He grunted with every thrust and I moaned. It was the most beautiful feeling in the world…to know that for a few moments, Rogue Daniels was completely in my control. The building could be falling apart around us, but he wouldn’t stop till he’d emptied himself inside me.
My skin pinched where he held my breasts. He held me too hard, but that was exactly how I liked it. I wanted him to keep fucking me till I’d forgotten about everything else.
His cock was hard and strong, and the pleasure he gave me was unbelievable. I writhed and moved while he was inside me, knowing I would come soon. I stared at him, my eyes starting to water. I didn’t want to cry, not right now, not while he was inside me…but I couldn’t stop thinking about what would happen after this was over.
Rogue’s body jerked. Suddenly, he fell on top of me and pounded harder. My clit was swollen, and I was on the brink of another orgasm. Our bodies were pressed together when he stretched himself on top of me. I could feel his hot breath falling on my face, the heavy weight of his body on me.
“Come with me, Carli,” he said in a deep, guttural growl. I nodded and arched my back, thrusting my hips up toward him.
He moaned as he exploded inside me. I cried out too, coming with him, matching his thumping pace. I was so sure the table would crack and fall apart underneath me. The whole room seemed to shake as we came together.
Rogue continued pumping his cock into me, emptying the last remnants of his seed deep inside me. He slowed his pace, sliding in and out of me gently till he was sure that I was done, too.
He leaned down and kissed me gently again, as he pulled me back up, so I was sitting on the table.
“Sorry I broke the dishes,” he said with a laugh.
“Amanda will get over it,” I said smiling.
Rogue’s phone rang out and quickly grabbed his jeans and boxers and pulled them up as he looked at his phone.
“I have to go,” he said turning back towards me. Worry started to consume me, but he noticed and quickly walked back to me and kissed me again. “We got a lead on where Grimm and Hazel are. Once both of them are safe, I will come back and we can finish talking about everything.”
“What if the Son’s come back here?” I asked with a slight shake in my voice and I remembered the shootout outside our window.
“I’ll send over more of the guys. I promise you and Amanda will be safe.”
“Promise me you will come back?”
“I promise.”

Rogue
According to the sources whom my men had talked to, Grimm and Hazel were being held in an abandoned construction site. While Cash and Patch went to meet Crow, Bones and I, along with a few other guys in the club, headed to construction site.
Cash had strict instructions from me. He was supposed to meet Crow and his men and stall the handing over of Black Cobra MC for as long as possible. Meanwhile, we were going to raid the holding cell and retrieve Grimm and Hazel. My hope was that Cash would be able to keep Crow distracted long enough for us to carry out the mission, and then we would take down Crow.
We staked out the construction site for some time, hiding in the dark. It seemed like there were only four men from the Sons of Satan who guarded the place, which is what I hoped for. Most of the others from their club were with Crow, overseeing that meeting, leaving us the perfect opportunity to strike.
Bones and I had four other men with us, which meant that we outnumbered the Sons of Satan. We still had a good chance of getting Grimm and Hazel out of there. We waited till I gave the signal and then the shootout commenced.
Bones and I stormed the site with our men behind us. The guys from the Sons of Satan shot at us and we shot back, taking them by surprise. Even though it was the dead of night, the spot in front of the derelict building seemed like it was the center of a war zone.
The guys from the Sons of Satan couldn’t hold for very long. Even though most of us were wounded too, we managed to fight through it till all those fuckers were on the ground. Martin was bleeding from his thigh. If I was shot, I didn’t know it yet.
“Keep a watch!” I shouted at the others as I ran into the building.
“Grimm?” I shouted as I ran in and out of half-constructed rooms, and then up the stairs which looked like it was going to crumble any moment. Martin and the others stood guard outside.
“Grimm! Where the fuck are you, man?” I growled. A muffled voice sounded amidst the chaos.
“Grimm!” I shouted, the voice getting closer. I ran toward the sound till I finally found him. He was in a corner room on the top floor, sitting in the dark with his hands and feet tied with chains and a tight gag around his mouth.
