We were none too eager to welcome the Anunnaki Queen, Kali, and her prince, Mathu, when they arrived on Tara to discuss a salvage proposal for the Nefilim. This scheme involved building a direct porthole between Earth’s etheric realms, that could be accessed via the planet’s core and the astral realm of Sirius B that bypassed the physical plane altogether. Through this porthole, dubbed ‘the Hall of Amorea’, the souls of the fallen Nefilim, Dracon and Anunnaki might be channelled back to their rightful evolution through their Anu soul group on Sirius B. Kali and Mathu hoped to incorporate their Hall of Amorea into the Amenti Project.

‘What will set you apart from any of the other human souls floundering through the primordial darkness and despair on Earth?’ the Anunnaki Queen asked. ‘You will be as lost as the mortals you seek to save. But build our Hall of Amorea and we will draw the Nefilim and the Dracon back to their Anu soul group in the subtle realm, from where they will assist you to remember your quest and provide you with the means to carry it out.’

However, the twelve members of the Amenti Council were not yet ready to trust the word of an Anunnaki.

‘Your Nefilim have damned themselves to oblivion and are abusing every human being they can breed!’ Polaris voiced what we were all thinking. ‘What makes you think the Nefilim can be persuaded to give up their ORME addiction and return to their Anu soul group?’

‘We propose to commit our soul-minds to the blue flame at the same time as you do,’ Kali explained, gesturing to her prince and herself.

‘But that would alter the morphogenetic code in all of us!’ Castor, our chief genetic engineer, protested.

‘Only from where the Blue Flame of Amenti resides in the astral realm downwards, and this mutation would affect us fourteen only,’ Kali pointed out.

‘And we can borrow from each other’s morphogenetic code in order to gain an advantage over our adversaries on Earth,’ Polaris mused, following the Anunnaki Queen’s train of thought.

Kali nodded. ‘You will be able to draw on Anunnaki intellect and psychic expertise, which your kind do not possess on a physical level. And we will be awarded a more highly developed emotional body than any of the Anunnaki souls who currently reside on Earth.’

‘Not to mention that you’ll be the only Anunnaki with the ability to incarnate into the human race,’ the more spiritually minded Denera pointed out.

‘A necessary event to allow me to pass back through the Halls of Amenti,’ Kali replied.

I needed to know if this offer was worth considering. I turned to our genetic engineer. ‘Castor, how will we unscramble our genetic codes upon our return through the Sphere?’

Castor thought a while. ‘I could create a smaller flame of higher frequency that could be placed inside the blue flame to house the morphogenetic information of just us twelve plus these two extra souls. If we take a snapshot of our individual morphogenetic codes before our departure, the Amenti system will be able to restore the code to normal upon our return.’ Castor looked pleased, until he considered a possible complication. ‘However, we would all have to pass back through the blue flame together—if any one of us was missing, we would all be stuck in the lower harmonic universe indefinitely.’

Kali nodded. ‘This, then, is how you can trust the word of the Anunnaki, for if you all perish, then so do we.’

‘But how do you plan to fulfil that promise?’ I asked. ‘You will forget who you really are, just as we will.’

Kali smiled. ‘I have an ally in the lower harmonic universe who will remind me. He will father and protect us all.’

I knew the ally to whom she referred—we all did, for mankind had only one true advocate among the Nefilim, and that was Enki.

So Kali’s Hall of Amorea was built, and now find myself in a dark limbo between worlds, wondering if I will ever find my way back home.

You are my home and I am yours. We can do this, I recalled my beloved Polaris saying.

Polaris! I wanted to call through the darkness. I want to be delighted by your presence once more. I will not forget you. I clung to an image of him, attempting to burn it into my soul, as my conscious memory of my previous existence was swept away in a rush of movement and light.

ROOT RACE TWO—SEMI-ETHERIC/SEMI-PHYSICAL (300,000 YEARS AGO)

Beyond the stifling blackness of density

  are my crude elementary beginnings.

