipped his hand around Olivia’s waist and tugged her close. “I cannot lose.”
“Do you mean Lady Luck?” Harry asked.
“Same thing.” Raul chuckled.
“The only winners are the casinos,” Anya said. “So I hear.”
“We will see.” Raul winked at her. “And if I win big, I will send you some, to go to the people of your village.”
“I’ll hold you to that.” She laughed. “And if you win really big, will you send enough so we can build a hospital?”
“You have no hospital?” Olivia asked.
“Not close,” Misha said. “The nearest is a two-day walk for us.”
“You don’t have vehicles?” Raul asked.
“We did, but the engine stopped some time ago. It is useless now.”
Raul huffed. “My girl here is an expert at engines. She could fix it for you.”
“Except I’m not in Africa,” Olivia pointed out.
“You should visit, you would be most welcome.” Anya smiled a little sadly. “But as I said before, it is not a holiday destination for white people. We are just trying to survive with what the land gives us.”
“But the villagers are always happy to have guests,” Nari said. “It is part of our culture to be hospitable. And though there is not much, the people will share what they have.”
“And you would adore the hills. They are so big and wild.” Misha made a sweeping motion with her hands and her eyes appeared a little glassy, as if she were imagining being in Africa again, in the land she clearly loved. “Animals that will take your breath away.”
“Africa is on my to-do list,” Harry said. “For sure.”
“You and your to-do list.” She jabbed him in the ribs.
He grunted and jabbed her back. Olivia laughed and pressed closer to Raul to escape.
The sound of her giggle became tangled with a tune from a harmonica.
Olivia looked to her right and saw an elderly gentleman who she could only presume to be Regina’s Jeopardy-loving husband, sitting on a straw bale and playing. He wore a red checked shirt and was tapping his boot-clad right foot on the ground.
Several people took to the center of the square and began to dance to the beat.
Olivia watched as a tall bearded man spun a girl in a floaty green dress, who giggled then jigged on the spot. An older couple
linked arms and pranced in a circle, both laughing.
“Dance with me,” Harry said, grabbing her arm.
“Whoa. To this?” She had no choice but to go with him.
“Yes, first time for everything.” He reached for her hand and twirled it over her head, forcing her to spin.
He then released her, stamped his foot and clapped.
She laughed. “Aren’t you worried about people recognizing you here? Seeing the great Harrington Vidal stomping about in the dust?”
“There doesn’t seem to be anyone here taking any notice of me, and I’m not going to complain about that.” He grabbed her around the waist and dragged her close. His right hand slipped to her butt. “Except for you. I want your attention.”
She glanced at Anya, who was looking straight at them with her eyes wide.
She pressed on Harry’s chest and eased away.
“What?” He frowned. “Did I do something?”
“No, of course not. But I told Anya that Raul was my boyfriend and you grabbing my ass is going to look weird.”
“Oh.” His frown stayed in place. “Why Raul?”
“I think she fancies him.” As she continued to dance, Olivia looked at Raul. He was chatting to Lucas again, though Anya and her two friends were hovering next to them.
“I don’t think you have anything to worry about. That crazy Spaniard only has eyes for you.” Harry took her hand and spun her again, but this time he didn’t pull her close afterward. “Getting to Vegas and having a flutter seems to have yanked his chain, though, don’t you think?”
“Yes, he’s excited about that.” She smiled. “I am too. I’ve never been to Vegas.”
“It’s cool. My father goes there a lot.”
“Oh, is he a gambler?”
“Only when the odds are most definitely in his favor.” Harry shrugged. “He uses The Luxor for business meetings mostly. Customers like the glitz and the glamor and they spend well in the casinos, which means he usually gets put up for free or receives preferential treatment.”
“The same as he does the Empire State Building?”
“It’s the best view in New York.”
“And only the best for Dante.”
“Hey, you enjoyed it, with Evan.”
