“I… was assaulted” she replies quietly. Every word hurt to speak.

“Again?” He replies with a snide laugh.

“Please!” She begs. “I need help.”

“Again?” He said with the same annoyingly haughty snicker.

“Two years,” her voice is breathless from pain. “I have asked you for anything...in two years.”

“Are you going to waste you’re last two minutes arguing over details or are you going to tell me what you want?”

  “I’m… in bad shape?”

“You’re an adult, handle your business,” he said coldly.

A petite naked blonde walks up behind Randy Templeton aka 9 Iron. She wraps one of her arms around his waist. “What’s going on?” She asked. She didn’t try to shield her perfect body.

She’s in too much pain to be upset at seeing another woman in the house she once lived in. Why wouldn’t he be with someone? Odds are another one inside somewhere.

He removed her arm from around his waist. He half way turns around and kisses her on the lips, then directs her to go back to bed.

The blond locks eyes with Delilah. “Who is she?”

“She’s none of your damn business Silvia! Now do as I say!” He shoves her toward the door.

“9 Iron, please. I need a hospital.” Delilah said after she spit out a mouth full of blood.

He looks her up and down. “Eighteen months.”

  “What?” She gasped.

“It’s been eighteen months since you left not two years.”

“Please!” She gasps as she clenches her abdominal area. “I hurt.”

Who fucked you up this time?”

“It was my ex-boyfriend and some of the men that work for him.”

“Your boyfriend?” He archs his eyebrow.

She spits more blood onto the grass.

“I heard you were the third in line side chick of a Dominican thug” he laughed hard. “Last time I checked that didn’t make him your man.”

“Yes,” Delilah painfully replied. “Yes, that’s true.”

“Did you steal from him? Did you lie? Maybe you just pissed him off. I know that feeling.”

It’s getting more difficult to respond. She fought for each breath. She feels dizzy and lucidity is something she’s losing minute by minute.

9 Iron let out a line of curses. “Come on up to the porch. Sit down in the chair and don’t touch anything. I’ll call someone.”

  “Hospital, I… I need a hospital.”

“Then you should have walked your ass to the hospital!” 9 Iron spit the words out before stomping back into the house with a wide grin on his face.

Delilah made her way up onto the porch. Then everything fades to black.