Large, sexless and gossamer am I,

  and completely etheric in nature.

I am really nothing more than a gigantic phantom,

swaying and drifting in the dense atmosphere

  of the seething primordial seas.

My form is not fixed in shape or colour,

but it holds the promise of what will become a

  human being.

Clumsy, passive and near-senseless, I hold only a vague consciousness of fire as it warms my being into activity, inspiring an aspiration to communicate with my outer world. Many ages pass and my form develops an ability to stand, walk, run, recline and fly, but even so I am but a shadow with no rational mind.

Over time a great transformation occurs and the imperishable form of my first root race incarnation splits into two distinctly different forms: one active, one passive; one electric, one magnetic; one of water, one of fire; one white with a connection to the moon, one yellow-orange with a connection to the sun. Thus, the bodies of my second root race incarnations are born.

I take on a vaguely human-like form, which is still gaseous in appearance and completely sexless. I develop a sense of touch and thus I feel the lapping of the waters, the roar of the winds and the warmth of fire. My hearing is more acute now and my fellow incarnates call to me in flute-like notes, stirring in me emotions that well from a mysterious spring hidden deep within me, within us all. A dreamy enjoyment of life fills me with delight, but neither pleasure nor pain is stimulated by external sources for I am still a product of above and not below.

I drift, I float, I glide and climb through the sunlit creepers of dazzling, vibrant blooms, and over many aeons the elements of nature harden my outer shell.

The oscillation rate of my atomic consciousness altered and I was deposited back into the entrance chamber to the Halls of Amenti.

  ‘That was horrific!’

I leaned forward to clutch my knees and steady myself. My subtle form had undergone a massive expansion; I truly felt I had been stretched across aeons and robbed of my individuality and sexuality.

‘The first porthole leads to the etheric existence of the first two root races, which are the most alien and unfathomable consciousnesses in comparison with your own, so the experience is bound to be a little uncomfortable,’ Sinclair explained as he waited for me to regain my composure. ‘The first hall also spans the greatest period of Earth time. Be assured that your next experience will not leave you feeling so…stretched.’

‘But I felt so powerless, so ineffective and willless,’ I exclaimed.

‘Of course you did. You were little more than a sexless, shapeless, elemental phantom beginning to develop a sense of the world around you.’ My handsome friend smiled sympathetically; perhaps he had felt this same doubt at this stage of his journey through Amenti’s halls, I thought. ‘But you will never be will-less again,’ he went on. ‘You developed and perfected that attribute many, many lifetimes ago and it can never be taken from you.’

As the experience played out in my mind’s eye, I realised that the first porthole had taken me much further back in time than I had expected. ‘I remember being Solarian,’ I gasped, excitement welling in my chest, ‘before I even came to Earth.’

‘What do you recall?’ he asked.

I struggled to focus on the memory. ‘A meeting…between the Queen and Prince of the Anunnaki and the Amenti Council…’ I paused to smile as in my vision I saw myself glance around the conference table at my fellow Council members. ‘I recognise most of the Council members, for they are souls I knew in life,’ I said, and tears of happiness rolle
d down my cheeks. ‘You are there, and Levi, Albray, Zalman, Susan—’

‘Is your daughter Charlotte present?’ Sinclair prompted.

  ‘No,’ I said, disheartened.

‘Are you sure?’ the captain teased.

‘Oh my,’ I gasped as I spied her. ‘She is Kali, the Queen of the Anunnaki.’ Just as Mathu had claimed. ‘And Mathu is her prince.’ My heart jumped into my throat upon knowing that Charlotte, who had never been interested in marriage, would find love after all.

‘And what of the meeting?’ Captain Sinclair gently guided me towards drawing the more relevant data from my experience.

‘Do you remember it?’ I asked, wondering if I was being tested or pumped for information.

‘Yes,’ he confirmed. ‘And it is my aim to see if you recall all that I did…or more perhaps?’

‘The meeting took place following the Draconian uprising on Earth,’ I said.

  ‘Yes.’