“Fuck, man!” I said, laughing with relief as I rushed to him. I crouched down in front of him and pulled the gag off his mouth. Grimm panted hard, looking as if he was badly beaten. The side of his forehead bled, and he had nothing but a ragged pair of jeans on.
“You okay, brother?” I asked. Grimm tried to speak but he was still out of breath, his lips chapped and bruised. How long had those fuckers kept him thirsty?
“Where’s Hazel?” I asked and then realized that Grimm was alone. I was supposed to find Hazel here with him. I stood up and looked around the room. Grimm looked up at me with bleary reddened eyes.
“She’s not here. I haven’t seen her in days. Where is she?” he barked.
I grabbed Grimm by his shoulders and pulled him up. I needed an axe to break the chains that were on his hands and feet.
“Where did they take her? She was supposed to be here!” I growled. Rage pumped in my veins. I’d promised Carli that I would bring her back, that she was going to see her niece tonight.
Grimm threw his head back and roared.
“Those motherfuckers have my daughter! We have to get her back! I’m going to rip Crow’s eyes out!” Grimm shouted.
“Rogue,” Bones called out when he’d found his way up to us. “Crow and his men know what’s going on. Cash called to say they’re headed our way. We need to get out of here, now.”
I clenched my fists. Where was Hazel? I thought our information was solid. I thought we had her. Clearly, Crow never planned on holding Grimm and Hazel in the same place.
“Grab his feet, I’ll grab his shoulders, we need to carry him down and then we need to find an axe. C’mon,” I barked at Bones.
Grimm was still barking and screaming out all the things he was going to do to Crow when he found him. Martin and I carried him down and to one of the cars that were on standby.
“Where the fuck are you going?” Grimm growled when I was about to shut the door on him.
“I need to go tell…” I cleared my throat. “Amanda and her sister, Carli, what’s going on with Hazel. They’re going out of their minds with worry,” I said.
Grimm glared at me, confused, but then he shook his head.
“If there’s anybody who should be talking to Amanda, it’s me. I’m coming with you,” he hissed. I looked down at his chains.
“Someone fucking find me an axe!” I shouted.
I wasn’t sure if this was a good idea. I didn’t know if Amanda or Carli even wanted to see Grimm, but this was what he wanted to do and after all, he was Hazel’s father.

Carli
I told Amanda the plan for tonight, and neither of us were able to sit still all day. As it turned out, I hadn’t been fired from the job, but I’d called in sick anyway. I knew I wouldn’t be able to get any work done today, not in this state of mind.
Amanda and I had spent the whole day pacing around the apartment and staring at each other with a blank expression on our faces.
“Can’t you call him? Or text him maybe?” Amanda asked me repeatedly.
“I can’t do that. I can’t bother him when he is on a mission like this,” I kept telling her.
The day went by, neither of us able to eat or drink or sleep. This was like the most important day of our lives. Hazel would finally be home. I had co
mplete confidence in Rogue and knew that he would bring her back.
Amanda kept looking out of the window while I constantly checked my phone.
Eventually, it was well past midnight and we hadn’t heard anything. Fear and worry had already begun to creep into my system. What is something happened to Rogue? Or worse, what is something happened to Hazel, and he had no idea how to tell me?
“Carli, you have to call him now. It’s been so long, and we’ve been waiting,” Amanda nagged me.
“Let’s just give it another hour,” I said, just as there was a knock on the door.
Amanda shrieked and ran to the door. I stood behind her, my heart racing in my chest. When she opened it, Rogue stood there next to a badly beaten up and bruised man, who I guessed was Grimm.
Amanda stepped away from the door, like she’d seen a ghost. I searched for Hazel between them, but she wasn’t there. Rogue stared at me and from the look in his eyes, I knew that he hadn’t found her.
“Where is she? Where is my daughter?” Amanda asked. Her voice cut sharply through the silence between us. Grimm stepped toward her.
