by Mark Hewitt
1978 letter. This is assumed to be a hoax letter due to a lack of content; the name, Toschi, in the letter; and the many questions surrounding the authenticity of the handwriting. Received April 25, 1978, postmarked a day earlier, this one-page letter offered little new information and appeared to be pieced-together ideas from previous Zodiac letters.
The Snowman card. (Authenticity unknown for lack of reference to the Zodiac and a lack of any concrete information.) This unaltered greeting card in a red envelope was sent to The San Francisco Chronicle, postmarked Eureka, California, December, 1990. It contained a photocopied small sheet picturing two unidentified security keys held together by a segmented metal key chain of dull silver color.
