“Take me home. I’m ready.”
EPILOGUE
Selene
Once I ran away because fear ruled my every thought.
Fear of my destiny.
Fear of losing the people I loved.
And fear that evil would always prevail.
But the tables have turned and now immoral, wicked made men bow down to me.
I am the one they fear above all.
I am the cause of The Butcher’s ultimate demise.
I am the one who subdued The Thorn and robbed him of his last breath.
I am the woman who has captivated the love and loyalty of the three most feared men in all of the Midwest, and the reason why the Outfit broke tradition from their archaic, patriarchal ways.
I may have been born into a rotten life, but I am rotten no more.
While others quiver at the very mention of my name, I blissfully live amongst the loving embrace of the pieces of my soul.
I no longer fear anything, as long as I have them with me.
Loving me.
Cherishing me.
Who says rotten girls and boys can’t have their fairy-tale ending?
We did.
And I take pity on anyone fool enough to get in the way of our love.
Because a rotten love like ours trumps any evil that dares to rear its ugly head our way.
Let them try.
I dare you.
THE END
Hi!
Ivy here.
Well this Rotten Love is officially done and I cannot thank you enough for reading going through this journey with me.
These characters have made their way into my heart, and I’m having a really tough time letting them go, so expect more Rotten Love in the future.
If you enjoyed Rotten Men, please consider in leaving an honest review.
It may only take you a minute to write, but reviews are what get books noticed by other readers. By writing a small review, you are opening the door for my love stories to be enjoyed by so many others. These little gems are everything to an author and I am so grateful for each and every one.
Once you’re done, I’d love it if you would check out my author page and join my Facebook group, Ivy’s Sassy Foxes.
Here you’ll get up to date information on future releases, including Rotten Men and also have a bunch of fun with book talks, parties, and giveaways.
Hope to see you there.

Acknowledgments
I can’t believe it’s over.
I have lived and breathed this rotten love story for the past six months, and these characters have been my constant throughout that time. I can’t help but be overjoyed that Selene and her Rotten Men got their well-deserved, happy ending, but a little sad, too, to see them go. This project was one of the most gratifying and scary experiences of my author journey. I desperately wanted to do right by them and the readers and found myself second-guessing every word. Thankfully I had the support of some amazing people who got me through it, and in the end, I was able to put out a love story that I am so proud of.
To my editor and friend, Heather Clark;
Your work ethic and friendship are astounding. You never quit and stayed up until ungodly hours, while on your family vacation so that I could get my words out into the world. You, my friend, are a true inspiration of kindness and professionalism. If any author reading this is looking for an editor, I cannot recommend Heather enough. She is my guru of words.
To my PA and Consigliere, Courtney Dunham;
You kept me afloat when I thought I was drowning. You organize my life to a T and give the best insightful comments on my work. This past year having you in my life, has enabled me to focus on my writing to my heart’s contentment. I know I keep repeating this, but I am so damn happy I had the courage to contact you and ask you to be a part of my team. Your loyalty and friendship push me into believing miracles are afoot; and I love you for it.
To my awesome sprinting buddy, Laura Bakis, aka Briana Michaels;
This monster of an amazing woman kept me driven and laughing throughout my panic and insecurities. She made me accountable for all my daily word output, and we just went for it with gung-ho excitement to finish our individual projects. Our face-time chats are everything! The only girl I’m comfortable enough to be in PJ’s, no makeup, and my hair in shambles. If that isn’t a sign of true friendship, I don’t know what is.
To the one and only, Biscuit, my beautiful friend Amy Naylor:
You are a talented and pure soul, my darling friend. Every time I’d send you a new chapter—unedited and cringe-worthy—you always came back with nothing but excitement and appreciation for each word. Every morning when I woke up, I’d be all over my pm’s hoping to see your input and laughing away at your comments. Your light makes my life that much richer, babe, and I thank the Lord you are a part of it.
To my soul twin and sister, Victoria Schaefer:
How can I begin to describe how much you mean to me? Seriously, I am at a lost, so maybe you can help me out since we basically have the same brain. Hehehe! You get me in so many ways. I don’t even have to say a thing, because you already know what I’m thinking. It’s freaking uncanny. I am certain we were meant to be in each other’s lives. You make my words sparkle with your gorgeous images and teasers, and for that alone, I am so grateful. But the thing I treasure most is our friendship and I know it will be long lasting until we are old and gray.
To my husband and son, the men in my life that make it complete:
I love you both so much.
The reason I believe in love is because I have you as proof. My big bear of a man; who works tiredly on my covers, editing, formatting; just about everything under the sun while keeping to a hectic daytime job, so I can fulfill my dreams of being a writer. This is a miracle to me. I know I’m a hot mess, but still having you by my side gives me the strength to work just as hard in achieving my dreams. You believed in me when I didn’t believe in myself. You are my hero and don’t you forget it. And Sean, I hope that, by watching your dad, inspires you to be just like him. If you follow his example, then I am the proudest mother out there. Although I’m already a proud mama bear as it is. I love you, baby boy, to the moon and back.
To the indie community:
I have been blessed with meeting some extraordinary authors and some of the sweetest individuals in this community. These sister/brother authors are nothing short of inspirational with their drive, talent, and heart. I thank each and every one of you that contacted me with loving thoughts and praise for my work, as well as sharing this love amongst your own readers. This community is a thing of greatness, and I am so fortunate you consider me one of your own.
To the readers:
My stories would be just fruitless words on a page if it weren’t for the readers who picked up my books and hollered on every rooftop how they adored my tales of love. My readers and foxes make all my long nights, skipped meals, back pains and struggles worth it. Knowing that you all fall in love with the characters in my mind the same way I’m so infatuated b
y them, makes me believe that my path in life was always destined to lead me right here—to spend my time doing what I love and always dreamed about accomplishing. These dreams could not be achieved without you, and for that, I am forever grateful.
And last but not least, I want to thank Selene, Vincent, Giovanni, and Dominic. You guys were quite a ride. Thank you for letting me tell your story. Your Rotten Love has changed my life, and I will keep you in my heart forever.
With lots of love and gratitude,
Ivy