I walked over to take a seat on the side of the pool in the middle of the chamber and the captain joined me. ‘A deal was struck,’ I remembered. ‘It was a dangerous proposal, for souls had never descended through the Sphere of Amenti before, as I designed it for—’

I broke off, shocked to realise that I had been one of the master architects of this place.

‘Amenti was designed for ascension from Earth,’ I continued, ‘so in order for our angelic souls to descend to Earth, another flame of a higher frequency had to be created. This violet flame was inserted inside the Blue Flame of Amenti to house our twelve souls plus the two Anunnaki souls.

‘Did I forget anything?’ I asked, wondering how my memory had stood up against his.

‘Only that because we twelve plus two souls descended through into the Amenti scheme together, we must also return through the porthole together.’

I gasped, realising the implications. ‘So if even one of us is lost, our morphogenetic structures will not re-separate properly when we try to return to Tara via the violet flame, and we will all be stuck here!’

‘Fortunately, we are all still doing well at this time,’ the captain reassured me. ‘That is what is meant by the term flame-bearer: Charlotte will be the violet flame-bearer, which is the key to Amenti for all of us.

‘There are three flame-bearers needed to unlock the Hall of Records in preparation for the opening of Amenti. The carriers of the orange and blue flames are Amenti Council members, which ensures that the Anunnaki cannot betray us again, for they cannot open the Amenti complex without those two flame-bearers, and the Sphere of Amenti cannot be accessed without all twelve of our Signet stations being activated first.’ Sinclair sounded very proud of our safety measures.

‘All for one and one for all,’ I concluded, and looked to the next porthole.

  REVELATION 20

  AMAZONS

FROM THE JOURNAL OF TAMAR DEVERE

I allowed the journal to drop into my lap. All of my fears and aspirations were reaffirmed: I was the violet flame-bearer, destined to open the great Hall of Records and Amenti. That is, if my father truly was the ghostly knight of these tales remanifested on Earth. But the coincidence of the Anunnaki queen being called Kali and my sudden bout of automatic trance writing in her name just couldn’t be ignored.

My parents had both read these journals, and since they’d given them to me to read on my thirteenth birthday, I could only assume they were trying to scare the life out of me, suck me into an elaborate practical joke, or that they really were attempting to awaken my subconscious awareness of who I really am.

And what of Mathu’s vow to watch over Charlotte in her next life? Was he here watching over me now? Could he have been my mysterious caller, who warned me of danger? The idea was both disconcerting and exciting. I’d never had a boyfriend—I’d never really been interested—and if I proved to be anything like Charlotte Granville-Devere, then perhaps I never would be interested in a human mate. The idea of a celestial admirer was quite a turn-on though.

It was approaching midnight and my eyelids were drooping, but still I took my personal journal in hand to record the events of the day whilst they were still fresh in my mind. By the time I had completed my account it was fast approaching one o’clock. I snuggled under my bedcovers and allowed my weary eyes to close, wondering what Kali had planned for this evening—more coding work most likely. ‘Fine with me,’ I mumbled, so long as I could sleep through it.

I access The Book of Codes as easily as I did last night, but am interrupted in my work by the male of this house. Do not fear, our work is not exposed: with a wave of my hand, I will our father back to his slumber; he shall not recall our confrontation. As a result, I do not accomplish as many activations as hoped, integrating only the next three time codes. This amounts to six codes now integrated. Our sixth DNA strand is braiding—the human consciousness and extraterrestrial subconsciousness are beginning to meld. Soon Tamar and Kali will be one. Only two more nights of encoding and our full potential will be realised and our being safeguarded.

‘What!’ I sat upright in bed, my journal in hand, gaping at Kali’s overnight entry. My eyes were very sensitive to the sunlight streaming through my window, as if I hadn’t had enough sleep. Not surprising, as it seemed my body wasn’t really getting any rest at all. In fact, I felt like I was coming down with something: I was in a cold sweat, my breathing was laboured, my skin felt like it was crawling over every aching muscle and bone in my body, and my head hurt at the base of my skull. I touched the area: it actually felt swollen.

