Winter's Scorching Kisses Page 14

by Lily Thomas

A soft covering of hair trailed down his chest to his abs, and Adorra licked her tongue across her lips. He was handsome, but he was also a beast of a man. She felt her desire being replaced by fear as her eyes took in all the raised tissue. She was amazed he was even still alive after such treatment. This man was nothing like Edmund. He was the complete opposite.

Then his mouth fell on her nipple again and desire rushed back full force. She arched her back, begging for more.

As Mathar continued to suck on her nipple, one of his fingers slid between her folds, and she could hear how wet she was. The pressure building up inside her was so foreign. She felt like she might just burst.

His finger dipped inside her, and her eyes snapped wide. Turning a shocked gaze at him, she noticed him smile against her skin as he continued to work on her nipple. Then his finger slipped back out of her entrance and rubbed up against her nub, pleasure shot through her.

Heat crept up her cheeks, as he continued his onslaught against her body until her eyelids slid closed, and she let the waves wash over her. Her abdomen trembled as she felt the pressure build in her.

“Mathar.” Adorra wasn’t quite sure why she was saying his name, but she said it anyway.

“Come for me.” He whispered in a growl that sent her skin goosebumping.

Suddenly, bright lights flashed behind her eyelids as her hips bucked out of her control. He growled in appreciation, and she knew she pleased him with the movements.

Her lips parted as she let out a few moans, before biting her bottom lip with her teeth.

“I love watching you bite your lip,” Mathar whispered in her ear, and she felt herself flush hot as the searing desire pulsed through her, and then it slowly faded.

She cracked open her eyes to glance at him, and now that the high was wearing off she felt a tad bashful about her abandonment.

He moved back up her body, and his head descended. His mouth took hers, his tongue sliding up against the crease of her lips until she opened her mouth and allowed him access. His tongue shot into her mouth and danced with hers.

Mathar loved her taste. She was like honey mixed with wildflowers, and he couldn’t get enough. He could lay there all night kissing her sweet lips if his cock wasn’t growing painful with its need to enter her wet center.

It was all he could think about.

“I need to be inside you.” He whispered as he broke the kiss.

“Yes.” She whispered, excited beyond reason.

He sat up and positioned himself between her thighs before his hands dropped to the front of his pants and he undid the strings his cock springing free.

Adorra let out a gasp. He glanced up to see her eyes glued to his cock, and he couldn’t help but smile like an idiot. She appreciated his size, but she’d enjoy it more once it was inside her stretching her wide.

“Would you like to touch it?” Stroke it more like, but he’d take it in baby steps. He didn’t need to scare her away when his cock was ready to burst.

“Yes,” she whispered as she reached out a hand and wrapped it around his length.

His cock jumped as her cool hands wrapped around him, and she let out another gasp. Those parted lips. He wanted nothing more than to have them wrapped around his cock, sucking his essence from him. He smiled at her as she explored his length, and then her fingers dipped into his pants and fondled his balls.

He let out a groan as his head fell back.

  “You like?”

“Yes. Your touch sends me reeling.” She was a curse. All she did was make him lose his mind, and now all he wanted was to plow into her. Deep and hard. “I need to be inside you.”

Mathar reached down and drew her hands away from his cock, and then he placed his hands on either side of her head. He grabbed his cock with one hand and guided it to her entrance.

“Do you still want this?” He had no idea why he was asking. It was like he was just waiting for her to push him away and leave him wanting more, but here he was asking her.

Adorra nodded her head, her eyes glistening with her desire. He’d managed to work them both into a lather, and now nothing would stop them except the sweet bliss of climax.

Before entering her, Mathar rubbed the length of his cock up and down her wet pussy lips. He wanted to soak his cock with her own wetness before he entered her. He was large, without sounding egotistical, and he wanted her to feel only pleasure when he entered her passage.

She let out a moan, as the head of his cock rubbed up against her nub. He smiled, liking the sound on her lips. He circled her clit once more with the slit of his cock, and once more she moaned into the air around them.

Then he positioned the tip of his cock at her entrance. Her legs came up and wrapped around his waist, her heels digging into the flesh of his bottom.

Slowly, Mathar pressed the tip of his cock against her wet entrance, easing into her sheath. Her warmth began to encompass him. He couldn’t wait any longer. He needed to thrust into her. The urge was too strong.

His hips heaved forward, and he shoved into her, grunting with satisfaction until he heard a pained gasp under him.

Mathar glanced down at her, “Are you alright?”

“Yes.” But her eyes said differently as they glistened with unshed tears. “Just larger than I expected.”

  “Are you sure?”

“Yes.” Then Adorra shifted her hips bucking against him.

He thrust into her again and again until desire once more returned to her eyes. Reaching between their hot bodies, he circled her nub with the pad of his finger, until he had her panting beneath him. He continued to thrust into her as he played with her nub.

He was going to draw her orgasm out of her.

Her sheath squeezed his thick length, and he felt his mind go blank. “You’re so tight and perfect.” He growled.

As Adorra began to moan, he leaned down and captured her mouth with his. He didn’t need her waking the two people upstairs with her wanton noises.

