Sergey: Love Me Harder - Alien Paranormal Romance Page 12

by Serena Simpson

“I’m not sure I like that.”

“I understand. I asked your mate for permission. I wanted to start looking for answers as soon as possible. I hope you’ll not hold it against me.”

“Would you have taken the blood if Sergey said no?”

“Yes. My family is in danger. I‘ll take any action necessary to neutralize that threat. You, Lorali, are part of this family. That means you pull your weight, even if it’s sleeping at the time.”

She wanted to be mad at him. There was no way she could be. He‘d done what was necessary in his opinion to protect those he cared for. If she was truthful, she would do a lot more than give a couple of vials of blood to protect her new family.

  “What did you learn?”

“I compared your blood samples to the results from your blood tests when you were admitted to the army. Then I compared those to when you were admitted into the hospital after the experiment. I was expecting your blood sample to be different now and it was. I then asked both Rena and Dee for a sample of their blood. I also had several other human blood samples that I collected when we first came to earth. I compared all of your samples, Rena‘s and Dee‘s to those “normal” samples.

  “I don‘t understand.”

“Your blood has a different hemoglobin strand than found in most human blood. Simply put, when the blood in your body feeds your cells, it gives them an enhanced property. I was able to see that same property in both Rena‘s and Dee‘s blood. When I compared the three of you, everything looked normal. When I expanded the blood samples, then the three of your blood samples suddenly looked either contaminated or deviant. The General wants you for your blood. The anomaly in your blood was spotted the day you were discharged from the hospital. It may have never surfaced otherwise. I believe someone looked into Dee‘s and Rena‘s past. They took a deeper look at their blood and came to the same conclusion I have.”

“Don‘t keep me waiting,” Lorali said.

“The women with this anomaly are potential mates for my brothers and myself.”

“It would give you a way to build a data base of females who could be potential mates.” She knew some in the military would hate that.

  “Yes.”

“That’s great, I think. I still don‘t understand why they‘re after me. Do you think any of this has to do with my deadened nerves?”

“No, the experiment was a lucky shot in the dark for them. Now that they remember your blood anomaly, I believe they see you as the start of the solution. If they can gain access to you, then they can study your blood. They may even be able to make an antidote with your blood. They would think, and rightly so, that the mutations they see were brought about by their little experiment. They would be partially right. Your blood has mutated further because of it. The truth is that it was already mutated before the experiment or the injection.” Nicolas answered her.

“So is this your polite way of saying I’m not human?”

“If I could really laugh, little one, my body would shake with it,” Sergey said. “You‘re delightfully human. I believe what Nicolas is saying is that you have evolved a little more than some others. That allowed you to be compatible with me, and I with you.”

“Yes. You‘re definitely human. No. You can’t leap over tall buildings or fly like the heroes in your movies.” Nicolas said with a smile.

“Nicolas, you really know how to bring a girl down, I was already putting together a bad ass super hero outfit.”

“So what should I do? Hide in the house and wait for the bad men to grow too old to chase after me?”

“Is that acceptable?” Aran asked her with a voice that was as flat as his eyes.

She shook her head and smiled. “No.”

“Didn’t think so.” His eyes began to sparkle.

Big brother is teasing me. Once again that feeling of belonging overwhelmed her. She had felt like this when she first enlisted in the army, as if she was a part of something bigger than herself. She never could pinpoint where it went wrong with the military. It wouldn’t go wrong here.

“Lorali, Dante will have someone bring you food soon,” Aran said.

“Will it make me sleep again?”

“Lorali, would we do that to you?” Nicolas asked.

“Yes, you would.” Her answered was said to retreating backs. The laughter they left behind assured her they had heard.

“Don‘t you want to shake them at times?”

“They grow on you. After all these years I’d be lost without them.”

  “How old are you anyway?”

  “In earth years?”

  “Uhuh.”

  “Roughly four hundred seventy five.”

  “Come again?”

“That means you want me to repeat my age?”

“How can you be that old? I’d be dead if I were that old.”

“We were created to have a long life span. The longer we lived, the less of us that would be needed.”

  “Aran is even older?”

“Yes he’s around five hundred of your years.”

“I thought you all grew up together.”

“We did. Viable births of the created are done so that we‘re born twenty to twenty five Earth years apart. We‘re then genetically manipulated. Every set of six brothers isn’t allowed to grow until all six are born.”

“Something tells me that your scientists need to rot in hell.”

“There was a time I agreed with you. Then I met you. I‘d go through it all again gladly knowing that I’ll meet you in the end.”

She felt a tear track down her face.

  “Why are you crying?”

“Happy tears. Come in.” She answered the knock on the door.

Rena came in with a tray of food. “Dante sent breakfast.”

  “I’m not hungry.”

  “Yes you are.” Rena replied.

  Chapter Twenty-four

Lorali woke and stretched, enjoying the feel of her muscles waking up before she noticed that the other side of the bed was empty. The whole twenty four hours had better be up. She looked around the room, not seeing Sergey.

