“Nothing is so beautiful as you finding pleasure, Lady Seraphine,” Luca whispered in my ear as I climaxed a second time. “I have not the words to do you justice and instead will say that I now thank my parents for all the constant pushing and training, as it led me here to be part of this with you.”
Dain climaxed with a grunt, his eyes going wide as I swallowed and he realized he didn’t even warn me. “I’m sorry. It has been many, many years since I’ve received oral, and I forgot myself.”
“It’s fine,” I assured him before flipping the lever on the machine to turn it off. I spun around and pounced on Luca, wanting to see everything he was offering. The cloak was easy enough to get off, his firm pecs, well sculpted arms and shoulders making me groan before looking at his abs as I yanked off his pants. “Say yes. I don’t care what you were trained for. You always have a choice, Luca.”
“Which is part of why I fell in love with you,” he panted, nodding furiously. “Yes, I am always yours, Lady Seraphine.” I flinched as I moved to straddle him and saw what he had in attributes. I met his gaze, feeling my eyes go wide. He simply shrugged. “There was a reason I was chosen from all the males in my family.”
“I never thought I’d see someone bigger than Noah,” I confessed and moved to sit between his legs instead of on him, much to his disappointment.
“Sitting on him would help it not be too painful,” Dain assured me as he moved behind me. “We will bring you only pleasure but not as much as we would like, as there is limited time.”
I nodded, trusting him and knowing for the plan to work people needed to smell Luca on me and me on him. Though I found it funny I didn’t really take too much time to decide I would help him… And not because of what he could do for the club. There was something about him, something I had felt with Dain and the twins, though I didn’t want to think about them at the moment.
“The machine got you more than ready for me,” Luca assured me as he guided me onto him. He gasped, his hands shaking on my thighs. “Maybe not. I would never have dreamed you were so tight.”
My anger flared in an instant, and I leaned over, growling in his face. “A siren like me? We’re all just loose sluts who—”
He shut me up with a kiss I felt down to my toes, cupping my cheek when he pulled away. “Never would I think such insults, Lady Seraphine. You are tighter than any virgin I have even heard of, and you are a tall woman. That is all I meant.”
“You are small for your size, as the vagina is not one size for all,” Dain added. I felt my cheeks heat at something so personal and something I wasn’t sure was a compliment or not.
“We have ruined the mood,” Luca mumbled, his fingers moving between my legs. He flicked them a few times as Dain paid attention to me too, and I was right back in the mood.
“Feed, Sera, and bring me unspeakable bliss as you do,” Dain begged, turning my head. I bounced on Luca, careful not to take all of him with their help, as I kissed Dain, their hands bringing me intense pleasure. I fed from him, screaming as I found my orgasm too fast.
I pulled off Luca and pushed my hips up. “Dain, please, I want that again. I want you to find that spot.”
He didn’t even hesitate, thrusting in me and bringing me again before pulling out and sitting me back on Luca. It was the craziest, most glorious thing as they both took turns bringing me enough orgasms that my legs went weak.
“Finish,” I practically begged Luca after what seemed like hours later.
“I do not without command,” he assured me.
Yeah, he was a super submissive.
Dain had the answer, switching so he was inside me as I rubbed against Luca, giving him the command. The three of us finished together that time, and honestly, it might have been the best sex of my life… Which was something to never tell the other men in my bed or I’d been with.
“Okay, I’ll keep you,” I muttered as I flopped onto Luca, gasping even as my vision went fuzzy and I passed out.
I passed out from sex. Two really hot guys worshiping me and bringing me uncountable orgasms.
Life was pretty good at the moment.
I woke to Luca tending to me in the shower, moaning at the scalp massage I got as he shampooed my hair. I had so much to ask him but wasn’t sure where to start, so instead I let my siren be rude and probe him a bit with her gifts.