“Amanda…” he said, trying to reach for her but she yanked herself away from him.
“Where is she? What happened to her?” Amanda sobbed and fell to the floor. Grimm tried lifting her up, but her legs wouldn’t support her weight. Rogue stepped into the apartment and shut the door behind him.
I quickly searched his eyes for clues, but his eyes looked cold as ice. I feared the worst happened and that Hazel was dead. The thought sent a shockwave of sadness through my body almost making me lose my balance. Rogue quickly grabbed me to steady myself.
“Where is she?” I asked him in a quiet voice.
“We don’t know where she is. I thought she was with Grimm, but she wasn’t,” Rogue replied.
I cried and threw myself at him, hitting at his chest with my fists. Rogue didn’t move; he stood there in front of me, letting me take my frustrations and anger out on him.
“I knew we should have called the police. We should have never let a motorcycle club handle this,” I yelled.
When I was spent and exhausted, he caught my wrists and tried to keep me still.
“Carli, listen to me! Listen to me!” he said firmly. I cried so hard I couldn’t even see clearly. “This doesn’t mean you should give up hope. I’m going to find her. They have her somewhere and we will get her. Not tonight, but soon,” he said.
Rogue tried to hold my gaze, but I couldn’t look at him. I felt like my whole world was falling apart.
“That’s it,” I said. I stormed over to my cell phone on the counter and picked it up. “I’m calling the police.”
Rogue quickly moved over to me. “Carli, you know you can’t do that.”
“The hell, I can’t!” I yelled and swiped my screen. Rogue reached out and gently grabbed my wrist.
“Carli, if you get the cops involved now, Crow will kill her. He won’t even hesitate. We are in too deep now.”
I stared up into his eyes, my body shaking with anger. As much as I hated to admit it, he was right. Rogue and the club was our only shot at getting Hazel back alive.
Amanda had heard what Rogue had to say and now she found the strength to wriggle out of Grimm’s arms.
“You! You fucking monster! You tricked my sister. You lied to her and made her believe that you could actually help us!” She charged at Rogue with her finger pointed accusingly at him. Sensing she was about to slap him, I grabbed her and tried to keep them apart.
“Amanda, calm down, it’s no use. You heard him; they are our only option,” I said, trying to pacify her. She struggled in my arms, still trying to get to him.
“She’s right, Amanda,” Grimm said stepping back towards Amanda. “My brother did everything he could. He thought we were being held together. We were, for some time, but then tonight they took her away. I tried to keep her with me, but I was one man against twenty. I didn’t stand a chance,” Grimm explained.
We stared at him while he spoke. He was badly bruised. There was a bandage on the side of his head and wounds all over his body. Amanda sobbed and then wiped her cheeks with her hands.
“You saw her? You saw my baby? How is she?” she asked him. Grimm tried to smile but it was more of a pained grimace.
“She’s beautiful, and very brave. I told her I was going to take her back to her mom and aunt, and that is what we are going to do. Trust me, Amanda,” Grimm said.
Amanda shook her head.
“Trust you? How can I trust you, Grimm? This is all your fault. I tried keeping her out of your life. I tried my best to keep my daughter safe from you. Look what you’ve done!” Amanda yelled.
Grimm stepped toward her and took her in his arms. They held each other and Amanda sobbed and cried.
“I know, and I’m sorry. I swear, Amanda, I wouldn’t have let this happen to her if I knew. I had no idea. Why didn’t you tell me? I tried reaching out to you and you cut me off. I was going to ask you to fucking marry me, woman!” Grimm said.
I watched the two of them hugging and tried not to look over at Rogue. I was happy for Amanda, that at least in some way, she had found some comfort.
“I would have said yes, Grimm, and I didn’t want to make that decision. I loved you too much, even though I knew how dangerous your life was. I thought this way I could keep my baby safe,” Amanda said and kissed him. I looked away from them and down at my feet, just to avoid meeting Rogue’s eyes.