She heard the shower turn on and got out of bed. She padded across the carpeted floor to the bathroom on silent feet, opening the door she found Sergey under the spray of a warm shower.

“You‘re just in time to join me.”

  “Who said you could move?”

“Nicolas. He gave me a clean bill of health.”

  “It should take more time.”

“Come in and wash my back. You‘ll see it‘s all healed.”

  “That‘s not a good idea.”

“Why not?” The wicked grin on his face making her take a deep breath, which made her chest heave just a little. Ok, maybe she helped her chest along.

His eyes were drawn to her neglected mounds. Still, she decided to stay true to her thoughts.

“I could help you with that.” He flexed just enough to draw her eyes downward.

She lifted her eyes quickly, licking her lips. “I think you need more than a day to prove you‘re recovered.”

“I‘ve recovered from worse in less time.”

He reached out and opened the door. He shivered, letting her see that the heat was leaving the shower. Knowing she shouldn’t, she took her clothes off and stepped in with him.

“Don‘t get any ideas. I’m just looking to make sure your back is ok.”

“I understand.” He turned toward the wall, allowing her to see his back.

The wounds were healed and the skin had knitted back together. It looked red and tender to the touch. She placed her hands gently to the side.

  “Does it hurt?”

“Not like it did. It’s more of an irritation now. The skin is still pulling as it heals. Nicolas gave me a cream that I‘ll need you to rub in for me. That will keep the skin from drying up before it heals completely. Other than that, it’s fine. The muscles and nerves are all in working shape. He cautioned me not to run a marathon,
not that I understand why humans do that. He gave me the green light on everything else, including loving you.”

“You didn’t ask him if we could, you know.”

“If you know is another way of saying making love, I most certainly did.”

“Really, Sergey. I’m beginning to think there should be secrets between brothers.”

He laughed, the sound of it making her heart lighter.

“One day you‘ll understand why we don‘t keep secrets.”

“Uhuh.” Her hands began to caress his back in soft little strokes.

He stood still, as she placed a kiss on his shoulder allowing her body to move a little closer. Seeing that he hadn’t moved she placed another kiss on his shoulder, before lowering her lips to kiss each spot that had been torn apart by a bullet.

“I was so scared. If I closed my eyes right now, I‘d see you lying there bloody. I‘d hear myself praying, something I haven‘t done in years. I thought the Lord had given up on me, until I saw your family, our family, waiting to help.”

He reached behind and drew her in front of him. Her back was to the shower wall. He reached down and tilted her head upward.

“No one has given up on you, including your deity. You‘re not a lost cause, and you’re mine.”

He tilted his head down as she stood on her tip toes to meet his mouth. The kiss wasn’t possessive or harsh. It was loving. She could feel everything he‘d ever said and so much more in the simple meeting of their mouths.

She wrapped her arms around him as she felt the barriers of her heart cave in. His tongue entered her mouth, teasing her in its gentleness. She tried to deepen the kiss, but he kept it light.

“Sometimes.” He whispered in her ear. “Love is what you feel on the inside, not the outside.”

She blinked her eyelids fast to keep the offending tears from falling.

“I love you, mate. I’d do anything to keep you safe.” He said to her.

He moved to her throat, kissing her. His tongue gently dragged on her, sensitizing her skin with a gentleness she‘d never felt before.

Her once dead body now responded to the subtlest of touches. She moaned as he took a nipple into his mouth, sucking on it so tenderly. She found she wanted to cry out with the pleasure he was bringing her.

Heat began to build in her core. She thrashed a little before he put a hand on her to hold her steady. He raised the other hand to her forgotten nipple and tugged, causing her to moan a little louder.

“I can love you hard, mate, watching your body demand every powerful thrust I have to give. I can also love you softly, mate, watching your body open up like a delicate flower, unfolding one petal at a time as it lifts its head up to the sun.”

He licked a path from between her breasts down to her navel. She shivered, wanting more of his touch.

He took his time exploring the area between her belly button and her mound. He gave her small bites that sensitized her skin and made her weep with cream between her legs. She tried to stand still, but found her legs shaking from the kisses, bites and sucks he was giving her.

He began to travel down. She licked her lips in anticipation of his mouth sucking her clit. Yes please, she begged silently. Instead, he placed a kiss directly on top of her mound. The pressure of his lips on her was driving her crazy.

She thrust her hips up, hoping he‘d get the message.

  “Impatient aren’t you.”

He dropped his head a little further and licked at the seam of her nether lips. Moving up, he caught her fragile bundle of nerves in his mouth and sucked.

  She moaned long and loud.

“What do you want? Tell me.”

“I want you in me now, Sergey.”

He inserted one finger, followed by a second.

“No.” She writhed on his fingers, making begging sounds. “Not enough. I need more. Please, I need you in me.”