He wanted me, that was for sure. He wanted to serve me and not just sexually. No, he wanted to be my assistant, my butler, my… Well, I didn’t think there was really a word for it in a non-court setting. He truly found happiness in being the man behind whomever to help, submissive down to his core.
But unlike Dain who wanted to serve, though also a leader too and could handle much on his own, Luca didn’t want to take charge. He didn’t want to be in charge of me as Dain pushed, being caretaker and manager almost. No, Luca wanted to be told what I needed and he would handle it as best as he could.
That left me with one main question I couldn’t tell from my powers.
“Do you really want this? I know you want to be with me and be my submissive, but do you want to do this stuff with the club Simone wants?”
He flinched, maybe not having been ready for me to blurt out such a serious question like that. Instead of answering, he pulled me to stand so I was under the water and my hair rinsed, staring at me the whole time.
“I want the truth, Luca,” I warned him as I saw the indecision in his eyes. “Don’t ever lie to me or I will kick you out in a second. Trust is very important to me.”
“I would never lie to you. I am trying to figure out how to phrase this in a way that makes sense, as you were not born a paranormal nor into such a caste system as we have as fae,” he hurried to explain. I could feel his unease, so I gave him a soft kiss. “I blossomed early, and at first it was funny, my size. Sure, I was tall for an elf, but to be so well endowed was almost a joke given the others in my family.
“But everyone laughed, saying the gods wanted an elf warrior instead of fairies, and I felt pride. Not at having such a large penis, but that my family would support me. But then that changed. I was pulled from normal school and sent to train far away where no child should train. I cried so many nights, wondering why my family had turned on me.
“And when I came back from one training, I was sent to another, treated as an object, a pawn in a game I didn’t understand. When I finally did, I was horrified. What had happened to the idea of maybe an elf warrior? Now it was an elf whore to betray our queen? I couldn’t think of a way out and not share the same fate as Dain and them. Though they are the children of nobles and fairies, so it’s different.”
“How so?” I asked when he seemed like he wouldn’t continue, focusing on conditioning my hair now that I was rinsed.
“It means certain death to be disowned when not a noble family or fairy who is accepted at court. The only way we survive is through the protection of our clans.”
“That’s horrible if they use their own family in such a way.” I knew why I’d been so drawn to him, not just his body or sexy eyes, but he had that same look I saw in my own eyes in the mirror.
Family betrayal. It scarred someone, sometimes visibly like me. Like Dain. Like Luca.
“I don’t think this is ever the path I would have chosen for myself, but I would like to put all this training to something better than what had been plotted,” he murmured as he rinsed the conditioner out of my hair. “Even at court I found myself talking to others, learning how repressed and uneducated so many are. Today you learned something new, experienced something wonderful, and I helped you find that knowledge.
“Yes, it might not be physics or math or something looked upon so kindly, but it is still something important to life. So yes, this is what I want, if nothing else than to train those who might do it fully and within the way needed for the club. I do know with your kind heart that I could also say I no longer wanted to if it wasn’t working out and you would allow that. Allow me to be who I am.”
/> I flipped us so his back was against the tile, my hand wrapped around his throat. “Yes, I would allow it. What I won’t allow is any betrayal. You betray me and I’ll kill you, Luca. No more assholes pushing me for what they want and then making a mess. No more walking away or hurting me. No more calling me ‘dead fish’ or blaming me for everything. No more abandoning me when life goes to shit.
“If you want this and me, you’re all in because I’ll have to do some fancy dancing to make a show of my taking you from Laila’s consort options. I’ll have to do lots to fit you in my life and find the right place for you. So if you want this, you will work for it and appreciate what it will mean for me as Dain has. Do you understand?”
“Yes, Lady Seraphine,” he wheezed, and I loosened my hold on his neck, not having realized I’d done it so tight, upset with all my issues. Hell, it wasn’t just Hagan and Reagan but Riley, Tristan—even Brian and how he’d been after I’d been infected. I had too many who’d hurt me, and honestly, it was stupid to even consider sticking my hand back in the pool, but there was something about Luca.