Mathor swallowed Adorra’s moans as she writhed under him. The pressure was building inside of her, and she was about to come around him. Then she shattered and her body thrust against him in wild abandonment.

Mathar roared into her mouth, using her lips to smother his own sounds of passion. His hot cum shot into her until he collapsed above her as her sheath quaked around him.

Once he recovered, he rolled off her, and let the night roll over him. Now that he’d gotten his desire out of him, he wondered if he’d made a huge mistake.

  “Thank you.”

His head rolled over to the side and met her hazel eyes. “What happened back there?”

This was the moment where Adorra would have to come clean, and she wasn’t entirely sure how Mathar would react.

  “I am… I was a… virgin.”

It took a moment for him to process what she was saying as he blinked several times, but she noticed the moment it all clicked in his mind. His eyes nearly bulged out of his skull as he stared at her.

  “You mean…”

  Adorra nodded her head.

Mathar seemed lost for words, but then he found them. “I would have been more gentle with you if I had known.”

“Or done nothing at all.” She tossed a smile at him, and he appeared to be lost for words again. “Once we started this, I wanted it to be finished.” Adorra rolled over before he could say anything else. She’d used him. She just wondered if maybe it had been the wrong thing for her to do. She’d just slept with an ice giant and… enjoyed it.

This experience was meant to be a one-time affair, but she found herself wanting it again.

Adorra felt him roll over next to her, their backs facing each other. Quickly, she redid the front of her dress in the waning light of the coals and pushed her skirts back down over her legs. She knew she should regret the moments they’d just shared, but she couldn’t bring herself to do that.

As she closed her eyes and fell asleep, images of their night together flashe
d through her mind. Even without knowing she was a virgin, he’d still been so sweet and gentle with her. He’d been anything but a barbarian giant.

Sleep overtook her confused thoughts, as she enjoyed the warmth pouring off the fire.

Adorra couldn’t meet anyone’s eyes the next morning. Instead, she just stared at her bowl of food. It was a warm porridge, and it was something she was going to enjoy. They were going to leave the cabin today, and she wanted to enjoy this last hot meal that Lisag had been kind enough to prepare for them before she was once more surrounded by the cold outside.

She glanced over at Lisag who was kneading bread dough.

“Do you think they know?” Adorra whispered.

“Know what?” Mathar glanced up from his porridge looking dower and grumpy. She figured it had something to do with the fact that she hadn’t told him about being a virgin, and for some reason, he was bothered with it.

  “What we did last night.”

  He shrugged. “Does it matter?”

“Of course it does!” She whispered harshly. “What if they heard us?”

“Then they would be happy we found a way to pass our time.” Mathar leaned back and studied her as he ran a hand through his short silver hair. “What is it with humans and intimacy?” He raised a silver eyebrow as he waited for an answer.

“It’s just something that shouldn’t be talked about.”

“But why not?” He seemed genuinely flummoxed.

  “Because it’s impolite.”

“Why?” He sounded like a five year old with his constant questioning.

“It’s just considered to be impolite. Something people should keep to their chambers where it belongs.”

Mathar tossed her a lopsided grin. “Well, we seem to have broken that rule by doing it by a hearth instead.”

Adorra sucked in a scandalized breath.

“Besides, it wouldn’t have bothered Lisag and Grewar at all to know we sought pleasure in each other’s arms.”

Despite his reassurances, it still bothered her that they may have been overheard. It wasn’t like she’d made any effort to keep quiet.

His dark eyes watched her, causing her skin to crawl under the scrutiny.

“What?” She managed not to bark it at him but only barely.

“They probably didn’t hear anything. It wasn’t like we were that loud.”

Her eyes narrowed to slits. She wasn’t so sure why he was taking pity on her and trying to reassure her that they hadn’t been loud enough to be overheard.

“Would you like a new dress to wear?”

Adorra glanced over to Lisag and the fur clothing she was sporting. “No, thank you.”

Mathar glanced over his shoulder at Lisag, and then faced her again. “I don’t know if you noticed, but I brought several of your dress with us when I took you from your manor.”

  “Kidnapped.” She corrected him.

  He scowled. “Took.”

She gritted her teeth. Whether or not he wanted to call it a kidnapping it still was. “Either way, no thank you. This dress,” she glanced down at the rumpled, dirty skirts, “is already a rag. There’s no need to ruin another dress.”

  Mathar shrugged. “Whatever you want.”

He placed his hands on the edge of the table and pushed his chair back as he rose. Before she could question him any more, he left the table, and she swiveled in her chair to watch him as he walked over to Lisag.

“Thank you for everything you’ve done for us, but we need to get on our way if I want to get us back to the ice giant castle in a reasonable amount of time.”

He was probably eager to get her out of his hair. Just like she was.

“There’s no need to thank us. We signed up for this. We just hope you’ll stop by again. We never get enough visitors.” Lisag looked over at her. “Both of you are welcome back.”

Adorra’s cheeks heated. “Thank you.” She wasn’t sure if this was all a display or if Lisag was seriously this kind to all who came to her door. She appeared to be the motherly type, willing to accept anyone into her home as long as she could dote and feed them good food.