He withdrew his fingers and lifted his head to look at her. He inserted both fingers in his mouth and began to suck them dry. Her hips bucked more as she watched the pleasure on his face.

Standing, he gathered her up. Lifting her up and settling her against the wall, his cock came to rest against the entrance to her sex.

She looked down to see the thick head pushing against her. It looked like a thick one-eyed snake that was being held back from what it desperately wanted. She shifted her hips and plunged forward, taking a few inches inside.

He stood watching as she tried to get closer. “Sergey?”

The whisper of his name in her soft voice had him plunging in a strong thrust.

Yes! Was torn from her lips as she felt him deep inside of her. His hips withdrew and sank back with a teasing rhythm. It was hard enough to make her pant, but gentle enough to make her fall in love, as if she wasn’t already there.

With each thrust she felt her soul mingle with his, become one with him. She knew that she wouldn’t know where she stopped and he started. She threw herself into it, into him.

“Sergey.” She whispered his name several times. She wanted something desperately, but rational thought eluded her.

“I need you.” His hips began to move faster. She met him thrust for thrust, allowing her head to fall back against the wall as she spurred him on. The movements were still gentle, not the violently strong thrusts he was capable off.

She loved this new side of him, the tender lover who not only mastered her body, but mastered her heart as well

“Oh, baby.” She moaned, as she felt him growing inside of her. He was so thick that every push or pull hit her sensitive nerve endings.

Her body began to shudder around his. Her core pulled tight. The nerve endings directly tied to her body went on high alert as he pushed his way deeper.

  “You want it little one?”

“Yes.” She moaned, going crazy, caught between him and the wall.

He plunged in one last time, hitting every nerve on the way down. She let go, screaming as her body came apart. She felt hot waves of his seed invade her body deep, the feel making her come apart again.

He held her through each quake of her body until she finally calmed down.

“I never knew it could be that good.” She allowed her limp body to rest against his.

  Chapter Twenty-five

Sergey picked her up and turned off the shower. He took her into the bedroom and proceeded to dry her off, kissing every spot he touched with the towel. Kissing and playing, they fell to the bed.

“We have to go,” He said.

“Go where?” Lorali frowned at him.

“I‘ll tell you on the road. I asked Rena and Dee to go to the house and pack a few things for you. They think we‘re going to stay here for a while.”

  “I don‘t like this.”

“It will be ok. I need you to not say anything else until we‘re well away from here. Ok?”

Lorali nodded her head. Getting up, she found the clothes that had been packed for her. She put on a pair of camouflage pants with a green tee. Her weapons had also been packed. She quickly checked them and stowed them away.

She turned around to find Sergey dressed in a black tee with similar pants on. His were black. Damn he looked good, not that she had time for that. He picked up a bag that he slung over his shoulder. Then he picked up her bag too.

He placed his finger to his lips, pushing the door open softly to keep it from making a sound. They walked down the hallway, passing the closed doors.

She thought she heard a laugh. Rolling her eyes, she admitted it sounded more like a moan coming out of what had to be the master bedroom. They were up, but obviously otherwise distracted.

They crept down the stairs, easing against the wall towards the front door, not wanting to be noticed by the sleeping brothers in the game room. Hearing the rustle of fabric, they held still until the noise stopped. She felt like she was running a drill again. Sergey opened the door wide enough for her to get through, then followed her. His car had been moved around to the front
of the property. She wondered who she had to thank for that.

The jeep would make no sound to her ears when it was started, but she knew it would sound like a jet engine to the brothers. They stowed their gear, with Sergey shutting the doors so no sound was made. She buckled up and waited to see what he would do.

He reached in and released the parking break and began to guide the jeep down the paved path leading from the house. She looked at him, but he shook his head.

Turning around, she looked at the house to see if anyone had noticed their departure. There was a fluttering at the windows, the curtains shifting just a little. She prepared for the alarm to be raised. The curtains didn’t move again. The air conditioning? She couldn’t remember if it was on when they left or not.

The house disappeared as Sergey continued to push the jeep. They finally made it out to the small road that connected to the property. He managed to turn the jeep onto it, and continued to push for several more miles.

When they were far enough away, he got in the jeep, starting it up. They drove in silence. He headed away from the city, so she took in the scenery. The trees were huge, bursting with green leaves that were showing themselves off. Soon they‘d change and fall would be in the air.

She hoped they‘d be able to make this drive again in the fall. The colors would be spectacular. He reached over and flipped on the radio.

  “It‘s ok to speak now.”

  “Why did we run away?”

“It’s the easiest way to protect them and to protect you.”

“You think they will come to the house?”

“The created can’t find our homes, but the military might. If they did, they‘d lead the created to our family. If we run the military will come after us, not that I believe they can find us. We own property that is untraceable. That’s where we’re going.”

  “Where is this property?”

“It’s out towards Lancaster. Amish land. We own a small cabin there.”

  “Won‘t they worry?”

“Aran will understand. The family must be protected. He won’t come after us.”