‘Christ, what the hell’s happening to me?’

Perhaps my symptoms were a reaction to what I’d just read and I was in shock, or maybe it was simply the flu? It wasn’t until I stood that I felt the cramping in my intestines—was this just more of the joys of having my first period? But then I noticed something very strange—my pyjamas had shrunk! The legs now rose up well over my ankles, the sleeves were too short and the top felt tight across my chest. In the process of trying to stretch the fabric back out to fit my body, I noticed that my inconsequential breasts were somewhat enlarged this morning.

I rushed to the mirror and opened my pyjama top: sure enough, I exposed a pair of rounded, pert breasts—not huge, but definitely bigger compared to those I’d been sporting yesterday. My face too had altered slightly: my features were more refined and slender; in fact, my entire form seemed to have slimmed down and become curvier at the same time—I was BEAUTIFUL! I’d never really thought myself ugly or anything, but wow!—it was hard to believe the transformation.

Leaning towards the mirror to take a closer look at my face, I realised that my dressing table sat lower on my body, as if someone had trimmed the legs overnight. That’s when I realised it wasn’t my PJs that had shrunk, but that I had grown several inches. I confirmed this by trying on every pair of trousers I had—none of them covered the full length of my legs any more. How on Earth was I going to hide this? I could temporarily get around the problem by wearing a skirt, but that sure wasn’t going to hide my rapidly developing form for long. And come to think of it, why would I want to hide it? I looked fabulous, even if that wasn’t how I felt.

A hot bath soothed my numerous ailments and made me feel quite sensual. My body felt more like a woman’s; the young, underdeveloped teenager was gone forever. Afterwards, as all seemed quiet in the house, I headed for the kitchen to make some breakfast. I planned to return to my room to eat, read and avoid my parents as much as I could until Kali had finished her work on us. She obviously had a plan, and didn’t seem to have any problem dealing with adults.

My father’s ‘good morning’ nearly startled me out of my skin. ‘You look very nice today,’ he commented, placing a hand on my shoulder to reassure me. ‘Have you done something different with your hair?’

‘It’s the skirt, probably,’ I said, grabbing hold of it and swishing it about to distract him from the rest of me. As I rarely wore a skirt, Dad nodded to accept that must be it.

  He did
n’t mention anything about seeing me in the library last night, so I guessed Kali’s claim that he wouldn’t remember was good—it seemed she was powerful indeed. Secretly, the idea of being able to wield all that power was very inviting, and despite my underlying fear of the rapid changes manifesting in my body I was eager to become one with my tenacious, confident alter ego.

I didn’t grant much of an opportunity for Dad’s memory to be jogged—I finished making my breakfast and, with a kiss on the cheek, wished him a good day and retreated to my room. Phew, that was close, I thought. Thank goodness I’d chosen to wear a big sloppy jumper or Dad might have noticed more than just my change of attire.

I returned to the journal, eager to read more about Charlotte’s new romance, and was a little disappointed to note that the next entry was Charlotte’s chronicle of her mother’s journey through the second of the Halls of Amenti. I was tempted to skip ahead for passages about my new love interest, but guessed these episodes from various journals had been intermingled in this volume in a very specific order, and if I didn’t wish to lose the continuity I’d best just keep on reading.

CHARLOTTE GRANVILLE-DEVERE JOURNALISING ON BEHALF OF LADY ASHLEE GRANVILLE-DEVERE

‘Take all the time you need to prepare for the next passage,’ Captain Sinclair said kindly. ‘Time is not an issue.’

‘It can only get better from here,’ I said, assuring myself that I was ready to move on.

Sinclair frowned, clearly not wishing to lie. ‘Not very likely. The third root race manifested into the physical world and their forms were perishable.’ Then he grinned. ‘Even so, you are bound to witness many amazing things, for the Lemurian races were truly a wondrous breed who became the substance of the great myths and legends that would inspire every root race that came after.’