“I promise Carli,” Rogue said quietly. “I will do whatever it takes to find Hazel.”
I wrapped my arms around his chest, hoping that she would still be alive when he found her.

Amanda nursed Grimm’s wounds while Rogue remained standing in the background, refusing to sit down. His guilt and fury rolled off of him in waves. We were all in a sort of daze.
“What happened to you?” I asked Grimm when none of us had spoken for a while. Grimm looked at me and sighed.
“I gave myself up to the Sons of Satan when I realized they had my daughter,” he replied.
“How did you know she was yours?” I asked him. He looked at Amanda.
“Crow sent me a photo of her on my phone. I knew the moment I saw her that she was mine. He had a picture of her with him, she looked upset, but she wasn’t tied up or being hurt. Crow said that if I gave myself up to them, he would let her go. So, I did,” Grimm explained.
A cry escaped Amanda’s lips as she tied a bandage to an open wound on Grimm’s arm.
“But they didn’t let her go,” I said.
Grimm shook his head. “They kept us locked up together in a room for almost a week, and after that they moved me out of there. I don’t know where she is; I couldn’t see. They had me blindfolded all the way,” he continued.
Rogue was unusually quiet as he listened to his brother speak. I glanced at him from time to time, but he refused to look at me. It was like he was ashamed of himself for failing me. Besides, our agreement was over. As far as he was concerned, we didn’t share any kind of a relationship anymore.
“What did she say to you?” Amanda asked Grimm, and he smiled weakly again.
“She told me about her life and how much she loves her mom and her aunt. She was very brave, Amanda. She’s a good kid. You both have brought her up well,” Grimm said.
Amanda drew her hands to her face again and cried. Grimm held her and tried to console her. Even though they hadn’t seen each other in eight years, their mutual grief brought them together. They were parents and their daughter had been kidnapped.
I remained sitting on a chair far from them, clasping my hands together and chewing my lips out of nervousness.
“What else did she say?” I asked, interrupting their hug. Grimm drew away from Amanda and clenched his jaw.
“She talked a lot about her school and how much she loves to read. She told me she’ll be getting glasses soon,” he said. Amanda and I looked at each other and smiled. I coul
dn’t believe our little baby wasn’t here with us, that she was being held by those rogues.
“Do you think…” I began to say and sucked in my gut. It was hard to get those words out. “Do you think they’re going to hurt her now? Now that Rogue rescued you. Will they take out their anger on her?” I asked, trembling like a leaf at the thought. Amanda sobbed and Grimm stared at me.
“Crow still wants the club,” Grimm replied. “And he knows that now that I am gone, Hazel is his only bargaining chip to get what he wants. I think he will keep her safe for now, but we can’t wait too long to save her. I am not sure how desperate he will become.”
“Oh my God!” Amanda cried out and covered her face with her hands.
“She is safe for now. He can use her as leverage as long as she is alive and unharmed. If he does anything to her, he will lose the upper-hand and we will rain down on him. All the clubs and the street gangs in the city, everyone in town will gang up against him. The club has ins with all of them. He can’t take that chance,” Rogue said.
I looked at him then and he looked away from me when our eyes met. It was like he couldn’t even look at me anymore.
“Amanda,” Grimm spoke to my sister again. “When we have Hazel back, I want to be a part of her life. I know you think I’m a monster and that this life isn’t for her—”
Amanda interrupted him.
“Yes, she should get to know her father. I’m sorry for keeping you apart. Crow was able to use her against you only because you weren’t here to protect her. I won’t make that mistake again,” Amanda said, hugging him again.
“Did you tell her who you are?” she asked and Grimm shook his head.
“No, I decided she was in too much shock already. We should do that later, when she’s safely home with you guys,” Grimm said and looked at me, too.
“Thank you, Carli, for going and speaking to Rogue and getting help,” he continued and looked at his brother. “I know I should have explained things better to you in that note I left at the bar. I just didn’t have the time. I hoped that you would figure it out for yourself. And you did.”
