She grabs a hold of my hand and presses it against her stomach. Taking a deep breath, she says the words that I’ve been waiting to hear since the moment that she told me she would be my wife.
“Well, your baby batter finally worked. I’m pregnant, Adrian. Which means that in eight months, we’re going to have two babies under two years old.”
I just stare at my wife, a million emotions running through my mind. But as I spin her around, the only thing that I can think of, is how fucking happy I am that I finally broke my own rules.