Though I’d said that before, so really, I never did learn.
“I won’t share you as I’m willing to do with others,” I stated firmly more for myself, as it shocked me I felt that way. “If I make you mine, you are mine. Do you understand?”
“Yes, Lady Seraphine,” he moaned as my breasts slid against him as I let go of his neck.
“Take this as consummation of your vow and never fail me,” I ordered as I moved my leg and pushed him into me. “Now give me what I need as you swear your loyalty and all you are to me.”
“With pleasure,” he groaned, picking me up under my thighs and moving me in a wondrous way. I wrapped my arms around his neck, kissing him stupid as I fed and fed on him, my siren starving with all the stress and dangers around me.
“Show me I please you and go when my body offers it to you,” I growled in his ear, not liking he only came on command. “Don’t dishonor your new queen because that’s exactly what I am to you now, Luca. I’m your queen, your Alpha, your lover, your Mistress, and your boss. Don’t ever forget it or that you promised to worship me.”
“I won’t,” he swore, giving me a gentle kiss. He was fae, so I knew he understood most of this wasn’t about him but my own pain. Or I assumed as much from the way he acted since Dain seemed to always know.
When we finished, he got on his knees and worshipped me some more as if to prove nothing mattered to him besides me. Tears burned in my eyes as I lifted my head to the stream of water. Yeah, he acted that way now, but how long until that changed? How long until things became my fault or my failings?
A month?
Two?
Six?
The answer couldn’t be never, and in that moment, while he showed me such devotion and passion, I mourned the fact that it would not last… Nothing lasted forever.
When we finished, we had to get ready in record time, Gayle helping with my makeup while Beth did my hair and something with my boobs so they worked in the stunning new dress from Laila.
It was a gorgeous blue to match my eyes with one strap over my right shoulder and then went around my left breast to loop up to that strap. The left side was completely cut out though, and while the right side of the skirt went to almost my ankle, it angled so the left barely covered my ass cheek. But it had a huge cut out over my breasts as well, which was why I needed the support things Beth had to glue onto me to keep the dress in place.
At least my hair and makeup looked fabulous for when I fell out of the dress.
“Dain explained everything so we wouldn’t jump to any more conclusions,” Hagan greeted me as I hurried to join them with Luca. I nodded, glad that was covered because the last thing I would want them to think during such a rocky time was that I’d been shopping for men—which I never seemed to do—and not someone else thrown at me for help or whatever.
“Monroe is leading the teams tonight for the trap at the house,” Reagan explained as we got into my SUV. For press and visual purposes, we had to “arrive,” so really most of us were going out through the garage to circle around the block and pull up to the red carpet entrance for the opening.
Stupid, but that was how publicity and shit worked.
“The boys?”
“They are fine, safe at Timequake and under heavy guard with Noah, Remus, Jake, and about two dozen of Vlad’s best guys,” Hagan assured me. I raised an eyebrow at the number, and he snorted. “Eva terrifies him.”
“Yeah, she’s pretty damn scary,” I agreed, glad she was on our side.
“Don’t be nervous,” Reagan muttered as we arrived in front of the club. “You look better than any model I’ve seen at any runway show or press anything, okay?”
“Funny how I’m more nervous about that than someone threatening to bomb the club tonight and having the C4 to do it,” I grumbled as Hagan got out and opened my door. I slid out, smiling pretty for the cameras as Luca took my arm, scanning the crowd in between the spots from flashes blinding me.
I pulled away from him though and turned around when I smelled something off. Without a thought in my head besides there being little time, I kicked off my heels and bolted, Hagan not hesitating and right on me.
I almost tripped as someone blew by me, knowing how fast I was, but then scenting Eva over the C4 I’d smelled. I’d made a joke, but nothing had me truly thinking I would get out of the SUV and smell it.
“Deadman switch!” I bellowed as I locked onto one of the two bombers.
