To Fonda Snyder, a writer’s Godsend. You inspire me to keep writing, to keep growing, and to stay true to my creative heart. For so much—your hard work, diligence, and encouraging ways specifically—I sincerely thank you (for everything). Here’s to a million more air toasts!

For your gracious support and/or other reasons that you know, my gratitude simply cannot be measured to: Michael and Joan Myers (and families), Sybil Wilkes, Arika Cason, Richard Messer, Fred Zackel, Anna Webman, Charlotte Sheedy, Meredith Kaffel, Pamela Nelson, Krystal Nelson, Maya Rock, Patty Gary Cox, Jackie Kallen, Amara Wagner, Angelique Pickett-Henderson, Paula Chase Hyman (and everyone from 28 Days Later), Chris Champion, Tracy Trivas, Cheryl Renee Herbsman, Cousino Crawford, Cydney Rax, Brodi Caldwell, Mia Strong, and my awesome Godson whom I love so much, Kameron “The Brave” Graves!

I am so honored and grateful to have studied the craft of writing with amazing instructors and equally amazing classmates and workshop peers at both Bowling Green State University and Stonybrook Southampton. Thank you to my wonderful SCBWI family and the incredible Authors Guild! Thank you, too, and especially, to Media Bistro—a dreamland for writers—and every person in our workshop with Joy that lovely Saturday afternoon.

To my supportive family, please insert your name here ____ so that my publisher doesn’t faint from the ten page list of names I would otherwise have to submit. I love each of you, but most especially you, the one who just wrote your name! ✩ Thank you!!!

To all of my Little Divas across the country who waited so patiently for a sequel, and particularly those of you who are now old enough to read Glitz, I hope this will instead meet your cheerful page turns and that you will continue to believe in me. Thank you for all the letters. You have kept me inspired, and oh-my-goodness laughing, and I love you all so very much! I mean it.✩

And to Mel Berger, with all my heart and gratitude, always.