“Well, let Grewar know it meant a lot when he gets back from collecting wood. Sorry, we can’t stay until he gets back.”

That was her cue. Adorra rose from her seat, grabbed a fur, and wrapped it around her body.

Mathar turned to her. “Time for us to leave.”

  “I’m ready.”

He led the way out of the home and into the cold weather outside. Adorra groaned silently as the chill washed over her. Back to traveling through the cold weather. She was tempted to turn around and head right back into the cabin, but she knew Mathar would drag her to his horse by her hair if she didn’t behave.

Mathar mounted up and swung her onto the front of his saddle. Then they started back on their way. Adorra scowled at the winter wonderland surrounding them. It was less magical now that she’d been in a warm cabin.

  Chapter 13

The day passed quickly, even if it was freezing cold out, which only drew out their journey. Adorra couldn’t believe it was getting even colder. The plains had always had milder winters, nothing like what he was bringing her to up here in the mountains.

Mathar placed a second fur over her, and she was thankful for the extra protection against the whipping cold mountain air. When he finally pulled up on the reins, she was beyond thankful! She couldn’t wait to get a fire going and huddle up inside a tent.

“We’ll stay here for the night.” He informed her right before he dismounted.

“Please.” Adorra held out a hand, but he ignored the offered hand. His hands wrapped around her waist and whipped her off the back of the horse. She wasn’t able to throw her hands out fast enough to keep distance between their bodies.

Her chest slammed into his, and as she turned her face up to look up at him, their eyes clashed and a heated second passed between them. Everything they’d shared the previous night rushed back, and she remembered him rubbing his cock against her wet folds.

Heat scolded Adorra’s cheeks as she noticed his eyes roaming over her face and the tops of her breasts that showed in her dress.

The cold was affecting her mind. That had to be why she was feeling so hot and bothered by him.

Raising her hands, she pushed away, one of the furs slipping from her shoulders and landing in the snow.

Mathar backed up a couple of steps looking just as bothered as she felt about the heat that had passed between them. Then he bent down and collected the fur off the snow-covered ground. “Here,” he offered it out to her, “I don’t want you to catch a chill while I get a fire going and the tent set up.”

“Most definitely.” Adorra agreed as she snatched the fur back and began to brush off the flakes of fluff.

He untied supplies off the back of his stallion, while she stood off to the side. Her butt was so sore from all the rushed traveling they were doing. She wanted nothing more than to see her sister as soon as possible, but she also wouldn’t mind a slower pace.

Then again, maybe that wouldn’t be wise. She was already feeling a pull towards Mathar that caused her to feel uncomfortable. She shouldn’t feel an ache between her thighs every time he was near. Not when it was an ice giant at the center of her attention.

Stretching out her legs, Adorra watched as he cleared a space for the tent in the thick layer of snow.

“Let me help.” Adorra strode forward.

  “There’s no need.”

“I’m not doing it because I need to but because it will go faster if I help you out.”

His obsidian eyes watched her, and she saw respect flicker through those depths. Good. She wanted him to respect her. She might be a lady of the court, but that didn’t mean she couldn’t help out. He’d recently shown her how to create a fire, and she was eager to put the knowledge to use.

“I’ll get the fire going.” Adorra waited for him to refuse her help.

  Instead, he nodded his he
ad and went back to work on setting up the tent.

She felt a small smile spread across her lips. He was allowing her the chance to prove herself as something more in his eyes, and that was all she was asking for.

If she was going to do this and do it in a timely manner, she was going to have to shed the couple of furs she had wrapped around her body. They were only getting in her way, and she couldn’t hold on to them while she also had her hands wrapped around the flint Mathar had gifted her.

Dropping the furs to the ground, she rushed around the snowy area, doing her best to find the driest wood she could, and then went back to his saddle to gather some kindling. Once she had all the materials, she picked a spot near where he was putting up the tent. She dropped her materials on the ground and used a large piece of wood to clear the ground of snow.

Then Adorra bent down and set up the wood and kindling until they stood in the air like a teepee.

Gathering the flint in her trembling hands, she sucked in a deep breath and then struck it. Sparks flew through the air, and the kindling glowed as it caught fire. Bending even lower, she gave the small flickers of fire a helping hand by blowing on them in small long puffs of air. The kindling caught and began licking away at the larger logs eagerly.

Adorra smiled as she leaned away.

But she didn’t celebrate for long because she was freezing! Dashing over to her furs, she wrapped them around her. They’d gotten cold, but she knew they’d warm up once again.

Picking a spot near the fire, she plopped down and watched as the fire continued to grow and put off welcome heat.

It didn’t take long for Mathar to finish up with the tent and take a seat next to her.

“I’m impressed.” He commented, and she felt the smile on her lips grow.

“Thank you, but I did have a good teacher.”

“I’m just glad it wasn’t a waste of my time.”

She shrugged. “I might be a lady used to the finer things in life, but that doesn’t mean I can’t learn survival skills. It’s not as though I’m simpleminded.”