“Keep his hand closed,” Hagan shouted as explanation of the goal to Eva in case she didn’t know.
I gasped as I blinked, and suddenly the guy didn’t have an arm anymore, Eva holding it as he fell to the ground, her hand keeping the one she’d taken closed. She handed it to me as I reached her, and then not ten feet away, did it again on the one fleeing.
“Do you know what you’re doing?” I asked Hagan as he punched out the screaming guy without an arm and started messing with the vest.
“Yeah, we studied everything we found at the house, and they weren’t all that sophisticated,” he muttered before pulling a few wires and nodding. “You can drop his arm now. It’s no longer hooked to the vest. I’m going to go help Eva.”
I did as he said, careful not to get any blood on the dress as I cursed under my breath, realizing how perfect this was for the press close enough to get more than we would have wanted. Luckily there were so many people who’d been on alert and there to help, they hurried to make a perimeter until CPD and the bomb squad came for proper handling of the vests.
Fine ambulances for the hunters, but they were dead anyways, so I didn’t see the point of sewing up what was torn off just to kill them. Not my call though, and honestly, I just wanted the word that they’d got the other six heading to the house and into a trap. Then maybe I could really relax.
“You did good,” I complimented Hagan as people started arriving to take over and handle it all. “And today at that house, with the boys—all of it.”
“Thank you,” he muttered, glancing over his shoulder before turning so he was right against me. “I’m going to ask for a favor then.” He waited until I nodded, guessing what he wanted but not ready to give it. “Forgive Reagan.”
“What?” My eyes went wide as I glanced up into his gray ones, not having seen that coming.
“Sera, please, forgive him for saying the words,” he begged, dropping to a knee. “Punish us, smack us—whatever you think we deserve because we do. We fucked up. No matter the reason of drowning or any of it. We. Fucked. Up. And that hurt you. But please forgive him for saying the words that hurt you so much more. I’m scared for my twin for the first time in my life, and we saw some serious shit while in the Marines.”
“I don’t understand,” I admitted, reaching out and running my hand over his hair, not sure what else to do but hating to see him so upset.
“I know you don’t, and at first we took you never
asking about us as not being interested. It’s taken us all this time to realize that you don’t ask because you don’t like being asked. But you ask Dain, and we read into that as your interest in him, not in fairy ways. That’s our fault. It also means you don’t know that you’re Reagan’s first love. He’s never loved anyone before, Sera.
“He’s dated women. He’s fucked women. But he’s never loved anyone, and he loves you with his whole fucking soul. You know how intense he is and serious, and that’s all yours. You own him. I love you too, but I’ve had puppy loves and a first love back in high school. He never had any of that because he couldn’t find someone to click with. He clicks with you, and he’s dying inside over it all, especially saying the words that crushed you.”
“I can’t—”
“Please, Sera,” he sobbed against my dress, his hands gripping my waist too tight. “He hasn’t slept in so long, desperate to handle all that was on your plate. He’s been going like that for months to help you and the pack. Help our new family. I know you didn’t see it because you were going just as strong, but he’s been heartbroken, whether it’s our fault or not, he’s been devastated. He hasn’t slept really since you left that night and—”
“Okay,” I whispered, leaning over and kissing his hair. “I wish you guys would have told me sooner. I’m not a mind reader. I didn’t realize I was drowning or so bad off. If you guys did, you have to tell me.”
“Okay, we will, and I’ll even tell you that this not taking the tithe thing isn’t fair. The Betas are supposed to get the tithe with the Alpha for all we do for the pack. If you have the full time job still and won’t take it, that’s fine, but we can’t do both. We can’t run the pack for you and take side jobs and watch the boys and—”
“Okay, Hagan, okay,” I rasped, grabbing him under the arms so he stood and hugged me, not just my legs. “Okay. We’ll talk about it this week. I’m sorry I didn’t understand all of that, but we can do it.”
